The argument about enlarging or limiting the function of the Korea Maritime Police. Agency (KMPA) has been and will be repeated. In this paper, the author highlights the internal and external issues facing KMPA, stemming partly from deficiencies of its struggles for advancement of the organization and partly from shortcomings of political support far it. And he urges KMPA to change the organizational culture for maintaining its identity and characteristics as a lead maritime agency by practising a scientific management system for maximizing cost-effectiveness of its administrative resources. In addition, he also suggests that KMPA adopt the Total Quality Management System for quality improvements in services and greater efficiency in its organizational structure to meet the future competition in the changing political and legal environment. he concludes by providing a 6-point vision statement for KMPA from the standpoint of favoring enlarging the function of KMPA.

Contracture is defined as the lack of full passive range of motion resulting from pint, muscle or soft tissue limitationprolonged Pint immobilization will result in stress and stretch deprivation and gradual development of contracture. the tissue changes caused by immobilization may be categorized as cellular modeling, ground substance and collagen response, and tissue response. contracture can be divided into three categories according to the anatomical location of pathological changes :arthrogenic, myogenic, soft tissue contractures Therapeutic approach of contracture is thermal or cold agents application, stretch or restoration of length, traction, manipulation, mobilization positioning and restoration of function. The purpose of this article is to review current concepts of mechanical properties and synthesis of collagen tissue and the underlying pathomechanics as it relates to evaluation and treatment of contracture.

로그 데이터는 네트워크 및 보안장비, 서버시스템, DBMS, 서비스 등에서 사용자의 행위를 기록하여 보관하며 있으며, 이를 통해 시스템의 안정적인 운영을 지원하거나, 해킹 등의 불법 침해를 당하였을 때 침입경로 추적과 취약점을 찾아내어 보완할 수 있는 중요한 자료이다. 하지만 로그 데이터는 여러 시스템에 각각 다른 형태로 산재하며 일시적인 기간 동안 저장되어 있거나, 해커에 의해 고의적으로 삭제되기도 하며, 저장 용량 문제로 인해 필요시에 없을 경우가 많다. 본 연구에서는 네트워크 장비와 보안장비의 표준로그인 syslog와 유닉스/리눅스 시스템과 윈도우즈서버의 로그에 대한 특성을 고찰하였으며, 특히 서비스로그로서 아파치 웹서버와 IIS서버의 로그에 대한 특징을 정리하였다. 여러 종류의 시스템에서 발생되는 로그를 통합하여 관리하기 위해서는 이기종 로그 데이터의 생명주기 방법론을 제시하였다. 또한, 최근에 IT보안 사고에 대응하여 규제준수를 요구하고 있는 국내외의 IT컴플라이언스에서 로그에 대한 관련 내용을 살펴보고, 그 준수할 방안을 제시한다. 결론으로 IT 인프라의 보안강화적인 측면과 IT컴플라이언스 준수를 위해, 효율적인 로그에 대한 수집과 보관 및 활용성 측면에서의 이기종의 통합로그관리도입 필요성, 생명주기, 기술적 준비사항, 컴플라이언스 요구사항을 제시한다.

This study uses group attachment theory to examine how group attachment security affects individual creativity through self-efficacy. 151 students participated in an experimental study. Participants were randomly assigned to either a group attachment security prime or control condition group. The results reveal that (1) group attachment security was positively related to individual self-efficacy, which in turn positively influenced individual creativity. (2) Individual self-efficacy partially mediated the relationship between group attachment security and individual creativity. Synthesizing theories of group attachment theory, self-efficacy, and creativity, this study tested a theoretical mechanism linking group attachment security with creativity via self-efficacy. The results of this research suggest that many firms should improve the organizational culture of the perspectives of communication and cohesiveness to release creative ideas and strengthen individual self-efficacy more effectively. Implications of these results and future directions for further study are discussed.

The title compound consisting of a calix[4]arene molecule with four phenyl rings arranged alternately in anti-orientation fashion, two propyloxy groups attached on the upper rim of calix[4]arene, and polyther chain with two phyenyl rings attached on the lower rim of calix[4]arene offers a big cavity inside a molecule with might a potential for forming host-guest complexes.

The calix[4]arene molecule adopting the 1,3-alternate conformation forms a square cavity, and two pair phenyl rings lying above and below a least-square plane defined by the four bridging methylene groups in the calix[4]arene are widened upwards and downwards, respectively, from central axis, which leads to O1-O4=4.064 and O2-O3=3.864 . Two propyloxy groups are stabilized with all trans conformations, but the rather short azacrown ether chain with two oxygen atoms includes cis/trans conformations with O1-C35=2.906 . Therefore the cavity does not seem to be big enough to form a host-guest complex.

Kernel type estimations of discontinuity point at an unknown location in regression function or its derivatives have been developed. It is known that the discontinuity point estimator based on $Gasser-M\ddot{u}ller$ regression estimator with a one-sided kernel function which has a zero value at the point 0 makes a poor asymptotic behavior. Further, the asymptotic variance of $Gasser-M\ddot{u}ller$ regression estimator in the random design case is 1.5 times larger that the one in the corresponding fixed design case, while those two are identical for the local polynomial regression estimator. Although $Gasser-M\ddot{u}ller$ regression estimator with a one-sided kernel function which has a non-zero value at the point 0 for the modification is used, computer simulation show that this phenomenon is also appeared in the discontinuity point estimation.

PC와 유사한 성능을 가진 스마트폰의 발전으로 인해 스마트폰 사용자가 증가하고 애플리케이션 시장이 확대되고 있다. 여러 가지의 애플리케이션 중에 게임 애플리케이션 이용률이 매우 높은 편이나 교육용 게임 애플리케이션은 부족한 현실이다. 교육적으로 활용이 가능한 우리나라 전통놀이인 고누놀이를 소재로 한 교육용 애플리케이션을 개발하였다.

This paper proposes an expert system, which is able to determine the problem-solving strategy for diversity events occurred on the distribution system. The events include events related to the fault, scheduled outage and optimal operating task such as feeder line fault, line scheduled outage, line overload, system load balancing, system loss minimization, main transformer fault, main transformer scheduled outage, main transformer overload, main transformer protection control. The expert system enhances the reliability of software designed by the integrated concept for the diversity events.
