노인틀니 국민건강보험의 틀니제작행위 및 비용에 관한 인식 (The cognition of denture fabrication activities and the costs in National Health Insurance for elderly denture)

  • Purpose: The purpose of this study was to investigate the cognition of denture fabrication activities and its cost in National Health Insurance for elderly denture. Methods: A self-administered questionnaire was completed by 41 dental laboratories' owner who was research subjects of HIRA(Health Insurance Review & Assessment Service)'s policy research for elderly denture in 2011. The questionnaire consisted of general characteristics of the subjects, dental technicians' knowledge of national health insurance coverage of elderly denture, job-related changes after national health insurance coverage of elderly denture including validity of denture fabrication activity classification and the cost for each service. Each question was measured by Likert 5 point scale or frequency. The collected data were analyzed by SPSS 16.0. Results: Most of the research subjects had been fabricating national health insurance coverage denture(92.7%), also had ample knowledge of national health insurance coverage denture for elderly. Job-related changes after national health insurance coverage of elderly denture revealed marginal differences in the quality. The validity of fabrication activity classification of resin based complete denture was $3.71{\pm}1.023$ by Likert 5 point scale. Conclusion: The goal of national health insurance for elderly denture is to promote elderly's health and well-being. To fabricate denture is a very important part of the denture treatment. For this reason, denture fabrication activity classification and the cost analysis plan should be duly reflected in the policy of national health insurance for elderly denture.

실업계 고등학교 실내디자인 전공 졸업생에 대한 산업현장의 인식 및 요구에 관한 연구 (A Study on the Cognition and Requirement among the Interior Design Field Workers to Vocational High School Graduate)

  • The purpose of this study is to desirable curriculum for interior design major in vocational high school in order to enhance their competitiveness. The study has been carried out by surveying the cognition and requirement among the people who are working in interior design field. The major findings from the survey research are summarized as follows : 1) Hiring vocational high school graduate is positively responded over sixty percentage. The main reason to hire interior design major in vocational school is because of firm believing their capabilities and their own specialties rather than academic degree. 2) It is believed that new vocational high school graduate is lacking behind in most area at the beginning comparing with new college graduate. However it is believed that high school graduate will become equal to the college graduate after a few years and they are more specialized in certain area that college graduate. 3) The most recommendable area for the vocational high school graduate are CAD and Interior Construction Work. 4) The appropriate text book content of (:AD and interior construction work based on the requirement from the industry are as follows ; Regarding to CAD, a specialized textbook for CAD should be written. It is desirable to) educate how to express plan, elevation, perspective drawing and how to develop the presentation skills. Regarding to the Interior Construction Work desirable to develop a specialized textbook and include on the job training program. On the job training is expected to give a practical knowledge and experience by monitoring and drawing by himself every steps from the architectural area to the material selection.

중소규모 제조업의 건강·안전·실천에 대한 화학물질 인식도 비교 (Comparison of Recognition of Chemical Substances about Health·Safety·Practice in Small and Medium-Sized Maunfacturing Industries)

  • There was a difference in recognition of chemical substances according to cognitive level of GHS, knowledge level of organic solvents and each department of workers. they were showed higher recognition of chemical substances by research group, partially group and good group. To identify the relationship between types of job classification(group of department, group of GHS cognitive level and group of organic solvents knowledge level) and the levels of recognition of chemical substances, a total of 153 workers in a small and medium business workplace. Descriptive statistics(SAS ver 9.2)was performed. the results of recognition of chemical substances were analyzed the mean and standard deviation by t-test, and anova, (P=0.05). These results In general, small- and medium-sized workplaces have low levels of GHS awareness and organic solvents knowledge. The perception of chemical substances according to the departments. In general, the demand for chemical substances education was highly suggested regardless of the job type. There was a significant difference in the perception of health, safety and practice according to the level of GHS cognitive, and a high perception in the incomplete group. There was not much difference in average awareness of health, safety and practice according to organic solvents knowledge level, but there was a high perception in good group. It is very important to regularly check the worker's perception of the workplace and identify problems with the work environment and improve the work environment. In addition, each department presents appropriate safety and health education such as chemical process safety, toxicity of chemical substances and human exposure. We also propose a chemical substances assessment and management plan that integrates safety and health.

