간호대학생의 자기표출과 임상수행능력간의 관계 (The Relationship Between Self-Disclosure and Clinical Competency in Nursing Students)

  • The purpose of this study was to identify the level of self-disclosure and clinical competency and the relationships between self-disclosure and clinical competency in nursing students. The subjects were consisted of 662 nursing students from six universities and five junior colleges. The data were collected conveniently by self reporting questionnaires given to the students from September 13 to October 23, 1999. The instruments for this study were JSDQ and clinical competency measurement tool. The data were analyzed by SAS/PC program using descriptive statistics, t-test, ANOVA, Pearson correlation coefficient. The results of this study are as follows : 1. The mean score for the level of self- disclosure was 3.29$\pm$0.98. 2. The mean score for the level of clinical competency was 3.93$\pm$1.00. The mean score for the dimension of skills, professional attitudes, teaching and coordinating, nursing process, interpersonal relationships were 4.09$\pm$0.77, 4.08$\pm$0.82, 3.97$\pm$ 0.90, 3.77$\pm$0.76 and 3.37$\pm$0.75 respectively. 3. The statistically significant difference in the score of the self-disclosure according to the educational background (F=9.42, p<.01), grade (F=5.59, p<.01), religion (F=2.68, p<.05), satisfaction of nursing major (F=14.20, p<.0001), and satisfaction of nursing practice (F=5.42, p<.01) was obtained. 4. The statistically significant difference in the score of the clinical competency according to the grade (F=32.44, p<.0001), achieved performance records (F=3.52, p<.05), satisfaction of nursing major (F=12.06, p<.0001), satisfaction of nursing practice (F=27.35, p<.0001) was obtained. 5. The data shows the positive correlations between self-disclosure and skill (r=.3231, p<.0001), between self- disclosure and teaching/coordinating (r=.1912, p<.0001), between self-disclosure and interpersonal relationship (r=.3064, p<.0001), between self-disclosure and professional attitude (r=.2789, p<.0001), between self-disclosure and nursing process (r=.2766, p<.0001).

간호대학생의 외모만족도, 대인관계 성향이 우울에 미치는 영향 (Effects of Body Image Satisfaction and Interpersonal Relationship on Depression Among Nursing Students in Korea)

  • 본 논문은 한국 간호대학생의 외모 만족도와 대인관계 성향 및 우울간의 관계를 확인하고 우울에 미치는 영향요인을 확인하고자 한다. 연구 대상자의 연령은 17세-27세 범위이며 총 247명이 편의 추출에 의해 선정되었다. 연구는 2012년 11월 1일부터 2013년 3월 30일까지 시행하였다. 우울에 유의한 변수는 형제서열순위, 종교, 학교성적, 경제적 상태, 거주상태, 스트레스 해소방법이었다. 우울과 외모만족도, 대인관계 경향은 양의 상관관계를 가지는 것으로 나타났다. 우울에 가장 큰 영향을 미치는 것은 외형, 경제적 수준이었고, 다음으로 동정-수용적, 반항-불신적, 체형과 거주상태 순으로 모형의 수정된 결정계수(R2)는 .268 이었다. 본 연구결과는 한국 간호대학생의 우울을 이해하고 개인간 상호관계와 우울 프로그램을 개발하는데 유용한 연구가 될 것이다.

  • 본 연구는 신학전공 학생과 비신학 전공 학생간의 기독교인성에 미치는 요인들이 무엇인가를 알아보기 위한 것이다. 여러 가지 기독교인성에 미치는 영향들 중에서도 특별히 개인신상과 대학생활 만족도 중심으로 설문조사하였고, 개인특성변수(성별, 연령, 학년, 동아리 활동 유무, 부모와의 대화시간, 종교, 대인관계 등)와 대학생활만족도가 기독교인성과의 관계와 미치는 영향이 무엇인지, 신학전공 학생과 비신학 전공 학생 간에는 어떤 차이가 있는지, 차이가 있다면 어떤 점에서 차이가 얼마나 있는지를 설문지를 분석하여 연구하였다. 본 연구를 통하여 신학과 학생이 비신학과 학생들보다 높은 기독교인성의 덕목이 무엇인지와 기독교인성에 영향을 미치는 요인들을 제시하였다.

