  • The government is trying to secure reliability by raising the accuracy, objectivity, and transparency of the official price by promoting the reliability improvement plan of the official price and increasing the realization rate, but the Realization rate of Publicly Notified Individual Land Price is showing a big difference because the current market price is not fully reflected in the official price. Therefore, this study collected the actual transaction price reported to the RTMS in Wansan-gu, Jeonju, Jeollabuk-do and the individual official price of the KRAS and calculated the realization rate of publicly notified individual Land Price. SPSS 25.0 program was used for the empirical analysis of this study. The Dependent Variable was the realization rate of publicly notified individual Land Price, and Independent Variables, was six land characteristics items were selected, one-way ANOVA was conducted and post-test was conducted by Scheffe method. As a result of the analysis, average difference in realization rate of publicly notified individual Land Price was found in Residential areas, Commercial areas, and Farmland, Public land and Residential and commercia, Residential and Forest. Especially, it was found that the price of commercial area is higher than that of residential area and green area, and the price is less reflected in individual official land price.

  • This study was designed to measure the physical, mental-emotional and social health status of elderlies according to rural areas, medium - small cities, and large city environment. Data collection was done from July 18 to August 17 1990. The subjects were a convenience sample after their place of residence was stratified into large, medium- small cities and rural areas. Those who attended elderly centers in Seodaemun, Mapo, and Kangnam districts in Seoul were considered to be residents of a large city and interviewed by trained research assistants and student nurses. Elderlies living in Chungju, Jinju, Chuncheon, and Jeonju cities were coded as residents of medium-small cities and were interviewed by professors of nursing colleges. Rural residents were interviewed by the community health practioners working in community health clinics in North and South Kyongsang, North and South Jeolla, and Kyonggi provinces. The tool used in this study was the health assessment tool developed by Choi, Young Hee in 1990. This tool was organized into 20 physical health status, 17 mental - emotional health status, and 37 social health ststus items. Physical health status items consisted of six factors - personal hygiene activity ability, external activity utilizing traffic, mass media, and spare time ability, sexual ability, digestive system related ability, sexual ability, sensory ability, and elimination ability. Mental - emotional health status items consisted of two factors - mental health factor and emotional health factor. Social health status items consisted of seven factors -grandparental role ability, parental role ability, spoused role ability, friendship role ability, kinship role ability, group member role ability, and religious believer role ability. Data Analysis included frequencies, percentage, mean, standard deviation, ANOVA, and chi - square test. The results of the analysis are as follows : 1. The mean physical health status score for large city residents was 4.1132, for rural residents 4.0787, and for medium and small city residents 3.9565. There were significant differences according to residential area for personal hygiene activity ability, external activity ability, sexual ability, and digestive system related ability items 2. The mean mental -emotional health status score for rural residents was 3.8291, for medium and small city residents 3.7967, and for large city residents 3.7807. There was a significant difference according to residential area in the mental health ability item. 3. The mean social health status score for medium and small city residents was 3.0000, for rural residents 2.9362, and for large city residents 2.8960. There were significant differences according to residential area for kinship role ability and religious believer role ability items. The following conclusion was derived from the above results 1. The physical health status of elderlies residing in medium - small cities and in rural areas was lower than that of those residing in Seoul, a large urban area. Therefore, more medical facilities are needed in rural area so as to monitor their health, prevent disease, and promote their health. 2. The mental -emotional ststus and social health status of elderlies residing in the large city were lower than that of those residing in medium - small cities and rural areas. This may reflect weakening of the strong traditional family bond that may happen with urbanization. Continued support for elderly parents is essential and education should emphasize the traditional cultural norm and value of filial piety. 3. Facilities and programs for elderly are needed so that they may spend their time more valuably in their urban environment.

  • In this study the average air temperature in April at Taegu city is analyzed and forecasted by applying an intervention model of stochastic analysis. As it is unavailable to get the data of carbon dioxide emission from a city in Korea, the points of intervention have been decided from the analysis of the data observed to be the years of 1947 and 1970. As a result of the study the mean temperature of April in Taegu city is shown to increase for a long time in the future and will also remain 0.015$^{\circ}C$/year even after 70 years from now. Even though the air temperature changes in the future will vary depending on the future exhaustion of carbon dioxide, a significant increase of air temperature cannot be avoided if the emission of carbon dioxide continues at today's level.

