Analysis of the Problem of fire Qualification Information and Employment Information Due to Incomplete Information in the Job Search Process

  • This study analyzes the problems of fire qualification information websites and job search websites due to incomplete information in the job search process and suggests an improvement plan. It has been confirmed that the main reason for the cost of job searching is incomplete information required for a job search and job search through existing analysis. As a result, it is suggested to construct a smooth information system for economic entities and to provide easy access to information by mitigating the incompleteness of information. Based on this, analysis of the problems of Korean qualifications in the firefighting realm reveals that there is a qualification holder information and a job information site, and a qualification holder management system is established but only information of either qualification acquisition information or employment information is provided. In addition, it is easy to access information through a qualification acquisition information and employment information site via the Internet, but there are inconveniences that qualification acquisition information and employment information are dualized. In order to improve this, it is necessary to build a new customized integrated qualification management system that covers existing Q-net qualification acquisition information and worknet employment information.

기계분야 국가기술자격 기능에 따른 직무능력 직무적합성과의 관계에 관한 연구 (A Study on Correlations of Job Competence and Job Fitness with Functions of National Technical Qualification in Mechanical Field)

  • 자격의 현장성, 통용성에 미치는 요인을 알아보고자 자격의 기능에 대한 직무능력, 직무적합성과의 어떠한 관계가 형성되는지에 대한 모형을 제시하여 이들의 관계를 실증적으로 밝히기 위한 연구를 실시하였으며, 그 결과를 바탕으로 자격의 현장성, 통용성에 대한 실마리를 찾고자 하였다. 첫째. 기계분야 국가기술자격취득자의 경우 자격의 기능별(신호, 선도, 선별) 직무능력과 직무적합성과의 유의한 상관관계가 있는 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 기계분야 국가 기술자격 취득자의 직무능력, 직무적합성에 가장 영향을 미치는 하위 요인은 신호기능이라는 것을 밝혀냈다. 셋째, 자격의 기능이 직무적합성에 미치는 영향에 대한 직무능력의 매개효과를 자격이 기능별로 밝혀낸 점이다. 선도 기능의 경우 매개효과가 없었으나 신호기능 및 선별기능이 매개효과가 있는 것으로 나타났으며 특히 신호기능이 상대적으로 가장 크게 영향을 미치고 있는 것을 밝혀냈다. 마지막으로 자격의 기능별 하위 요인에 대한 직무능력과 직무적합성과의 관계에 대한 연구모형을 제시하였다.

  • 전자상거래 인적자원의 양성과 개발을 위해서 자격은 학위와 더불어 지식축적의 결과를 표시하는 대표적인 지표이다. 하지만 기존의 출제기준은 전자상거래 시장변화를 포함한 현장성 반영과 업무에의 활용도가 부족하여 개선이 요구된다. 본 연구는 전자상거래관리사 직무분석을 통하여 산업현장에서 요구되는 능력을 체계적으로 분석하여 출제기준을 개선하고자 하였다. 연구목적의 달성을 위해 국내외 전자상거래 관련 자격현황 조사 및 문헌연구를 수행하고 직무분석을 통하여 전자상거래관리사 직무의 구조와 과업을 도출함으로써 기존의 과업목록을 보강하였으며, 과업분석을 통하여 각 과업별로 요구되는 필요지식, 기술 등의 능력요소들을 도출하였다. 도출된 직무의 범위와 과업목록을 검증하고 이를 바탕으로 기존의 출제기준과 비교분석하여 개선방안을 제시하였다. 연구방법으로는 전자상거래 자격관련 문헌과 현황을 조사하였으며, 직무분석단계에 전문가 면담조사와 전문가위원회 조사가 수행되었으며 검증단계에 설문조사와 면담조사를 수행한 후 전문가위원회를 통해 출제기준 개선방안을 설계하고 확인하였다.

국가기술자격 직무분야 분류체계 개선방안 연구 (A study on plans for improving the classification system of job field in the national technical qualification)

  • 이 연구에서는 국가기술자격의 분류체계가 21세기 산업구조와 기술변화에 부응할 수 있도록 하기 위해서 현행 26개로 설정되어 있는 직무분야의 적절성을 검토하였으며, 이에 터하여 국가기술자격제도 관리 운영의 효율성과 효과성을 높일뿐만 아니라 자격취득자의 취업을 촉진할 수 있는 새로운 직무분야 분류체계를 마련하고자 하였다. 이를 위하여 국가기술자격제도와 관련된 문헌 및 자료를 수집 분석하였고, 국가기술자격 직무분야의 적절성에 대한 전문가 의견 등을 수렴하여 26개 국가기술자격 직무분야를 13개 분야로 새롭게 구분 제시하였다.

의상학 관련 국가기술자격증의 취득실태 및 인식 (The Acquisition State and Perceptions about the Clothing-related National Skill Qualification Certificates)

  • This study aims to survey the perceptions held by students and field workers regarding the clothing-related qualification certificates, which can serve as the base for becoming clothing professionals, to compare and analyze the actual state of qualification certificates on the basic research level, and thus to search for the directions suitable for the clothing-related qualification certificates. The questionnaire method was selected for the study. The responses of 406 copies from students and 81 copies from field workers were used, and frequency analysis and t-test were done with the assistance of spss 10.0 statistics program, The findings are as follows. First, as to the qualification certificates perceived by the students, the certificates of colorist engineer and colorist industrial engineer were known most. 237 students, or 58.4% of the student respondents, had obtained the information about the qualification certificates mainly through the internet and mass media, and 77.3% of the students had a plan to get the qualification certificates. Second, as to the qualification certificates perceived by the field workers, the respondents indicated that school grades(43.2%) would be given the highest additional points at the time of employment, while the clothing-related qualification certificates gathered low responses of 11.1%. The field workers perceived that the qualification certificate of Western suit engineer(pattern) was needed for the job, while 45.4% of them perceived that no qualification certificate was required for the job. Third, both the students and the field workers showed low acquisition levels of the qualification certificates, and in view of their perceptions that the qualification certificates of languages or computer skills were more useful, the improvement is needed in order for the national certificates for the clothing-related skill qualification to develop in the more job-related directions.

