Line capacity calculation has been used to determine optimum efficiency and safe train service for train scheduling plan and investment priority order throughout detecting bottleneck section. Because of some problems of Yamagisi and UIC methods for line capacity calculation, developing of the method of line capacity calculation and evaluation for the Korea circumstance is important. This paper deals with the integrated system of TPS(Train Performance Simulator), PES(Parameter Evaluation Simulator), LCS (Line Capacity Simulator) and sensitivity analysis for line capacity calculation model.

Information technology becomes more important to small and medium-sized enterprises. Due to the limit of manpower and capital investment in small and medium sized enterprises, how to successfully implement information systems is very critical issue. Previous research shows that lack of systematic methodology for evaluating and directing informatization is a major obstacle for successful implementaion of information systems. This study developed the methodology for evaluating and directing informatization in small and medium-sized enterprises. Empirical study has been conducted to find out major measurement of evaluation as well as validate the model. Finally the systematic guideline, evaluating information level and directing informatization, has been developed in order to help enterprises successfully implement information systems.

The purpose of the facility investment planning for bulk power system is to appropriately configure the power system network to supply the load, which has the supply capability satisfying the probabilistically changing load on the desired reliability level. In order to achieve this purpose, this paper represents the reliability evaluation of the KEPCO's real system with using the MEXICO model, and builds the data base of the power system operation in order to effectively handle the computer model.

Vertical greenery has become an important technological means to improve the ecological environment condition in urban high-density areas, especially in central areas of Chinese cities. The cost of vertical greenery has significantly increased both in the decision-making process of architectural design and in the assessment of the sustainability potential of urban complexes. The estimation and evaluation of the cost of vertical greenery have become important obstacles to multi-party investment in the construction of vertical greenery. Considering the factors of the building typology and full life-cycle cost, this paper constructs an assessment model of vertical greenery in seven types in urban complex, and suggests an optimized approach to vertical greenery in an urban complex.

Previous research on super high rise buildings focused mostly on the use of public space from building plan perspective, survey of residents' satisfaction evaluation, construction technology and structural technology. But little research is done on the economic analysis of landmark factors. The purpose of this study is to find landmark factors that can be quantitatively measured, collect data on super high rise residential buildings in Seoul. Find the intrinsic values of the landmarks, and analyze how these values differ in areas with different densities, i.e. in 3 Gangnam-gus & Yeongdeungpo-gu and in other areas. It is expected that the results of this study can be used to set an appropriate price of super high rise building in consideration of its landmark value in different area

본 연구의 목적은 실무현장에서 필요로 하는 구체적, 실용적 정보화 투자 사전평가방법론을 제공하는데 있다. 이를 위하여 현재 시점에서 Best practice로 인식되고 있는 4개 조직의 사전평가 제도, 방법론, 수행사례를 벤치마킹하고, 그 프로세스, 지표, 측정기법을 통합하여 일관성있는 방법론 체계로 재구성하였다. 본 연구에서 선택한 Best practice 사례는 각각 민간기업과 공공조직, 서비스 분야와 제조 분야, 평가체계와 개별 평가사례를 대표한다고 볼 수 있다. 본 연구의 사전평가방법론은 크게 3단계로 구성되어 있다. 1단계 투자계획 타당성 분석에서는 제안된 정보화 계획 자체의 타당성을 사업계획 충실성, 추진의지, 투자비용 적정성, 중복투자, 조달가능성, 리스크 등의 관점에서 판단한다. 그리고 2단계에서는 정보화가 창출하는 효과의 타당성을 경제적, 전략적, 기술적 관점에서 분석하며, 3단계에서는 다양한 관점의 평가결과를 정량적으로 종합 평점화한다. 이 방법론은 Best practice사례가 축적한 수년간의 노하우와 검증된 가이드라인을 담고 있으며, 특히 리스크 분석, 화폐가치 산출, 종합평점 산출을 위한 정량화 기법은 여러 기업의 사전평가 담당자에게 유용한 참조모델을 제공할 수 있을 것이다. 이 연구는 그 동안 여러 기업들이 개별적으로 제기해 오던 문의와 요청에 대한 일괄적 대응으로 이해할 수 있다.

