간호학생의 임상실무수행능력 평가도구 개발 (Development of Evaluation Tool for Clinical Nursing Practice Competency of Nursing students)

  • Purpose: The purpose of this study was to development and measure validity and reliability of evaluation tool for clinical nursing practice competency of Nursing students. Method: The participants in this study were 568 nurses who had worked for more than three years above in hospitals. A questionnaire of 79 items was administered to the nurses using a convenience sampling method. The data were collected from Sep. 12th, to Oct. 20th, 2004. Result: The derived outcome tool consisted of 6 factors of direct nursing actions and 6 factors of indirect nursing actions on the basis of 79 items. The 6 factors in direct nursing actions accounted for 76.84% of the variance and 6 factors in indirect nursing actions accounted for 79.68% of the variance on total scale. As a result of the item analysis, 79 items were selected and the internal consistency alpha coefficient was .9917. The value of Cronbach' alpha of direct nursing actions was .9640, indirect nursing actions was .9550. Conclusion: The results of this study show that useful application to the evaluation tool of clinical practice competency of Nursing students and further studies need to be done to verify clinical practice educational evaluation.

문항반응이론을 적용한 융합적 사고 및 문제해결 역량진단 도구의 병렬 단축형 개발 : H 대학교를 중심으로 (Development of Parallel Short Forms of the Convergent Thinking and Problem Solving Inventory Utilizing Item Response Theory : A Case Study of Students in H University)

  • The study was conducted to develop two parallel short forms for the Convergent thinking and Problem solving questionnaires which are part of H University's core competency diagnostic tools, based on Multi-Item Response Theory. Item responses of 2,580 students were analyzed using Graded Response Model(GRM) to determine item difficulty and discrimination of each item. The research results are as follows. Two parrallel short tests were developed for the Convergent thinking questionnaire consisting of 12 items which were originally 17 items. Likewise, the Problem solving questionnaire, which originally consisted of 15 questions, was divided into two parallel short forms, each consisting of 9 items. The reliability of the shortened parallel tests was confirmed through internal consistency analysis, and their similarity to the original tests was established through correlation analysis. This study contributed to quality management of competency-based education and programs at H University by developing shortened tests. Based on the results, implications were presented as well as limitations and discussions.

A Study on the Development of Educational Curriculum Model for Labor Manager's Empowerment : Focusing on NCS Labor Management Capability Unit

  • Purpose - The labor management department is an important area in charge of the labor-management relations that affects the competitiveness of the company. This study seeks to diagnose labor management education focusing on labor manager competency strengthening curriculum that is currently being conducted domestically and propose an educational model that can contribute to the labor manager competency development by researching improvement measures. Research design, data, and methodology - In this study, the first phase is a Delphi open form survey and 15 expert panels participated. The second phase had 31 expert panels participating and in the final IPA analysis, targeting 111 on-site subjects, it conducted a survey regarding desired level of current educational level and future education requirement. Results - A final 57 subjects regarding 11 items to increase the competency of the labor managers through the first and second Delphi survey was deduced through this study. To add, regarding the current education level and desired level that the current workers are thinking with respect to analysis results of the 57 subjects through the IPA analysis, an educational model could be deduced to increase competency of the labor managers based on the result. Conclusions - Thus far, research regarding labor management has been insufficient as it was defined as a subordinate role to human resources. This study reviews the role and competency of labor managers and presented an educational model to strengthen the capabilities of internal labor managers to re-illuminate the labor manager. However, this study is limited in terms of the diversity of the types of companies participating and the small number of panels. Better data can be produced if such parts are supplemented in the future.

벤처기업을 둘러싼 외부요인이 성과에 미치는 영향 : 기업역량의 매개효과를 중심으로 (Effects of External Factors surrounding Venture Businesses on Performance : Focusing on the Mediating Effect of Corporate Capabilities)

