도로교통소음으로 인한 박물관 전시실의 실내 소음레벨 예측 및 평가 (Prediction and Evaluation of Indoors Noise Level of Exhibition Room in Museum by Road Traffic Noise)

  • 최근 자동차 보급률과 물동량의 급증으로 인해 도심에서 교통소음은 정온함을 목적으로 하는 전시 및 관람시설의 음환경을 저해하는 중요한 인자로 대두되고 있으며, 이에 따른 불만족이 매우 높은 편이다. 따라서 전시 및 관람시설의 경우 설계단계에서부터 교통소음에 대한 영향평가를 실시하여 전시실 내외부의 소음에 대한 만족 여부를 파악해야 한다. 그러나 설계단계에 있는 건축물의 경우 교통소음으로 인한 실내소음레벨을 측정할 수 없어, 지금까지는 질량법칙을 토대로 한 벽체의 투과손실 식을 사용하여 예측하고 있다. 그러나 실제 건립 후 실내 소음레벨을 측정해 보면 설계단계와는 많은 차이를 보이고 있어 개관 후 이에 대한 대책 마련에 많은 어려움이 있다. 이러한 관점에서 본 연구에서는 고속도로에 인접한 민속박물관 전시실의 실내소음도 평가를 위해 실측한 자료를 토대로 차음벽체의 투과손실과 음향시뮬레이션을 이용한 실내흡음력을 산정하여 실내 소음레벨을 예측 평가해 보았다. 이러한 연구결과는 향후 이와 비슷한 전시시설 건립 시 실내소음도의 예측을 위한 중요한 자료를 제공할 것으로 판단된다.

LabVIEW를 이용한 자동 부화시스템의 설계 및 구현 (Design and Implementation of Automatic Incubator using LabVIEW)

  • 최근에는 컴퓨터를 이용한 자동 제어나 계측기의 활용이 급격히 증가하고 있다. 본 논문에서는 데이터의 수집 및 제어가 쉽고 데이터 분석 및 적용이 용이한 LabVIEW 그래픽 프로그램을 사용하여 계측장비 제어 및 모니터링, 측정 데이터의 분석, 자동제어가 가능한 자동 부화 시스템을 설계하고 시스템의 검증을 위해 Incubator를 제작하였다. 센서를 통해 Incubator 내부 환경을 측정하고 부화를 위해 선택한 개체의 부화환경을 데이터베이스 파일에서 불러와 최적의 환경 조성을 위해 각 장치들을 초기화 및 제어한다. 이를 통해 미세한 부화 환경의 변화가 부화율과 품질에 주었던 단점을 극복할 수 있을 뿐만 아니라 효율적인 시스템 관리로 인한 인력과 비용의 절감도 기대된다.

  • Personal Robot System being developed is designed to module-based system architecture for supporting internal devices have variable system platforms, environments, networks. For supporting development environment, integrating remote services, managing the interoperation among internal modules on this system design, a well-designed object oriented middleware is needed significantly. There are already some middlwares like DCOM, CORBA, UPnP, JINI, OSGi, etc. But they have some limitations to applying to Personal Robot in variable side view. We are researching for a suitable design scheme to require low system resources, to guarantee realtime services as possible, and to implement easily. In this paper, we suggest a middleware architecture have goals that are simple, light, and object oriented, so that can be used at diversity devices in Personal Robot System.

  • The preliminary design of a deep-sea injection system for carbon dioxide ocean sequestration is performed. Common functional requirements for a deep-sea injection system of mid-depth type and lake type are determined, Liquid transport system, liquid storage system and liquid injection system are conceptually determined for the functional requirements. For liquid injection system, the control of flow rate and temperature of liquid $CO_2$ in the injection pipe is needed in the view of internal flow. The function of depressing VIV(Vortex Induced Vibration) is also required in the view of dynamic stability of the injection pipe. A case study is performed for $CO_2$ sequestration capacity of 10 million tons per year. In this study, the total number of injection ships, the flow rate of liquid $CO_2$ and the configuration of a injection pipe are designed. The static structural analysis of the injection pipe is also performed. Finally the preliminary design of a deep-sea injection system is proposed.

  • Spatial analysis in GIS provides an important way that helps the end-users decision-making. For such a reason, query model for analysis should be able to support the users view conceptually in constructing query statements. The traditional approaches in design of query model used to extend the functionality of model that basically designed for manipulation of attribute-operations by appending operators for spatial operations to the query statements of model. However, by the reason of spatial operation's characteristics that are different from those of attribute operations In nature, the structures of query statements in previous approaches are unnatural, inconsistent, and therefore those query models in previous approaches are not able to support the users view in retrieving analysis. In this paper, we proposed the methodology for constructing of user query and internal processing this query based on object-oriented paradigm, in the view of spatial operations by using the basic concept that spatial query is a methodology for spatial analysis. In addition, we presented a strong possibility of designing spatial query model that might actively have interaction with its user by implementing CIW(Class-Information Window) query interface corresponded with the methodology proposed in this paper.

