주방 설비와 동선이 직무 만족과 조직 몰입에 관한 연구 (A Study on Job Satisfaction and Organizational Commitmentwith Relation to Kitchen Facilities and Layouts)

  • The purpose of this paper is to show how job satisfaction and job immersion are influenced by kitchen equipment and layouts. For verifying the credibility and availability of the results, the methods of inter-relational and factor analyses are carried out, based on 214 collected data from the questionnaire answered by employees involved in six 5-star hotel kitchens around Seoul area. Through the process of data coding and SPSS Win 12.0 program, those collected data are verified with a correlation analysis after having been carried out with frequency, factor and creditability analyses. The results are in the followings: kitchen equipment has a significant effect on job immersion as well as on job satisfaction while the kitchen layouts also give a desirable impact on job immersion and job satisfaction. In addition to them, the results show that job satisfaction also has an effect on job immersion. It is concluded that good kitchen equipment and layouts make kitchen workers turn to job immersion and satisfaction more, which will consequently have good effects on business.

  • The principal objective of this study was to determine how the internal marketing of the contract foodservice management company affects job satisfaction and organization immersion, as well as the influence of the satisfaction of internal customers (employees) has on job satisfaction and organization immersion, and the function as a preceding variable that improves service quality. T-test, ANOVA, and linear regression analysis was conducted to analyze the hypotheses of the study. The summary of study as per the result of this corroborative study is presented as follows: It was verified that internal marketing affects organizational immersion and the job satisfaction of employees, and job satisfaction plays a crucial role in organizational immersion. Moreover, it was also confirmed that the higher the internal marketing is, the higher the job satisfaction and organization immersion will be, thereby improving the service quality provided by employees. If enterprise regards employees as internal customers and constantly and efficiently conducts internal marketing activities such as internal communication, training, welfare, compensation, delegation of power, supporting the management, etc, the organizational immersion and job satisfaction of employees will be heightened, thereby enhancing loyalty and pride in the organization to provide services with better quality.

  • 본 연구는 조직에서의 직무 스트레스와 회복탄력성이 직무만족과 조직몰입에 미치는 영향요인을 파악하는데 있다. 이를 위해 선행연구를 바탕으로 설문 척도를 개발하고, S사의 영업사원을 대상으로 설문조사를 실시하였다. 분석결과, 직무 스트레스가 직무만족에 유의한 영향을 미치며, 직무스트레스가 회복탄력성에 유의한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 회복탄력성이 직무만족과 조직몰입에 영향을 미치며, 직무만족이 조직몰입에 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났으나, 직무스트레스가 조직몰입에 유의한 영향을 미친다는 가설은 기각되었다. 또한 회복탄력성은 직무스트레스와 직무만족과 조직몰입 간의 관계를 매개하고 있는 것으로 나타났다. 본 연구의 결과는 조직에서 조직구성원들의 스트레스 관리와 더불어 회복탄력성을 높일 수 있는 실무적 차원의 다양한 방안에 대한 가이드라인으로 활용할 것으로 기대한다.

  • The human resources of an enterprise is very important to survive in these days of business environment. This study investigates the influence of four behavioral types in MBTI (Myer-Briggs Type Indicator) and working conditions on organizational effectiveness. Job satisfaction and immersion have been regarded as a key conception of organizational effectiveness. The focus of this study is to investigate the effects of R&D employee's four behavioral types in MBTI and working conditions on organizational effectiveness. The results of this study show that organizational effectiveness is influenced by personality types and working conditions. According to the result, First, about the analysis of differences in job satisfaction, EP (Extraversion Perceiving)-type (3.56) and EJ (Extraversion Judging)-type (3.43) are higher than IJ (Introversion Judging)-type (3.07) and IP (Introversion Perceiving)-type (3.03) of four behavioral types in MBTI. So an enterprise makes various efforts to enhance job satisfaction for IJ (Introversion Judging)-type and IP (Introversion Perceiving)-type. Second, For improving the organizational effectiveness that is job satisfaction and immersion, an enterprise must make favorable working conditions to each four behavioral types in MBTI of R&D employees. In order to improve job satisfaction, the enterprise will provide IJ (Introversion Judging)-type with support for collegiality and IP (Introversion Perceiving)-type with good relationships with superiors. and also the enterprise gives autonomic authority to EJ (Extraversion Judging)-type. Finally, in the case of EP (Extraversion Perceiving)-type, the enterprise must admit failure for efforts. In order to improve job immersion, the enterprise will provide IP (Introversion Perceiving)-type with good relationships with superiors, the vision of company and compensation for creative work. and also the enterprise gives autonomic authority to EJ (Extraversion Judging)-type.

