  • 이 논문은 PWM 인버터-유도전동기 구동 시스템에서 발생되는 전도노이즈를 예측하기 위한 기법을 제시하였다. 전도노이즈 예측을 위한 시뮬레이션 모델을 얻기위하여 기생성분을 갖는 인버터에 대한 고주파수 모델과 고정자권선의 복수코일모델을 설계하였다. 마지막으로 결과는 시뮬레이션과 실험으로 확인되었다.

  • The technologies of the main converter/inverter, which is indispensable for securing a safety and reliability of traction performance in rolling stock, have been compared and analyzed between HEMU-400X and High Speed Trains in Japan, France and Germany through this study. The result of this study indicates that home and abroad technologies aim at a small-sized and lightweight main converter/inverter as well as the prevention of noise in electric ventilator.

  • A design of a Class-E inverter with only one inductor and one capacitor is presented. It is operated at the optimal operation mode for domestic cooker. The design principle is based on the zero-voltage derivative switching (ZVDS) of the Class-E inverter with a parallel load network, which is a parallel resonant equivalent circuit. An induction load characterization is obtained from a large-signal excitation test bench, which is the key to an accurate design of the induction cooker system. Consequently, the proposed scheme provides a more systematic, simple, accurate, and feasible solution than the conventional quasi-resonant inverter analysis based on series load network methodology. The derivative of the switch voltage is zero at the turn-on transition, and its absolute value is relatively small at the turn-off transition. Switching losses and noise are reduced. The parameters of the ZVDS Class-E inverter for the domestic induction cooker must be selected properly, and details of the design of the components of this Class-E inverter need to be addressed. A 1,200 W prototype is designed and evaluated to verify the validation of the proposed topology.

  • PWM기법의 성능을 비교하고 있다. 랜덤 펄스 위치 PWM기법은 2상 또는 3상 펄스들을 변조 구간내의 임의의 위치에 랜덤하게 배치하고 인버터 스위칭에 의하여 고조파의 스펙트럼을 광역화하는 RPWM기법이다. 시뮬레이션과 실험에 의하여 인버터 출력 전압의 고조파 스펙트럼과 맥동 전류 파형 그리고 모터의 가청 스위칭 소음의 저감 효과를 비교 검토하였다. 스위칭 손실 및 연산시간 그리고 구현의 용이성에서 3상 RPWM보다는 2상 RPWM이 양호하며, 고조파의 광대역화 측면에서는 3상 RPWM이 보다 좋은 성능을 지니고 있음을 알 수 있었다. 또한 가청 스위칭 소음저감은 2상 RPWM과 3상 RPWM이 거의 유사한 성능을 갖고 있음이 확인되었다.

  • 본 논문에서는 Unipolar PWM 스위칭 (Totem pole) 방법을 사용하는 단상인버터에서 나타나는 common mode noise를 저감시키는 스위칭 방법을 제안한다. 제안하는 방법은 출력전압의 중성점(N)을 입력전압 양단에 항상 고정하도록 스위칭을 하여 Common Mode Noise를 저감했다. 이를 Matlab Simulink를 사용한 모의해석과 실험을 통하여 Noise의 원인과 효과를 입증하였다.

  • 本 論文은 PWM(Pulse Width Modulation)인버어터의 스위칭作用에 의해서 發生하는 高周波 影響을 最小化하기 위한 Suboptimal PAWM(Pulse Amplitude Width Modulation)을 提示하였다. 本 方式은 Suboptimal PWM에서 THD(Total Harmonic Distorition)가 最小가 되는 固定點(基本波 電壓 u1=1.2)에서 하나의 스위칭패턴을 決定하였다. 그리고 電壓은 DC Link에서 DC Chopper에 의해 制御하게 하고 인버어터에서는 단지 高周波만을 制御하도록 하였다. 本 方式은 3相 誘導電動機의 VSD(Variable Speed Drive)에 適用하여 電動機의 騷音, 인버어터의 線間電壓 및 電流, 電流高周波 스펙트럼을 測定하였으며, 他 方式과 比較해 보았다. 그 結果로부터 本 方式의 妥當性을 立證할 수 있었다.

  • In a general purpose inverter, a dead-time compensation strategy is very important for reducing torque ripples and acoustic noises of motors. However, in the case of small capacity inverter, the accurate dead-time compensation is hard to be obtained because a removal of the switching noise in a feedback current signal is difficult on condition of low-cost implementation. In this paper, the operation characteristics of the general purpose inverter applied the dead time compensation algorithm using an instantaneous back calculation of the phase angle of the current are presented.

Organic complementary inverter and ring oscillator on a flexible substrate

  • A complementary inverter was fabricated using pentacene and N-N -dioctyl-3,4,9,10-perylene tetracarboxylic diimide-C (PTCDI-C8) for p- and n-type transistors on a poly(ether sulfone) substrate, respectively. The mobilities of the p- and n-type transistors were 0.056 and 0.013 $cm^2$/Vs, respectively. The inverter, which was composed of p- and n-type transistors, showed a gain of 48.6 when $V_{DD}$ = -40V and at the maximum noise margin of $V_{DD}$/2. A ring oscillator was also fabricated by cascading five inverters. The five-stage ring oscillator showed the maximum output frequency of 10 kHz when $V_{DD}$ = -170 V.

  • In this paper, the induction motor bearing fault diagnosis system using current signals which are measured by over-sampling method is presented. In the case of inverter fed motor drive unlike line-driven motor drive, that make a lot of noise which can cause a wrong fault signals because of PWM(pulse width modulation) voltage. So, the current signals for fault diagnosis need very precise and high resolution information, which means this system demand additional hardware such as low pass filter, high resolution ADC system and so on to use fault diagnosis system. Therefore, the proposed over-sampling method is expected to contribute to low cost fault diagnosis system even though previous inverter fed motor drive without any additional hardware. In order to confirm the presented algorithms, various experiments for bearing faults are tested and the line current spectrum of each faulty situation using park transformation is compared with a FFT results.

  • In this paper, we represent both occurrence reason of Surge-voltage and Leakage-current of AC drive system which is operated by Voltage-type PWM Inverter. It generates a compensating voltage which has the same amplitude as, but the opposite phase to, the common-mode voltage produced by the PWM inverter. The compensating voltage is superimposed on the inverter output by a common-mode transformer. As a result, the common-mode voltage applied to the load is canceled completely. The design method of the active common-mode noise canceler is also presented in detail. Therefore, we try to describe the method controling both of them and all of the proprieties are proved by our experiment.