간호⋅간병통합서비스 병동 간호사의 감정노동 파악 및 개선방안: 초점집단인터뷰 적용 (The Emotional Labor Status and Improvement Plans of Nurses Working in the Integrated Nursing Service Ward: Applying Focus Group Interviews)

  • Purpose: The purpose of this study was to investigate the status of emotional labor of nursing personnel working in comprehensive nursing service ward and to suggest the way service improvement can be achieved. Methods: A total of 28 nurses working in comprehensive nursing service ward were divided into four groups to conduct focus group interview. All interviews were recorded and transcribed after the interview to perform data analysis in the order of data classification, topic categorization, and keyword derivation. Results: The five categories of subjects and relating keywords drawn from the focus group interviews are as follows: 1) Emotional labor experience: suppressing emotions, expressing emotions or actions that are different from reality, 2) Situations of emotional labor: verbal abuse and assault, sexual harassment, personal needs and errands, 3) Responses to emotional labor: responding directly, responding directly, receiving senior's help, using the organizational system, persevering, 4) Problems caused by emotional labor: work exhaustion, job change intention, job stress, 5) Protection plan against emotional labor: manual or education for nurses, education for patients and carers, compensation, tough sanctions though system strengthening. Conclusion: This study shows that although nurses working in comprehensive nursing service ward generally experience high levels of emotional labor, the problem solving of them relies mainly on personal response. Therefore, it is necessary to develop various measures to protect nurses in an organizational level response, thus to improve the comprehensive nursing service system.

병원 종사자의 성 역할 정체감과 성 고정관념이 남자간호사에 대한 편견에 미치는 영향 (The Effects of the Gender Role Identity and Gender Stereotypes on the Prejudice Against Male Nurses of Hospital Workers)

  • 여성이 대다수인 간호전문직에 남자간호사가 점차 증가하고 있으나, 그들은 성 고정관념에 따른 사회적 장벽에 부딪히며, 부서배치 등에서 차별을 경험하고 있었다. 본 연구는 병원 종사자들을 대상으로 성 역할 정체감과 성 고정관념이 남자간호사에 대한 편견에 미치는 영향을 확인하기 위하여 시도되었다. 연구 결과 양성성 집단은 성 고정관념과 남자간호사에 대한 편견이 다른 집단에 비해 낮았으며, 병원종사자들은 남자 간호사들이 일반인들에게 낯설고 생소하며, 응급실, 중환자실, 수술실 같은 병원의 특수 부서에서 주로 일할 것이라는 편견을 가지고 있었고, 성 고정관념은 남자간호사에 대한 편견에 양의 상관관계가 있었다. 따라서 의료기관은 남자간호사에 대한 편견을 해소하기 위해 양성 평등적인 조직문화를 구축하기 위한 계획을 수립하여 성 고정관념을 탈피하기 위해 노력하고, 간호조직 내에서 남성과 여성이 동등한 기회를 부여받을 수 있도록 해야 할 것이다.

NCS기반 음료자격증교육만족도가 전공만족도 및 취업준비행동에 미치는 영향 연구 (A Study on the Effects of NCS-based Beverage Certificate Education Satisfaction on Major Satisfaction and Employment Preparation Behavior)

  • 본 연구는 NCS기반 음료자격증교육만족도가 전공만족도 및 취업준비행동에 어떠한 영향을 미치는지를 분석하여 개선방안을 제시하고자 실시하였다. 연구대상자는 수도권에 위치한 호텔관광전공 학생들을 대상으로 2018년 5월1일부터 6월30일까지 설문조사를 실시하여 총 300부 중 271부를 분석에 사용하였다. 연구결과 본 연구에서 설정한 가설은 모두 유의적인 정(+)의 영향을 미치는 것으로 분석되었으며, 특히 '교육과정', '담당교수', '자격증의 효용성', '자격증 유형', '교수만족도', '전공교수'의 항목에서 중요한 영향을 미치는 결과가 도출되었다. 이에 호텔관광계열학과에서 음료자격증 교육프로그램 운영 시 위의 항목을 우선시 하여 학생들의 만족도를 높이는 교육프로그램이 운영되어야 할 것이다. 또한 음료자격증은 취업준비와 전공만족도에도 중요한 영향을 미치는 만큼 학생지도에 있어 전략으로 활용하여 학과의 만족도와 취업률 향상에 일조하는 방향으로 운영되어야 한다.

2009생활시간조사자료를 근거로 한 노년층의 여가프로파일 (The Leisure Profile of the Elderly Based on 2009 Time Use Survey Data)

