외식업체 고객 유대 전략이 고객 만족도 및 관계 유지에 미치는 영향 (The Effect of Interpersonal Relationships among the Foodservice Industry on Customer Satisfaction and Retention)

  • This research is to figure out how interpersonal relationships among the foodservice industry affected customer satisfaction and retention. Marketing strategy methods could be indicated to bear fruit in the food-industry based on this research. First, the properties of each factor related interpersonal relationship of foodservice industry, customer satisfaction and retention were obtained from previous studies. Second, interpersonal relationship was applied as an independent variable, retention between customers and the foodservice industry as a consequent variable and customer satisfaction as a parameters. The result reached through convergent validity came to satisfy all variables. Third, it was strongly maintained that the higher interpersonal relationship was, the more satisfied customers were and that the more satisfied customers were, the stronger retention was. It was shown that customers would repurchase and had strong loyalty to a certain enterprise if its services satisfied them and met their expectations.

Fashion Consumer Segmentation based on Interpersonal Trust Online

  • Since trusting in other consumers may refer to having similar needs and preferences on fashion goods with them, interpersonal trust can be a reliable and practical criterion for market segmentation online. Therefore, this study aims to identify fashion online consumers based on interpersonal trust. This study segments fashion consumers based on interpersonal trust and experience and describes characteristics of each segment by examining demo-psychographic and behavioral variables as well as clothing consumption values. An online survey was conducted to collect data from 426 adult consumers who had bought fashion goods from their patronized e-tailer in the past one month. They completed a self-administered questionnaire inquiring about interpersonal trust, trust in e-tailers, purchase intentions, clothing consumption values, and their purchasing behavior online. Two-step cluster analysis generated four segments: distrustful doers, trusting doers, inactive trusters, and distrusters. They exhibited different characteristics in gender, online experiences, interpersonal trust, clothing consumption values, trust in the e-tailers, and attitude toward the e-tailers. Providing a new effective segmentation base, this study suggests that fashion marketers identify customers with a high level of trust in other customers and develop an encouraging environment that customers can interact with others in order to increase the effectiveness of trust. Because customers with a higher level of interpersonal trust are likely to have stronger trust in e-tailers with, more favorable attitude and purchase intention, and highly perceive the value of clothing consumption than those who have a lower level of interpersonal trust.

간호대학생의 간호직 인식 영향요인 (The Factors Influencing Nursing Profession Perception of Nursing Student)

  • Purpose: This study aimed to investigate the factors influencing the nursing profession perception of nursing students. Methods: Data were collected with a questionnaire distributed to 305 nursing students in U city. Data were collected from March 30 to June 15, 2019. Data analysis was performed using the SPSS 22.0 program. Results: There were significant differences in the level of interpersonal trust (F=5.42, p<.001), empathy ability (F=3.13, p=.015), interpersonal relationship ability (F=3.64, p=.006) and nursing profession perception (F=11.95, p<.001) on the major satisfaction. The level of interpersonal trust (r=.21, p<.001), empathy ability (r=.27, p<.001) and interpersonal relationship ability (r=.28, p<.001) were positively correlated with nursing profession perception. Also empathy ability (r=.11, p=.047), interpersonal relationship ability (r=.49, p<.001) with interpersonal trust and correlation of empathy ability with interpersonal relationship ability (r=.32, p<.001) were positively correlated with each other. The significant variables that influence the nursing profession perception were grade, major satisfaction, empathy ability and interpersonal relationship ability. These factors were responsible for 21.3%. Conclusion: The results of this study indicate that educational programs are necessary to raise the nursing perception of nursing students and reduce the turnover of nurses.

대학생의 의사소통능력, 모의 심리적 통제, 가족 건강성이 대인관계 유능성에 미치는 영향 (The Effects of Communicative Competence, Mother's Psychological Control, Family Strengths on Interpersonal Competence of University Student)

  • 본 연구는 대학생의 의사소통능력, 모의 심리적 통제, 가족건강성이 대인관계 유능성에 미치는 영향을 확인하기 위한 목적으로 수행되었다. 연구대상은 경기도 소재 대학교에 재학 중인 대학생 285명을 설문조사하여 자료를 수집하였고, 통제변수들의 영향력을 고려한 후 위계적 회귀분석을 실시하였다. 연구의 주요결과로서, 대학생의 성별, 학년, 출생 순위와 형제 수를 통제한 상태에서, 의사소통능력은 대인관계 유능성 전체에 유의한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났으며, 모의 심리적 통제와 가족건강성은 대인관계 유능성 전체에는 유의한 영향을 미치지 않았다. 다음으로 대인관계 유능성의 하위요인 별로 살펴본 결과, 의사소통능력은 대인관계 유능성의 하위변인 모두, 즉 관계형성 및 개시, 권리나 불쾌감에 대한 주장, 타인에 대한 배려, 갈등관리, 적절한 자기개방에 영향을 미치는 변수로 나타났다. 모의 심리적 통제는 갈등관리에만 부적인 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났으며, 가족건강성은 관계형성 및 개시와 적절한 자기개방에 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다.

