최근 국내시장에 판매되고 있는 막걸리의 종류는 매우 다양하며, 주류시장에서도 큰 수입원으로 부각되고 있다. 또한 국내뿐 만아니라 해외수출 비중도 높아지고 있으며, 주류관련 기업에서는 고급화 전략으로 마케팅을 하고 있다. 막걸리와 더불어 상품화 비중이 높아지고 있는 기능성 주류는 미용, 건강, 갈증해소 등 다양한 효능을 가지고 있으나, 일반적인 주류의 홍보에 비해 상대적으로 미비한 상태이다. 본 연구의 일부분으로 제작되는 막걸리는 피부미용, 면역력 강화, 뇌기능 개선 등의 효과를 갖는 감태를 주성분으로 하여 제조한 기능성 주류이다. 따라서, 본 연구에서는 감태를 이용한 기능성 막걸리의 제조과정과 막걸리의 특성을 파악한 효과적인 홍보 방안을 위한 콘텐츠 설계 및 개발에 대한 제안한다.

This study is to analyze the ripple effects of Jeju International Wind Ensemble Festival on Jeju regional economy and to explain the influence of the festival on Jeju regional society and culture. This study analyzed the economic ripple effects of the tourism industry with the Jeju inter-industry relation table. To explain the influence on Jeju regional society and culture, this study examined society-integrating part, policy-advertising part, culture-developing part, and industry-developing part.

The purpose of this study is to analyze the status and the competitiveness improvement of game contents industry comparing to relative LQ index of the no. of character company, the no. of employee and the amount of revenue of 2011, 2012, and 2013 between including Metro area and regional blocks(kangwon, chungchung, daekung, honam, dongnam and jeju region. The results of this research are as follows. In case including metro regional analysis, no. of employee suggested Metro and Chungchung have high competitiveness in during the 3 years. And in case of no. of game company suggested honam, dongnam and jeju area have high competitiveness between 2012 and 2013. The amount of revenue of game industry indicated the only Metro area have over LQ 1.0 which relative higher competitiveness than the other culture contents industry. But in case of except of Metro, no. of game company indicated honam, jeju have relative high competitiveness over LQ 1.0 and the no. of employee indicated kangwon, chungchung, honam and jeju showed relative competitiveness during 3 years. The amount of revenue of game industry indicated kangwon, chungchung and honam suggested high competitiveness. Honam area have strong competitiveness among three category by regional longitudinal analysis. Kangwon and jeju area suggested 2nd strong regional competitiveness. The main competitiveness of game industry were well established among national industry cluster.

The biological activities of Oenothera laciniata extracts were measured, including antioxidant activity and cytotoxic effects. O. laciniata is an endemic species of Jeju Island, Korea with a seaside habitat. The concentration of total polyphenolic compounds from ethanol (EtOH), n-hexane, dichloromethane ($CH_2Cl_2$), ethylacetate (EtOAc), butanol (BuOH), and water fractions of O. laciniata was 63.96, 8.49, 28.11, 172.64, 114.56, and 34.91 mg/g, respectively. The EtOAc fraction contained the highest antioxidative activities ($IC_{50}$), measured as follows: 16.19 ${\mu}g/mL$ in DPPH radical scavenging capacity, 220.37 ${\mu}g/mL$ in xanthine oxidase inhibitory activity, 42.07${\mu}g/mL$ in superoxide radical scavenging capacity, and 421.33 ${\mu}g/mL$ in nitric oxide scavenging capacity. The cytotoxicity of O. laciniata extracts was examined through their effect on the growth of HL-60 cells. Incubation of HL-60 cells with the EtOAc fraction resulted in the greatest inhibition of cell growth; high DNA fragmentation and numerous sub-G1 hypodiploid cells were observed in HL-60 cell cultures treated with the EtOAc fraction. These results suggest that the EtOAc fraction of O. laciniata has potent apoptotic and antioxidative activities in vitro.

We investigated several biological activities using the ethanol extract and its fractions from Dictyota coriacea to evaluate the usefulness of its extract as a functional biomaterial. The ethanol extract and n-hexane and ethyl acetate fractions showed dependently inhibitory effect on tyrosinase activity and melanin content in B16F10 cells. The ethanol extract and its fractions showed inhibitory effect on Tyrosinase and TRP-1 gene transcription but didn't showed inhibitory effect on TRP-2 gene transcription. Also, the n-hexane and ethyl acetate fractions dose-dependently inhibited the NO production in a RAW 264.7 cells. These results suggest that extract of Dictyota coriacea could be used as functional biomaterial in developing a skin whitening agent having the anti-inflammatory activity.

Three coniferous essential oils were extracted from Abies koreana, Cryptomeria japonica, and Torreya nucifera by hydrodistillation. The chemical composition of each oil was analyzed by GCMS, and their antimicrobial activities were tested against two bacteria and one yeast strains. Fortyseven compounds were identified from A. koreana oil, 39 from C. japonica, and 59 from T. nucifera. Main components of the essential oils were limonene (23.5%), bornyl acetate (17.9%), ${\alpha}-pinene$ (11.1%), and camphene (10.2%) in A. koreana, kaurene (26.3%), ${\gamma}-eudesmol$ (19.0%), elemol (6.9%), and sabinene (5.1%) in C. japonica, limonene (13.5%), ${\delta}-cadinene$ (10.5%), ${\alpha}-bisabolol$ (10.2%), and ${\alpha}-copaene$ (7.7%) in T. nucifera. Among the three coniferous trees tested, the essential oils of A. koreana exhibited higher and broader antimicrobial activity against the tested organisms than those of C. japonica and T. nucifera.

Application of industry roadmap is to propose the vision on the future through correction and supplement of various environment change(nation competition power uplift, origin technology development, long and short-term vision establishment, R&D investment improvement, co-work increase etc). Now, in Jeju region, Roles of traditional medicine is needed by environmental needs(competition loss of Jeju industry, limitation of tourism industry etc). Thus, the purpose of this study is to contribute to region economy activity by building the TRM of foods field in traditional oriental medicine industry through the analysis of earlier TRM paper and materials.

The purpose of this research is to propose employee uniforms for tourist hotels on Jeju Island, such uniforms that embrace Jeju's unique culture and promote the tourism of Jeju Island. It has been suggested that there exists a need for hotel employee uniforms to attract more tourist attention and boost Jeju's tourism industry. We designed the uniform after analyzing the empirical data collected from academia thesis, periodicals, papers and pictures from internet search, and fashion industry magazines. The uniform analysis and production procedures are as follows: (1) precedent research case review (2) current (existing) uniform status survey (3) latest fashion trend analysis (2010 - 2014) (4) creating the uniform implementing the trend-based design with Gal Cheon, Jeju's cultural product material. We found tipping points of the design through literature and trend analysis; we developed appropriate uniforms accordingly that are harmonious with Jeju's unique identity. We received great evaluations on the appearance and comfort as well. A new concept of uniform featuring Gal Cheon has been proposed. It is expected that the uniforms will promote the brand image of Jeju as an international freedom city and its culture.

The purpose of this paper is to analyze quantitative and qualitative effects through input-output analysis and AHP(Analytic Hierarchy Process) method for checking the effects inducing high value to Jeju region economy by culture industry. In analysis results, Investment to culture industry has a positive effect on Income effect, employment effect, linking the other industry on Jeju region economy. And so, for activation of the Jeju region economy, Culture Industry based on Knowledge should be cultivated.