  • Purpose: The purposes of this study were to analyze visitors' food needs and identify the Push-Pull factor in Jeonju Hanok Village. Methods: A questionnaire was developed based on previous research to survey Korean adults who visited Jeonju city. A total of 580 questionnaires were used for the analysis. Results: Most of the subjects who visited Jeonju Hanok Village had food purchase experiences in Jeonju Hanok Village (96.4%). 'Traditional Korean food (26.5%)' was the most purchased food, followed by 'foreign food (25.8%)' and 'Korean food combined with foreign food (16.8%)'. Satisfaction of food purchases (3.35 points) was higher than average. The primary reason for satisfaction was 'the food is delicious (23.0%)', and the reason for dissatisfaction was 'the food is expensive (48.1%)'. In the push and pull factor analysis for identifying visit motivation, 'local food seeking', 'experience seeking', 'relaxation seeking', and 'friendship seeking' were push factors while 'traditional culture', 'facility convenience', 'experience activity', and 'food experience' were pull factors. There was a significant correlation between the push and pull factors. Regression analysis showed that all push factors influenced satisfaction. However, among pull factors, only 'food experience' and 'traditional culture' influenced satisfaction. Conclusion: In conclusion, this study indicates that food-related factors are destination characteristics (Pull factor) influencing intrinsic visit motivation (Push factor) and satisfaction. It is necessary to develop various food tourism products to satisfy visitors' needs and continuous visits in Jeonju Hanok Village. This study suggests the importance of research on food factors and provides useful basic data to establish positioning strategies for food cultural development in Jeonju Hanok Village.

  • To effectively lead "Innovative City Season 2", it is important to investigate whether the creation of an innovative city has a positive effect on the revitalization of the hinterland town economy. This study explores the effects (external effects) of increases in the number of workers at public institutions in the innovative city of Jeollabuk-do, located closest to the hinterland town (Jeonju-si). In the results, we show that increases in the number of workers positively affected the commercial real estate market, which is one of the barometers that show the revitalization level. On the other hand, the effect was found to be limited to the new downtown commercial real estate market with good accessibility and modernized facilities and services. This suggests that the innovative city adjacent to the hinterland town meets the purpose of the innovative city to some extent by generating a positive external effect, especially in accessible and modernized areas. To further expand the positive spillover effects of an innovative city on the hinterland town, it is necessary to expand public institutions for relocation, improve settlement conditions, and establish a practical cooperation system between specialized public institutions and hinterland-related industries.

  • In Korea, the top priority of the exterior space in the urban commercial street has been put on the road and parking for cars, not on the street for pedestrians, because of the lack of institutional urban planning, the land use of high density, the pursuit of maximum commercial profit, etc. Also, it is true that the form and facade of the street buildings which form the characteristics of the commercial street are regarded as the consumption-stimulating tool and, subsequently, are symbolized for commercial profit. This study starts from the recognition of reality, and, with the perspective of general plan for urban exterior space, tries to improve the environmental design of street space. Also, this study searches the ways to enhance the cultural, art, aesthetic and functional values of a city, as well as the ways to promote commercial activities and to perform commercial symbolism and pedestrian functions. This study aims at exploring the importance of street environmental design and the information of environmental design, so that the problems of current street environment, which generates the disorder and chaos of information, may be solved. Also, this study aims at promoting the continuous development for the future street environmental design and design plan.

  • Weathering of granites has a geochemical role of great significance, because of their abundance and because of chemical instability near the surface of the earth, which is more pronounced than in most other rocks. On the other hand the granites are tectonically fragile and "react" to deformation with marked facility, giving rise to a whole gamut of deformed rocks. Therefore, the writer has studied on the weathering of granitic rocks at of Iri city and Jeonju city Jeollabukdo, Korea, The fresh and weathered rocks were used as material for the investigation. The results obtained by chemical analysis and observation are as follows. 1) The order of mobility in major elements was Ca, Na and K$H_2O$ was observed clearly and late stages of weathering processes. 3) The early stage of weathering is commenced by physical weathering and followed by chemical weathering. 4) The ratio of FeO/. $Fe_2O_3$, FeO/MgO, and $SiO_2/Al_2O_3 $ decreased uniformly from early to late stage of weathering processes. 5) It was proved that weathering potential of granite was larger than that of basaltic rocks.