의료파업시기와 정상시기간의 간호조직 내 제요인 분석 (Analysis of organizational variables related to nursing between the doctors' strike and normal periods)

  • Purpose : To analyze organization variables related to nursing between the doctors' strike and normal periods. Methods : The sample consisted of 1,220(600 for doctors' strike and 620 for normal periods) nurses working in 5 hospitals. Six instruments were used for data collection including Job Activity Scale(JAS; Laschinger, 1994), Organization Relationship Scale(ORS; Laschinger, 1994), Interpersonal Support Scale(developed by Firth et al., 1986 and revised by Ahn(2000), Self-efficacy Scale(Riggs & Knight, 1994),Job Satisfaction Scale(Slavitts et al., 1978), and Organizational Commitment Questionnaire(OCQ; Mowday et al., 1979). Results : There were significant differences among variables(i.e., formal power, interpersonal support, self-efficacy and organizational commitment)between doctors' strike and normal periods. The formal power was high during the normal period, however interpersonal support, self-efficacy and organizational commitment were high during the doctors' strike. Conclusion : Interpersonal support, self-efficacy and job satisfaction were change by working conditions, but organizational commitment was not changed by working conditions.

임상간호사의 업무소진, 대인관계 능력, 전문직 자아개념과 우울간의 관련성 (Relations of Burnout, Interpersonal Relations, Professional Self-concept and Depression in Clinical Nurses)

  • 본 연구의 목적은 임상간호사의 업무소진, 대인관계 능력, 전문직 자아개념 및 우울에 대해 파악하고, 이들 변수와 우울간의 관련성을 파악하는 것이다. 본 연구는 충청도 소재의 A종합병원 8개의 간호단위에서 근무하는 임상간호사 150명을 대상으로, 구조화된 설문지를 이용한 자가보고식 설문조사로 2012년 12월 10일부터 2013년 1월 30일까지 시행되었다. 연구결과, 업무소진은 대인관계능력, 전문직 자아개념과 음의 상관관계를, 우울과는 양의 상관관계를 나타냈다. 대인관계 능력은 전문직 자아개념과 양의 상관관계를, 우울과는 음의 상관관계를 나타냈고, 전문직 자아개념은 우울과 음의 상관관계를 나타냈다. 본 연구에서 일반적 직업관련 특성 중 우울에 유의한 차이를 보였던, 연령, 결혼상태, 근무경력, 근무부서와 주요변수인 업무소진, 대인관계 능력, 전문직 자아개념 중 업무소진 만이 우울에 유의한 영향을 미치는 변수로 파악되었고, 이 변수의 우울에 대한 설명력은 43%로 나타났다.

도시주부의 대인적 지지, 생활긴장감 및 만족도 (Interpersonal support, Tension in life changes & Life satisfaction in Urban Housewives)

  • The purpose of this study is to investigate interpersonal support, tension in lifechanges & satisfaction. The selected sample is composed of 387 housewives in ChongJoo city. SAS pc program was used for the statistical analysis of the data. Data was analyzed by frequency, F-test, percentage, mean, Duncan's Multiple Range Test, Pearson's correlation coefficient, Regression Analysis. Major findings as follows: 1)At wedding & funeral ceremony, kin networks of her parents & parents-in law side were variables to have influence on tension in life changes. And the number of social organization participated were a variable to have influence on the satisfaction. The age of couple, education of couple, duration of marriage, income, family lifecycle, the number of children, pattern of family were variables to influence tension in life changes, but were not variables to influence on the satisfaction. 2) At usual or wedding & funeral ceremony, kin networks of her parents side were variables to influence on instrumental & companionship support. And the number of friends was a variable to influence on companionship & informational support. The number of neighbors was a variable to influence on instrumental, companionship & informational support. The number of social organization participated was a variable to influence on companionship & emotional support. The age of couple, education of couple,income, duration of marriage, family life cycle, number of children, family size, family type were variables to influence on interpersonal support. 3)The relationship between tension and satisfaction in life changes was negative, and between instrumental support and satisfaction was negative also. But between companionship support and satisfaction was positive relationship and between tension of personal &social life and instrumental support was positive relationship. The relationship between tension of marriage life and companionship support was negative and between tension of family life and information support was negative relationships. The received companionship support was lower tension in life changes than not received it. But the received instrumental support was higher tension of personal & social life. The received companionship & informational support was higher satisfaction than not received them. But the received instrumental support was lower satisfaction than not received it. 4) Instrumental & companionship support, at usual kin network of her parents in taw side, at wedding & funeral ceremony kin network of her parents side,were variables to influence on tension in life changes. 일·성장 균형(WGB:Work-Growth Balance)은 혁신 행동을 향상시키는가?: Process Macro를 활용한 대인 조화와 창의적 노력의 간접 효과를 중심으로 (Does WGB (Work-Growth Balance) Improve Innovative Behavior?)

