중소벤처기업 스마트워크 특성이 조직혁신성에 미치는 영향: 디지털 리터러시와 세대 간 조절효과 (A Study on the Effects of Smart Work Characteristics of Small and Medium Venture Businesses on Organizational Innovation : Digital Literacy and Intergenerational Moderation Effect)

  • 본 연구의 목적은 중소벤처기업 구성원을 대상으로 스마트워크 특성요인 중 지식공유행동, 자기효능감, 팀 협업, 직무자율성이 조직혁신성에 미치는 영향과 세대별/디지털 리터러시 수준에 따른 차이를 연구하고, 중소벤처기업의 조직혁신에 반영할 수 있도록 시사점을 제공하기 위함이다. 분석결과 지식공유행동과 팀 협업은 조직혁신성에 영향을 미치고 있고, 자기효능감, 직무자율성은 조직혁신성에 영향을 미치지 않는 것으로 나타났다. 또한 조절효과로, 디지털 리터러시 수준에 따라 자기효능감과 팀 협업에서 차이를 보였고, 세대별로는 지식공유행동과 자기효능감, 팀 협업에서 차이가 있는 것을 확인하였다. 따라서 본 연구에서는 중소벤처기업의 스마트워크 환경 변화에 따른 조직혁신성의 중요한 영향 요인을 확인하여, 기업경쟁력을 확보할 수 있는 방안을 제시하였으며, 세대별/디지털 리터러시 수준의 차이에 따른 스마트워크 특성과 조직혁신성의 관계를 확인하고, 이를 통해 차별적인 역량개발과 활용방안을 강구하여야 조직혁신이 강화될 수 있다는 시사점을 제시하고 있다.

ICT 활용과 서비스산업 일자리창출 관계 연구 (A Study on the Relationship between ICT Usage and Job Creation in Service Industries)

  • The purpose of this research is to investigate the relationship between job creation and ICT usage in service industries. This research is particularly important because job creation is one of the most critical issues for the country. With technology innovation and system integration, manufacturing industries do not create enough employment, therefore, the society relies on service industries for creating job opportunities. Until now, due to limitations, analysis of job creation in service industries through ICT usage has not been investigated in depth. Thus, development of an effective ICT support policy was impossible. In this research, we used seven methods to investigate overall relationship between ICT usage level and job creation. A rule of large numbers has been applied to reach conclusion. Through this research, the government can focus its investment on service industries where job creation rate is the highest. We can expect both reinforcement in competitiveness of our service industry and continuous creation in employment, eventually leading to a virtuous cycle.

공공기관의 지식관리시스템 품질이 업무성과에 미치는 영향에 관한 연구: 집단지성과 혁신활동의 상호작용을 중심으로 (A Study on the Influence of Knowledge Management System Quality on the Work Performance of Public Institutions: Focusing on the Interaction between Collective Intelligence and Innovative Activities)

  • This study empirically examines the correlation between the data, system, service quality, collective intelligence, innovation activity, and work performance of the KMS for employees of state-run enterprises. This study also confirmed that collective intelligence and innovation activity have a mediating effect on the relationship between KMS system quality and work performance. For this study, employees of state-run enterprises completed a 5-point Likert scale survey, and the data obtained were analyzed with descriptive statistics. The reliability and validity of variables were also verified through a measurement model analysis. Structural equation modeling of IBM SPSS 26 and AMOS 26 were used to prove the hypothesis. Through this study, For the improvement of sustainable work performance of state-run enterprises, which is a difficult issue to solve, not only should the quality of the KMS utilized in the enterprises be improved and managed, but also the design for various incentive schemes tailored to the enterprises' job characteristics, such as rewards, HR bonus, work incentives, job allowance, and encouragement from the head of the enterprise, should be reviewed and continuously developed in reflection of the active collective intelligence of the employees and the effect of innovation activities. Then, the work performance of public institutions will increase.