  • 본 연구는 벤처기업정밀실태조사에서 수집된 국내 벤처기업 데이터를 통해 벤처환경수준과 벤처기업확인제도의 혜택과 내부역량, 경영성과 간 관계를 분석하였다. 고위험과 고성과를 특징으로 하는 벤처기업의 기업역량에 미치는 환경적인 요소들과 결합해 달성할 수 있는 성과 수준을 확인하였으며, 성과의 경우 재무성과와 기술성과로 확인하였다. 본 연구를 위해 벤처환경수준으로 대변되는 인프라 수준과 실제 벤처기업확인제도 혜택 정도를 독립변수로 설정하였으며, 매개변수의 경우 기업역량, 종속변수의 경우 재무성과와 기술성과로 구분하였다. 실증분석 결과 벤처환경수준은 기업역량에 영향을 미치지 않았으나, 벤처기업확인제도는 긍정적인 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 기업역량의 경우 기술성과에는 긍정적 영향을 미쳤으나 재무성과에는 영향을 미치지 않는 것으로 나타났다. 그러나 내부역량이 벤처환경수준 및 벤처기업확인제도 혜택과 경영성과 간 관계를 매개한다는 연구 결과를 확인하였다. 본 연구는 실제 벤처기업의 데이터를 활용해 환경에서 역량, 성과로 이어지는 일련의 프로세스를 확인하고, 기업역량의 중요성을 확인했다는 시사점을 갖는다. 아울러 벤처환경수준과 벤처기업확인제도에 대한 환경적 요소가 내부 성과에 미치는 영향을 확인했기 때문에 추후 개편된 벤처기업확인제도에 해당 프로세스를 도입하는 경우 벤처기업의 성과를 높일 수 있는 요소들에 대한 보다 정밀한 연구가 이루어질 것으로 기대된다.

상급 종합병원 간호사의 정보검색능력이 근거기반실무 역량에 미치는 영향 (The Influence of Information Retrieval Skill on Evidence Based Practice Competency in Clinical Nurses)

  • Purpose: The purpose of this study was to understand clinical nurses' level of information retrieval skill and its influence on evidence based practice (EBP). Methods: A cross-sectional design was used. Data were collected from a convenient sample of 492 nurses working at 5 university hospitals in Korea. The Data were analyzed using descriptive statistics, t-test, one-way ANOVA, and hierarchical multiple linear regression. Results: The mean score for information retrieval skill and EBP competency were respectively $2.81{\pm}0.64$ and $3.98{\pm}0.86$. Two step hierarchical regression analysis showed that attendance at academic conference (p = .036) and information retrieval skill (p<.001) were significant factors of EBP competency, information retrieval skill explained about 19% of total variance of EBP competency. Conclusion: Nurse need to increased fundamental information retrieval skill for EBP competency. Therefore, it is important to increase nurses' information retrieval skills by tailoring continuing EBP education modules. It would be also advisable to develop centralized systems for the internal dissemination of research findings for the use of nursing staff.

델파이조사를 통한 신규간호사 역량 도출 및 내용타당도 검증 (Development of Competencies for New Nurses and Verification of Content Validity through a Delphi Survey)

  • The purpose of this study was to develop and validate a competency tool for new nurses and to pilot-test it with new nurses. A Delphi survey was conducted to develop a competency tool, and a self-evaluation was conducted among new nurses who pilot-tested the finally derived competencies. The Delphi survey panel consisted of 18 people, including adjunct professors at the College of Nursing, nursing managers, and nurses with master's degrees. The Delphi survey asked about the validity of the competencies constructed in two rounds. After analyzing the Delphi results with mean, standard deviation, content validity ratio, degrees of convergence, and degrees of consensus, 12 core competencies and 36 enabling competencies were finally derived. The competencies consisted of clinical judgment and management (nine items), task competence (four items), patient orientation (five items), moral value orientation (three items), cooperation (two items), supply management (two items), professional development (three items), confidence (one item), self-control (two items), flexibility (two items), influence (one item), and nurturing others (two items). The finally derived competencies were pilot-tested with 229 new nurses who had worked for 2-12 months. The self-evaluation scores of new nurses were distributed differently according to their working period. In this study, the competencies required for new nurses were identified and the corresponding enabling competencies were identified. In the future, it is expected that a competency-based education program will be prepared based on these findings, and furthermore, it will be possible to provide high-quality medical and nursing services that meet patients' needs by improving the competency of new nurses and lowering the turnover rate.

NCS 기반 교육과 학습동기에 따른 학업성과 결정요인분석 (An Analysis of the Academic Achivement of Study Based on NCS-based Education and Learning Motives)

  • 본 연구는 NCS기반 교육 및 학습동기와 학업성과간 영향관계를 규명하고자 시도하였다. 또한 정부의 NCS(국가직무능력표준)와 학습모듈 개발 장려에 따른 NCS 기반 교육의 실효성을 진단하는데 그 목적이 있다. 연구을 위해 우선, 실무중심 교육이 주를 이루는 항공서비스 분야를 중심으로 관련내용 척도를 개발하였다. 관련학과 학생들을 표본대상으로 검증을 실시하였고 그 결과 교수역량, 교육내용, 교육방법 등으로 측정된 NCS(국가직무능력표준) 기반교육은 학업성과에 유의한 긍정적 영향을 미쳤다. 또한 내재적 동기와 외재적 동기를 영향요인으로 한 학습동기는 학업성과에 정의 영향을 미치는 것으로 분석되었다.

