Objectives : The objective of this study was to assess the effects of acupuncture applied at 114 and Liv3 points on heart rate variability (HRV) in normal subjects under mental stress. Methods: 36 healthy male and female subjects were recruited and randomized to a treatment group(18 subjects) or a control group (18 subjects). After 10-minutes rest period and instrumentation, both groups performed a mental stress test(Stroop color word test, Arithmetic test. four rule of arithmetic task) for l6-minutes. HRV was recorded before and after the mental stress. And then acupuncture needles were inserted on 114 and Liv3 for the study group. In the control group, they rested for l5-minutes. And Heart rate variability(HRV) was measured. Results: In the both groups, low frequency(LF) power, normalized low frequency power(LF(norm)) and ratio of low frequency to high frequency(LF/HF) was significantly increased after mental stress. Acupuncture induced significant decrease in low frequency(LF) power, normalized low frequency power(LF(norm)) and ratio of low frequency to high frequency (LF/HF) which was increased after mental stress test. In contrast, control group induced no changes. Conclusions : Acupuncture on 114 and Liv3 could be useful to decrease sympathetic activity and prevent the alteration of autonomic nervous system due to mental stress.
Chemical plants which consume lots of energy are not operating in the best conditions due to their own peculiar nonlinearity, instability, and diverse disturbances. In order to improve this, the plant wide optimization was performed. It is important to select the most appropriate number of decision variables which strongly affect the operating cost because there are too many decision variables which economically have an effect on plant wide. For instance, if all decision variables which can economically affect are applied in optimization and then the result of the optimization is applied to operation, a lot of operating conditions should be going to be changed. As a result of changing a plenty of operating conditions, the cost of the change will absolutely increase. Thus, in this study, the method of selecting the most appropriate decision variables which can influence on saving operation costs was presented in order to optimize plant wide. TPA (Terephthalic-acid) plant is considered as a case study. In other word, after modeling, the most proper decision variables was selected by examining the degree which decision variables influence on operating costs through sensitivity analysis. In TPA process, the three decision variables were selected by the presented method in this study. Then the plant was optimized by selected the decision variables. Consequently, it was seen that the plant are expected to save the 350 million won of energy annually without additional investment for facilities or remodeling of the plant.
The purpose of this study was to investigate the causal relationship among perceived value, satisfaction and revisit intention for visitors of the Korea National Arboretum. Three hundred respondents were selected by quota sampling, and well-known measurement scales utilized in marketing field were adopted in order to measure three variables with some modification to apply for arboretum visitors. Results of structural equation model showed that perceived value affected visitors' satisfaction, which in turn influenced revisit intention. Specifically, "emotional value" had the most significant influence on satisfaction, followed by "value for money" and "novelty value"; however, "social value" was not an influential construct. Based on calibration results, several strategies were suggested for the effective management. Authors advised that (a)improvement of measurement scale of value, (b)inclusion of self-congruity as antecedent variable to satisfaction, (c)changing revisit intention to word-of-mouth communication as a post-purchase behavioral intention, and (d)implementation of market segmentation should be considered for future research.
Gut (Shaman ritual) in the west coast area is consisted to sanyang-geori (hunting), tasal-geori, gunwoong-geori those describe from hunting process to preparing animal sacrifices to a deity. The characteristic of gut in the west coast area which are represented for mock hunting and animal sacrifice ritual is practicing at the sibamasturi in Japan. This paper aims to compare a shaman ritual in west coast area in Korea and Japanese Sibamasturi from the comparative folklore point of view. Gut in the west coast area is well known for dividing sacrificial offering: vegetable for sinryeong and meat for singyeong. This division of spiritual deity shows it has different background from agriculture and hunting culture. Hwanghae-do gut has been formed under the various life environments. Therefore, each stage is conducted according to the purpose of the ritual. Sanyang-geori (hunting) represents the scene of hunting in the mountain and by catching live animals and it refers to Gunwoonsin, and will be offered. Animal sacrifice is a positive ritual which get rid of bad luck and pleased deity. Sibamasturi is practiced in mountain area where most of people involve in hunting and agriculture. Therefore, this area has both agricultural ritual and hunting ritual. Sibamasturi is practiced in January (lunar) and it also has meaning of beginning of agriculture and hunting in mountain area. Ground burnt off for cultivation way symbolizesfire ritual and mock hunting as well as animal sacrifice together. These rituals match to farmers of mountain area in the south-east Asia. The gut in the west coast area and Japanese Sibamasturi have common point that mock hunting and animal sacrifice are practiced at both rituals, however, the structure for these two ritual are different. In other word, there animal sacrifice has been formed with different cultural back ground.

