In this study, the impact of entrepreneurial orientation subfactors on organizational performance in the health and social welfare services industry was examined. Accordingly, responses from 272 organizations in this industry that participated in the corporate section of the 2022 Entrepreneurship Panel Survey conducted by the Korea Entrepreneurship Foundation were used. A regression analysis was performed on the data using the SPSS 25.0 program. According to the analysis, the entrepreneurial orientation subfactors of autonomy, proactiveness, innovativeness, and competitive pursuit had positive impacts on organizational performance. Risk-taking, on the other hand, had no effect on organizational performance. Based on these findings, building an entrepreneurial-oriented organizational culture and strengthening compensation to promote an entrepreneurial orientation are recommended.

This paper explores strategies to enhance internal customer orientation from the perspectives of both disabled clients and people without disabilities (social workers) within vocational rehabilitation facilities. It proposes efficient operational strategies for these facilities through a literature review on the relationship between internal customer orientation and performance. In this process, it examines how satisfying internal customer needs and focusing on job satisfaction in service provision impacts the overall economic and social performance of the organization. The study also identifies practical strategies that can help vocational rehabilitation facilities overcome challenges and achieve sustainable development.

The purpose of this study was to find the qualities of nursing students who need to improve their communication self-confidence by identifying their communication self-confidence, critical thinking disposition, and nursing professionalism. The study's data was collected from August 2019 to September 2019. Informed consent was received from 122 students who were in their senior of nursing college. The collected data was analyzed using SPSS WIN 20.0 program. As a result of the study, the score for communication self-confidence was 32.31, the score for a critical thinking disposition was 101.34, and the score for nursing professionalism was 3.78. Communication confidence was found to have a significant positive correlation with critical thinking tendency(r=.568, p<.001) and nursing professional intuition(r=.282, p<.001). The critical thinking tendency was found to have a positive correlation with communication confidence(r=.568, p<.001) and nursing professional intuition(r=.361, p<.001). Nursing professional intuition was also found to have a positive correlation with communication confidence(r=.282, p<.05) and critical thinking propensity(r=.361, p<.001).

The purpose of this study was to provide basic information on leisure participation and leisure exploration of community-dwelling stroke patients through a multi-dimensional leisure participation evaluation tool. The subjects in this study were 35 people living with stroke in the community. As a result of study, the most involved leisure activities were in order of watching TV, communicating, and exercise alone. Most of the satisfaction level of leisure participation was 7-10 points, but exercise alone was 5.2 points due to the purpose of health management. Leisure exploration was the most frequent exercise alone and sports, and interest was 8-10 points. The most important obstacles for leisure participation were physical problems depending on the nature of the stroke disease. Through the results of this study, it is necessary to activate a stroke patient's discharge plan and activate a community stroke patient's leisure intervention program so that they can participate in leisure activities of their choice through voluntary leisure exploration.

The purpose of this study is to analyze the relationship between high school teachers' grit and stress coping strategies and to understand differences in stress coping strategies by cluster types of grit. 226 in-service teachers participated in the survey who took the professional development program in the national educational training institute. Results are as follows. First, perseverance of effort in grit was the positively independent variable toward task-oriented and emotion-oriented strategies. The avoidance-oriented strategy was negatively influenced by consistency of interest in grit. Also, the clusters of high grit and high perseverance of effort in grit showed higher means in task-oriented and emotion-oriented strategies than the cluster of low grit. Finally, researchers discussed the importance of strengthening high school teachers' grit for them to cope with job stress effectively.

This study is a descriptive research study to understand the relationship between sedation, delirium, and fall of people with mental illness taking psychiatric drugs. From March10, 2019 to November 10, 2019, four psychiatric nurses were evaluated on 149 people with mental illness in two psychiatric hospitals located in D city. The collected data were analyzed using descriptive statistics, t-test, ANOVA, and Pearson's correlation coefficient using SPSS 22.0. Sedation and delirium(r=.587, p=<.001), sedation and fall(r=.273, p=.001), delirium and fall(r=.390, p=<.001)were all significant positive correlation. This study identified the degree of sedation, fall, and delirium of patients taking psychiatric drugs and confirmed the relationship between sedation, fall, and delirium of people with mental illness. It is thought that it will be able to provide basic data to prevent falls and delirium that may occur when taking psychiatric drugs and to prepare a nursing intervention strategy.

The case of Dance Chang-jak-san-shil, a dance performance support project linked to digital media, was analyzed from the perspective of liveness. The purpose was to examine the limitations of the liveness and to suggest ways to overcome them. The research case was focused on the factors of the time and space and audience (the sharing of field and acceptance experience) of the creative production room that supports works based on the creativity of dance performances. As a result, active SNS for accessibility of performing arts, expansion of access to art through the use of teaching media of art education through archiving, multi-dimensional access and provision for inducing audience participation and creative appreciation in one-way digital media transmission, provision of copyright protection devices, and audience to enter offline. As a long-term strategy for the future of the performing arts field, I would like to present the need for a change in the communication with the audience and experimental works that combine art and technology.

This study tries to understand the relationship between brand direct, oral communication, competence and insurance service's impact on the resale of insurance products and to suggest ways to efficiently repurchase insurance products. The data collected verified the suitability of the structured model and the causality of each concept, First of all, it is important to give customers an awareness that they are receiving special services for themselves that are differentiated from orthers. Second, customers want to enjoy the benefits of insurance services together by spreading the benefits of insuuance servics to people around them through oral communication. Third,the customer thinks insurance service is the competence of the insurance planner. Therefore, the professionalism of isurance services should be increased. Fourgh, insurance planners should provide customers with quilting information. Finally, an insurance company should develop insurance services that can create a mind that customers receive special services through diversification of insurance services.

The Journal of Industrial Management Society in Republic of Korea. In order to explore the effect of overseas language training on the development of foreign language accuracy, this study investigates the errors in English compositions produced by 27 Korean university students who received overseas language training for 15 weeks. For data collection, students were made to take two tests, a pretest and a posttest, a semester apart. The differences in composition elements and errors between the two tests were examined and statistical analyses were performed. Results showed that while the average length of the compositions and sentences increased, the number of sentences decreased in the posttest. Also, more errors were found in the posttest where the students tried to construct more complex sentence structures. The students' ability to generate sentences were found to have improved, while their competence in using grammatical elements accurately within sentences did not see great improvement. This implies that overseas language training was not effective for aiding the development of one's grammatical accuracy of a foreign language over a 15-week period for the students.

This study is to identify the relationship between andropause symptoms, resilience, and retirement anxiety in the context of convergence. It is also to identify the factors that affect retirement anxiety by checking these relationships. For data collection, the study surveyed 87 middel-aged men who were residing in S City from July 20 to October 25, 2019. This study found that middle-aged men's anxiety about retirement has a significant influence on andropause syndrome and resilience. In addition, those with andropause syndrome had lower resilience and higher retirement anxiety than those without symptoms. Therefore, it is necessary to consider ways to efficiently overcome retirement anxiety in middle-aged men, reduce andropause symptoms, and enhance resilience.
