  • The purpose of this research is to find out the differences in family chareteristics and housing plans between public supporting households and general rental households in the public rental housing. One hundred eighty nine residents in chonju were analyzed. There were some differences between the two groups in family characteristics such as family size.age.a job.sex of the household head existence of mate.etc. The most desired facility was a public health center. The desiring macro environment and plan to move were similar between two groups. There were differences in the opinions on housing policies for the public rental housing between two groups.

  • The purpose of this study is to investigate the meaning and the function of the shared space in the existing multi-family housing through analyzing the reality and resident's requirement for it, and additionally to develop the research project to investigate its activation strategy. The method of this study was through analyzing the related literature and the existing study. The followings were found out from this study concerning the shared space: 1) Both the supplier and resident of multi-family housing started to recognize the importance of its role with relation to the quality of the home environment. 2) In residents' requirements for it, there was its common elements, and selective differences according to the size of housing, life cycle, and whether housewife has a job or not etc. 3) In order to activate the shared space, we need to search abut using behavior for that, its flexibility of housing regulations, and to develop an effective management program. Finally this study emphasized on the necessity of planning focused on the shared space for the community design in multi-family housing.

According to the social variation, to expand to participation to career opportunity not only unmarried but also married women and increase to single female household make women more expend money and go out to eat. So, this study is examined family restaurant choice attributor of women customer depends on status of marriage, scale of household and age. It will be contributed to Family restaurant industry to segment of their women customer by neo-demographic variables be reflected with social variations.

  • This study aimed at identifying and analyzing consumption of leisure services in silver industry and factors that had effects on them. This focused on the consumption of leisure services and its influence on the variables related to change of elderly's attitude, because socio-economic environment structure is improved and average life span is prolonged. The main findings of the research were as follows: 1. Totally, the percentage of leisure services consumption not so high and kinds of leisure were not various. Also, the reason why they use leisure was just for self-development and their indifference to leisure made them not to use services. 2. There were significant differences in individual characteristics and family-environmental conditions relating the consumption of leisure services in the silver industry. 3. Among variables which influence on the consumption of leisure of the elderly, job was the most significant factors. Also average monthly income, the changable inclination in food, clothing and shelter, social support of the family, status of residing, status of health and source of income were influential variables.

개인적자원이 스트레스인지도에 미치는 영향 (An Effect of Individual Resources on Stress)

  • The purpose of this study is to investigate the perceptional degree of Stress on family life events, and find out that family enviornment variables and individual resources among the family resources have effected on Stress. For the data, 316 mothers who first child is preschool were selected. The data were analysed with the spss pc+ program using M, SD, Factor analysis, one-way analysis of variance, Regression. The main results are as follows; First, the perceptional degree of stress is relatively middle. Second, among the family enviornmental variables mother's age, mother's educational level, father's educational level, mother's job have influence on the stress. Third, among the individual variables health, self-esteem have on the stress.

  • One of the fastest-growing job categories for women in both the developed and the developing nations of the world is that of self-employment. In 1990 women accounted for 29% of all self employed workers. In Korea, self-employed women including unpaid family workers accounted for 40.4% of all female workers. They are in economically low status and have heavy workload. So, this study examines the real state and problems of self-employed woman. For this purpose, the transition of the number of self-employed women is nationally compared. And the statistical data and time use data on them and role conflict due to paid work and household work are presented. In the future society, self-employment will be a good alternative to self-realization and career for women. So, for self-employed women, following education is needed according to stages of business and characteristics of managers; entrepreneurship, management, and balance of work and family.

가족휴가 의사결정에 영향을 미치는 요인

  • The purpose of this study was to identify the factors associated with the decision making of family vacation as a active leisure. The sample in this study consisted of 1,616 Korean married couples and household head had a salaried job. Statistics employed for the analysis were frequencies, means, porbit and tobit analysis. The results can be summarized as follows. First, the unearned household income, the number of formal vacation types had positive effects on whether the family decide their vacations or not, while car ownership had negative effect on int. Second, the wife's satisfaction of economic status, household earned income, total household expenditure-to-total household income ratio, and car ownership were significantly related to the days of family vacations. Third, husband's and wife's education attainment, household earned income, total household expenditure-to-total household income ratio, and living region were important variables for the family vacations' expenditures.

도시 주부의 가정생활문제 인지와 스트레스 정도에 관한 연구 (A Study on Family Life Problem and Stress-level Percived by Urban Homemakers)

  • The purpose of this study is ; 1) to identify the overall levels of family problem and stress perceived by urban homemakers, 2) to investigate the relations between them. For the purpose of this study, the samples were chosen among 369 homemakers living in Seoul. These data were analyzed by Frequency, mean, t-test, F-test, Duncan's Multiple Rang test and pearson's correlation. The significant results are as follows : 1) urban homemakers perceive 'economic problem' as the highest level, 'children problem' as the second one and 'health problem' as the lowest one in family life problem. There is significant difference in family problem perception according to education level, husband's job, children's numbers, and living level. 2) There is not sigificant difference in stress level according to independence variables. 3) There are positive correlations between the family problem perception and stress level of urban homemakers. In conclusion, we come to know every field of family life effects homemakers as stressors. According, it is necessary for us to understand and prevent family life problem in order to release stress perceived by homemakers.

CSR and Firm Reputation from Employee Perspective

  • This research focuses on the importance of corporate social responsibility in building the company's reputation. Experts have studied CSR as an antecedent of a company's reputation, but the mechanisms underlying this process are rarely explored. Therefore, to fill this research gap, we demonstrate CSR's implementation combined with organizational justice based on discrepancy and equity theory. This study involved 210 employees in a family company. The study's analysis method uses Structural Equation Model (SEM), SmartPLS, with a five-step measurement and analysis procedure. The variables in this study are CSR implementation, organizational justice, employee trust, firm reputation, organizational objectiveness, organizational commitment, job satisfaction, and job performance. The results found that some of the direct relationships stated were not significant, but all demonstrations of indirect links were substantial. Besides, optimal CSR and organizational justice provide a reliable and positive domino effect in increasing the role and consequences of employee trust and firm reputation. The findings in this study confirm that upstream-downstream job performance causality can be successfully achieved if job satisfaction has been realized, job satisfaction can be achieved if organizational commitment can also be recognized, and organizational commitment can be developed. Reflection and influence, rather than organizational attractiveness becomes essential.

아버지의 기질에 따른 결혼만족도, 직업만족도, 양육참여 간 관계의 차이 (Marital Satisfaction, Job Satisfaction, and Parenting Participation of Fathers : The Role of Paternal Temperament)

  • The present study aimed to identify the variables related to paternal participation in child-rearing. For this purpose, 543 fathers of young children living in the seven biggest cities in Korea were invited to participate in the internet survey and completed questionnaires assessing marital and job satisfaction. Their temperament was measured with the EAS Temperament Survey(Buss & Plomin, 1984). The result of this research showed that both the marital and job satisfaction of the fathers affected their parenting participation. And also, marital satisfaction was more strongly associated with the fathers' parenting participation than job satisfaction. All temperament types of the fathers had moderating effects and there were significant differences according to their temperament. This study provides the key factors which have an influence on paternal involvement in parenting and also suggests that the temperament of the father should be considered for participation in parenting.
