Let{$X_{ni}$\mid$\;1\;{\leq}\;i\;{\leq}\;k_n,\;n\;{\geq}\;1$} be an array of rowwise negatively associated random variables such that $P$\mid$X_{ni}$\mid$\;>\;x)\;=\;O(1)P($\mid$X$\mid$\;>\;x)$ for all $x\;{\geq}\;0,\;and\; \{k_n\}\;and\;\{r_n\}$ be two sequences such that $r_n\;{\geq}\;b_1n^r,\;k_n\;{\leq}\;b_2n^k$ for some $b_1,\;b_2,\;r,\;k\;>\;0$. Then it is shown that $\frac{1}{r_n}\;max_1$\mid${\Sigma_{i=1}}^j\;X_{ni}$\mid$\;{\rightarrow}\;0$ completely convergence and the strong convergence for weighted sums of N A arrays is also considered.

It is necessary for the optimum design of switching devices to calculate repulsion forces acting on the closed electric contacts flowing over-current, e.g. inrush current and overload currents. In this paper, the forces generated by currents and flux densities at the contact point when circuit breakers are in closed position are obtained by using 3D finite element method. According to the analysis, the optimum configuration of wipe springs and arc extinguishing chambers are newly designed and consequently type tests show satisfactory results.

This study was conducted to investigate the effects of $Megazone^{(R)}$ (a mineral mix) supplementation on growth performance, nutrients digestibility, blood characteristics, meat quality and carcass traits in weaning-to-finishing pigs. A total of 48 crossbred $(Landrace{\times}Yorkshire{\times}Duroc)$ pigs with initial body weight (BW) of $4.46{\pm}0.18kg$ were used in a 21 wks trial. Pigs were blocked by weight and allotted to two dietary treatments in a completly randomized design. There were 6 pens per treatment. Dietary treatments included: 1) Control (CON: basal diet) and 2) MT (basal diet+0.8% $Megazone^{(R)}$). Through the entire experimental period, there were no effects of dietary $Megazone^{(R)}$ supplementation on growth performance nutrients digestibility, blood characteristics and meat quality traits (p>0.05). Market weight and backfat thickness also had no differences between the two treatments (p>0.05). However, carcass weight and carcass ratio in MT treatment were improved significantly compared with CON treatment (p<0.05). In conclusion, supplmentation of $Megazone^{(R)}$ can increase carcass weight and carcass ratio in weaning-to-finishing pigs, however, it has no effects on growth performance, nutrients digestibility, blood characteristics and meat quality traits.

In this study, J-integral values obtained by various methods, i.e, R-Curve, Unloading Compliance, Strectched Zone Width [SZW], and Acoustic Emission [AE] methods are investigated. Elasto-plastic fracture toughness [$J_IC$] estimations by R-curve method are overestimated than those by SZW method, and those by unloading compliance method is around middle value of them. And the difference between them is little. The $J_IC$ value by AE method was almost agreed with that by SZW, and then proved to be useful. Crack propagation mechanism on fractography is a stable ductile fracture. For the identification of ductile fracture, both fractography analysis and AE method were applied to estimate the characteristics more precisely.

In this paper we prove a functional central limit theorem for a field $\{X_{\underline{j}}:{\underline{j}}{\in}Z_+^d\}$ of nonstationary associated random variables with $EX{\underline{j}}=0,\;E{\mid}X_{\underline{j}}{\mid}^{r+{\delta}}<{\infty}$ for some $r>2,\;{\delta}>0$and $u(n)=O(n^{-{\nu}})$ for some ${\nu}>0$, where $u(n):=sup_{{\underline{i}}{\in}Z_+^d{\underline{j}}:{\mid}{\underline{j}}-{\underline{i}}{\mid}{\geq}n}{\sum}cov(X_{\underline{i}},\;X_{\underline{j}}),\;{\mid}{\underline{x}}{\mid}=max({\mid}x_1{\mid},{\cdots},{\mid}x_d{\mid})\;for\;{\underline{x}}{\in}{\mathbb{R}}^d$. Our investigation implies and analogous result in the case associated random measure.

We introduce and investigate the concepts of ($T_i,T_j$)-fuzzy $\beta$-(r, s)-open sets, ($T_i,T_j$)-fuzzy $\beta$-(r, s)-closed sets and fuzzy pairwise $\beta$-(r, s)-continuous mappings in smooth bitopological spaces.
