Online education is a new domain of learning that combines distance learning with the practice of face-to-face instruction utilizing computer-mediated communication. As technology continues to develop and the needs of teachers require better access to higher learning, online graduate degree programs can be a valid alternative. Some institutions in the United States have already offered graduate degrees in music education through the online distance learning. In this study, 8 accredited online graduate degree programs in music education were identified in terms of curriculum requirement, program requirement, and admission requirement. Online programs offer considerable benefits of convenience, while their drawbacks relates to the quality of learning, feelings of weaker interpersonal interaction. More researches need in order for online music programmers to achieve higher standards of instruction and to inform other disciplines in the fields of arts education and the performing arts.
Customer Contact, defined as "the extent of interpersonal interaction between customer and service provider", is recognized as an important contributor to the perception of service quality, which in turn brings positive impacts on customer satisfaction, customer retention and loyalty especially in service contexts. The major purposes of this study are to explore the dimensionality of customer contact construct, to access the influences of customer contact dimensions on service quality dimensions, and to evaluate the relative importance of customer contact dimensions on service quality. Data from 388 customers of hotels at youngdong area in Kangwon-do were analyzed with major findings and their implications for service companies including hotels are as follows. First of all, the results of factor analysis show that customer contact is constructed with two dimensions, namely communication time and contact proximity. Secondly, overall customer contact is found to have positive effects on customers' perception of overall service quality and each dimension of customer contact has significant effects on overall service quality. Third, contact proximity dimension has relatively more important contributors than communication time has on overall service quality and four dimensions of service quality.
The concept that human and brand can related to each other is referred to as 'brand relationship' or 'consumer-brand relationship. By arguing that the concept of brand relationship is a readily understandable analogue, it appears that relationship thinking in the context of consumers and brands sometimes is taken for granted without thoroughly discussing its applicability. In this perspective, this paper tests the limitations with the relationship metaphor and interpersonal relationship theory by comparing the differences among product categories. And research findings as follow like these. First, even if many companies seek to anthropomorphize their brands, consumers may still don't consider them as human. Second, the possibility of personification is much higher in product categories like lead higher interaction between consumers and brands and give higher enjoyment than those of lower. And finally, consumer's personification of products are not essential factors that lead higher brand relationship.
Postpartum depression is one of the most serious problems in maternal health because it affects not only the mother but also her family. Postpartum depression disturbs the maternal-infant interaction and attachment. However, most postpartum depression patients ignore this problem and do not seek treatment. Many clinicians and researchers realiza there is a need to develop a postpartum depression scale. Thus, this study has been designed to development of a postpartum depression scale. Data were collected through a survey over a period of three months. Subjects who participated in the study were 167 Korean mothers in their postpartum period. The author used a convenience sampling method. The analysis of the data was done with SPSS PC/sup +/ for descriptive statistics, item analysis and factor analysis. Initially 62 items were generated from the interview data of eight postpartum depression patients and from a literature review. This preliminary scale was analyzed for reliability and validity. The results of this analysis are as follows. 1. Initially 62 items were analyzed through the Index of Content Validity(CVI) and 48 items were selected. 2. Seven factors were extracted through the principal component analysis, and these contributed 61% of the variance in the total score. Finally 46 items in the scale loaded .41∼ .84 on one of seven factors. 3. Each factor was labeled. Factor 1 was labeled 'emotional phenomena-emotional upset' and included 13 items, factor 2 was labeled' cognitive phenomena-self concept disturbance' and included seven items, factor 3 was labeled 'relationship to baby-negative feeling' and included six items, factor 4 was labeled 'relationship to baby- overload' and included eight items, factor 5 was labeled 'negative maternal identity' and included five items, factor 6 was labeled 'biophysiological phenomena-disturbance of physical functioning' and included four items, and factor 7 was labeled' interpersonal relationship phenomena-blamed others' and included three items. 4. Cronbach Coefficient Alpha for internal consistency was .95 for the total 46 items. Finally, the author suggests that this scale could be adequately applied in assessing the postpartum depression of mothers during the postpartum period. The results of this study can contribute to designing an appropriate postpartum depression prevention strategy.

In nursing research that the data is collected through clinical observation, analysis of clinical recording or coding of interpersonal interaction in clinical areas, testing and reporting interrater reliability is very important to assure reliable results. Procedures for interrater reliability in these studies should follow two steps. The first step is to determine unitizing reliability, which is defined as consistency in the identification of same data elements in the record by two or more raters reviewing the same record. Unitizing reliability have been rarely reported in previous studies. Unitizing reliability should be tested before progressing to the next step as precondition. Next step is to determine interpretive reliability. Cohen's kappa is a preferable method of calculating the extent of agreement between observer or judges because it provides beyond-chance agreement. Despite its usefulness, kappa can sometimes present paradoxical conclusions and can be difficult to interpret. These difficulties result from the feature of kappa which is affected in complex ways by the presence of bias between observers and by true prevalence of certain categories. Therefore, percentage agreement should be reported with kappa for adequate interpretation of kappa. The presence of bias should be assessed using the bias index and the effect of prevalence should be assessed using the prevalence index. Researchers have been reported only global reliability reflecting the extent to which coders can consistently use the whole coding system across all categories. Category-by-category reliability also need to be reported to inform the possibility that some categories are harder to use than others.