온라인 쇼핑에서 소비자가 지각하는 공정성의 구조에 대한 탐색적 연구 (An Exploratory Study of Fairness Structure in the Context of the Online Shopping)

  • 공정성이슈는 마케팅 및 조직심리학 등의 경영학 관련 분야에서 폭넓게 연구되어 왔다. 본 연구의 목적은 공정성을 구성하는 하부 요인들의 구조를 탐색적으로 연구하고, 이들로 구성된 상위 요인의 공정성이 고객만족과 구전의도에 미치는 영향을 알아보는데 있다. 본 연구를 위해 61개 온라인 쇼핑몰업체에서 제품을 구매한 경험이 있는 소비자로부터 데이터를 수집하였다. 수집된 데이터는 LISREL 8.5를 이용한 구조방정식 모델을 통해 분석되었다. 공정성 요인은 기존의 분배, 절차, 상호작용 공정성 등의 세 가지 차원보다는 네 가지 차원(분배, 절차, 대인, 정보공정성)으로 구성되어 있는 것으로 나타났다. 또한 이들 네 가지 차원의 공정성은 상위의 전반적 공정성을 구성하고 이 전반적 공정성은 고객만족과 구전의도에 긍정적인 영향을 주는 것으로 나타났다. 온라인 쇼핑몰이 좀 더 긍정적인 고객만족과 구전의도를 얻기 위해서는 소비자가 지각하는 공정성의 차원을 좀 더 다양하고 다각적인 측면으로 접근해야 한다고 제안된다.

Satisfaction in the National Cancer Screening Program for Breast Cancer with and without Clinical Breast Examination

  • The purpose of this study was to evaluate whether screening by clinical breast examination (CBE) in addition to mammography affected participant satisfaction in the National Cancer Screening Program (NCSP). Data were derived from the Quality Evaluation of National Cancer Screening satisfaction survey. This population-based nationwide telephone survey included participants who had been screened by the NCSP for breast cancer between June and August 2010 (n=2,370), and collected information on satisfaction with screening and screening service use. Five multiple regression models were used to determine satisfaction according to screening method, and according to each of five satisfaction measures (pre-screening information transfer, staff interpersonal skills, physical surroundings, reporting of results and general satisfaction). A total of 1,858 (78.4%) participants were screened by mammography alone and 512 (21.6%) by both mammography and CBE. Satisfaction was significantly higher in subjects screened by both mammography and CBE compared with those screened by mammography alone.

간호학생의 임상실습 만족도에 관한 조사연구 (Level Satisfaction on Clinical Practice of Baccalaureate Nursing Students)

  • As it Provides nursing students the opportunity for correlating principles and practice, clinical practice h s been considered as on of the most important part of nursing education. This study was desinged to measure the level of satisfaction in according with the conten. guidance environment. hours and the evaluation of clinical pracice. and to investigate the extent of influence of the variables have on the level of satisfaction. Two hundred and fifty-two nursing students from 9 baccalaureat programs in Seoule were randomly sampled. Instrument consists of forty questionaires. developed by the researcher, was used to gather data data from September 7 through 22, 1978. The level of satisfaction was measured by 5 Point rating scale(Likert-type). and level of significance were(t-test. F-test & X$^2$-test). -Results are as follow; 1. Level of satisfation according to the four variables ( class health. academic achievement, motives) revealed no significant difference. (P>.05). Hypothesis 1,2,3,4, are rejected. 2. Level of satisfaction according to the two variables (clinical instructor interpersonal relationship) revealed significant difference. (p<.01, p<.05), Hypothesis 5,6 are accepted. 3. Level of satisfaction of contents (mean score=3.02) revealed to be high.. 4. Level of satisfaction on guidance (mean Score=2.37), environment (mean score=2.59), hours (mean score=2.72) and evaluation (mean score=2.50) revealed to be low. 5. Level of satisfaction revealed to be low. (total mean satisfaction score =2.64).