본 논문의 목적은 재고관리를 위한 RFID 시스템을 도입하는데 있어서 적합한 비용을 산출하여 경제성을 평가하고, SCM 환경에서 생산시점 재고관리 모형을 설계하는 것이다. 경제성 분석은 변화하는 태그의 가격에 따른 총 생산 순이익을 기준으로 하였으며, 초기투자가 필요한 시스템에 적용될 수 있게 결정 모델을 설정하였다. 재고관리 시스템은 900MHz 대역의 수동형 태그를 사용하는 RFID 리더와 4개의 안테나를 이용하여 구현하였다. 그 결과 태그가격의 한계치 설정에 따른 구현 시스템의 도입을 결정하는 도구를 개발하였으며, 안테나의 방향성 있는 배치에 의해서 성공적인 재고관리 시스템을 설계하였다.

스타트업 액셀러레이터는 초기창업자들이 겪는 애로사항을 직접적으로 해결해 줄 수 있는 교육, 멘토링, 네트워킹, 공간, 시드머니(Seed money)등을 제공하고 일정 지분을 받는 새로운 형태의 투자주체이다(Clarysse, 2016). 스타트업 액셀러레이터들은 이들이 스타트업 생태계에 미치는 영향력이 입증되면서 전 세계적으로 확산되고 있다(Pauwels et al., 2016; Cohen & Hochberg, 2014). 본 연구는 이처럼 전 세계적으로 주요한 투자주체로 부상하고 있는 스타트업 액셀러레이터들의 투자결정요인을 도출하는 연구를 진행하였다. 먼저, 관련 선행연구가 부재한 상황이므로 정성적 메타합성법, 관련 자료조사, 관찰, 심층인터뷰의 과정을 거쳤다. 우선 창업초기 기업에 대한 투자결정요인에 대한 선행연구 30여 편을 선정하여 해당연구에 나타난 투자결정요인들을 정성적 메타합성법을 통해 비교·분석하였다. 그리고 액셀러레이터의 특성을 반영하기 위해서 액셀러레이터들의 평가과정에 대한 자료들을 조사하였으며, 실제로 이루어진 미국 액셀러레이터들의 스타트업 평가과정을 관찰하였다. 이 때 나타난 100여개의 질문을 근거이론의 코딩 기법을 활용하여 분석하였다. 더불어 미국 액셀러레이터들을 대상으로 심층 인터뷰를 진행하여 액셀러레이터의 특성과 주요 투자결정요인 등을 파악하였다. 이를 통해 최종적으로 5개 카테고리, 26개 세부 투자결정요인으로 이루어진 '액셀러레이터 형 투자결정요인'을 도출하였다. 그리고 이의 결과를 국내 액셀러레이터들의 검토를 받고 확정한 후, 국내 액셀러레이터를 대상으로 한 정량조사를 통해 각 카테고리 내, 중요도 및 우선순위를 살펴봄으로써 이의 신뢰성 및 액셀러레이터들이 중요하게 생각하는 투자결정요인 등을 확인하였다. 이렇게 액셀러레이터의 투자결정요인을 체계적으로 도출한 연구는 최초의 연구로써 후속연구들의 진행 및 스타트업 선정과정, 액셀러레이터의 투자결정 과정 등에 주요한 기여를 할 수 있으리라 기대한다.

Supply Chain Management (SCM) system is a critical investment that can affect the competitiveness and performance of a company. Selection of a right SCM system is one of the critical issues. This paper presents the characteristic factors of SCM system and a Fuzzy AHP (Analytic Hierarchy Process) based decision-making model for SCM system evaluation and selection. This study focuses on quantitative factors, applying the fuzzy concept to various evaluative factors. The proposed model can systematically construct the objectives of SCM system selection to achieve the business goals. A empirical example demonstrates the feasibility of the proposed model and the model can help a company to make better decision-making in the SCM system selection problem.

본 연구에서는 1995년 예산을 폐기하고, 균형성과표를 중심으로 5사분기(15개월)순환(Rolling)예측, 활동기준원가, 분권적 투자관리 기법을 성공적으로 조합.운영함으로써 원가절감과 기업가치 제고 등의 성과를 거둔 것으로 알려진 Borealis사(社)의 예산 없는 경영 사례를 분석하였다. 또한 현실적인 국내 기업 적용방법으로서 첫째 주기적인 순환예측에 의한 예산 계획 기능의 개선, 둘째 균형성과표를 활용한 전략과 예산의 보다 강력한 연계, 셋째 핵심성과지표에 의한 자원의 전략적 배치와 효율적 활용, 넷째 경쟁우위전략과 연계된 상대적 성과평가, 다섯째 상대적 성과에 의한 보상 공유를 제안하였다.
