Objectives : The purpose of this study was to investigate the perceptions of dental hygienists toward digital dentistry. Methods : The subjects were 393 dental hygienists in Daegu Gyeongbuk. A total of 380 data were analyzed except the incomplete questionnaires. Data were analyzed by descriptive statistics, chi-square test, t-test, one-way ANOVA using SPSS version 18.0. Results : 1. Difference of perception by general characteristics was affected by age, academic background, working career, and married. 2. Difference of perception by utilization of digital facilities was affected by digital camera, CAD/CAM system, oral scanner, and computer system. 3. Difference of perception by digital education experience and intention of participation was affected by stronger intention to participate in digital education and practical exercise. Digital X-ray system and CAD/CAM system were the must-be equipment in education. Conclusions : Utilization of digital dentistry is the motive for education experience in dental hygienists.
Some researches insist that, to participate in an e-partnership, a distributor needs a given level of trust to reduce the perceived risk of an e-partnership to his/her own threshold. However, other researches insist that if a distributor has only a given level of trust in his/her suppliers, irrelevant of the perceived risk level, he/she participates in the e-partnership. Thus, from the perspective of a distributor, this study built a trust model in which these two viewpoints were reflected. And then this study examined whether or not perceived risk mediates an influence of trust to e-partnership. The proposed trust model was tested with 265 questionnaires about a distributor-supplier e-partnership in food wholesale markets. The analysis results Indicated that perceived risk partially had a mediating effect between trust and e-partnership Intention. That is, of the two risk types, only perceived performance risk mediated an influence from competence trust to e-partnership intention. Relational risk did not play a mediating role between goodwill trust and e-partnership intention. This result Implies two managerial meanings. First, a distributor Intends to engage In e-partnership with his/her supplier, irrelevant of relational risk's level if goodwill trust level surpasses his/her own threshold. Thus, suppliers should concentrate more effort in developing goodwill trust than in reducing relational risk. To develop goodwill trust, they should endeavor to establish mutual interests and individual trust with their distributor, and to utilize institutional trust bases. Second, a distributor requires a certain competence In his/her suppliers to sufficiently reduce performance risk caused bye-partnership. Thus, to develop competence trust in e-partnership, suppliers should improve on any lack of competence and build a good reputation.
Purpose - Turnover Intention in the franchise industry is becoming a very important issue. This study examines the structural relationships between organizational justice, emotion, job satisfaction, and turnover intention in the franchise industry. In this model, emotion was classified into two sub-dimensions such as positive and negative emotion. Research design, data, methodology - The sample of this study collected from employees of a food-service franchise company is representative. Copies of the questionnaire along with a cover letter were delivered by a research assistant to the human resources manager or the general manager of the selected food-service franchise firms after they agreed to participate in the study. In order to increase the response rate of the respondents, a small gift was provided to the respondents who completed the questionnaire. A total of 300 questionnaires were distributed and 285 returned responses, 9 responses were not usable due to missing information. Thus, a total of 276 responses were used using structural equation modeling with Smartpls 3.0. Results - The results showed that organizational justice had positive significant effects on positive emotion and job satisfaction. Job satisfaction had negative a significant effect on turnover intention. And negative emotion had positive significant effect on turnover intention. Conclusions - The results of this study provide some implications. If employees feel that the franchise headquarters is fair about the methods and procedures of decision making, resource allocation, information sharing, etc., it means that employees feel better. If the franchise's decision-making processes and methods and results are transparently disclosed and processed in accordance with the internal rules of the company, the employees will be able to fully understand and accept them. The results of this study also show that positive and negative emotions of service-based franchise employees have different effects on job attitude and organizational behavior. In particular, when negative emotions of employees are passed on to others and the results are negative, employees may feel that they are disoriented or wrong. Therefore, the franchise headquarters should try to inspire employees' sense of organizational community, and should pay attention to how to relieve the job stress and the fair distribution of work and rewards.
The purpose of this study was to analyze the impact of community characteristics of induced participants on values, attitudes, and behaviors (VAB) and intention to continue participation. Convenience sampling (n=192) was used to sample the research subjects, and confirmatory factor analysis, correlation analysis, and structural equation modeling were conducted using SPSS 26.0 and AMOS 26.0. The results of this study are as follows. 1) Among the community attributes of the participants, reputation, enjoyment, interaction, and social connection had a significant impact. 2) Value-Attitude-Behavior (VAB) was found to have a significant hierarchical impact. 3) Behavioral intention was found to have a significant effect on continuation intention. Through this, the Judo community needs to build a participant-centered organizational culture that can create positive value in order to increase participants' participation in Judo.

Although several studies have made and policies have formulated for an increase in women's participation in economic activities, the participation rate of women in economic activities in Korea is only 50% and much lower than in other advanced countries. This study aims to analyze the factors that affect women's continuance intention in economic activities including their motivation for economic activities, women's perception of work, and government support recognition. We empirically analyze and examine such factors and the moderating effects of family support. The survey was conducted on women nationwide to be distributed evenly among various age groups, ranging from those in their 20s to those in their 50s. The results of the empirical analysis based on the data collected on a total of 406 people were as follows. First, the motivation for economic activities including economic and self-realization motivation, women's perception of work, and government support was seen as having a significantly positive effect on women's Continuance Intention in Economic Activities. Second, the impact of women's work perception on their continuance intention in economic activities varied depending on the level of family support, and its moderating effect was confirmed. But there was no moderating effect of family support between economic and self-realization motivation, government support recognition, and the women's continuance intention for economic activities To increase women's continuance intention for economic activities, both support for work-family compatibility policies and institutional support should be provided. Government support will also be needed in order to enable women with abundant experience to participate in economic activities.
