탄화규소계 세라믹스에서 미끄럼시의 마모 및 마모천이에 미치는 계면강도의 영향 (Effects of Interface Boundary Strength on Wear and Wear Transition during Sliding in Silicon Carbide Ceramics)

  • The effects of interface boundary strength on wear and wear transition during sliding have been investigated in silicon carbide ceramics. Three different microstructures, i.e., solid state sintered silicon carbide, liquid phase sintered silicon carbide and liquid phase sintered silicon carbide composite reinforced with TiB$_{2}$ particulates, were designed by hot pressing. Examinations of crack patterns and fracture modes indicated that interface boundaries were relatively strong between silicon carbide grains in the solid state sintered silicon carbide, intermediate in the liquid phase sintered silicon carbide and weak between silicon carbide grains and TiB$_{2}$ particles in the composite. Wear data and examinations of worn surfaces revealed that the wear behavior of these silicon carbide ceramics could be significantly affected by the interface strength. In the solid state sintered silicon carbide, the wear occurred by a grooving process. In the liquid phase sintered silicon carbide and composite, on the other hand, an abrupt transition in wear mechanism from initial grooving to grain pull-out process occurred during the test. The transition occurred significantly earlier in the composite than in the carbide.

국가기록원 기록정보콘텐츠의 사용성 평가에 관한 연구: '독립운동관련 판결문' 컬렉션을 중심으로 (A Study on the Usability Evaluation of the Archival Contents in the National Archives of Korea: Focus on "Decisions Relating to the Independence Movement" Collection)

  • 본 연구는 국가기록원에서 제공하는 기록정보콘텐츠 중 컬렉션 유형의 특성을 반영한 사용성 평가영역과 항목을 도출하고, 역사 전공자를 대상으로 '독립운동관련 판결문' 컬렉션의 사용성 평가를 진행하였다. 이를 통해 사용성 평가영역 및 항목이 전체 만족도에 미치는 영향 관계와 중요도를 파악하였다. 연구 결과 '인터페이스, 콘텐츠, 검색' 영역 순으로 전체 만족도에 긍정적인 영향을 미쳤으며 각 영역 별로 2개 평가항목이 유의미한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 중요도는 '검색, 콘텐츠, 인터페이스' 순으로 나타났으며, 인터페이스 영역의 중요도가 비교적 더 낮게 나타났다. 이를 토대로 국가기록원 기록정보콘텐츠 컬렉션 유형의 사용성 개선 방향을 제시하였다.

  • In this papers, Study on the Bonding property and Strength Evaluation in Bonding interface Joints of Dissimilar material using DOE. We found optimal condition that uses experimental design method (Response Surface Analysis, DOE) used temperature, pressure, time on experiment factor. And we could get bonding condition and strength that break and crack do not happen in mechanical processing about united dissimilar material. And progress 3 point bending tests and verified result.

사무용 의자의 물리적 적합도 평가를 위한 휴먼인터페이스요소 개발 (A Study on Human Interface Elements for Evaluation of Office Chair)

  • The goal of the present study is to develop the Human Interface Elements(HIE's) for evaluating the physical suitability of office chairs. HIE is generally defined as the physical characteristic of manufacturing goods, and it is closely related to the body dimension of a user and environment that it is used. In the present study the design elements of a chair were investigated, and from here, HIE's of office chair were developed based on relatedness of the design components, the physical characteristics of users, and characteristics of an environment that it used. As a result, components of a chair were classified as 6 major parts: Seat pan, back rest, arm rest, function control unit, seat supports and whole system. 43 HIE's were extracted from there 6 components. Also, the method for measuring HIE were developed.

유도무기 살상효과 산정 모델 및 시각 환경의 개발 ((A Study on the Guided Missile Performance Model and the Development of Visual Environments))

  • This research investigates a kill probability model for the performance evaluation of guided missile system, and also develops the user interface implementation for the output of the model based on the visual object-oriented programming application. This paper describes in detail the methodology for the kill probability attained by a missile warhead detonating near an airborne target. The major simulation events used in this research are missile guidance homing point, burst points, and kill mechanism(direct kill, blast kill and fragment kill). For the user interface, we also design and implement the visualization system that can show the graphic style of the kill probability attained by the model. This research will bridge the gap between the sophisticated kill probability model and users who want to see the results interactively with visualization, which can benefit many of other military systems. Some examples are shown, but these will be improved to be better with visual simulation which can visualize all the simulation process of the model.