  • 본 연구는 일과 삶의 균형(WLB:Work-Life Balance)의 한 영역인 일 성장 균형(WGB: Work-Growth Balance)이 대인 조화와 창의적 노력 및 조직 내 혁신 행동을 향상시키는지 여부, 그리고 대인 조화와 창의적 노력이 일 성장 균형(WGB)과 혁신 행동 간의 관계에 간접 효과가 있는지 여부를 알아보기 위해 수행되었다. 본 연구의 가설 검증을 위해서는 Hayes(2013)의 PROCESS Macro를 활용하였다. 분석결과 혁신행동에 영향을 주는 것은 일 성장 균형(WGB)과 대인조화 그리고 창의적 노력으로 나타났고 대인조화에 영향을 주는 변수 역시 일 성장 균형(WGB)으로 나타났다. 또한 창의적 노력에 영향을 미치는 변수는 일 성장 균형(WGB)과 대인조화였다. WGB와 혁신행동 사이의 관계에서 대인조화와 창의적 노력의 간접 효과 역시 확인되었다. 더불어 PROCESS Macro 분석을 통하여 매개변수 간의 효과의 크기를 알아보았다. 이를 통해 일 성장 균형(WGB)이 대인조화, 창의적 행동 및 혁신행동 간에는 시너지 관계가 존재함을 알 수 있었다. 향후 다양한 다른 산업 간의 일 성장 균형(WGB)에 대한 연구와 일 성장 균형(WGB)과 혁신행동에 이르는 좀 더 다양한 매개변수에 대한 연구 그리고 일 가정 균형, 일 여가 균형에 대한 추가 연구도 기대된다.

청소년의 배경변인, 가정적 자아존중감, 대인관계성향이 예절수행에 미치는 영향 (The Effect of Adolescent's Background, Family Self-Esteem, Interpersonal Relations Disposition on Etiquette Implementation)

  • The purpose of this study is to investigate the effect of adolescent's background, family self-esteem, and interpersonal relations disposition on etiquette implementation. The subjects were chosen to include 1,119 adolescents attending middle or high schools. The results of this study were as follows: First, the degree of positive family self-esteem, a harmonious interpersonal relations disposition, and smooth etiquette implementation was high among those who were satisfied with school life, had talks with their parents often, and felt a need for etiquette education during teen years. Second, the variables affecting the adolescents' etiquette implementation were family self-esteem, understanding, communication, intimacy, trust in interpersonal relations and recognition of the necessity for etiquette education.

청소년 자살생각에 대한 부모학대와 또래괴롭힘의 영향에서 대인관계내재화와 절망감의 매개효과 (The Effects of Parental Abuse and Peer Victimization on Adolescent's Suicidal Ideation -The Mediating Pathway of Interpersonal Needs and Hopelessness-)

  • 본 연구는 청소년의 자살생각을 감소시키며 자살위험에 처한 청소년을 위한 개입방안을 모색하기 위하여 청소년 자살생각에 미치는 부모학대와 또래괴롭힘의 영향에서 대인관계내재화와 절망감의 매개효과를 살펴보았다. 연구결과, 부모학대는 매개변인을 통하여 청소년의 자살생각에 미치는 영향보다 직접적으로 자살생각에 미치는 영향이 더 큰 것으로 나타났다. 반면, 또래괴롭힘은 대인관계내재화와 절망감에 순차적으로 매개함으로써 청소년의 자살생각에 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 이러한 연구결과를 바탕으로 실천적 함의 및 후속연구에 대한 제언을 제시하였다.