SW일자리 창출을 위한 지속가능성과 개방형 관점에서의 산업클러스터 사례 비교 분석 (A Comparative Study on the Industrial Cluster Cases for Job Creation from the Viewpoint of Sustainability and Open Innovation)

  • Currently, the SW industry is the center of digital economy and it is very important industry in terms of market scale and ripple effect. Due to the suffering from poor working environment of the SW industry and the disproportion of manpower supply due to the lack of experienced SW manpower, it is hard to create jobs of high quality for the SW professionals who can be applied to various convergence industries. In this study, we try to analyze the benchmarking cases of successful foreign industrial innovative clusters in order to promote sustainable development direction of SW industry and to create high quality SW jobs. First, the comparison criteria are derived from the viewpoint of creation of high quality SW jobs through an analysis of SW environment by using expert FGI (Focus Group Interview) technique. The critical success factors (CSFs) are derived by comparing and analyzing each industrial cluster cases in terms of SW job creation. This article presents the desirable implications of the cluster of SW industry that can generate SW jobs continuously from the viewpoint of ecosystem environment infrastructure. Through this study, we propose a meaningful direction of SW clusters for job creation, and solve the business inconsistency and suggest ways to increase the sustainability of core competence manpower.

중소기업의 기술혁신에 관한 연구 : 종업원의 현장참여를 중심으로 (Employees' shop-floor participation and incremental innovation in small business)

  • With new competitive environments, innovation is more necessary to survive severe competitions than ever. However, most Small and Medium(SM) businesses are used to be short of professional staffs, money and equipments for performing various innovations(ie., technological or administrative innovation, product development or Process development, and radical or incremental innovation). Many students have suggested that incremental innovation is more adequate than radical innovation in SM business. The purpose of this paper is to find antecedent factors In promote employees' Incremental Innovation Activities(IIA), In analyse moderating effects of ability and attitudes, and to test the difference of IIA-level by ability(or attitudes) and 11 independent factors. Each IIA-level by 5 variables of 11 independent variables-job variety, importance, identity, communication, performance dependency-is found to be significantly different in high-ability group affirmative-attitude group.

개인-직무 적합성과 직무성과의 관계에 대한 직무열의의 매개효과와 일의 의미의 조절된 매개효과 연구 (The Effect of Person-Job Fit on Job Performance : Mediating Effect of Work Engagement and Moderating Effect of Work Meaning)

  • 본 연구에서는 개인-직무 적합도가 직무성과의 미치는 영향관계와, 그 관계에서 일의 의미의 조절효과, 직무열의의 매개효과를 살펴보았다. 이를 위하여 기업 조직에 근무하는 304명으로부터 설문 데이터를 수집하였고, 상관관계 분석 및 회귀분석을 사용하여 분석하였다. 연구 결과, 사실적 개인-직무 적합도와 인지된 개인-직무 적합도 간에는 유의미한 상관관계가 존재하며, 인지된 개인-직무 적합도는 직무성과를 유의하게 예측한다는 것을 알 수 있었다. 또한, 개인-직무 적합도와 직무성과의 영향도 관계에서 직무열의의 매개효과가 존재하며, 개인-직무 적합도와 직무 열의의 영향도 관계에서 일의 의미의 조절효과가 존재하였다. 본 연구는 사실적 개인-직무 적합도와 인지적 개인 -직무 적합도의 상관관계를 실증하였으며, 개인-직무 적합도는 직무열의와 같은 정서적 변인을 매개로 하여 직무성과에 영향을 미친다는 것을 밝혔다는 점에서 의의가 있다. 조직 관리자의 입장에서는 채용된 직원의 특성에 적합한 직무환경을 제공하고, 직원들이 개인-직무 적합도에 대해 어떻게 인지하는지를 관리하는 방안이 필요하며, 특히 직원들이 일을 통해 자신의 성장이 촉진되고, 공공선에 기여한다는 인식을 가질 수 있도록 지원할 필요가 있음을 시사한다.

국공립과 사립 유치원교사의 임파워먼트와 직무만족 간 관계 비교 (Comparison of Relationships of Empowerment and Job Satisfaction Between Teachers in Public and Teachers in Private Kindergartens)

  • The subjects of this study of variables influencing job satisfaction were 153 public and 191 private kindergarten teachers in Seoul and Gyeonggi Province. Results showed that empowerment, workloads, and job satisfaction indexes (compensation, innovation, autonomy, and future growth) of public kindergarten were higher than private kindergarten teachers. Extrinsic job satisfaction correlated with professional growth and teacher empowerment for public kindergarten and with status for private kindergarten teachers intrinsic job satisfaction correlated with decision-making for public and with status for private kindergarten teachers. The strongest predictor of job satisfaction for public kindergarten was professional growth and status for private kindergarten teachers.

