적층가공 방식으로 제작한 전치와 구치 임시보철물의 적합도 비교 (Comparative evaluation of the fitness of anterior and posterior interim crowns fabricated by additive manufacturing)

  • Purpose: The purpose of this study was to assess the fitness of anterior and posterior interim crowns fabricated by three different additive manufacturing technologies. Methods: The working model was digitized, and single crowns (maxillary right central incisor and maxillary right first molar) were designed using computer-aided design software (DentalCad 2.2; exocad). On each abutment, interim crowns (n=60) were fabricated using three types of additive manufacturing technologies. Then, the abutment appearance and internal scan data of the interim crown was obtained using an intraoral scanner. The fitness of the interim crowns were evaluated by using the superimposition of the three-dimensional scan data (Geomagic Control X; 3D Systems). The one-way analysis of variance and Tukey posterior test were used to compare the results among groups (α=0.05). Results: A significant difference was found in the fitness of the interim crowns according to the type of additive manufacturing technology (p<0.05). The posterior interim crown showed smaller root mean square value than the anterior interim crown. Conclusion: Since the fitness of the posterior interim crown produced by three types of additive manufacturing technology were all within clinically acceptable range (<120 ㎛), it can be sufficiently used for the fabrication of interim crowns.

변연형태에 따른 IPS Empress 도재관의 적합도에 관한 연구 (A STUDY ON THE FITNESS OF THE IPS EMPRESS CERAMIC CROWN ACCORDING TO MARGIN TYPE)

  • The purpose of this study was to compare the fitness of the IPS Empress ceramic crowns according to margin type such as bevel, shoulder, rounded shoulder, shoulder with bevel, rounded shoulder with bevel and grooved bevel. After 10 experimental dies were constructed for each group, the IPS Empress ceramic crowns were fabricated on the dies, cemented with resin cement(Bistite resin cement, Tokuyama Soda Co. Ltd., Japan) and embeded in clear epoxy resin. Each specimen was sectioned with a low speed diamond saw in both the faciopalatal and the mesiodistal direction. The cement film thickness was measured with a measuring microscope. The obtained results were as follows : 1. The fitness at the external margin was good in the following order: rounded shoulder(28.99), shoulder with bevel(31.33), grooved bevel(31.79), rounded shoulder with bevel(34.65), bevel(35.02) and shoulder(35.08). However there is no significant statistical difference. 2. The fitness at the internal margin of bevel(25.75), rounded shoulder(31.24), shoulder with bevel(32.07) and rounded shoulder with bevel(34.45) was better than that of shoulder(47.98). 3. The fitness at the axial surface of bevel(26.58) was better than that of shoulder(49.59). 4. The fitness at the central fossa was good in the following order: shoulder with bevel(38.88), grooved bevel(40.46) rounded shoulder with shoulder(46.29), shoulder(48.91), bevel(49.47) and rounded bevel(52.07). However there is no significant statistical difference. 5. Overall fitness of bevel(29.71), rounded shoulder(32.49) and shoulder with bevel(34.47) was better than that of shoulder(44.73).

단일구조 지르코니아 크라운의 소결 후 추가 소성 과정이 변연 및 내면 적합도에 미치는 영향 (Effect of additional firing process after sintering of monolithic zirconia crown on marginal and internal fitness)

  • 목적: 본 연구는 단일구조 지르코니아 크라운의 소결 후 소성 과정이 변연 및 내면 적합도에 미치는 영향에 대하여 3차원으로 평가해 보고자 하였다. 재료 및 방법: 타이타늄 지대치 모형을 제작하여 10개의 단일구조 지르코니아 크라운을 제작하였다. 제작된 단일구조 지르코니아 크라운을 소결 한 상태를 대조군으로, 소결 후 광택을 위해 추가적인 소성단계를 거친 후를 실험군으로 설정하였다. 각 군에서 triple-scan protocol을 이용하여 협설과 근원심으로 단면을 형성하고 변연 및 내면 적합도를 계측하여 통계 분석하였으며, 삼차원 표면 비교를 시행하였다 (${\alpha}=.05$). 결과: 변연과 내면 적합도를 분석한 결과 근심 축벽에서 대조군($32.0{\pm}24.3{\mu}m$)과 실험군 간($17.0{\pm}10.8{\mu}m$)의 통계적 유의한 차이가 있었고 (P < .020), 원심 축벽에서 대조군($60.2{\pm}24.3{\mu}m$)과 실험군($71.8{\pm}21.5{\mu}m$)간의 통계적으로 유의한 차이가 있었다 (P < .01). 나머지 측점지점에서는 통계적으로 유의한 차이가 없었다. 결론: 단일구조 지르코니아 크라운에서의 소결 후 추가적인 소성은 내면의 변형에 큰 영향을 미치지 않았고 임상적으로 허용 가능한 범위에 있었다.

