인터넷전문은행의 가입 영향 요인에 관한 연구 : 케이뱅크은행 사례를 중심으로 (A Research on the Factors Influencing the Participation of Internet-Only Banks : Focusing on the Case of K Bank)

  • This research analyzes the factors that affect the consumers' participation of the internet-only banks, and suggests effective financial sales strategies and methods to attract more users. Through prior research review and interviews with experts, the factors affecting the consumers to sign up for the internet banks are identified. The actual user data from the internet banks are used for the analysis, providing more systematic and credible results. The research shows that social media buzz positively affects the user growth, proving Granger Causality relation of increasing social media buzz on K Bank increases K Bank users. The research also shows that marketing activities noticeably impacts K Bank's positive user growth. On the other hand, the event of Kakao Bank's grand opening shows negative effect. The results from the research validates the need for periodical monitoring process of social media buzz. Moreover, the research proves that the integrated analysis of social media buzz and marketing effect is also essential.

인터넷뱅킹시스템이 은행의 경영성과에 미치는 영향에 대한 분석 (An Analysis of the Impact of Internet Banking Systems on the Business Performance of Bank)

  • This study investigates the impact of Internet Banking Systems on the business performance of bank. Although Internet Banking Systems were introduced about 15 years ago in Korea, there were few studies which evidenced the relationship between Internet Banking Systems and the performance of banks. For this empirical investigation, this study collected the panel data of 13 domestic banks over 8.5 years and divided the dataset into two parts-the first half period (2003~2007) and the second half period (2008~2011) in order to examine the dynamic changes in the impact of Internet Banking Systems. The fixed-effects panel regression results were different in the two parts of dataset. Internet Banking Systems showed only cost-efficiency impact in the first half period. However, in the second half period, Internet Banking Systems showed positive impact on the bank profitability. Moreover, the dummy variable regarding local bank showed no additional impact on this result, implying that the impact of Internet Banking Systems was still significant for the local banks. The results will deliver managerial interpretation on the value of Internet Banking Systems and additional implication on the strategic planning of Internet Banking Systems for many domestic banks.

The Effect of Choice Attributes of Internet primary bank on Satisfaction and Behavioral Intention

  • In recent years, interest in internet primary bank has increased in South Korea, and marketing strategies for the success of the bank are needed. The purpose of this study is to analyze the effect of bank choice attributes on satisfaction and behavioral intention of Internet primary bank users. A convenience sampling was used and a structural equation of AMOS 20.0 was used for hypothesis testing. The results of the study are as follows. First, information, transaction, and communication of the choice attributes have positive effects on satisfaction. Second, information, transaction, and communication of the choice attributes have positive effects on behavioral intention. Third, satisfaction has a positive effect on behavioral intention. The theoretical and practical implications and limitations of the research are presented in the conclusion.

  • Due to the development of the Internet, Internet banking that we are liberated from time and space has evolved into banking system. So modern life became comfortable. However, Dysfunction (malicious Information leakage and hacking etc.) of the Internet development has become a serious social problem. According to this, The need for security is rapidly growing. In this paper, we proposed the Internet Banking Authentication System using a dual-channel in OTP(One Time Password) authentication. This technology is that A user transfer transaction information to Bank through one Internet channel then bank transfer transaction information to user using the registered mobile phone or smart phone. If user confirm transaction information then bank request user's OTP value. User create OTP value and transfer to bank and bank authenticate them throgth the ARS. If authentication is pass then transaction permitted. Security assessment that the proposed system, the security requirement that the confidentiality and integrity, authentication, repudiation of all of the features provide a key length is longer than the current Internet banking systems, such as using encryption, the security provided by the Financial Supervisory Service Level 1 rating can be applied to more than confirmed.

  • 인터넷(ICT)과 은행(금융)이 융합하여 형성된 인터넷전문은행은 핀테크의 결정체라고 불리며 최근 급속한 성장속도를 보이고 있다. 현재 한국의 대표적인 인터넷전문은행으로는 'K뱅크'와 '카카오뱅크'가 있으며, 출범과 동시에 'IT 금융 혁신의 시작'이라는 반응을 얻고 있다. 인터넷전문은행의 편리한 금융서비스를 이용하며 시간적 금융적인 장점을 극대화하는 사용자도 있지만, 신규은행인 단점으로 거래계좌를 검색해도 사기 등의 잘못 악용된 전적을 찾을 수 없기 때문에 중고물품 거래를 악용한 단 한 명의 사기판매자로 인한 피해금액만도 2,000만원을 상회하는 경우도 있다. 본 논문에서는 인터넷전문은행의 최신 동향을 분석하고 피해/긍정사례들을 제시, 분석하며 인터넷전문은행의 피해 예방 방법과 발전전략을 연구, 제안한다.

