현재 다수의 복합환승센터 건설 사업이 추진 중에 있으며, 이때 다수의 유사 사업에 대하여 한정된 투자재원으로 경제적 타당성 분석결과에 따라 투자우선순위를 결정하는 것이 타당한 방법이나, 계량화되지 않는 정책적 사항 등에 대한 고려도 충분히 반영할 필요가 있다. 이에 본 연구는 환승체계 개선을 위한 복합환승센터의 정량적인 지표인 경제성분석과 파급효과 등 정량적 지표와 사업추진의지, 재원조달가능성, 지역의 낙후도 등 정성적인 지표를 결합하여 복합환승센터의 우선순위 평가 방법론을 새로이 정립하였다. 제시된 평가방법을 적용하여 투자우선순위 평가 시 정량적 평가는 이용수요가 타 환승센터에 비해 많은 센터가 높게 평가되었다. 정성적 평가는 현재 사업이 추진되고 있는 복합환승센터에서 사업추진 가능성이 높은 센터에서 우선순위가 높게 평가되었다. 따라서 정량적 평가와 정성적 지표를 동시에 적용하여 분석한 결과 지역 간 형평성을 반영할 수 있었다.

본 논문은 수출입 컨테이너 화물의 국제물류에 대한 최적의 복합운송 경로를 도출하기 위한 동적 프로그램 알고리즘을 제시한다. 현재 3자물류 시장의 급부상, 운송업계의 경쟁가열화, 운송경로의 다양화 및 글로벌화가 추구되면서 복합운송을 고려한 수송계획의 효율화가 필요한 실정이다. 그러므로 2가지 이상의 운송수단을 이용하는 복합운송의 특징을 살펴보고, 운송비용과 운송시간을 고려한 WCSPP(Weighted Constrained Shortest Path Problem) 모형을 제시한다. 본 모형을 통해 도출된 목적함수 결과 값를 이용하여 실행가능영역을 설정한 뒤 동적 프로그래밍(Dynamic Programming)중 하나인 Label Setting 알고리즘을 응용하여 두 가지 목적함수를 동시에 만족할 수 있는 파레토 최적해를 도출하였다. 또한 본 알고리즘의 성능을 향상시키기 위해 가지치기 규칙을 함께 제안한다. 본 알고리즘을 부산에서 출발하여 로테르담까지 도착하는 실제 운송경로에 적용하였으며, 기존의 단일운송수단 경로와 비교해 봄으로써 운송비용 및 운송시간의 절감효과를 정량적으로 측정하였다.

Due to the fact that high speed railroad will be opened to traffic and TSR and TCR will be connected to Korean railroad network in near future, the efficient operation methods of Railroad freight transportation have been embossed as a matter of concern. But, it is true that the present level of our railway infrastructures and operation systems are still low. This study examines the freight transportation system and introduces new logistic service systems including network strategies and terminals which are haying developed overseas to increase the efficiency of existing railroad transportation system. In case of giving careful consideration to the new methods, it is expected that the high developed freight transportation systems will be applicable to our country.

이 연구는 우리나라에서 현재까지 사용되어 온 (수단O/D기반)화물수요추정법의 문제점 인식을 바탕으로 P/C기반 화물수요추정법과 비교 분석을 수행하였다. 우리나라 화물수단O/D는 화물의 최초기점과 최종종점 간 운송을 수단별 통행으로 나누어 인식하면서 접근트럭통행(Access/Egress Truck Trip)에 대한 정보가 누락되어있다. 이러한 이유로 수단O/D기반 화물수요추정법은 화물의 복합수단운송을 반영하지 못하는 단점이 있다. 이에, 본 연구는 우리나라 컨테이너 화물을 중심으로 P/C표와 복합수단선택모형을 추정하여 P/C기반 화물수요추정법을 제시하고, 기존 사용되어 오던 수단O/D기반 화물수요추정법과 기종점쌍 간 전환량, 수단통행물동량, 링크물동량을 비교하였다. 비교 결과 P/C기반 화물수요추정법은 복합운송을 제대로 모사하지 못하는 기존 수단O/D기반 화물수요추정법의 문제점을 해결할 수 있는 것으로 평가되었다.

