  • 우리나라에서 무역이 차지하는 비중이 적지 않다는 점은 누구나가 주지하고 있는 사실이다. 이와 관련하여 관련 당사자들은 이러한 무역을 통한 경제성장을 위하여 치열한 노력을 경주하고 있으나, 현실적으로 저임금 노동력을 바탕으로 한 개도국 제품과 고도의 기술력을 바탕으로 하고 있는 선진 제국의 틈바구니에서 어려운 경쟁을 벌이고 있다. 이를 물류의 측면에서 살펴 본다면 제반 경쟁국에 비해 관련 물류비 역시 높은 실정으로서 전자무역의 환경하에서 이러한 물류업체들의 현황은 어느 정도 수준이며, 이와 관련된 제반 문제점은 무엇인가를 규명하고 그 대용방안을 모색하고져 한다.

  • 최근 전 세계 곳곳에서 폭발적으로 확산되고 있는 소셜컴퓨팅(Social Computing)은 정치, 경제, 사회, 문화 동 우리의 삶의 모든 영역에서 실로 지대한 영향을 미치고 있다. 웹 2.0을 기반으로 소셜협업, 소셜 퍼블리싱, 소셜 피드백 등 다양한 유형의 서비스가 제공되고 있으며, 향후 소셜 커넥션이나, 증강 현실, 위치기반서비스 등 더욱 발전된 형태의 진화된 소셜 컴퓨팅 서비스가 이루어질 것으로 기대된다. 그러나 흔히 SNS(Social Network Service), 또는 소셜 미디어 등으로 표현되는 네트워크를 이용한 이와 같은 서비스는 아직 그 정확한 개념과 특징이 구체적으로 정의된 것은 아니며, 이와 관련된 체계적인 연구도 부족한 형편이다. 특히 소셜 컴퓨팅의 비즈니스 활용, 특히 국제무역에서의 수용가능성에 대한 연구는 거의 이루어지고 있지 않은 형편이다. 본 연구는 이러한 문제 인식 하에 흔히 SNS, 소셜 미디어 등으로 표현되는 소셜 컴퓨팅(Social Computing)의 개념과 특징, 그 종류를 정리하고, 비즈니스, 특히 국제무역에서 이를 활용하는 수용 가능성에 대한 고찰을 목적으로 하고 있다.

Business Blogging e-Hub:An Innovative Approach to e-Business

  • With the rapid development of the Internet, e-business has been entering a new phase. However, there're still some problems to be settled and needs for breakthrough. The paper proposes an innovative approach to e-business models with the aim to resolve the problems. The paper reviews the exiting e-commerce models and points out some of the common weaknesses of the models, and presents the "Business Blogging e-Hub"model for e-business. With the characteristics of all-sided information, multi-dimensional interactivity and trans-model e-commerce platform, the proposed model is created and derived from the integration of the "classical"e-commerce models as B2B, B2C and C2C with the technology and essence of blogging, and is thus sure to meet rapidly changing business needs.

전자계약서비스의 문제점과 해결방안 (A Study on the Adoption of Electronic Contract Service)

  • The purpose of this thesis is to contribute to the activation of e-contract service for one stop e-trade by analyzing the problems and its solutions in e-contract service at home and abroad. In order to achieve the purpose of this thesis, case studies are done on e-contract service providers such as CECTRUST service of NTT DATA in Japan and HanCM.com of Haansoft in Korea and user companies such as Taisei Corporation using CECTRUST service and Hyundai Card using HanCM.com. The problems in the e-contract service are the lack of e-contract service providers, rare publicity of e-contract service, limited use of e-contract service at only home, higher pricing for e-contract service, short time management of e-contract documents by service providers, no application of newly developed security technology to e-contract service, unsatisfaction of requirements of e-contract service provider as trusted third party, absence of lower pricing e-contract service by service provider, authorizing key error in electronic signature under recognized authentication system in case of fail in renewal of digital certificate and reproduction of digital certificate. The solutions of these problems are the upbringing of e-contract service providers, broad publicity of e-contract service, development of e-contract service on a global basis, establishment of lower pricing for e-contract service, long time management of e-contract documents by service providers, application of newly developed security technology such as bio technology to e-contract service, satisfaction of requirements of e-contract service provider as trusted third party by designation of recognized e-document repository, development of lower e-contract service by way of application service provider(ASP), introduction of time stamping of e-contract document and signature key value. The limitation of this thesis is that the problems and its solutions could not meet with the broad recognition as they are conferred by intuition because of few e-contract service provider.

  • 본 연구는 BPO의 제도적 운용과 금융지원 차원에서 검토하였다. BPO는 시스템화, 지급확약, 비즈니스의 효율성 개선, 위험완화, 금융지원 등의 제도적 이점을 제공한다. 이와 같은 제도적 이점으로 시대적 패러다임에 부합하는 새로운 결제제도로 발전할 것으로 보인다. 그 운용에 있어서 데이터 중심의 시스템적·전자적으로 이행된다는 점에서 그 효율성과 안전성을 높인다. 따라서 BPO는 전통적인 금융무역결제시스템의 대안으로 발전·정착할 것으로 보인다. 본 연구는 SWIFT 및 ICC 등의 자료를 포함한 문헌을 중심으로 연구하였다.

