  • Recently, the application of BIM for port & harbour facilities has been increasing, as it is widely applied to the infrastructure field both at domestic and abroad. However, the port and harbour projects still have very poor facilities information management system and the application level of BIM is very low compared to other facilities. Even if BIM is applied for those project, it is very difficult to determine in advance what information is needed without an accurate understanding of the business process. The purpose of this study is to develop a BIM framework for port & harbour facilities and to examine its applicability. To do this, we structured the classification of the port & harbour facilities and constructed object-based classification system based on ISO12006-3 standard. We also derived the BIM framework requirements from the viewpoint of process, standard, interface, and information, and confirmed the linkage of the BIM object classification system in the framework item. The applicability of the BIM framework for inspection process cases of port & harbour was examined. Accordingly, this study can solve requirement setting method, which is the non - procedural and non - systematic project information, in the BIM application process of the port & harbour project with the BIM framework. In addition, the framework is expected to be integrated into the system to play a key role in the selection of project objectives, and the ability to clearly identify the information requirements required by the BIM manager to perform the project.

  • This study is about the research of living environment in residential areas created by the land readjustment projects in the modern era, and recently lifted from Residential Environment Improvement district at the same time. The five criteria for evaluating the residential area are safety, health, convenience, comfort, and sustainability. The level of resident satisfaction in general is as follows. [completely dissatisfy as 5.30%, dissatisfy as 16.29%, neutral as 49.62%, satisfy as 16.29% and completely satisfy as 6.82%]. The results of the five survey items on the residential areas show that residents are aware of the area not as an old residential area to be demolished, but as a comparatively excellent residential area, namely very different results from the designation criteria of the redevelopment area designated by the Urban and Residential Environment Improvement Act. If the road conditions and the deterioration of the buildings are judged to be designated as the redevelopment area and to be removed these settlements, the residential areas with social sustainability could demolished. Based on this study, it is necessary to conduct the research to find out the reason for deriving the results of each evaluation item in the succeeding study. These studies are needed to rediscover, to develop and manage the value of many old residential areas scattered in the city centers of local areas.

  • In this study, the treatment efficiency of inorganic membrane according to the flux that blending raw water was investigated at the laboratory level. Based on the results of each blending and flux, we obtained the best efficiency according to each measurement item. The treatment efficiencies were different depending on the raw water and treatment amount of the treated water. Especially, turbidity removal efficiency was high. In the case of $UV_{254}$, the removal efficiency according to the concentration of the raw water and the removal efficiency according to the flux of the treated water showed a maximum of 69 % to minimum of 48 %. In the case of TOC and DOC, the processing efficiency was 22 % and 28 %, respectively, because the organic value of the raw water was low. These results suggest that there is an optimal process to effectively remove contaminants from the inorganic membrane process, and it is necessary to optimize it according to operating conditions.

  • Common web services have been continuously targeted by hackers due to an access control policy that must be allowed to an unspecified number of people. In order to cope with this situation, companies regularly check web vulnerabilities and take measures according to the risk of discovered vulnerabilities. The risk of these web vulnerabilities is calculated through preliminary statistics and self-evaluation of domestic and foreign related organizations. However, unlike static diagnosis such as security setting and source code, web vulnerability check is performed through dynamic diagnosis. Even with the same vulnerability item, various attack results can be derived, and the degree of risk may vary depending on the subject of diagnosis and the environment. In this respect, the predefined risk level may be different from that of the actual vulnerability. In this paper, to improve this point, we present a web vulnerability risk assessment model based on the attack result centering on the cyber kill chain.

  • Objectives: Driven by a growth of single-person households and individualized lifestyles, solo dining in restaurants is an increasingly recognizable trend. However, a research gap exists in the comparison of solo and group diners' menu-decision making processes. Based on the self-control dilemma and the temporal construal theory as a theoretical framework, this study compared the ordering intentions of solo vs. group diners with healthy vs. indulgent (less healthy) entrées. The mediating role of consumption orientation and the moderating role of amount of menu nutrition information were further explored to understand the mechanism and a boundary condition. Methods: A scenario-based online survey was developed using a 2 (dining social context: solo vs. with others) × 3 (amount of menu nutrition information: no nutrition information vs. calories vs. calories/fat/sodium), between-subjects, experimental design. Consumers' level of nutrition involvement was controlled. A nationwide survey data (n = 224) were collected from a crowdsourcing platform in the U.S. Data were analyzed using multivariate analysis of covariance, independent t-test, univariate analysis of covariance, and moderated mediation analyses. Results: Findings reveal that solo (vs. group) diners have less (vs. more) intentions to order indulgent menu items due to a more utilitarian (vs. more hedonic) consumption orientation in restaurant dining. Findings also show that solo (vs. group) diners have more (vs. less) intentions to order healthy menu items when the restaurant menu presented nutrition information including calories, fat, and sodium. Conclusions: The findings contribute to the literature of foodservice management, healthy eating, and consumer behavior by revealing a mechanism and an external stimuli of solo vs. group diners' healthy menu-decision making process in restaurants. Furthermore, the findings provide restauranteurs and health professionals with insights into the positive and negative impacts of menu nutrition labelling on consumers' menu-decisions.

  • The purpose of this study is to produce visual content for effective education of Passive verbs and Causative verbs in Korean language education for foreigners. Passive verbs and causative verbs are contents that must be taught to intermediate level learners. However, it is recognized as a difficult item for both learners and Korean teachers because the realization pattern is complicated, and there is no rule to explain the combination relationship between the action and the instruction by suffix. In this article, the use of nonverbal information that can improve the learning effect was considered. Providing verbal and non-verbal information together in language education can be expected to improve learners' communication skills. In particular, visual content is non-verbal information that can positively affect memory enhancement, playback, and transition. Therefore, this study attempted to plan and produce picture cards as visual materials. The picture card, produced with a focus on the correct education of Korean Passive verbs, will efficiently and significantly make Korean Passive verbs and Causative verbs teaching and learning by suffixes.

  • This study aims to provide data on attitudes towards the use of Homecare beauty devices in correlation to narcissism of women between ages 30-59. Through statistical analysis of 563 survey questions, data displayed that respondents' age, level of education, marital status, economic status, and career status showed a strong correlation with implicit narcissism, while explicit narcissism only showed a correlation with age and career status. The most popular skincare location was shown to be 'self-provided at home', and the most popular item purchased being 'galvanic devices'. Secondly, attitudes towards the use of homecare beauty devices in correlation towards implicit narcissistic respondents were only to the consideration of its use, while explicit narcissists displayed a strong correlation between the purchase of a product and the recommendation of others. While this is the first study on attitudes towards homecare beauty devices in relation to a personality-based trait like narcissism and it displayed meaningful results, a more in-depth study in the future dealing with a larger region and respondent groups of a wider age and gender group should be undertaken.