  • 본 연구는 노년층의 인구통계학적 특성을 바탕으로 형성된 군집별 여가 시간량의 차이를 조사함으로써 세대 내 존재하는 다양한 속성에 따른 여가프로파일을 작성하는 것을 목적으로 한다. 이를 위해 2009생활시간조사자료 중 만 65세 이상 응답자가 이틀 동안 작성한 시간일지 5392부를 최종분석에 사용하였다. 자료 분석을 위해 기술분석, 상관분석, K-평균 군집분석, 분산분석, 사후분석(Scheffe)을 실시하였다. 연령, 성별, 교육수준, 월소득, 배우자유무, 경제활동여부, 거주지역에 따라 7개의 군집(군집명: 아직은 일을, 벗들과 취미생활을, 도시에서 다양한 여가를, 신앙 속에 우정과 취미생활을, 일하며 짬짬이 여가를, 변두리에서 여가를)이 형성되었으며, 군집별 여가 시간량의 차이를 살펴본 결과, 관람문화활동이나 물품구입활동을 제외하고는 대부분의 여가행동별 시간량은 군집 간에 유의한 차이를 보였다. 특히 노년층에게 일이나 배우자의 유무와 같은 사회적 역할의 상실이나 관계의 상실은 여가 시간량의 증감이나 행동유형에 차이를 만들어 내었다. 이러한 결과는 추후 노년층을 위한 여가서비스 및 정책을 기획하고 준비하는데 참고할만하다.

Effects of Emotional Labor and Compassion Competence on Dental Hygiene Performance in Dental Hygienists

  • Background: This study examines the relationship between the emotional labor and compassion competence of clinical dental hygienists. It attempted to provide basic data to establish a plan to increase the dental hygiene performance of clinical dental hygienists in the future by identifying the factors influencing the dental hygiene work performance. Methods: This study is aimed at clinical dental hygienists working at the Jeollabuk-do Dental Clinic from April to June 2020 by the Convenience Sampling Method. An online survey site program was used to explain the purpose and purpose of the study on social media including the dental hygienist community, and distribute a URL that allows you to participate in the survey only if you agree to the study. Results: In emotional labor, there was a significant difference in job satisfaction and marital status, and in compassion competence, there were significant differences in job satisfaction, final education, and marital status by group. In dental hygiene work performance, compassion competency showed a statistically significant positive correlation. In other words, it was found that the higher the compassion competence, the higher the dental hygiene work performance. It was found that the total number of years worked and the compassion competence that influenced dental hygiene work performance were statistically significant. Conclusion: In summary, in order to improve the dental hygiene work performance of clinical dental hygienists, it is necessary to compassion competence with the subject. To this end, it is believed that various supports, measures, and systematic management should be implemented to compassion competence of clinical dental hygienists.

정신장애인 동료지원활동의 고용 활성화 방안에 관한 연구 (A Study on the Promotion of Employment for Peer Support Activities of People with Mentally Disabled)

  • 본 연구는 정신장애인 동료지원활동의 보다 발전적인 고용 활성화 방안을 모색하고자 하는데 그 목적이 있다. 그리하여 정신장애인 동료지원활동 리더양성 일자리 지원사업을 담당하고 있는 직업재활실무자들을 대상으로 초점집단인터뷰(FGI)를 실시하였다. 연구결과, 연구참여자들은 본 사업을 통해 역량강화에 대한 기대를 갖고 있었고, 동료지원활동가의 역할에 대해 동료들에 대한 정서적 지원, 프로그램 계획 및 진행, 자조모임 운영, 사업 및 시설홍보, 직원 보조지원의 역할 등으로 인식하고 있었다. 또한 금전적인 보상과 의미있는 역할 수행이 된다면 보다 동기부여 될 수 있다고 보았으며, 사업참여를 통해 힘들지만 보람을 느끼며, 전문성 향상을 위해 스스로 노력하는 모습을 보였다. 본 연구결과를 토대로 정신장애인 동료지원 활동 고용 활성화를 위한 논의 및 실제적인 제언을 하였다.

서예 전문인력 양성 방안 (A alternative plan to calligraphy professional manpower training)

  • 본 연구는 서예 진흥의 관한 법률이 시행됨에 따라 서예 교육 전문인력을 양성 방향을 검토해 보자는 의미에서 연구를 시작하게 되었다. 연구의 목적은 서예분야 인력 양성이라는 방향을 도출하고, 기존의 서당식, 도제식 방법과 다른 교육 전문인력 양성방향을 제안하는 데에 있다. 이를 위해 먼저 서예분야 인력현황을 실태조사와 선행연구를 통해 살펴보았다. 2022년 3월 기준 한국 대학 서예학과의 교과과정 현황 전체를 분석하여 그 특징을 살펴보았다. 본 연구에서는 교원 직무연수를 활용한 전문인력 양성방향과 지정기관을 통한 전문인력 양성 방향을 제시하였다. 교원 직무연수를 활용한 전문인력 양성방향은 교육 구성원이 함께 협업하여 참여자들의 역량 강화를 도모할 수 있는 자율연수방안을 선택하였으며, 서예교육 전문성 강화를 위한 직무연수 운영방안을 기본, 전문, 심화과정으로 제시하였다. 지정기관을 통한 전문인력양성 방안은 교육·전공·운영·소통역량에 총 26개의 프로그램을 제시하였다.