Factors Contributing to Recommendation Intention of Foreign Tourists in Times of Crisis: A Moderated Moderation Analysis

  • Purpose - As a leading source of foreign exchange and investment, tourism has grown in importance as a component of international trade. Accordingly, in recent decades much attention has been directed toward attracting foreign tourists and, in turn, positively affecting the recommendation intentions of foreign tourists. Despite such interests, there remains a dearth of empirical research on this issue. Moreover, prior research has focused primarily on the simple main effect of a certain factor on recommendation intentions. Therefore, the present study aims to (1) investigate the effect of overall satisfaction on the recommendation intentions of foreign tourists, and (2) examine the potential moderating effects of personal factors (i.e., age and destination image) on the association between overall satisfaction and recommendation intention. Design/methodology - Using a moderated moderation analysis of the data drawn from the 2018 International Visitor Survey conducted by the Korea Tourism Organization, this study proposes the three-way interaction effects of overall satisfaction, age, and destination image on recommendation intention. Findings - The findings of the study indicate that overall satisfaction is positively associated with recommendation intention and this relationship becomes stronger among younger tourists. The findings further indicate that the moderating effect of age on the relationship between overall satisfaction and recommendation intention depends on changes in the image of the destination. Specifically, the destination image exerts a positive moderating impact on the influence of age that moderates the overall satisfaction and recommendation intention relationship. Originality/value - Considering that the tourism economy has been severely affected by the current COVID-19 pandemic, this study contributes to a more accurate understanding of the factors affecting the recommendation intention, especially in times of crisis.

전자상거래 사업자의 소비자보호 자율규제에 관한 연구 (A Study of Self-regulation for Consumer Protection in E-Commerce Business)

  • The purpose of this study was to examine the self-regulation in E-commerce business and review the major issues of self-regulation in several countries. This paper reviewed the legislation for the self regulation of APEC, OECD and EC, and introduced the regulation system for several countries, such as U.S. U.K and Japan. Also, we analyzed the current issues and problems of self-regulation in Korea and tried to suggest the future direction. There were three different regulations such as market forces, government regulation and self-regulation and the model of self-regulations were shaped in various types. Even though the government made the standard regulations for business sector but it was impossible to direct individual firms and their compliance of those regulations. To compensate the government regulation, the self regulation with low cost is needed and also two kinds of regulations has to be unified to enhance the regulation system in E-commerce. Industries should participate for the regulation voluntarily and consumers must give an award of legislation for self-regulation to motivate the self-regulations of industries.

검색엔진 최적화(SEO) 기법을 활용한 전자무역 마케팅 성과에 관한 실증연구 (An Empirical Study on the Marketing Performance of e-Trade using Search Engine Optimization)

  • 최근 중소수출기업의 마케팅 기법이 홈페이지, 전자카탈로그를 활용한 인터넷 마케팅에서 검색엔진 마케팅으로 변하고 있다. 그리나 이러한 검색엔진 마케팅 효과에 대한 구체적인 실증연구가 미진한 실정이다. 따라서 본 연구의 목석은 검색엔진 최적화 기법을 기반으로 한 검색엔진 마케팅의 성과를 측정하는 것이다. 이러한 최적의 검색엔진 마케팅 전략을 도출하기 위하여 3년간 홈페이지 방문자수, 페이지 뷰 및 트래픽 소소와 같은 정량적 데이터를 구글 분석기를 이용하여 수집하였다. 동시에 이러한 정량적 데이터를 뒷받침하기 위한 정성적인 효과측정으로 설문조사도 병행하였다. 정량적 연구의 결과로서 기존의 지속효과와 지체효과는 검색엔진 최적화 기법을 통하여 유지된 것으로 나타났다. 한편 정성적인 설문조사 결과로서 홈페이지의 만족도와 인지도는 검색엔진 최적화이후 향상된 것으로 나타났다. 이는 정량적인 분석에서 홈페이지 방문비율의 증가를 논리적으로 뒷받침하고 있다. 또한 수출기업들은 트래픽과 페이지뷰가 검색엔진 최적화 이후 증가되었음을 매우 잘 인지하고 있는 것으로 나타났다.

Promoting E-learning in University Education in Korea: The Role of Regional University E-learning Centers

  • This paper aims at investigating what Regional University E-Learning Centers (RUECs) has done in promoting e-learning in university education in Korea. First, the e-learning situation in university education in Korea is introduced. Secondly, the background of establishment of RUECs and its functions are explained in detail. Thirdly, a case of RUECs is suggested by using the CNU-University E-Learning Center. In particular, the performance of e-learning is evaluated based on the student satisfaction data, and a paired-t test is implemented to see if there was any difference between 'before' and 'after' e-learning. Lastly, some suggestions are made to promote the e-learning in university education.

중국 길림성 중소기업의 전자상거래 성과에 관한 연구 (A Study on e-Commerce Performance in China's SMEs at Jilin Province)

  • Social surveys, using various factors influencing the e-commerce's development of SMEs, are the means of explaining the rapid development of e-commerce. This makes it possible to make more efficient decisions in e-commerce. This article was written from surveys conducted in the manufacturing industry and Trade Company at Jilin Province via e-mail, fax and analyzed data by Statistical Package for the Social Sciences (SPSS). The result shows that in development of e-commerce, the business partners have significant impacts on the achievement of e-business both directly and indirectly. Second, consciousness of leaders, external support, transaction partner relationship and influence of competitors cause a direct result on the development of e-commerce On the other hand, the innovative capacity of enterprises and communication indirectly influence. Based on these, it is valid for us to for us to make correct decisions for the e-commerce development of SMEs.
