The e-mailing system has brought in an innovative information sharing of data communications and gained ground as an essential tool in doing business which ranges from delivering inside information. exchanging messages between groups and with customers to electronic advertisements. Making the most of the network communication technology, entrepreneurs have established a solid mailing system in their groupware and portal system where they carry out interactive communications through the aerial transmission. This paper analyzes the research results in the field of mailing system of the railroad portal installed by the Korea Railroad Research Institute and illustrates what has been derived in the course the software development at the same time.

With the growing shift from traditional educational approaches and studying to the more digital classroom, using electronic textbooks and digital native's demand, there is a growing need to develop new methods for learn Kanji characters for children. The purpose of this study is to help children learn the basic Kanji by using stop motion and block methods, and approaching the basic Kanji character education with a more innovative and interactive smart phone APP. In the development of this smart phone App for children's Kanji character education proposed in this study, 100 basic Kanji characters for children are selected. These 100 characters are required for the stop motion animation production, where each selected Kanji is created as a stop-motion animation utilizing a variety of techniques, such as storytelling, to better engage children. The intelligent App is designed with image recognition technology, so that in the learning process children take a picture for the assembled block using their smart phone, the APP then recognizes whether it is assembled correctly, and then plays an animation corresponding to the assembled Kanji character.

In this paper, we present a study on the real-time implementation of mobile robot to which the interactive voice recognition technique is applied. The speech command utters the sentential connected word and asserted through the wireless remote control system. We implement an automatic distance speech command recognition system for voice-enabled services interactively. We construct a baseline automatic speech command recognition system, where acoustic models are trained from speech utterances spoken by a microphone. In order to improve the performance of the baseline automatic speech recognition system, the acoustic models are adapted to adjust the spectral characteristics of speech according to different microphones and the environmental mismatches between cross talking and distance speech. We illustrate the performance of the developed speech recognition system by experiments. As a result, it is illustrated that the average rates of proposed speech recognition system shows about 95% above.

본 논문에서는 자바 애플릿을 이용하여 웹 기반의 미분방정식 학습용 컨텐츠를 개발하였다. 컴퓨터 분야의 컴포넌트 기반의 소프트웨어 개발기법을 도입하여, 사용하기에 단순하고 편리한 자바 빈즈 컴포넌트를 먼저 개발하고, 이를 활용하여 미분방정식 학습용 컨텐츠를 개발하였다. 개발된 컨텐츠는 높은 상호작용 기능을 가지고 있어서, 학습자가 흥미를 갖고 학습할 수 있고, 풀이 절차를 반복적으로 확인할 수 있으며, 복잡한 수학적 개념을 쉽게 이해할 수 있다.

Traditional web-based services that require users to browse via documents and fill out forms, are difficult to use with mobile devices. Moreover, as the web paradigm assumes active clients, further complications are introduced in cases where the server is the active entity, instead of the client. This paper presents a Server-Centric Interaction Architecture (SCIA) for wireless applications. The architecture enables servers to initiate communication with clients as well as push secure targeted data to them, in a piecemeal fashion. It further enables the development of highly collaborative wireless services with interactive user interfaces.

이 연구에서는 음성과 데이터가 통합된 트래픽에 대하여 Expressnet과 FDDI의 성능을 비교하였다. 모든 시뮬레이션 결과에서 FDDI가 더 많은 음성 스테이션을 지원하는 것으로 나타났다. Expressnet에 비하여, FDDI가 파일전송형 데이타 트래픽에 대하여 높은 throughput을 보였으나 대화형 트래픽에 대해서는 긴 지연 시간을 보였다.

우리가 현재 사용하고 있는 정보검색 시스템은 사용자의 질의와 연관있는 문서 집합만을 제공하므로 사용자가 원하는 정답을 찾기 위해서 사용자는 문서 집합을 브라우징하는 수고를 하여야 하며, 이러한 수고를 덜어주기 위해 개발되는 자동 질의응답시스템은 의미 분석 및 지식 추출 등의 기술적 한계로 사용자에게 만족할 만한 서비스를 제공하고 있지 못한 실정이다. 본 논문은 인터넷에 연결되어 있는 사람 중에 질의어에 대한 응답을 할 수 있는 지혜 제공자를 자동으로 검색 분류하여, 질의자와 실시간으로 연결하여 사용자와 지혜 제공자가 실시간 상호커뮤니케이션을 이용하여 지혜를 교류할 수 있는 인력기반 질의응답시스템인 알포도 시스템을 제안한다. 알포도 시스템은 질의응답모듈, 메티스 관리 모듈, 실시간 커뮤니케이션 모듈, 그리고 지식 추출 및 관리 모듈로 구성되며 현재 베타 서비스를 실시 중이다.

KIPS is a net-world, cyberspace for scholars in Public Administration and Policy Sciences in WWW. All knowledge-intensive work has its core the publishing and debating of document. We have created a cyber forum for that work KIPS Cyber Forum has adapted ‘D3E’, the web-tool kit for non-technical users to easily debate and publish documents that exploit to the full networked interactive web media. And, for real-time communication, we added it the voice conferencing system. KIPS has opened Cyber Forum service in November 1998. The visitors on KWS Cyber Forum are increasingly growing, but the participants on the debate are a few. This means that the problems of Cyber Forum Service are not technical, but participation. The result imply that, at now, high participation of scholars on the debate is needed, at first, by the detailed guides for internet, www and relevant technical information. After that more expertly designed interface is to be important.

This study tested a path model of agenda building examining the relationship among the media, the public and the presidential statements on the issue of drug abuse during the Bush administration's War on Drugs. The results showed that a dynamic and interactive relationship among aforementioned actors. First, the real-world conditions strongly increased both media coverage and presidential statements. Second, the news media and president influenced each other. Third, public concern, however, did not function as a significant factor in agenda-building process in this study. The result of this study indicates that Bush was not utterly a reactive or proactive president in terms of his relationship with the media. That is, news media and the president interacted regarding the drug issues; the relationship between President Bush and the media for drug issues was reciprocal.

The study examines the performance and its relationship with capital structure and agency cost with respect to the industrial configurations and economic groups of Pakistan Economy. The study employs data set of 334 listed joint stock companies from the nonfinancial sectors for the period of 1999-2009 from cotton and textile, engineering, chemical, sugar, cement, fuel and energy, paper and board, transport and communication, and miscellaneous economic groups. Pooled data from the Panel data methodology has been applied to observe the significance of different performance measures through determinant of capital structure and agency costs with special focus on the leverage and cash flows as the direct determinant and interactive variables. The empirical test results using redundant variable tests demonstrate support for agency theory in the context of Pakistan's industrial configurations. The implications of the study point towards more investigations on the subject using industrial configurations as control and moderating variables.