중소기업 최고경영자의 컨설턴트 역량이 기업의 혁신성과 및 경영성과에 미치는 영향에 대한 연구 (The Effect of Consultant Competences of SMEs CEO on Innovation Performance and Management Performance)

  • 경영환경이 급변함에 따라 기업 운영에 어려움을 겪으며 특히 대기업에 비해 중소기업의 경영에 최고경영자의 역할이 막중함에 따라 상대적으로 최고경영자의 역량이 경영성과에 많은 영향을 주고 있다. 이로 인해 중소기업의 경쟁력 제고를 위해서는 최고경영자의 역량이 중요하다. 한편 컨설턴트란 기업과 조직이 당면한 다양한 이슈에 대하여 객관적이고 합리적 의사 결정을 유도하여 경영활동에 직간접적으로 참여하는 주체로 정의된다. 컨설턴트가 필수적으로 갖추어야 하는 경영적 전문 지식, 문제해결 능력, 의사소통 능력, 통찰력, 리더십 등은 컨설턴트의 역량이라고 할 수 있으며, 이는 특정 기간 동안의 계약 유무를 제외하면 최고경영자가 기업의 경영과 경쟁력 제고를 위해 갖추어야 하는 역량과 동일하다. 따라서 본 연구는 선행 연구를 통하여 최고경영자의 컨설턴트 역량으로서 4가지 변수인 직무역량, 커뮤니케이션 역량, 학습역량, 혁신역량으로 구분, 해당 변수가 각각 기업의 혁신성과에 미치는 영향과 혁신성과가 기업의 경영성과에 미치는 영향을 파악하고자 하였다. 조사는 제조 및 서비스업의 중소기업을 대상으로 진행하였으며 분석기법은 신뢰성 및 타당성 분석, 확인적 요인분석과 구조방정식 분석을 실시하였다. 연구결과 첫째, 최고경영자의 직무역량, 커뮤니케이션 역량, 학습역량, 혁신역량은 각각 기업의 혁신성과에 유의한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다, 둘째, 기업의 혁신성과는 경영성과에 유의한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 이를 통해 본 연구는 중소기업 최고경영자의 역량을 컨설턴트 역량과의 공통적 요소를 도출하였으며 중소기업의 성과를 향상할 때 필요한 최고경영자의 역량 특성의 시사점을 도출하였다.

From Emerging to Submerging Economies: New Policy Challenges for Research and Innovation

  • The Schumpeterian process of "creative destruction", associated with the emergence and diffusion of new radical, so-called "general purpose" technologies, has throughout history impacted wealth and income, jobs creation, jobs displacement, and the emergence and submergence of new hotspots of innovation. Emerging countries have benefited most from such a renewing of those societies' dynamics, leading them to higher levels of economic development and welfare. Doing so they have shown a remarkable capacity in moving upstream in the value chain, from outsourcing of manufacturing activities to autonomous process technology development, product development, design, and applied research. At the same time however, such Schumpeterian processes have now and then turned into exactly opposite processes of "destructive creation." Such processes seem to have become common among what could be called "submerging" economies: innovation only benefitting a few at the expense of many with as a result an opposite pattern of a long term reduction in overall welfare, productivity, and employment growth.

Spatial Structure and Dynamic Evolution of Urban Cooperative Innovation Network in Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area, China: An Analysis Based on Cooperative Invention Patents

  • With the increasing pressure of international competition, urban agglomeration cooperation and innovation had become an important means of regional economic development. This study analyzed the spatial characteristics of the Urban Cooperative Innovation Network in Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area, found out the dynamic evolution law of innovation, provided suggestions for policy management departments, and effectively planned the industrial layout. According to the data of the State Intellectual Property Office of China, this study researched invention patents from 2005 to 2019. This paper constructed the urban cooperative innovation network, and took 11 cities in the bay area as the research objects, and used social network analysis to study the spatial structure and dynamic evolution of the urban innovation network. Every indicator reflected the urban cooperative innovation, but they all showed a certain decline in 2008-2010. And it is inferred that the innovation network space of each city will be "obvious fist advantages, significant spillover effect and weakening role of Hong Kong and Macao". This paper divided urban cooperative innovation of Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area into three stages. Summing up the characteristics of each stage is helpful to recognize the changes of urban cooperative innovation and to do a good job in industrial layout planning.