Currently, online user authentication is perform using joint certificates issued by accredited certification authorities and simple certificates issued by private agency. In such a PKI(Public Key Infrastructure) system, various cryptographic technologies are used, and in particular, digital signatures are used as a core technology. The digital signature scheme is equally used in DID(Decentralized Identity), which is attracting attention to replace the existing centralized system. As such, the digital signature-based user authentication used in current online services is also applied in the metaverse, which is attracting attention as the next-generation online world. Metaverse, a compound word of "meta," which means virtual and transcendent, and "universe," means a virtual world that includes the existing online world. Due to various developments of the metaverse, it is expted that new authentication technologies including biometric authentication will be used, but existing authentication technologies are still being used. Therefore, in this study, we study digital signature scheme that can be efficiently used for user authentication in the developing metaverse. In particular, we experimentally analyze the effectiveness of ECDSA, which is currently used as a standard for digital signatures, and Schnorr signatures, which can quickly verify a large amount of signatures.
With the growth of the food-catering industry, consumer preferences and the number of dine-in restaurants are gradually increasing. Thus, personalized recommendation services are required to select a restaurant suitable for consumer preferences. Previous studies have used questionnaires and star-rating approaches, which do not effectively depict consumer preferences. Online reviews are the most essential sources of information in this regard. However, previous studies have aggregated online reviews into long documents, and traditional machine-learning methods have been applied to these to extract semantic representations; however, such approaches fail to consider the surrounding word or context. Therefore, this study proposes a novel review textual-based restaurant recommendation model (RT-RRM) that uses deep learning to effectively extract consumer preferences from online reviews. The proposed model concatenates consumer-restaurant interactions with the extracted high-level semantic representations and predicts consumer preferences accurately and effectively. Experiments on real-world datasets show that the proposed model exhibits excellent recommendation performance compared with several baseline models.
This study investigates the F&B brand choice attributes preferred by Generation Z and the brand experience of the London Bagel Museum, resulting in the following findings. First, in-depth interviews with Generation Z revealed that they consider 'appearance' and 'sociability' to be the most important factors when choosing an F&B brand. The success of the London Bagel Museum can also be attributed to fulfilling these Generation Z F&B brand choice attributes of 'appearance' and 'sociability.' Additionally, 'taste' was found to have the greatest impact on word-of-mouth and revisit intentions. The brand experience of the London Bagel Museum received the highest score in sensory experience, which can be seen as satisfying the visual stimulation that Generation Z, who value 'appearance,' consider important. This was followed by cognitive experience, emotional experience, and behavioral experience, in that order. The significance of this study lies in providing insights for the development of successful F&B brands by elucidating the F&B brand choice attributes of Generation Z and the brand experience of the London Bagel Museum.
