This paper proposes the way of improvement and system build-up for shop music broadcasting services provided by the Internet. Comparing the shop music broadcasting services and personal music broadcasting services, we propose the way of shop music broadcasting services customers prefer to. That is, such a function is provided that a user can control the broadcasting music lists a specialist provides according to the current circumstance of shop. This paper proposes the whole system such a service is possible and verifies the efficiency by experiments.

Please Interests in the medical service are increasing in internet environment as life quality of the people improves because of development in information and medical technology. The medical information in today's modern internet environment can violate privacy of the patients. Many medical institutions in Korea are very passive in the privacy protection of patients in the internet environment. The law, standard scheme and systematic guidance to prevent drain of medical information are not developed. This study examines cases of infringement pattern on information of each patient in the internet environment. This study will also try to find a solution to protect the personal information of patients in the internet environment in the measures of law system, technique and management.

The purpose of ICT Healing platform is the prevention of chronic disease. It is intended to early warning of the disease through the information such as the bio-signals and lifestyle. In this paper, we provide a 2-Step open system(TOS) for personalized health data access. TOS is connected between the personal health related data providers and service providers of individuals ICT Healing platform, a software engine for relaying personalized health data. The proposed system, to operate in isolation to 2 step in personal health document repository Inbound module and Outbound module to provide an inquiry service to external organizations. Therefore, we propose a personalized editable Manifest concept for defining data exchange between Step. This can be used as a reference model to collect the personal health information is scattered in many health related service institutions (Hospitals, Fitness Centers, Health Examination Centers, Personal Health Device, etc.) and under private-led liberalization.

With the recent increase in the proportion of single-person households, the demand for reasonable personal mobility has increased, and the "Personal Mobility" industry that can be used conveniently and concisely has grown rapidly. In fact, according to data from the Korea Transport Institute, the scale of the electric kickboards rental industry, one of the personal mobility industry sectors, is expected to expand to 200,000 units in 2022. Due to the characteristics of electric kickboards that are powered by electricity, stable and efficient battery supply is the most basic and important issue. According to recent reviews from users who have used the electric kickboard, there were cases where the use of the electric kickboard is attempted, but the battery is in a discharged state or the battery charge level is low and thus cannot be used. Therefore, this paper proposes a solar charging system for stable battery use of electric kickboards. When this system is applied, it is expected that it will not only be an eco-friendly charging method for electric kickboards, but also stably supply and demand batteries while driving.

In these days, rapid advances of the computer system and the high speed network have made the multimedia services popularized among various applications and services in the internet. Internet live broadcasting, a part of multimedia services, makes it possible to provide not only existing broadcasting services including audio and video but also interactive communications which also expand application scopes by freeing from both temporal and spatial limitation. In the Paper, an interned Personal-live broadcasting server system is developed by allowing individual users to actively create or join live-broadcasting services with such basic multimedia devices as a PC camera and a sound card. As the number of broadcasters and participants increases, concurrent multiple channels are established and groups are to be expanded. The system should also guarantee High Availability (HA) for continuous services even in the presence of partial failure of the cluster. Furthermore, a transmission mode switching is supported to consider network environments in the user system.

Social individualized broadcasting increases rapidly in an environment that combines communication and broadcasting. Real-time individualized broadcasting is a service that is provided by multiple individuals to many and unspecified persons. In contrast, newly introduced individualized broadcasting service is a service that has not been experienced socially and culturally and therefore many problems are expected. The newly emerging real-time individualized broadcasting service may bring about various dysfunctions as well as desirable functions. Establishment of guideline and its implementation based in vulnerability analysis are necessary to prevent the expected dysfunctions and reinforce the desirable functions. Therefore, the purpose of this paper is to examine dysfunctions of the information-oriented society which threaten cyber-norms, cyber-morality, cyber-dangers, cyber-democracy, etc. at the level of social individualized broadcasting service and to propose appropriate guidelines. Through this paper, first, future changes of dysfunctions of the information-oriented society due to individualized broadcasting service can be forecast, and countermeasures and policy directions can be proposed. Second, Dysfunctions of ICT-based service that may emerge in individualized broadcasting service can be forecast and correct guideline can be prepared to reduce potential dangers and increase desirable functions of the service. This paper will analyze in various aspects the characteristics of a new media with the focus on individualized broadcasting service among the new ICT-integrated services, and forecast the appearance and aggravation of the dysfunctions and then draw the guideline.

We realized a wireless multiple integrated laser engagement system composed of personal area network using Zigbee. The wireless laser detector had function of analog signal processor, decoder and wireless communication. However, it should consume low power and be small and light in order to be attached to a soldier's body. The decoder was realized in software to be small and light. We induced low power consumption as reducing the load of system using a narrow band optical filter. The fabricated wireless laser detector functioned well in optically noisy environment. Although the communication to the player unit through the wireless personal area network was dependent on the attachment place it was perfectly worked with transmission power of -40.2dBm or more.

Researchers develop innovative technology of App. It's make rapid progress now that the country's infrastructure is computerized, we expect IT Technological Convergence. In this paper, designs underground utilities management system based on mobile augmented reality technology, and architecture configuration, interface development. Proposal system minimizes overhead of smart devices belonging to engineer's representative using wireless personal area networks. Center Server technology manages transmitted data from engineer's representative, it monitors client data path. And it provies information processing capacity for event generation module. Such event has connotations of instability and uncertainty.

In recent years, the one-person media has increasingly gained popularity. The purpose of this study is to investigate the relationship among the service quality, satisfaction and intention of continuous use of one-person media service and to further examine the mediating effect of satisfaction operating on the relationship between the service quality and intention of continuous use. Based on the literature review, hypotheses were developed and the research model was built for testing. The sample of 358 users was selected to achieve these objectives. From the analysis of PLS(Partial Lease Square Path Analysis), key research findings are summarized as follows. First, relationships among the service quality, satisfaction, and intention of continuous use were all positively correlated each other. Second, the effect of service quality on intention of continuous use was mediated by satisfaction. Third, the content quality of one-person media has the higher effectiveness than platform quality to satisfaction and intention of continuous use. Results of this paper are expected not only to emphasize the importance of satisfaction based on the service quality, but also to provide multifaceted implications and directions for the management of one-person media service effectively.

Although the development of digital technology and network has brought great convenience in modern lives, amongst the aggravated complexity in the contemporary society, modern minds who have failed to create genuine relationships undergo a sense of alienation and solitude that may appear as a type of social pathology called cellular-phone addiction. Also, while the emergence of the information age seemingly brings about benefits including diverse acquisition regarding knowledge and broader communication, underneath exists side effects involving leakage of private information. Especially, being excessively addicted to relationship network may induce one to become insensitive towards leakage of private information without recognizing, and thereby instigating yet another social problem. Media art is very practical in terms of suggesting a critical perspective concerning social phenomena and elevating them into a work of art by rendering them artistically. Particularly, when social problems of the modern days are expressed through digital technology, media art provides the audience with a foundation that will enable them to sympathize without hostility. This dissertation calls attention to the contemporary problems regarding cellular-phone addiction and possible hazards of information leakage based on media art, while at the same time proposing the production process of a media art work that attempts to raise awareness and sympathy on such social issues.
