This study used the performance technology model of Robinson and Robinson to diagnose and solve the problems of the "N" organization. The performance relationship map of the "N" organization was constructed based on the results of the benchmarking, surveys, interviews, and participatory observations. According to the results of analysis, the research team suggested several interventions in three areas: textbooks, educational methods, and educational environments. The study concluded that performance technology is a very effective way to see performance problems from a holistic viewpoint and solve the problems scientifically based on this case study.

No organization can survive in today's modern society of information and high technology without internet and/or intranet. International convention industry is one of many high-technology dependent fields today which have started gathering new attention since the new millennium had begun. According to our survey, no professional convention organizer has used so far any type of integrated information system which is the vital source of support of the convention industry. Only the general purpose office softwares have been in use. The main purpose of this study is to design a model for ICIMS(International Convention Information Management System) to manage all the related information of international convention in a systematic and integrated way and to implement its prototype. International convention system in general had been analyzed to enhance the level of accuracy of the model for ICIMS. A simulation of an international conference was conducted to test the core module of the ICIMS model.

Recently World Health Organization Western Pacific Regional Office (WHO/WPRO) has developed the WHO International Standard Terminologies on Traditional Medicine in the Western Pacific Region (IST), and is developing WHO International Classification of Traditional Medicine/Western Pacific Regional Office (ICTM/WPRO). Regarding ICTM, WHO/WPRO hoped that it will be incorporated to International Classification of Disease (ICD) 11$^{th}$ edition, published in 2015. The author reports the proceedings of these two standardizations on terminologies and diseases of traditional medicine in East Asia.

국제해사기구의 선박재활용 국제협약에서 쟁점이 되고 있는 부분을 연구하고, 해양경찰의 현 실태를 분석하여, 선박재활용 분야에서 해양경찰이 새로이 담당하여야할 업무 부분을 중심으로 국내법상 수용방안을 마련하는 것이 필요하다. 해양경찰은 해양환경의 보호와 직접적이면서도 밀접한 기능을 담당하고 있으므로, 해양경찰이 담당할 업무의 법적근거를 마련함으로써, 새로운 업무영역을 확보할 수 있을 뿐만 아니라 해양환경 분야에서도 중요한 역할담당자로서 자리매김 할 수 있을 것이다.

Technological substitution is the process by which a radical technology replaces the dominant technology in an industry. The processes of diffusion and substitution have been modeled extensively (Technology & innovation, 2010). However, the formulation of classical quantitative models encompasses only part of the theoretical space. These models impose many simplified constraints to the achievement of analytical resolution. The interior design organization needs to establish a set of technical system requirements by describing the scope of the accessibility needs of the organization against current technology use. Because of complicated design resources and ongoing advances in design technologies, design systems face the challenge of prioritizing new technologies for supporting. The problem is small design organization administration often displays a lack of concern toward the evaluation of technology integration. In this paper, I will identify the influence of a design organization's technology, and predict how future technology will inform, support, and potentially hinder productivity, culture, and work satisfaction within a design organization in the industry. In addition, I will use current design organizational behavior and leadership models to support my predictions. Finally, I will examine a proven approach to assist designers with evaluating technology integration in interior design organization. The goal is to develop a high quality, professional development scorecards for the evaluation. I will conduct both the evaluation of technology integration and CRM performance evaluation is recommended to assess the effectiveness of technology integration. Therefore, the evaluation of integration technologies oriented design hold the promise of solving the organization application integration challenge. The evaluation of integration technology is a significant pattern for processing such a vision. The careful selection of an integration technology for this purpose is crucial in contributing toward the success of such an interior design organization endeavor.

지적기관의 핵심변화 요인으로 측위기술의 발달을 포함한 공간정보통신기술(Geo-ICT)의 발달, 정부의 공기업 혁신정책, 지적측량시장 개방압력, 지적측량 업무량 감소 등의 요인으로 제시하였다. 환경변화에 따른 지적기관의 역할변화에 관한 국제사회의 인식은 지적측량 기관에서 공간정보 제공기관으로 변화해야 하며, 궁극적으로 최신의 공간정보를 충분히 활용하여 경제발전과 국민의 삶의 질을 높일 수 있는 공간정보기반사회(Spatially Enabled Society)의 실현을 위해 기여하는 역할을 담당해야 한다는 점을 확인하였다. 해외 지적기관 사례조사를 통해서는 국가공간정보 인프라(NSDI)의 핵심역할을 담당해야 하며, 기술 개발과 혁신을 통하여 미래 고객의 요구사항까지도 예측하고 대비하여야 한다는 발전방향성을 확인할 수 있었다.

항공산업의 성장과 항공안전에 대한 대중의 관심은 안전을 저해하는 위험에 대한 근본적인 분석과 관리에 대한 필요성을 대두시켜왔다. 특히 정비산업은 항공산업의 신뢰성과 안전성을 제공하는 산업으로 위험기반의 점검·감독을 통한 안전 관리가 요구되는 사업이다. 본 연구는 ICAO 및 항공 선진국에서 활용되고 있는 항공안전감독 체계를 기반으로 국내 정비산업 환경에 적절히 적용할 수 있는 체계를 제시하였다. 구체적으로, 정비 분야에서 발생 가능한 조직 측면의 위험을 두 가지로 분류하고, 두 종류의 위험에 대한 발생 가능성과 발생 시 예상되는 심각성을 중심으로 위험을 분석한다. 본 연구는 분석된 결과를 기반으로 제한된 점검·감독 자원을 효율적으로 활용하고 안전을 체계적으로 관리할 수 있는 개선 방안을 제시한다는데 그 의의가 있다.

The objective of this study is to suggest the templates for the terminology standardization cases of safety standard on integrated management system, so that integrated management of safety standards is introduced to replace redundant, or conflicting functions and performance of these standards. And to carry out the terminology standardization enables management efficiently. Therefore this study suggests and analyzes cases of terminology standardization of domestic and international research trends. In addition to proposes a architectural schema for disaster safety standard and writing disaster safety standardizations of the International Organization for Standardization. For the objectives, the guidelines on standard terminology policy, terminology publication and guide development proposed by the International Organization for Standardization. Disaster safety standards were applied in order to build and utilize integrated management system of disaster safety standards through domestic and foreign cases. Throughout the result of this study, this study will contribute to the analysis and application of semantic knowledge based analysis throughout the ontology information linked the vocabulary to vocabulary by making the template of the disaster safety standards for easy to use and simple etc. This study is to expect traceability for the principle national disaster safety standards resource elements.
