Recently, there have been fast-growing social network services based on the Internet environment and web technology development, the prevalence of smartphones, etc. Social networks also allow the users to convey the information and news so that they have a great influence on the public opinion formed by social interaction among users as well as the spread of information. On the other hand, these social networks also serve as perfect environments for rampant malware. Malware is rapidly being spread because relationships are formed on trust among the users. In this paper, an effective patch strategy is proposed to deal with malicious worms based on social networks. A graph is formed to analyze the structure of a social network, and subgroups are formed in the graph for the distributed patch strategy. The weighted directions and activities between the nodes are taken into account to select reliable key nodes from the generated subgroups, and the Incremental PageRanking algorithm reflecting dynamic social network features (addition/deletion of users and links) is used for deriving the high influential key nodes. With the patch based on the derived key nodes, the proposed method can prevent worms from spreading over social networks.

Electronic payment is essential for the smooth progress of the electronic commerce as electronic payment plays the important role in the electronic commerce. Traditionally international settlement systems such as letters of credits, remittance and documentary collections operated as an important and popular method of payment. Now, information technology has made it possible to pay for the sale of goods and services over the internet. In international trade, there are service providers (Bolero, TradeCard, @Globaltrade) to settle payment electronically through the Internet.

As internet is wide spread, the number of internet service provider is increased. Internet service providers gather the personnel information with inhabitants registration identification number for the user management and the adult authentication. The personnel information is spreaded thorough the Internet by the system hacking, mismanagement and malicious resale. And the personnel information is used for spam email, phishing scams, etc. by malicious others. So the Ministry of Information and Communication Republic of Korea developments I-PIN system of the personnel identification. But, I-PIN has some problem the guideline for it and the method of 5 I-PIN services. In this paper, we analyze the problem about the guideline for I-PIN and the method of 5 I-PIN services. And we propose the countermeasure about the problem.

In the information age, the spread of internet has a lot of positive aspects. However, it also has very serious problems with adverse effects on immature teenagers both physically and mentally. Among them, internet addiction has recently grown into a social problem. The purpose of this study is to examine the relationship between the degree of internet addiction of teenagers and the related variables, such as individual variables, using internet variable, parent-child relationship variable, and psychological variable. The survey subjects were 452 high school students in the Gimhae area. The results were as follows: First, the average score of internet addiction among the teenagers of this study was 48.24 out of 100. Which according to Young's classification, corresponds to an early stage addiction. Second, there was a significant difference in the degree of internet addiction by students' school record. The low-graded group was highly addicted to the internet. Third, the longer the teenagers were exposed to the internet, the higher they were addicted. Fourth, the degree of internet addiction was influenced by parent-child relationship. There was low addiction in a group with their parents' high support. Fifth, the degree of internet addiction was differed by psychological variables, such as self-control, self-esteem and depression. Low self-control, low self-esteem and highly depressed teenagers were related to a higher degree of internet addiction.

Most banks in Korea have provided Internet banking services based on PKI(Public Key Infrastructure) certificates since the early 2000s when Internet banking began in Korea. To support PKI Internet banking, the Korean government backed the electronic signature law and supported the rapid spread of PKI-based Internet banking by regulating the application of PKI certificates to be compulsory in Internet banking until 2015. PKI Internet Banking in Korea has been developed as a pioneer in this field through many challenges and responses until its present success. Korea's PKI banking, which started with soft-token-based closed banking, has responded to various types of cyber attack attempts and promoted the transition to open banking by accepting various criticisms due to lack of compatibility with international standards. In order to improve the convenience and security of PKI Internet banking, various attempts have been made, such as biometric-integrated smartphone-based PKI authentication. In this paper, we primarily aim to share the experience and lessons of PKI banking by analyzing the evolution process of PKI Internet banking in Korea. It also has the purpose of presenting the challenges of Korea's PKI Internet banking and sharing its development vision.

In this paper, we derive the channel capacity in order to transmit an additional data by using digital watermarking method in generalized-K fading channel. Spread spectrum watermarking is one of the digital watermarking methods which is the most promising technique due to it's very robustness to the channel noise and easy achieving of the signal detection by correlators at the receiver. It is important to analyze the channel capacity to transmit an additional data through wireless channel because the transmitted data would be affected by the channel fading effects. From the results, we confirm that the channel capacity of the SSW system can be determined by the HWR, WNR, PN length and host sampling frequency. Also, we verified that the level of HWR and WNR can be determined by the derived capacity formula. The results of this paper can be applied to general spread spectrum watermarking system.

Recent studies have been conducted on powerline communications as a viable alternative to the spread of the spread of the Internet and the Internet as the chief source of information act in the information age, the internet does not reach local Last Mile Solution. The notch filters of a common way to eliminate the interference are used. In this paper, a dynamic high-performance notch filter applying WDF performance was verified through MATLAB and was implemented using a TI's TMS320C6416T DSP board.

This paper surveys consumer policies for the internet transaction in the developed countries. Recently the internet transaction has been witnessing a remarkable change represented by the rapid spread of "revolution of distribution". It cannot be, however, stated that internet transaction will dominates all the market places without enhancing consumer's reliability in the internet transaction. Many countries made an efforts to the consumer protection in order to develop infra-structure of information industry. We will soon discover a new paradigm that consumer protection is not a tool for development of cyber market but the goal itself. We survey the process of consumer policies discussed in the developed countries and study the point of prevailing arguments of the consumer protection in the internet transaction. The arguments discussed in OECD meetings are debatable, especially, to the degree of government intervention in the field of consumer protection between EU and US. In contrast of US insisted on the minimum intervention of the government, EU suggest the opinion of more aggressive role of government in consumer policy in the cyber market. This paper attempts to provide several guide lines of Korean consumer policy in the cyber market.

In the past few years with the popularization of the Internet using mobile devices such as the universal in the field of information technology has made rapid development and spread, the width and speed of change is also expected to grow much. As a result Internet telephony (VoIP) was to emerging, VoIP as a leader in next-generation converged services, the proliferation of IPTV services, including the successful introduction and subsequent convergence of the early to gauge whether the settlement is much distance in terms of importance. Therefore, this research using the Internet and telephone customer satisfaction survey, and Kano analysis is important from the perspective of the customer requirements by looking at what the Internet phone service in the development and improvement priorities are supposed to be able to stand.

In spite of advantages to using internet, but there are many adverse effects. The most well-known negative effects include internet addiction, personal information infringement, copyright violation, spread of harmful information, cyber bullying, online fraud, hacking and virus distribution, and online prostitution. Until now, the government and public organization strived to prevent and reduce the negative effects but have faced limitations. In accordance with, one of the measures the solve the problems caused by internet is to strengthen the internet ethics education. This study aims to consider and analyze the negative effects of internet and provide measures to promote internet ethics education to prevent and reduce such effects.