  • In this study, two extreme cases of compatibility of the horizontal displacements between the foundation and soil are considered, for which the pressure and settlements of the isolated footings and member end actions in structural elements are obtained using the three dimensional models and numerical experiments. The first case considered is complete slip between foundation and soil, termed as the un-coupled analysis. In the second case of analysis, termed as the coupled analysis, complete welding is assumed of joints between the foundation and soil elements. The model and the corresponding computer program developed simulate these two extreme states of compatibility giving insight into the variation of horizontal displacements and horizontal stresses and their intricacies, for evaluation of the influence of using the interface elements in soil-structure interaction analysis of three dimensional multiscale structures supported by isolated footings.

  • 음성인식은 최근 인공지능 기술과 접목되면서 오인식률이 크게 개선되었고 사용자 관점에서 효과적이고 효율적인 HMI(Human Machine Interface)를 제공하고 있다. 이러한 추세는 방위산업 분야에서도 반영되고 있고 특히 항공분야에서 F-35에 적용이 되었다. 하지만 이러한 기술에 대해서 품질평가를 위해 방위산업 특히 항공분야에는 객관적이고 평가 가능한 정량적인 모델이 필요하다. 본 연구에서는 이러한 음성인식의 소프트웨어 측면에서 항공기에 적용하기 위한 정량적인 평가 모델을 제시한다. 평가 모델 제시를 위해 음성인식 적용 기술과 ISO/IEC 25000(SQuaRE) 제품 품질 속성을 이용해 평가 항목을 추출한다. 이러한 두 가지 항목의 연계를 통해 정량적인 평가 모델을 제시하고 사례 연구를 활용해 평가 결과를 확인한다.

CED에 의한 계면굴절균열의 진전거동평가 (The Evaluation of the Kinked Interface Crack Behavior in Dissimilar Materials by CED)

  • The characteristics on the extension of the CED(Crack Energy Density) concept to the interface kinked crack problems in a dissimilar are examined. Each mode contributions of CED are found by symmetric and antisymmetric conponents and domain independent integrals. Finite element calculation is carried out to simulate the interface kinked crack growth on a bimaterial. The focus is the establishment of fracture criterion with CED and finding the orientation of crack extension. From the results, a prediction about the extension behavior of an interface kinked crack can be done. And we show that CED can be a parameter to indicate fracture criterion at an interface kinked crack.

장수명 공동주택 인터페이스의 친환경적 설계방향에 관한 연구 (A Study on design method of the environmental Interface of Long Life Housing)

  • The purpose of this study is to suggest ways to design for the environmental Interface of Long Life Housing. Research, improving the performance of the interface, is underway at the research organization of Long Life Housing. Infill system should accommodate the various changes in the space. So dismantlement, replacement, and repair of the act are essential. In this process, A lot of substance, which can damage or spoil the environment, may be produced. However, the eco-friendly aspects of the interface design of infill system is not made in the approach or evaluation. Therefore, this paper is to analyze the problem of Interface of Long Life Housing in terms of eco-friendly, and it try to find a design method, complemented in the next research.

  • 본 논문에서는 ISDN 단말을 수용하기 위한 사설교환기의 ISDN S-Interface Card를 구현하였다. 이의 구현을 위해 먼저 ISDN 카드의 전체 구조와 기능을 하드웨어와 소프트웨어로 나누어 설계하였고, 이를 기초로 서버와 엔티티, 엔티티간 통신, ISDN 프로토콜 및 호처리 인터페이스를 구현하여 ISDN접속기능을 구현하였다. 그리고 호의 설정과 해제를 위한 응답시간을 측정함으로써 구현한 ISDN 카드의 성능을 평가하였다.