디지털 트랜스포메이션의 경쟁전략과의 적합성에 관한 연구 (A study on Strategic Fitness of Digital Transformation and Competitive Strategy)

  • 디지털 트랜스포메이션과 경쟁전략에 관한 연구는 활발한 편이지만, 이들 간의 적합성을 고려한 연구나 대안은 아직 미흡한 상황이다. 이에 본 연구는 디지털 트랜스포메이션 추진 유형과 경쟁전략의 혁신성과의 관련성을 규명하고 이를 통해 경쟁전략 수립시 디지털 트랜스포메이션을 어떻게 활용할 것인지에 대한 전략적 시사점과 대안을 제시하고자 하였다. 이를 위해 먼저 본 연구는 문헌 조사를 통해 디지털 트랜스포메이션에 대해 4개 영역 14개 유형을 도출하였다. 그리고 선행 연구와 사례 분석을 통해 파악된 디지털 트랜스포메이션과 경쟁전략의 관련성을 규명한 다음 경쟁전략 수립시 디지털 트랜스포메이션의 효과적 연계 방안 및 경쟁전략과 내부자원의 적합성의 최적화 대안을 제시하였다. 본 연구는 학술적 측면에서 그간의 경쟁전략에 관한 연구를 디지털 트랜스포메이션과의 전략적 적합성 측면에서 접근하여 진일보하게 하고자 했다는 점에서 기여를 하였다. 또한 산업적 측면에서는 디지털 트랜스포메이션을 추진하고자 하는 상황을 슬기롭게 대처해야 하는 기업들의 경쟁 전략적 대응을 보다 적합성 관점에서 체계적으로 시행하도록 지원했다는 점에서 기여를 하였다.

광간섭단층영상기를 이용한 치과용 지르코니아 코어의 적합도 분석 (Analysis of the Marginal and Internal Fit of Dental Zirconia Core Using Optical Coherence Tomography(OCT))

  • 보철물이 구강 내 제 기능을 하기 위해 가장 중요한 요소 중 하나는 적합도이다. 본 연구의 목적은 그 동안 시도되지 않았던 광간섭단층영상기를 이용하여 비파괴적인 방법으로 적합도를 측정해보고, 측정된 값을 기존의 방법으로 측정된 값과 비교하여 보고자 한다. 실험을 위해 상악 우측 중절치가 지대치인 석고모형 10개를 제작하고 치과용 캐드캠으로 각각의 모형에 해당하는 지르코니아 코어를 10개 제작하였다. 시편 당 5부위 씩 광간섭단층영상기로 적합도를 측정하고, 같은 부위를 기존의 방법인 실리 복제본 기술로 측정하였다. 두 집단 간의 평균 값에 유의한 차이가 있는지 알아보기 위해 독립표본 t-검정을 실시하였다(${\alpha}$=0.05). 그 결과 측정된 두 집단 간의 평균 값에는 유의한 차이를 보이지 않았고(P>0.05), 이러한 결과로 미루어 볼 때 앞으로 광간섭단층영상기를 이용한 보철물의 적합도 측정이 가능할 것으로 사료된다.

중소기업의 직무 적합성과 지각된 공정성이 자발적 이직의도에 미치는 영향 (An Effect of Job Fitness and Perceived Justice on Voluntary Turnover Intention in small firm)

  • The purpose of this study is to find out the relationship between job fitness, organizational justice(distributive, procedural, interactional), job satisfaction, organizational trust, organizational commitment, and voluntary turnover intention in private organization such as in small fire in Korea. To identify the these relationships, the secondary data or past studies that were related with job fitness, organizational justice, job satisfaction, organizational trust, organizational commitment, voluntary turnover intention was collected and theoretically arranged. I made the theoretical proposed model to explain these relationships between the constructs, identify the operational definitions and 18 hypotheses was established, there was executed the survey of 262 in employees. Using the collected data, previous performances to confirm the construct validity and internal consistency by EFA(Exploratory Factor Analysis); i.e. factor analysis by SPSS, reliability by cronbach's a, and by the CFA(Confirmative Factor Analysis) and structural equations modelling the proposed model was tested by LISREL v. 8.52. The research came to the conclusions as follows: First, three perceived justice had the positive effect to the job satisfaction empirically. Second, procedural justice in three perceived justice only had the positive effect to the organizational trust empirically. Third, distributive justice in three perceived justice only had the positive effect to the organizational commitment empirically. Forth, job fitness had the positive effect to the organizational commitment, organizational trust, job satisfaction empirically in perspective. Fifth, I found the relationship between job satisfaction and organizational commitment, between job satisfaction and organizational trust was positive, between organizational commitment and trust. Finally, job satisfaction, organizational trust had not the positive effect directly, but indirect effect via organizational commitment was identified in voluntary turnover intention by empirical test.