응급구조사의 자격과 면허에 대한 소고 (A Legal Consideraton of License and Certified Qualification of Paramedics)

  • Purpose: The aim of this study is to identify the legal concept of a license and a qualification for health care personnel. We analyze the appropriateness of the qualification for the first-class paramedics and the sufficiency of 3-year job experience in substitution for college level academic major. Method: We reviewed Laws on Healthcare which stipulate academic and career qualifications for healthcare personnel for whom college-level academic training and job experience to get a license. Results: There is no legal consideration which permits major and educational background substituted by job experience. Only third-class hygienist who graduated from a high school or the equivalent with 3 year job experience can apply for first-class hygienist' national license examination without educational requirements. However, it is nothing to compare with first-class paramedics because the work of hygienist is not directly related to patients care and there is no need of doctor's supervision for hygienist' job. Paramedics have a major role in saving emergency patients in making prompt decision, applying appropriate emergency treatment, securing intravenous route, managing intubation, applying defibrillator, and etc. Conclusion: Ministry of Health & Welfare should grant license to paramedics and annul replacement of academic major background. In addition, it is imperative to broaden the scope of paramedics' job so that they can guarantee patient's life saving in emergency situation with quality major curriculum of college level.

환경분야 자격제도 운영현황과 발전 방안 연구 (A Review on the Qualification System of the Environmental field : Current Status and New Directions)

  • The purpose of this study was to review the current status and problems of the national qualification system in the Environmental field focusing on deficiencies of the regulatory system and qualities of environmental professional including the Environmental control Professional Engineer, Environmental Engineer, Environmental Industrial Engineer and Environmental field. An overview of the environmental field, its current status, domestic qualification items and training conditions in environment-related areas, laws of environmental field, and data of the job analysis were reviewed. The concrete and extensive development plans for the qualification system of the Environmental field are as follows: First of all, a job analysis should be made of on the introduction of new systems or policy modification to reflect technical changes and national policies about the environmental field in the qualification exam. Second, it is essential to prepare policies that are suitable for the qualification system in the Environmental field and that improve its effectiveness. Third, the appropriate policy measures should be taken in order to elevate the social standing of Environmental field qualification holders.

  • This paper is aimed to design for qualification structure and developing Vocational Education and Training Program of Water Treatment Plant Operator. Also job analysis was performed by the experts of education and related field though Developing A Curriculum(DACUM). The qualification structure and developing Vocational Education and Training Program of Water Treatment Plant Operator was designed and policy suggestions are made for the substantiality and activity to the government. This study is performed expert interview and job analysis The results are presented the summaries of job definitions, job models, areas of vocation activities, curriculum for education and training and guidelines for making questions in examinations.

대학도서관 사서직원의 동기유발에 관한 조사연구 (A study on the motivation level of the university librarians in korea)

  • This study is to identified the motivation level which university librarians in Korea perceived as motivating them, and to examine relationship between those motivation level and the demographic characteristics of university librarians. The results of this study are summarized as follows : (1) The factors that the motivation level is higher than the average (3.000) are shown to be human relation (3.399), working itself (3.198), and supervision (3.050), but the other factors : recognition (2.995), communication (2.985), salary (2.892), job evaluation (2.622), job environment (2.619), and promotion (2.126) are shown to be lower than the average. (2) In the results of X$^{2}$ test about the differences of the motivation level among 6 demographic attributes of the population, the attributes shown a significant difference are as follows : Salary : rank ; working terms ; sex ; national university or private one ; qualification. Promotion : rank ; sex ; national university or private one ; qualification. Recognition : rank. Human relation : no significant differences among 6 attributes. Work itself : rank ; sex. Communication : rank ; working terms ; sex ; education background ; qualification. Job evaluation : sex ; education background ; qualification. Job environment : sex ; national university or private one. Supervision : rank ; working terms ; sex ; education background ; qualification.

ICT 분야의 국가기술자격증의 취업 및 업무 수행 관련성에 관한 연구 (A Study on Relationship between National Technology Licenses in ICT sectors and Job-Finding & Performance of Works)

  • 본 연구는 정보통신분야의 국가기술자격증 소지자를 대상으로 설문 조사를 통해 이들의 근무 분야와 자격증 취득이 취업과 업무 활용에 어떠한 영향을 주는지 살펴보았다. 연구결과, 정보통신 분야에 종사하는 사람이 전체 응답자의 58.7%에 그치고 나머지는 관련없는 분야에 종사하는 것으로 나타났다. 근무 분야는 방송통신 제조업, 통신 서비스업, 과학기술 서비스업, 그리고 미디어 서비스업 순으로 많은 것으로 나타났다. 응답자가 보유한 자격증의 유형에 따라 자격증의 가치에 대한 인식의 차이는 없었다. 대신 자격증 소지자의 근무 사업체별로 자격증의 가치에 대해 다르게 인식하고 있었다. 그 가운데 미디어 관련 서비스업에 종사하는 응답자들이 국가기술 자격증이 취업에 유리하고 업무 활용이 높다고 인식했다.