장애인복지관 전문인력의 임파워먼트와 조직몰입의 관계에서 직무만족의 매개효과 (The Mediating Effect of the Job Satisfaction between the Relationship of Empowerment and Organizational Immersion of Professionals in Community Rehabilitation Facilities)

  • 본 연구는 장애인복지관 전문인력의 임파워먼트와 조직몰입의 관계와 직무만족의 매개효과를 검증하였다. D광역시와 C도 지역의 14개 장애인복지관의 전문인력 348명을 대상으로 설문조사를 진행하였다. 분석결과, 장애인복지관 전문인력의 임파워먼트가 조직몰입에 미치는 영향과 직무만족의 매개효과가 검증되었다. 임파워먼트의 조직몰입에 대한 직접효과에 비해 직무만족을 매개한 간접효과가 더 큰 것으로 분석되었다. 분석결과를 기초로 장애인복지관 전문인력의 조직몰입을 증진시키기 위해 임파워먼트와 직무만족을 향상시킬 수 있는 대책을 제안하였다. 임파워먼트를 높이기 위해 의사결정권, 전문성향상을 위한 연수기회, 적합한 슈퍼비전 등이 제공될 필요가 있다. 직무만족을 향상시키기 위해 전문적 윤리의식의 교육, 사례발표의 진행, 감정노동의 적절한 관리 등이 바람직하다.

자동차 부품 제조기업의 ESG 활동이 조직구성원의 직무만족에 미치는 영향에 관한 연구 (A Study on the Effect of ESG Activity of Automobile Parts Manufacturing Company on the Job Satisfaction of Organizational Members)

  • 본 연구는 자동차 부품 제조기업의 ESG 경영 활동이 조직신뢰와 조직몰입 그리고 직무만족에 미치는 영향을 분석하고, ESG 경영 활동과 직무만족 사이에서 조직신뢰와 조직몰입의 매개효과를 살펴보고자 하였다. 선행연구들의 이론적 배경과 실증분석 결과들을 참고하여 연구모형과 가설을 설정하였으며, 실증분석을 위하여 부산·경남소재 자동차 부품 제조기업인 C사와 E사, G사 그리고 S사의 구성원을 대상으로 221부의 설문지를 확보하였다. 연구 결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, ESG 경영 활동과 조직신뢰와의 관계 규명에서 에너지절감, 지역클러스터구축, 준법윤리경영이 통계적으로 유의한 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, ESG 경영 활동이 조직몰입에 미치는 영향 분석에서 준법윤리경영이 유의한 정(+)의 성과를 보였다. 셋째, 조직신뢰와 직무만족과의 관계 분석에서 유의한 정(+)의 결과를 나타내었다. 넷째, 조직몰입은 직무만족에 유의한 정(+)의 영향을 미치는 것으로 분석되었다. 마지막으로 조직신뢰와 조직몰입의 매개효과 분석에서 두 변수 모두 매개효과가 있는 것으로 나타났다. 결론적으로 자동차 부품 제조기업들은 ESG 활동을 통하여 조직에 대한 신뢰와 몰입을 높이려는 노력을 기울임으로써 구성원들의 직무만족을 높일 수 있다는 점을 인식하는 계기가 되었다는 것이다.

치과위생사의 소진과 조직유효성에 관한 연구 (A Study on Burnout and Organizational Effectiveness of Dental Hygienists)