병원전문화 전략유형의 적합성과 조직성과 분석 (The Fitness and Organizational performance Analysis of Hospital Specialization Strategy Types)

  • This research classified hospital specialization strategy types through cluster analysis, analyzed fitness of hospital specialization strategy types for external environment or organizational structure, and examined relation between hospital specialization strategy types and organizational performance. This research surveyed 1,437 hospitals which have more than 30 patient's bed and practice national health service in Korea. Specifically, this research divided into two part : external fit - analysis of relation between external environment and specialization strategy, internal fit-analysis of relation between organizational structure factors and specialization strategy. also, as the organizational performance for achieving specialization strategic purpose, not only the productivity, efficiency, profit but also the medical quality was considered. In case of external fit, many hospitals chose integration type if there are a lot of competitive hospitals and regional population. Particularly, if there are many competitive hospitals, concentration type is chosen. In contrast, if there are many doctors in the region, differentiation type is chosen. In case of internal fit, according to organization type and patient's bed number, hospitals chose different types. If it is a general hospital and has a few bed number, generalization or concentration type is chosen. Tertiary hospital or the hospital with many patient's bed chose differentiation type. According to the number of specialists, if there are a few specialists, generalization or concentration type is chosen. If there are many specialists, differentiation type has high fitness for the hospital. In relation to strategy types and organizational performance, differentiation type has best result. Differentiation type has a good result in 7 items out of 11.

원자력발전소 특수경비원의 직무분석과 체력에 관한 연구 (A Study on Job Analysis and Physical Fitness of Special Security Guard in Nuclear Power Plant)

  • 원자력발전소 특수경비원은 의도하지 않은 내외부의 위협으로부터 원자력발전소를 안전하게 운영 관리하는 인적방호의 역할을 담당하고 있다. 이러한 특수경비원의 체력관리는 인적방호수준의 향상 및 유지를 위한 가장 핵심적 요소 중 하나이다. 이에 본 연구는 특수 경비원의 직무분석을 통해 임무완수에 필요한 체력요인과 체력수준을 분석하였다. 그 결과 국내 원자력발전소 특수경비원은 크게 7개의 직무, 26개의 책무, 159개의 과업을 수행하고 있었으며, 임무완수를 위해서는 손, 상지, 하지, 코어의 근력 및 근지구력, 순발력, 민첩성, 심폐지구력이 필요하였다. 또한 책무수행에 필요한 체력요구 수준은 체포 및 호신술 수행하기, 비 군사적 방어 대책 수행하기, 반자동 소총으로 숙련도 입증하기, 보호장비 사용하기, 비상대책 대응과 방어전략 수행하기, 초소근무하기, 출입자 보안 검색하기, 물품수색하기, 출입 차량 통제하기, 화재대응하기, 테러대응요령 숙지하기, 보안 순찰하기, 응급처치하기, 3등급 방호구역 외부인 출입자 통제하기, 2등급 방호구역 및 핵심구역에 대한 내 외부인 출입자 통제하기, 차량 및 자재 이동 경호 기능 수행하기 순으로 높게 나타났다. 이러한 연구결과는 향후 특수경비원의 체력자격기준 및 훈련에 관한 지침마련에 필요한 기초자료를 제공하고, 나아가 원자력발전소 인적방호 강화에 기여할 것으로 기대된다.

  • The study proved the fitness between competitive strategy and service operation strategy of service companies. The competitive strategy of a corporation is a major strategy playing the role of bridge linking both corporate strategy and functional strategy. And it is a choice of method how to win competitors in given area. There have been such a specific methodologies for acquiring competitive advantage as Porters competitive strategy, Miles and Snows adaptive strategy, and Life cycle strategy. But, many scholars have pointed that its more important for high corporate performance to determine the competitive strategy of a corporation fitting the external environment and internal structure. So its needed for successful cost-leadership or differentiation strategy to differentiate organizational function, resources, and various organizational factors. But there have been no methodologies or practical guidelines fitting competitive strategy, corporate structure, and external environment in sprite do service corporations growth. So, the study proved the fitness between competitive strategy and service operation structure in Airlines after selecting service structural elements necessary for strategic management.

코발트-크롬 합금으로 제작된 금속-도재관의 적합도 평가 (Evaluation of fitness of metal-ceramic crown fabricated by cobalt-chrome alloy)

  • Objectives : The purpose of this in vitro study was to evaluate the effect of firing cycles on the marginal and internal fit of metal ceramic crown. Methods : Ten same cases of stone models (abutment teeth 11) were manufactured. Ten cobalt-chrome cores were made per each models and the marginal and internal fit was evaluated through a silicone replica technique. The marginal and internal fit of specimens was measured twice. The first measurement was done after manufacturing cobalt-chrome alloy core and the second measurement was done after porcelain firing. T-test of paired sample for statistical analysis was executed with SPSS 12.0K for Windows (${\alpha}$=0.05). Results : Mean(SD) marginal and internal fit were 77.1(23.3) ${\mu}m$ for the cobalt-chrome alloy core group and 84.4(21.9) ${\mu}m$ for the metal-ceramic crown group. They were statistically significant differences between groups for marginal and internal fit (p<.05). Conclusions : All metal ceramic crowns showed marginal and internal fit ranged within the current clinical recommendations.