The purpose of this convergence study is to understand the knowledge of cervical cancer and its prevention of cervical cancer in unmarried women. 216 women were collected through self-report questionnaires and analyzed by SPSS program. In result, human papilomavirus vaccination was performed in 33.9%, pap test was performed in 7.9%. The human papilomavirus vaccination and pap test group were 6.7% and human papilomavirus vaccination or pap test group were 28.5%. According to the cervical cancer prevention activities, several differences were detected in the family history of cervical cancer, subjective norms of cervical cancer prevention, perceived behavioral control, and behavioral intention. Therefore, it is important to increase susceptibility of the prevention of cervical cancer in unmarried women, and it is important for the health professionals to perform the most meaningful support system preventing cervical cancer in unmarried women. In addition, various policies should be actively promoted that unmarried women participate in the prevention of cervical cancer actively.
The consciousness of environmental education has increased for the last decades, and schools make efforts for education in the systematic environment. To keep pace with trends such as the open school and the open class, students, teachers and parents are actively participating in environmental education programs. Parents' active participate in environmental education programs will provide excellent basis to operate environmental education efficiently and advise fruitful operation of environmental education programs. In addition, as parents play an important role of deciding the students' life habits or attitudes about environment, their participation is greatly meaningful. This study was conducted to 203 fourth and fifth graders in M elementary school in Ulsan city that operated the model school for protecting the forest from March to December, 2009 and their parents in order to examine the effects of parents' participation in environmental education programs, and the results are as follows. First, the student group with parents who participated in environmental education programs showed higher interest in surrounding environment of the school. Second, the student group with parents who participated in environmental education programs showed higher environment sensitiveness and environmental practice intention. Third, the parent group who participated in environmental education programs showed higher environmental sensitiveness and environmental practice intention. Fourth, the parent group who participated in environmental education programs showed higher satisfaction about the program. As the result of the study, environmental education programs with parents' participation attracted their active interest and participation about school environment problems, and a lot of conversation and attention between students and parents who participated in environmental education programs improved the students and their parents' environmental sensitiveness and environmental practice intention.
Starting with the market vitalization project in 2008, The Gwangju Dae-in Art Market has attracted to many artists, changing into cultural and art market. After the project was carried out for a certain period of time, a study was conducted to determine the differing opinions of the artists and merchants in regards to the market. The study also examined and analyzed the factors affecting the artists' continuous activities. The difference in recognition perception between artists and merchants was analyzed through a T-test. PLS-regression analysis was used for the artists' continuing intention to work. As a result, the artists and merchants recognized that the number of visitors increased after the influx of artists. Programs that had a positive impact on the artist's intention for sustainable activities were as follows: the 'Art Products Creation Workshop', where artists, merchants, and citizens collaborate to develop commodities needed for the market; 'Hanpyeong Gallery', where artists directly or indirectly interact with merchants and citizens; the 'Artist-Merchant Workshop', where artists and merchants produce articles required for the market; 'C'est Si Bon', which expresses the placeness of the market into art; and the 'Dae-in Art Night Market', where citizens, merchants and visitors can sell their own works. On the other hand, programs with the negative effect were those where artists' participation was low or none, as the policy implications, they should be actively develop this type of programs, where artists could participate and interact with citizens and merchants, like this visitors and sales can be increased.
Social capital is the basis for enabling regional development, and although it is the result of regional development that produces greater productivity through the combination of human and material capital, there is a lack of discussions in connection with rural development. This study saw that the local capacity building project affects the social capital of the local residents and such social network is realized through the rural area development project based on the participation of the residents. As a result of the analysis, the regional capacity building project has a positive influence on the social capital of the region and the willingness to participate in the project, and bridge-type social capital has shown a mediating effect on education and consulting fields. Only when local social capital, especially bridge-type social capital, is cultivated through the regional capacity building project can the project be transformed into one suitable for local conditions through active participation of residents.

The purpose of this study is to analyze the factors of Elderly Social Activity (Employment) Programs participatory intention of middle and old aged and to figure out the undertone of research results. To achieve this aims, we conducted a literature survey on Elderly Social Activity Programs and local informatization, and then designed a questionnaire including the demographic information and the five variables, i.e., satisfaction on local informatization, satisfaction on health condition, satisfaction on economic condition, satisfaction on human relationship, and participatory intention of Elderly Social Activity (Employment) Programs. The data were collected through online and offline survey targeted those aged over 50 and participated in information literacy program in Korea. A total of 333 valid data were analyzed using SPSS and AMOS statistical packages. The results can be summarized as follows: satisfaction on local informatization and satisfaction on health condition have a statistically significant effect on Elderly Social Activity (Employment) Programs participatory intention. In the comparative analysis of two groups between economic active group and economic inactive group, only health has a statistically significant effect on their participatory intention in economic active group, not only health but also local informatization has a statistically significant effect on the their participatory intention in economic inactive group. Therefore, local informatization is an essential prerequisite and local informatization should be improved for the middle aged and elderlies who have willingness to participate in Elderly Social Activity (Employment) Programs.