LNG 압력용기의 설계 (A LNG Pressure Vessel Design)

  • In this paper the LNG vessel of the Moss type which is capable of lifting 15,261 tons is investigated in the view point of the pressure vessel preliminary design using the finite element method. The Pressure vessel design is based on the equivalent stress levels due to the internal pressure. The finite element model of the spherical pressure vessel is configured using 4 noded quadrilateral shell element. The finite element analysis program NASTRAN and ANSYS 5.5are implemented. The design is compared with the three kinds of the boundary condition : first, where the equator of the pressure vessel is fixed, and where the top and is fixed, and, the bottom end is fixed, respectively. A comparison is presented between the results obtained by the finite element model and by the prototype production model. Additionally just below position(case 1 & case 2) of equator ring was carried out by using ANSYS 5.5. The results show that the vessel design based on the stress is acceptable at the preliminary design.

농촌 마을과 주택의 통합적 접근에 의한 농촌주택 조사체계 정립방안 연구 (A study on the Survey System of a Rural Housing through the Integrated Approaching on Rural Village and Housing)

  • This study intends to establish a system to investigate and analyze various impacting factors to Rural Housings such as the relationship of characteristics of Rural Housings located in a Rural Village to the Village and a Unit Housing, to the External and Internal Spaces inside the Unit Housing and the Village, and to Living Characteristics of the Residents and Space from an integrated point of view. The results of this study are largely summarized as following four kinds. Rural Housing Survey System can be largely classified into three stages, and they are a Preliminary Survey, Basic Survey and In-depth Survey. Along with these, the scope of the survey contents can be divided into a survey result by a unit of village, of land, of housing, and of resident's opinion survey. Secondly, the surveys by village unit are on location properties, Village Identity, Street Network, Land Use, Landscape Features and Public Facilities, and consist of Literature, Discussion and Field Survey. Thirdly, the land Unit Surveys are on a Driveway, Gate Location, Housing Placement, Outer Space Design in a Yard and Outer Space Use Characteristics, and consist of Questionnaire and Field Surveys. For the fourth, the Housing Unit Surveys are on an Internal Space Design and Placement, and consist of Questionnaire and Field Surveys. Finally, the Resident Questionnaire Survey consisted of Entire Discussion Survey and a Household one, and then the Entire Survey was on the Village's History, Village's Characteristics, Cultivation Characteristics and Community Activities while an individual one was on Main Living Characteristics, Satisfaction and Utilization Characteristics.

중공 튜브 성형을 위한 만네스만 천공기의 개발 및 유한요소법을 이용한 공정변수 설계 (Development of Rotary Tube Piercing Machine and Parametric Study on Design Variables using Finite Element Analysis)

  • Typical seamless tube production methods are an extrusion and a rotary tube piercing. The rotary piercing process is more competitive than the extrusion process form view point of productivity, quality, and flexibility. It consists of twin rolling mills, a pair of disc or flat guides, and a plug. Twin rolling mills are skewed with proper angles in two directions. A round billet is progressively fed forward and rotated due to the rotation of twin rolling mills. Internal crack initiation and growth at central area of the billet are gradually progress because of the repeating actions of tension and rotation. Design variables in the rotary piercing rolling process are the feed angle, the cross angle, the reduction ratio, and the position of plug. In this work, a rotary tube piercing machine was developed and parametric studies on design variables were carried out using finite element analysis. The Brozzo ductile fracture criterion was utilized to determine an internal crack initiation.

파이로테크닉 분리 너트 거동에 대한 설계 인자의 영향 분석 (Influence of Design Parameters on the Behavior of Pyrotechnic Separation Nut)

  • 벤트홀로 연결된 두 개의 가변 체적 챔버를 가지고 있는 파이로테크닉 분리 너트는 복잡한 과정을 통해 분리를 수행하므로 많은 설계 인자를 가지고 있다. 접촉부의 각도, 구성품의 질량, 누름봉 돌출부 안쪽 지름, 환형 챔버의 초기 부피, 확장 챔버의 초기 부피, 화약질량, 벤트홀 지름과 같은 설계 인자들의 변화에 따라 분리 너트의 성능이 어떻게 달라지는지를 파악하면 설계 개선 방향을 결정하는데 도움이 될 수 있다. 이에, 선행 연구를 통해 개발한 파이로테크닉 분리 너트 거동 예측 모델을 이용하여 매개변수 연구를 수행하였다. 다른 설계 인자의 값은 고정한 상태에서 한 설계인자의 값을 독립적으로 변화시키며 분리 시간이 어떻게 달라지는지, 변화의 원인이 무엇인지를 분석하였다.

수치화 최적화 기법을 이용한 내연기관의 강인한 토크 제어 (Robust Torque Control of Internal Combustion Engine Using LMI Technique)

  • Parameters in the internal combustion engines are variable depending on the operating points. Therefore, it is necessary to compensate for the uncertainties. Form this point of view, this paper gives a controller design method and a robust stability condition by LMI approach for engine torque control which satisfies the gives H$\infty$ control performance in the presence of physical parameter perturbations. To the end, the robustness of the system in the presence of perturbation is guaranteed in the all engine operating regions. Its effectiveness is demonstrated by simulation.