Objectives:High nailfold plexus visibility can reflect central nervous system defects as an etiologic factor of schizophrenia indirectly. Previous studies suggest that this visibility is particularly related to the negative symptoms of schizophrenia and frontal lobe deficiency. In this study, we examined the relationships between nailfold plexus visibility, and various clinical variables and neuropsychological functions in schizo-phrenic patients. Methods:Forty patients(21males, 19 females) satisfying the DSM-IV criteria for schizophrenia and thirty eight normal controls(20 males, 18 females) were measured for Plexus Visualization Score(PVS) by using the capillary microscopic examination. For the assessment of psychopathology, process-reactivity, premorbid adjustment, and neuropsychological functions, we used Positive and Negative Syndrome Scale(PANSS), Ullmann-Giovannoni Process-Reactive Questionnaire(PRQ), Phillips Premorbid Adjustment Scale(PAS), Korean Wechsler Adult Intelligence Scale(KWIS), Continuous Performance Test(CPT), Wisconsin Card Sort Test (WCST), and Word Fluency Test. We also collected data about clinical variables. Results:PVS was correlated with PANSS positive symptom score and composite score negatively. There were no correlations between PVS and PRQ score, PAS score and neuropsychological variables respectively. Conclusions:This study showed that nailfold plexus visibility was a characteristic feature in some schizophrenic patients, and that higher plexus visibility was associated with the negative symptoms of schizophrenia. There was no association between plexus visibility and neuropsychological functions.
This paper proposes a methodology applying sequence tagging methodology to improve the performance of NER(Named Entity Recognition) used in QA system. In order to retrieve the correct answers stored in the database, it is necessary to switch the user's query into a language of the database such as SQL(Structured Query Language). Then, the computer can recognize the language of the user. This is the process of identifying the class or data name contained in the database. The method of retrieving the words contained in the query in the existing database and recognizing the object does not identify the homophone and the word phrases because it does not consider the context of the user's query. If there are multiple search results, all of them are returned as a result, so there can be many interpretations on the query and the time complexity for the calculation becomes large. To overcome these, this study aims to solve this problem by reflecting the contextual meaning of the query using Bidirectional LSTM-CRF. Also we tried to solve the disadvantages of the neural network model which can't identify the untrained words by using ontology knowledge based feature. Experiments were conducted on the ontology knowledge base of music domain and the performance was evaluated. In order to accurately evaluate the performance of the L-Bidirectional LSTM-CRF proposed in this study, we experimented with converting the words included in the learned query into untrained words in order to test whether the words were included in the database but correctly identified the untrained words. As a result, it was possible to recognize objects considering the context and can recognize the untrained words without re-training the L-Bidirectional LSTM-CRF mode, and it is confirmed that the performance of the object recognition as a whole is improved.

Purpose of study In the medical science of 'Sasang', a constitutional examination(diagnosis) and a medical treatment are important however a dietary cure is considered as very important at the medical prevention and treatment. But there has been a confusion due to the different view concerning the constitutional foods in between scholars. There it is necessary for us to bring up the theoretical basis of the 'Sasang' constitutional - dietary cure by means of the bibliographical study in relation to a historic, characteristics, efficiency of the major foods. A mellow as called "Baekchejiju" has been used as a source of adding food materials when we make a boiling soup, which is only in Korea but not other countries case. We also studied a hollyhock, a 'Darkpull', a sunflower together with a mellow, because these plants contains a similar characteristics and same chinese word of 'Gue' at their name. At this study we would like to bring up the basis correcting the evil of the misinterpretation to be translated 'Gue' into 'Sunflower', which would be helpful to the current academic circles studied very rarely for the introduction process of sunflower. 2. Method of study We did a comparative study based on not only 'Bonchoseo - original plants book' but also agricultural books, boos of the same kinds and private books. 3. Result of study 1) A mellow has been changed its inscribed name from 'Abushil' to 'A-uk', to 'A-ok', to 'A-uk'. And a winter mellow is called as 'Dol-a-uk' which means the thing is changed a year. 2) The heliotropism of mellow has been used as the symbol of the loyalty and the intelligence. Its meaning has been interpreted expansively engaging with the heliotropism of a hollyhock, a Darkpull, and a sunflower. 3) Once 'Darkpull' had been recognized as 'one day flower'. But after sunflower come, people have confused and misread 'Darkpull' by 'Sunflower'. 4) The first record of sunflower among the existing bibliographical documents is "Chung-jang-gam-chun-seo" (1795). And It is presumed thal the sunflower had introduced in Korea at the early to mid of the eighteen century. 5) The interpretation for mellow has been made s confusion by a several documentary and dictionary record, but should be corrected to be right.