Nursing problems of 48 hospitalized patients with Conduct Disorder at a Child-Adolescent psychiatry inpatient were analyzed by reviewing nursing records. The results showed that the problems such as ineffective individual coping, impaired social interaction, disturbance in self-concept, potential for violence, alteration in parenting, altered growth and development were continued from early to later phase of the hospitalization and the other problems such as self-care deficit, anxiety, sleep disturbance, altered nutrition, hyperthermia were temporary. The etiologic factors related to these problems were underdeveloped ego, low self-esteem, dysfunctional parent-child relationship, some situational crises in family and handicap like mental retardation or epilepsy. Therefore nursing approach for the patients with Conduct Disorder should focus on ego growth and improvement of interpersonal relationship through systematic and long-term nursing plans and interventions for these patients and their family.
This study is to observe the correlation between user properties and user behavior on the mobile game, one of the most prominent digital contents with the most mutual interaction. Among various factors affecting on behaviors of game users, the user properties itself was accentuated, and the effect of individual and psychological quality on the use of game was evaluated. The user properties were mainly categorized into five factors of "interpersonal relationship", "level of game skill", "inclination of innovation", "self-esteem", and "competitive spirit", and the use behavior of game was categorized mainly into two types - quantitative behavior of "amount of use (time of use, consumption cost)" and qualitative behavior of "perceived satisfaction level (perceived enjoyment, perceived service quality, and perceived price)". As a result of study, in general, as the user quality subjected in this study is stronger, the amount of use and satisfaction level are higher. This study is to observe what type of user qualities leads to the more use, consumption, and satisfaction level of game contents to contribute to the study about the use of conventional digital contents and heavy use.
Purpose: The purpose of this study was to understand and describe the illness experience of married Korean women with epilepsy. Methods: Data were collected during 2015~2016 through individual in-depth interviews with 12 married women with epilepsy. Verbatim transcripts were analyzed using Giorgi's phenomenological analysis to uncover the meaning of the illness experience of the participants. Results: The study results showed that the illness experience of married Korean women with epilepsy was clustered into a specific description of situated structure and a general description of situated structure. Six themes from 20 meaning units were identified: 1) Undermined self-esteem with stigma of being epileptic; 2) Limited social interaction; 3) Suffering sorrow as a 'disqualified being'; 4) Shuttling back and forth across the boundary between healthy and epileptic; 5) Desperate struggle to meet the expectation of given role; 6) Self-empowering through self-restriction and realization. Conclusion: The findings from this study show that both the enacted and felt stigma of epilepsy impact on the life of married Korean women with epilepsy. Although the participants face social and interpersonal restriction and prejudices, they try their best to fulfill their role rather than to be cared for as patients. As the stigma and hardships of the participants are related to lack of knowledge, health professionals should focus not just on clinical intervention but also on providing targeted educational programs and counseling for these women to dispel the stigma of the disease and to increase their quality of life.
The objectives of this study were to analyze the effect of dress(Korean traditional dress and suit) of elderly Women and situation on impression formation. The experimental design was $10\times{2}\times{2(dress}\times{perceiver's age}\times{situation)}$ factorial design by 3 independent variables. The stimuli of color photographs of female in her 60's model and the semantic differential scale were used. Six variables of impression formation were used: preference: elegance: potency: activity: feminine: and modernity. Samples were 400 women 200 were in their twenties and 200 in their forties and fifties. The data were analyzed by $\alpha$-reliability t-test ANOVA and duncan's multiple range test. The Korean traditional dress with the combination of Korean traditional color(light blue upper dress with dark red purple collar and string.dark blue skit) had the most positive effect on impression of elegance. Pink traditional dress and light blue traditional dress had a negative effect on impression of potency activity and modernity. Red purple suit had a positive effect on potency and modernity. The interaction between dress perceiver's age and stituation was significant for the impression of activity. Women in their 40's and 50's perceived the activity of red purple suit positively in the situation of alumnae meeting more than in the wedding ceremony. The perceived age of the stimulus person was different according to dresses. Traditional dresses was perceived older than suits were. Women in their 40's and 50's evaluated preferences of the dresses positively more than 20's did. This means that 40's and 50's feel similarity with the stimulus person more than 20's as the age of model was in their 60's The result supports the theory that similarity is basic factor in interpersonal attraction.

This study is about the effectiveness of Jahwal consulting. We analyzed 275 self-supporting participants of 58 self-supporting companies in eight wide-area self-supporting centers nationwide. After consulting by conducting a questionnaire before consulting, we conducted a questionnaire to analyze the differences. The measurement variables consisted of 3 variables and 6 subparameters. The top variables are interpersonal relationships, organizational systems, and self-help business will. The sub-elements are interaction, communication between members, horizontal leadership, organizational stability, personal suitability and developability. The questionnaire was analyzed using SPSS 21.0, frequency analysis, and t-test. The purpose of this study is to verify the effectiveness of consulting conducted by Jahwal institutions. For this reason, we developed a measurement scale, and analyzed changes before and after consulting using that scale. As a result of the analysis, it was found that self-help consulting is effective. It was also analyzed that there was mode significance in the analysis by gender, age, region and educational background.
