This study divided employee performance factors into individual, organizational, and institutional factors, and empirically analyzed their relationship with performance evaluation results. Based on the final 417 samples, the results using the SPSS and AMOS are summarized as follows. Among the performance factors, job satisfaction and a fair performance system showed a significant positive (+) relationship with the individual performance evaluation results, and it was difficult to find a clear correlation with stable interpersonal relationships. Job satisfaction (β= 0.432, t= 7.375***) had the greatest impact, followed by a fair performance system (β= 0.127, t= 2.406*). This can be said to be the case where the cause of performance is satisfaction with the job and the recognition that the organization's performance system is fair. However, it was found that stable interpersonal relationships, that is, interpersonal relationships that have smooth relationships with other people and are accompanied by psychological stability, are not a performance factor. Based on the empirical analysis results, a discussion on performance factors, implications of this study, and future research directions are presented.
Objectives: The major purpose of this study was to analyze the relationships of parent-child relationship and self-differentiation with interpersonal competence among college students. Specifically, this study also attempted to find the differences of three major variables according to participant's general characteristics, to investigate the correlations among variables and to analyze the effects of related variables on interpersonal competence. Method: The participants were 388 college students in Jeollabuk-do province. The data were collected by self-administered questionnaire method. Results: First, there were significant differences in the level of interpersonal competence according to gender and the monthly family income. Second, correlational analyses results indicated that college students' interpersonal competence was positively related with parent-child relationship and self-differentiation, and the latter two variables were also positively correlated. Finally, the results of multiple regression analyses reported that interpersonal competence was influenced by intimacy with mother, I-position, and emotional cutoff, showing that I-position was the most influential variable. In addition, I-position was also found to be the powerful variable affecting all sub-factors of interpersonal competence. Conclusions: This study suggests the importance of providing education and/or counseling services focusing on strengthening the relationship with their parents and on increasing self-differentiation level for college students' greater interpersonal competence, which are considered as critical indices of their mental health and psychological well-being.

Data analysis was done with SPSS version 11.0 using descriptive statistics, ANOVA and chi-test. Interpersonal conflict towards medical residents were rated higher by nurses than technicians (Nurses > Technologists = Medical residents). Causes of conflict showed regional differences. In communication contents, all regions showed "Thank you" and "Well done" as most pleasant comments. Medical residents proved other medical residents' negative comments as most unpleasant and nurses and technicians proved residents' commanding phrases, disrespectful speech, and urging comments to be most unpleasant. Communication between the center members of the medical organization is very important in treating patients and understanding each other. For smooth conflict resolutions and maintaining healthy partner relationships, continued education and support for appropriate communication and interpersonal relationship skills is needed.

This study views the people's propensity to rely on others' evaluations as the interpersonal trust online despite a lack of personal interactions. Therefore, this study explores the underlying dimensions of interpersonal trust and examines how interpersonal trust influences trust in the e-tailer and behavioral intent. Data of 395 adults who had purchased apparel goods online were collected nationwide using an online questionnaire. Exploratory and confirmative factor analysis identified five underlying constructs of interpersonal trust online such as peer identification, ability, integrity, shared lifegoals, and benevolence. A structural equation modeling test was conducted to examine the relationships between interpersonal trust, trust in the e-tailer, and behavioral intent. Interpersonal trust influenced on trust in the e-tailer, specifically on trust in the e-tailer's competence which subsequently increased a customer's behavioral intent such as attitude toward the e-tailer and shopping intention. Although no direct effect of interpersonal trust on the behavioral intent was found, interestingly, the effects of the interpersonal trust on the e-tailer trust which derived the behavioral intent to purchase. This result suggests that marketers devise a more effective system and environment that can encourage the interpersonal trust between customers to build a strong trust in e-tailers. It also provides a theoretical framework of online trust in the way of classifying interpersonal trust and trust in e-tailers.

As a result, self-control (F=5.319, p=.006) and smartphone dependency (F=4.854, p=.009) showed significant differences according to the school records. Smartphone dependency (t=-3.381, p<.001) showed significant differences according to smartphone use. Age was found to have a statistically positive correlation with self-control (r=.194, p=.015) and it had a negative correlation with smartphone dependency (r=-.223, p=.005). Self-control was found to have a statistically positive correlation with empathy (r=.244, p<.01), interpersonal relationship (r=.540, p<.001). and negative correlation with smartphone dependency (r=-.432, p<.001). Empathy was found to have a statistically positive correlation with interpersonal relationships (r=.476, p<.001). Stepwise multiple regression analysis revealed that the predictors of interpersonal relationships were self-control (β=.477, p<.001), empathy (β=.359, p<.001), and smartphone use (β=.208, p<.01) which accounted for 45.0% of all the variance (F=12.029 p<.01). An enhancement program of nursing students' interpersonal relationships is needed that considers their self-control, empathy, and smartphone use.