  • 오늘날 소비자 욕구는 기술의 발전과 사회 패러다임의 변화로 더욱 세분화되고 증대되고 있다. 이에 각 기업들은 소비자 욕구에 적합한 서비스와 제품을 제공하기 위해 지속적인 혁신을 시도하고 있다. 한편, 이러한 소비자 욕구에 대한 지속적인 관심은 은행 서비스에도 적용된다. 본 연구는 인터넷 전문은행의 서비스 수용과정에 대해 인지된 유용성, 기대 충족도, 서비스 만족, 서비스 수용의도를 중심으로 알아보고자 한다. 또한 인지된 유용성, 기대 충족도, 서비스 만족, 서비스 수용의도의 관계는 인터넷 전문은행 서비스 제공자(케이뱅크, 카카오뱅크)에 따라 어떠한 차이가 나는지 밝혀보고자 하였다. 연구의 주요결과를 살펴보면 첫째, 인지된 유용성은 서비스 만족에 유의한 영향을 미치는 것을 알 수 있다. 둘째, 기대 충족도는 서비스 만족에 유의한 영향을 미치는 것을 알 수 있다. 셋째, 인터넷 전문 은행의 서비스 만족은 서비스 수용의도에 긍정적인 영향을 미치는 것을 알 수 있다. 넷째, 인지된 유용성, 기대 충족도가 서비스 만족, 서비스 수용의도의 관계는 인터넷 전문은행 서비스 제공자에 따라 다르다는 것을 알 수 있다. 마지막으로, 본 연구를 통하여 인터넷 전문은행 서비스 제공자에 따라 차별적 접근의 필요성을 마케팅 실무자에게 제안하였다. 이와 더불어 연구의 결론 부분에는 향후 연구 방향에 대해서도 기술하였다.

  • With most major full service banks having launched transactional Internet banking, attention is shifting to the realities of managing the Internet channel as a profitable component of an overall delivery strategy. In addition to examining Case Study and Internet Bank Model. Services of Internet Banking available through the Internet are as follows. 1. credit card loans, personal loans. 2. high-yield financial products. 3. insurance products. 4. securities products. 5. Case study of Foreign Internet Banking(ING, BNP, HSNC, City Bank). The study reviewed fields, including financial services, customer service, Website formation and design, convenience of use and system safety, Internet Banking Model, and many related areas. Internet Banking earned high marks in most fields. This study review focuses on the following: Understanding and meeting consumer expectations for us ability, site performance and functionality. Integrating the Internet channel into overall marketing, product delivery and customer service strategies. Strategies to increase customer satisfaction with Internet Banking and to attract new Internet bankers. therefore this study review activity model concretion of Internet Banking Model and Case Study.

  • Modern financial services go beyond the stage of internet banking, and new concepts of financial transactions such as Internet of Things, mobile banking, electronic payments, and fintech have emerged. As a result, banks are less influential in financial transactions, and changes are being demanded. In the present era, the basic business of banks has decreased, and it is transforming into a space where both consumer finance work and reside. The bank office stands for the brand image of the bank, and it is represented by trust with customers in the basic business of financial transactions, and the rise in real estate value is a natural social phenomenon due to the nature of the location and location of real estate owned by the bank. The business method and space of the bank office that meets the new paradigm of the modern society is an inefficient space only for the convenience and rest of consumers, but it must be used as a variety of spaces suitable for the region to increase the functional value of the bank office. Through this study, as a convenience space for consumers, various service facilities should be introduced to understand the characteristics of the region as a convenience space for consumers, and various service facilities should be introduced to meet the needs of consumers, and the bank office should be improved as a complex service space for local residents.

인터넷뱅킹에서의 상호인증에 관한 연구 (A Study of the Cross Certification in Internet Banking)

  • Pharming attack is a confidence trick that the hacker catch away customers financial information on Internet banking. At first, a hacker installs malicious execution code on customers PC in secret. As a customer tries to connect a Internet banking Web site, the malicious code changes it to phishing site in Internet explorer. The hacker catch away customers financial information in process of internet banking. The hacker steals money from customer's bank account using stolen information. PKI is a widespread and strong technology for providing the security using public key techniques. The main idea of PKI is the digital certificate that is a digitally signed statement binding an user's identity information and his public key. The Internet banking service stands on the basis of PKI. However, the bank is trusted in natural, the only customer is certified in the present Internet banking. In this paper, we propose a method of cross certification in Internet banking. The customer certify a bank and the bank certify the customer in proposed method. The method can service to customer the secure Internet banking about pharming attack. We compare the proposed method with other methods.

인터넷 전문은행 사용의도에 영향을 미치는 요인 연구 (A Study of Factors Influencing on the Intention to Use Internet Primary Bank)

  • 본 연구는 UTAUT 모형을 활용하여 인터넷 전문은행의 사용 의도에 영향을 미치는 요인을 분석하는 것이다. 이를 위해 성과기대, 노력 기대, 사회적 영향, 채널 신뢰, 전문은행 신뢰를 독립 변수로 하고, 사용 의도를 종속 변수로 설정하여 연구 모델을 제시하였다. 인터넷 전문은행 미경험자인 145명의 대학생을 대상으로 실증 분석한 결과, 성과 기대, 사회적 영향, 채널 신뢰는 사용 의도에 유의적인 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났으며 성과 기대가 가장 큰 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났으며, 노력 기대와 전문은행 신뢰는 영향이 없는 것으로 나타났다.