Currently, container transport services play a substantial role in global cargo transportation, by serving as an intermodal between exporter and importer. Container shipping has become increasingly important over the past few decades, due to obvious advantages. However, Vietnam's container market has shown severely ongoing competition among numerous domestic and foreign shipping lines, resulting in serious consequences occurring such as freight rates substantially decreasing within the last 10 years. Vietnam's sea lanes have become more defensive, to cover losses of shipping companies. Selection of criteria for competitive evaluation of container transport companies is necessary, to facilitate addressing the problems within the enterprise, especially relating to its position in the market and from here, business management can implement strategic plans and reasonable policy, to survive and grow.

Tins paper is designed (ⅰ) to envisage the characteristics of high speed rail stations that will be in operation when the Seoul-Pusan line currently under construction is completed and (ⅱ) to assist policy makers in mapping out transportation strategies by providing insights into how advanced countries have handled problems under similar circumstances. Ultimately, tins paper intends to present alternatives of trans-modal systems in an attempt to set a direction for future policy making in the high speed rail sector. The alternatives recommended in tins report stress two important elements for maximized utility of high speed rail: One is to maintain consistency in transportation policies and the other is to attract consumers to the station areas.

Trade between Korea and China was 372million dollars accounting for 1.56% of total in 1988 and has been increased to 23,689 million dollars occupying 7% in 1997, which implies 32.2% increase on average per year. This trend will continue dramatically and consistently as China's open policy toward the world accelerates and korean companies advance into chinese market. The main trade routes are with marine transportation between korean west sea area and chinese San-Dong peninsula around east sea. However, due to the increasing traffic congestion on main roads connecting harbors and main consumer cities and capacity problem in west sea harbor areas, the logistics cost have been increased resulting in losing competitiveness of freight trade. Therefore, these road-oriented inland transportation means need to be changed to rail transport system to reduce congestion and to conserve natural environment. To achieve this scheme, efficient intermodal transportation system connecting road and rail should be constructed. These combined system will ensure timely delivery of goods and consequently the customers would make proper transportation schedule for the import/export goods in advance. Especially, combined transportation of Railroad and train ferry would cope with the logistics problem and this system would be efficient means for trade with not only China but further with many adjacent countries in central asia such as Kazakhstan and Uzbekistan

What benefit items from railroad investment are evaluated, and how those items are quantified have profound impacts on the feasibility of the proposed investments. They also have implications on the projects priorities, not to mention on intermodal comparison between highway and railroad. Evaluation procedures currently being utilized in Korea show limits in fully evaluating railroads' investment impacts. Economic and practical implications are evaluated for including revenues for railroad investment. Based on the critical evaluation of procedures in other countries, and based on the analysis of Korea's national transportation goals, new and improved benefit items are redefined and quantification guidelines are proposed.

최근 남북한의 경제교류 증대 및 개성공단의 발전에 따라 남북한의 물동량은 급속히 증가하고 있다. 또한 인천과 개성 사이의 물류 수송을 위하여 육상수송뿐만이 아니라 다양한 물류 수송 및 수송로의 제공이 요구되고 있다. 이 논문에서는 인천과 개성 사이의 바지 운송시스템 구축에 대하여 고찰한다. 적은 초기 투자비용, 적하역 및 접안 편이성 등과 같은 유리한 점을 가진 바지 운송시스템은 유럽 및 미국 등에서 널리 사용되고 있다. 먼저 본 논문에서는 바지 운송 항로, 해상 물동량 및 바지와 푸셔로 구성되는 바지 선단 등에 대하여 고찰한다. 그 다음에 바지 해상항로 조건 및 바지 선단 등에 기초하여 바지 및 푸셔의 선형 및 일반배치 설계를 수행한다. 마지막으로 바지 항로 운영 방안, 적하역 시설, 물류 센터 및 복합 수송 등과 같은 바지 해상항로 구축 방안에 대하여 고찰한다.