  • 본 연구는 치과위생사들의 소진과 조직유효성의 정도를 파악하고 이들간의 관계를 알아보기 위해 대구와 인근지역에 근무하는 치과위생사 322명을 대상으로 설문조사를 실시하여 다음과 같은 결론을 얻었다. 1. 소진 전체 평균은 2.82(5점 척도)였고, 정서적 소진 3.26, 냉소적 태도 2.63, 직업효능감 감소 2.58이었으며, 조직유효성 전체 평균은 3.0(5점 척도)이었고, 조직몰입 3.12, 이직의도 2.73, 직무만족 3.14이었다. 2. 일반적 특성에 따른 조직유효성의 차이는 연령이 30세 이상에서 조직몰입(3.41)과 직무만족(3.48)이 가장 높았고(p = .031, .000), 결혼여부는 기혼자가 미혼자보다 조직몰입(3.37, 3.07)과 직무만족(3.40, 3.10)에서 유의하게 높았다(p = .014), 근무경력은 6년 이상에서 조직몰입(3.30)과 직무만족(3.29)이 가장 높았고(p = .002, .013), 이직의도(2.93)는 3~5년이 가장 높았으며(p = .005), 연봉은 2,500만원 이상이 조직몰입(3.57)과 직무만족(3.44)에서 가장 높았다(p = .000, .001). 3. 조직몰입과 관련 있는 변수는 직업효능감 감소, 정서적 소진, 냉소적 태도 순이었고($R^2=.42$), 이러한 요인들은 통계적으로 유의한 역상관관계로 조직몰입이 높을수록 소진요인은 낮아짐을 알 수 있었다. 이직의도는 정서적 소진, 냉소적 태도, 직업효능감 감소 순으로 유의하게 관련이 있었으며($R^2=.33$), 이들 요인들은 유의한 순 상관관계로 이직의도가 높을수록 소진요인도 높음을 알 수 있었다. 직무만족과 관련 있는 변수는 직업효능감 감소, 냉소적 태도, 정서적 소진, 연령 순이었고($R^2=.36$), 이들 요인들은 유의한 역상관관계로 직무만족이 높을수록 소진요인은 낮아짐을 알 수 있었다.

A Study on the Self-Leadership of Flight Attendant

  • Purpose - The purpose of this study is to analyze the relationship between the self-leadership of flight attendant and organizational effectiveness, the self-leadership of flight attendant and customer orientation, and the organizational effectiveness and customer orientation. Research design, data and methodology - To examine these research models, samples were collected from 318 flight attendants during Nov to Dec, 2019. Research Model established hypothesis 1 and hypothesis 2 that the three elements of self-leadership will affect organizational effectiveness and customer orientation. It also established hypothesis 3 that organizational effectiveness will affect customer orientation Results - The analysis on the effect of self-leadership have positive effect both on job satisfaction and organizational immersion. As a result of the relationship between organizational effectiveness and customer orientation, job satisfaction and organizational immersion have positive effect on both voluntary customer orientation and business customer orientation. Conclusions - Self-leadership affected positively on job satisfaction, organizational immersion and business customer orientation. the company have to provide flight attendant with incentives when they achieve good results. Also, company have to expand flight attendant's authority in their work environment. Organizational effectiveness affected positively on customer orientation so company have to give flight attendants with consistent seminars about company's vision and goal.

치기공과 학생들의 전공선택 동기, 직업 가치관, 전공 만족도, 전공몰입에 미치는 영향: 대구 일부지역 학생들을 대상으로 (The effects of the motive to choose major, career values, and satisfaction with major on immersion in major by the dental technology students: focus on the students at Daegu districts)

  • Purpose: This study was conducted to investigate how one's motive to choose a major of study, career values, and satisfaction with the major affect immersion within the major. Methods: A self-administered questionnaire on choice of major and career values was completed by 224 students from March 2nd to March 15th of 2022. The collected data were analyzed using several metrics and tests with IBM SPSS Statistics 22.0 software: frequency and percentage, mean, standard deviation, t-test, ANOVA, correlation analysis, and linear regression. Results: The average scores of the motive to choose a major, career values, satisfaction with the major, and immersion in the major were 3.15, 3.91, 3.56, and 3.45, respectively. There were significant correlations between all four variables (p<0.05). Career values and satisfaction with the major positively influenced a student's immersion in that major; the explanatory power of the model was 77% (p<0.01). Conclusion: The department should offer education on career values to further increase the immersion of dental technician students within their chosen major.

Workplace Violence and Social Network Service Addiction

  • Purpose - The purpose of this study is to investigate the impact of organizational politics on employees' social network service addiction and how it influences their job satisfaction and organizational citizenship behavior. And this study explores if leader-member exchange can moderate the relationship between organizational politics and social network service addiction. Research, design, data, and methodology - For this, this study collected data from 305 employees in Korean companies through a survey method and uses SPSS 18.0 for hierarchical regression analysis in the hypothesis test. Results - First, organizational politics increases immersion, compulsion and association among the sub-factors of social network service addiction. Second, each phenomena of social network service addiction such as salience, compulsion and association decrease each relevant factors of job satisfaction and organizational citizen behavior. Third, compulsion and association among the sub-factors of social network service addiction play the mediating roles between organizational politics and each relevant factors of job satisfaction/organizational citizen behavior. Finally, some of sub-factors of leader-member exchange decrease the effect of each characteristics of organizational politics on immersion, compulsion and association among the sub-factors of social network service addiction. Conclusions - This study provides some of managerial implications to corporate executives who try to manage organizational attitude.