전통시장 상인의 역량과 시장특성이 사업성과에 미치는 영향 (The Effects of the Competency and Market Characteristics of Traditional Market Merchants on Business Performance)

  • 본 연구는 전통시장의 상인을 중심으로 사업성과에 미치는 영향을 고찰하여 전통시장의 핵심 성공 요인이 무엇인가를 분석하는데 연구의 초점을 두고 있다. 기존 창업 관련 연구에 기초하여 상인의 특성으로 심리적 특성, 역량, 시장의 물리적 특성을 고려하였다. 분석결과 상인의 내적특성인 위험감수도, 상인의 자부심은 사업성과에 유의미한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 상인의 역량 중 상품 역량, 고객관리 역량, 가격 역량은 사업성과에 유의미한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 시장의 물리적 특성 중 명성, 상품의 다양성은 사업성과에 유의미한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 마지막으로 사업만족도의 매개역할을 확인하였다. 본 연구결과는 전통시장 상인의 사업성과에 상인의 내적인 특성과 역량, 그리고 시장의 물리적 특성에 대한 관련성을 경험적으로 입증하였다는데 의의가 있으며, 이러한 연구결과를 통해서 전통시장 활성화 전략 수립, 정부 지원에 활용될 수 있을 것이다. 그러나 본 연구결과의 한계점은 시장 상인의 상품의 경우 업종별 차이가 있을 수 있는데 이러한 업종별 차이를 규명하지 못했다. 추후 연구에서는 상인의 업종별 역량이나 사업성과와의 관련성에 대한 경험적 연구들이 지속되어야 할 것이다.

종합병원 내부역량이 직무만족도에 미치는 영향 (Influence of Internal Competency on the Job Satisfaction Based on General Hospital)

  • 본 연구는 7S 모형을 이용하여 내부역량과 직무만족도 간의 구조적 관계를 분석하여 내적요인을 통한 경영성과향상 방안을 제시하고자 하는데 목적이 있다. 이를 위해 7개의 연구가설을 설정하고 지방중소도시의 일개 종합병원에 근무하는 모든 직종의 구성원들을 대상으로 설문을 실시하였다. 2016년 9월 20일부터 10월 20일까지 385명에게 설문을 실시하여 327매(84.9%)의 자료가 연구에 사용되었다. 내부역량이 직무만족에 미치는 영향을 검증하기 위해 다중회귀분석을 실행하였다. 분석결과는 연구모형의 설명력은 69.1%를 보여 적합하였으며, 7S 요인 중 리더십 스타일(β=.392**), 조직구조(β=.129*), 구성원(β=.232**), 관리기술(β=.204*)은 직무만족에 정(+)의 영향을 나타내었다. 이는 표준화 계수 값이 증가할수록 직무만족도에 영향을 미치는 것으로 확인되었다. 전략, 시스템, 공유가치는 영향관계를 확인할 수 없었다. 일부 내부역량 요인들과 직무만족도와의 유의한 관계 확인은 내부역량이 조직의 성과향상 방안의 대안으로 활용될 수 있다. 내부역량은 설립구분, 규모, 위치 등 다양한 환경변수들의 영향을 받을 수 있다. 향후 내부만족도에 대한 내적요인과 외재요인 등으로 분리하여 측정하는 것도 더 많은 시사점을 제공 할 것이다.

임상간호실습 현장지도자용 임상간호역량 평가도구 개발 (Development and Psychometric Testing of the Clinical Nursing Competency Scale for Clinical Preceptor Use (CNCS-CP))

  • Purpose: The purpose of this study was to develop and establish the psychometric properties of a clinical nursing competency evaluation tool to be utilized by clinical preceptors. Methods: The initial items were identified through in-depth literature review and field interviews based on a hybrid model. Content validation of the items was evaluated through three rounds of content validity testing. Participants were 34 clinical preceptors and 443 nursing students participating in clinical practice. Data were analyzed using exploratory and confirmatory factor analysis, convergence and discriminant validity, internal consistency and inter-rater reliability. Results: The final scale consisted of 23 items and four factors, fundamental nursing skills performance, critical thinking skills based on the nursing process, basic nursing knowledge, and professional attitude; these factor explained 69.7% of the total variance. The analysis with multi-trait/multi-item matrix correlation coefficients yielded 100.0% and 95.7 % convergence and discriminant validity, respectively. Cronbach's alpha for the total items was .95. The four subscale model tested by confirmatory factor analysis was satisfactory. Inter-rater reliability ranged from .912 to .967. Conclusion: This scale was found to be a reliable and valid instrument that clinical preceptors can apply for evaluating the clinical nursing competency of nursing students in clinical settings.