보육교사의 사회적 지지와 회복탄력성이 삶의 만족도에 미치는 영향 (Effects of Social Support and Resilience on Child Care Teachers' Life Satisfaction)

  • Objective: This study examined the effects of social support and resilience on life satisfaction of child care teachers. Methods: This study was conducted by sampling 162 child care teachers who participated in job training courses in the Gyeongsangbuk-do region. Three kinds of variables, which included social support, resilience, and life satisfaction were measured. The collected data were analyzed using PASW 18.0 program for windows. Results: First, social support, resilience, and life satisfaction of the child care teachers were generally above normal. The resilience subscale showed the highest score in 'affirmative', followed by 'interpersonal ability', 'self-control ability'. And the 'support of colleagues' was higher than 'support of superior' in the social support's subscale. Next, there were no significant differences in social support by child care teachers' background, but there were significant differences in resilience and life satisfaction of child care teachers' according to their working center types and academic levels. Second, life satisfaction was positively correlated with social support, and resilience. The 'affirmative', 'support of superior' variables were factors that predicted life satisfaction. Conclusion/Implications: We suggested ways to increase the life satisfaction of child care teachers through the 'affirmative' and 'support of superior' variables.

무료양로시설 거주 노인의 여가와 삶의 질에 관한 생태학적 연구 - 구조방정식 모형 구축을 통해 - (An Ecological Study on the Leisure and Quality of Life for those who reside in free institutionalized elderly homes - Applying a Structural Equation Model -)

  • The purpose of this study was to verify a Structural Equation Model that constructed the causations among the structural leisure constraints, interpersonal leisure constraints, intrapersonal leisure constraints, leisure motivation, leisure activity participation, leisure satisfaction and the quality of life from the ecological perspective. The respondents were 301 elderly people residing in 4 free institutionalized elderly homes in Seoul. The data were analyzed by confirmatory factor analysis and covariance structure analysis using USREL 8.0 ver. The major results are summarized as follows: 1) Statistically, a goodness of fit is good of structural equation model presented in the study. 2) The structural leisure constraints and the interpersonal leisure constraints are some types of leisure environment of the aged in public homes from the ecological perspective. Such constraints would inevitably lead to a direct effect on individual leisure life and leisure motivation. 3) The important valuable factor which affected the leisure satisfaction and the quality of life in the elderly was the leisure motivation.

일 지역 간호대 학생의 셀프리더십, 임상실습 스트레스와 자기노출 (College Women's Self-leadership, Stress of Clinical Practice and Self Disclosure in an Area)

  • Purpose: The purpose of this study was to investigate the degrees of and relationships between self-leadership, stress of clinical practice and self-disclosure in a group of college female students. Methods: Data were collected from 258 participants with self-report questionnaires in August, 2011. Results: There were significant differences in the level of 'self-leadership' depending on 'interpersonal relationships', 'application motivation', 'satisfaction with nursing as a major' and 'satisfaction in clinical practice'. And also there was significant difference in the level of 'self-disclosure' depending on 'interpersonal relationships'. But there was no significant difference in the level of 'stress of clinical practice' depending on general characteristics of participants. There were significant correlations between 'self-leadership' and self-disclosure, 'stress of clinical practice' and 'self-disclosure'. Conclusion: The results of this study suggest that it is needed to develop diverse programs that can reduce the stress of clinical practice by strengthening the capacity of self-leadership and self-disclosure.

간호대학생의 생활스트레스와 삶의 질 (Stressful Life Events and Quality of Life in Nursing Students)

  • Purpose: This study was conducted to assess stressful life events and quality of life in nursing students. Methods: We performed a cross-sectional research design. A structured questionnaire was designed to collect data on participants' socio-demographics, stressful life events (interpersonal relationship & task-related events) and quality of life (WHOQOL-Bref) in September 2011. Descriptive statistics, t-test, one-way ANOVA, Pearson correlation coefficient and hierarchical multiple regression were applied to data analysis. Results: A total of 135 nursing students were surveyed. The score of the task-related stressful life events was higher than that of the interpersonal stressful life events. Physical domain score ($13.53{\pm}2.33$) was highest but environmental domain score ($12.75{\pm}2.34$) was lowest in quality of life. Satisfaction with campus life affected stressful life events (F=11.82, p<.001) and quality of life (F=17.77, p<.001), and extracurricular activities affect quality of life (t=-2.51, p=.013). Quality of life was negatively associated with task-related stressful life events (r=.-51, p<.001). Multiple regression analyses showed that extracurricular activities, satisfaction with campus life and task-related stressful life events were statistically significant in predicting quality of life with the explanatory power of 40.6%. Conclusion: This study could be a reference to improve the quality of life of nursing students.
