A Qualitative Study on the Internal Marketing of Fashion Companies in the Omni Channel Fashion Distribution Environment -Focused on the Woman's Clothing Salesperson- (옴니채널 유통환경에서 패션기업의 내부마케팅 구성요인 -여성복 판매원을 중심으로-)

  • The advent of Omni Channel has changed the fashion business model and the role of fashion sales persons. In such situation, internal marketing can become an important organizational management strategy for fashion companies. Therefore, the purpose of this study is to identify the components of internal marketing of fashion companies for fashion shop masters in an omni channel environment. To achieve the purpose of this study, To achieve the purpose of this study, a qualitative study was conducted to investigate the internal marketing sub-factors of fashion companies. In-depth interviews were conducted for qualitative study. Seven respondents to the in-depth interview were fashion shop masters who had at least 10 years of field work experience. As a result of the qualitative study, internal marketing was derived from five factors, including empowerment, education and training, rewards, internal communication, and management supports. Empowerment factors consist of initiative, encourage creativity, and problem solving. Education and training factors consist of the degree of education and training opportunities, the value of education and training, and the scope of education and training. Rewards factors consist of diversity of rewards, fairness of rewards, and source of rewards. Internal communication factors consist of communication flexibility, diversity of communication and receptivity of communication. Management support factors consist of headquarters support and department store support.

  • Effective internal communication is known to have a positive impact on business performance, but there is a lack of research on the effects of online channels for workplace communication. This study using regression analysis examines how task-technology fit, information richness, self-efficacy, perceived ease of use, and perceived usefulness related to online communication channels affect not only the satisfaction with the tools but also the effectiveness of them. Additionally, we verify how the organizational culture of online and offline communication shows the control effect. As a result, all five variables were positively correlated with internal communication channels satisfaction, and we found that the organizational culture of online and offline communication controls the relationship between online communication channels satisfaction and effectiveness.

A Distributed Implementation Algorithm for Physical Layer Security Based on Untrusted Relay Cooperation and Artificial Noise

  • In this letter, we consider a cooperation system with multiple untrusted relays (URs). To keep the transmitted information confidential, we obtain joint channel characteristics (JCCs) through combining the channels from the source to the destination. Then, in the null space of the JCCs, jammers construct artificial noise to confuse URs when the source node broadcasts its data. Through a distributed implementation algorithm, the weight of each node can be obtained from its own channel state information. Simulation results show that high-level security of the system can be achieved when internal and external eavesdroppers coexist.

Optimizing Garbage Collection Overhead of Host-level Flash Translation Layer for Journaling Filesystems

  • NAND flash memory-based SSD needs an internal software, Flash Translation Layer(FTL) to provide traditional block device interface to the host because of its physical constraints, such as erase-before-write and large erase block. However, because useful host-side information cannot be delivered to FTL through the narrow block device interface, SSDs suffer from a variety of problems such as increasing garbage collection overhead, large tail-latency, and unpredictable I/O latency. Otherwise, the new type of SSD, open-channel SSD exposes the internal structure of SSD to the host so that underlying NAND flash memory can be managed directly by the host-level FTL. Especially, I/O data classification by using host-side information can achieve the reduction of garbage collection overhead. In this paper, we propose a new scheme to reduce garbage collection overhead of open-channel SSD by separating the journal from other file data for the journaling filesystem. Because journal has different lifespan with other file data, the Write Amplification Factor (WAF) caused by garbage collection can be reduced. The proposed scheme is implemented by modifying the host-level FTL of Linux and evaluated with both Fio and Filebench. According to the experiment results, the proposed scheme improves I/O performance by 46%~50% while reducing the WAF of open-channel SSDs by more than 33% compared to the previous one.

  • This paper presents a ZigBee wireless communication system for remote diagnosis in overhead distribution power lines. The system is divided in three parts in the functional aspect - a host computer module, a remote controller module and a diagnostic system module. The host computer module designed as USB interface transmits control signals and receive data measured by sensor. The remote controller module operates the diagnostic system. Diagnostic system module communicates with internal main controller and host computer USB. Multiple communication channel is adopted for simultaneous operations of several diagnostic system. Dedicated protocol for each module is developed. The system is designed with a focus on low cost and small size suitable for lightweight and small diagnostic system.

  • The instability of operational channels on cognitive radio networks (CRNs), which is due to the stochastic behavior of primary users (PUs), has increased the complexity of the design of the optimal routing criterion (ORC) in CRNs. The exploitation of available opportunities in CRNs, such as the channel diversity, as well as alternative routes provided by the intermediate nodes belonging to routes (internal backup routes) in the route-cost (or weight) determination, complicate the ORC design. In this paper, to cover the channel diversity, the CRN is modeled as a multigraph in which the weight of each edge is determined according to the behavior of PU senders and the protection of PU receivers. Then, an ORC for CRNs, which is referred to as the stability probability of communication between the source node and the destination node (SPC_SD), is proposed. SPC_SD, which is based on the obtained model, internal backup routes, and probability theory, calculates the precise probability of communication stability between the source and destination. The performance evaluation is conducted using simulations, and the results show that the end-to-end performance improved significantly.

In order to apply the existing S / W encryption technology, it is necessary to modify the application. In the financial sector, "Comprehensive Measures to Prevent the Recurrence of Personal Information Leakage in the Domestic Financial Sector" has been issued, and standard guidelines for financial computing security have been laid out, and it is required to expand the whole area of encryption to the internal network. In addition, even in environments such as U-Health and Smart Grid, which are based on the Internet of Things (IoT) environment, which is increasingly used, security requirements for each collection gateway and secure transmission of the transmitted and received data The requirements of the secure channel for the use of the standard are specified in the standard. Therefore, in this paper, we propose a secure encryption algorithm through mutual authentication and grouping for each node through H / W based Network Control Server (NCS) applicable to internal system and IoT environment provided by enterprises and organizations.   • Recently, wireless network has been playing an important role in communication system and the applications have become wider with its big technological leap. In defence sector, there are some attempts to use wireless networks to go beyond the wire system. Especially, most internal space of the warships have the wired communication system, which are complicated and inefficient. In this paper, we measure and make a channel model about the internal parts of the warship which contain compartments and corridors including many differences from general indoor environment for establishing wireless networks in warship's internal space. In the unique environment made of metal, we measure 2.4GHz signals using continuous wave(CW) and analysis the environment to present indoor path-loss model for comparing with results from the ray-tracing tool. Moreover, we draw the conclusion that the environment of warships has a wide difference from conventional environments and put the results to practical use in warship's internal space.

  • Satellite broadcasting networks, like if you have if you have just received information that everyone must bring the required security attributes this earth should be done as encryption. In this paper, a satellite communication network AH additional security header in transport mode IPsec VPN by applying the SHA-256 and MD-5 authentication algorithm to authenticate the data portion Error rate and analyze the BER and Throughput. First, to generate a normal IP packet added to IPsec transport mode security header AH were constructed internal authentication data by applying the SHA-256 and MD-5 algorithm. Channel coder was applied to the Rate Compatible Punctured Turbo Codes, packet retransmission scheme Hybrid-ARQ Type-II and Type-III were used. Modulation method was applied to the BPSK, the wireless channel Markov channel (Rician 80%, Rayleigh 20% and Rician 90%, Rayleigh 10%) as an authentication algorithm according to the satellite channel state analyzed how they affect the error rate and Throughput.
