This study tried to investigate the effect of the service quality attributes of the curation on the satisfaction, trust, and intention to continuous use of consumers in that curation services are derived in various forms and being greatly activated, there are not many academic discussions centered on them. Besides, differences between curation services by each service provider were also verified in this study. Data collection was conducted for one month in August 2019, with 373 men and women in their 20s. The results of the study are as follows. First, according to the result of investigating the variables that make effect on user satisfaction of curation service, it was identified that satisfaction has increased when figures of fulfillment, responsiveness, personalization, design, ease of use, and safety were higher. Second, among the variables that influence the reliability of the curation service, trust increases when user satisfaction, design, ease of use, and safety are higher. Third, satisfaction has a positive effect on trust, and both satisfaction and reliability affect the intention to continue use. Fourth, as a result of examining the difference in quality between the curation services divided by Curating subject, it was found that satisfaction, ubiquitous connectivity, and responsive quality were measured higher in the business operator service than in the user curation service.

Purpose: This study aimed to investigate the impact of a nurse shift improvement pilot project on nurses' shift adjustment, work-life balance, and turnover intention, as well as nurses' experiences of participating in the pilot project. Methods: An explanatory sequential mixed-methods study was performed. Survey data was collected from a total of 1,051 nurses both in participant and non-participant groups. For the qualitative study, focus group interviews were conducted with 22 nurses who participated in the shift improvement pilot, including 12 staff nurses, 7 nurse managers, and 3 substitute nurses. Results: There were significant positive effects on the key variables of nurses' shift adjustment, work-life balance, and turnover intention in the group that participated in the nurse shift improvement pilot project. Based on the qualitative study, participants in the shift improvement pilot project indicated that it enabled nurses to recover their circadian rhythm, and achieve a better work-life balance, and they wanted to continue working as a nurse, and hoped expanded application of the pilot project. Conclusion: In order for expanded implementation of the pilot project and continued improvement in the shift system, we recommend establishing compensation standard, systematizing the use of substitute nurses, developing guidelines for shift schedules, and expanding the shift improvement pilot project to other departments such as the emergency room.

본 연구는 이용과 충족접근, 기술수용모델을 통합 적용하여 유튜브 '먹방'콘텐츠 이용동기와 지속이용의도를 살펴보았다. 본 연구에서는 유튜브 '먹방' 콘텐츠 이용자 358명을 대상으로 설문조사를 통해 SPSS 21.0 프로그램과 AMOS 21.0 프로그램을 활용, 탐색적/확인적 요인분석과 경로분석 등을 실시하여 핵심 결과를 도출하였다. 결과를 제시하면, 첫째, 유튜브 '먹방' 콘텐츠 이용 동기 중 정보추구 동기와 스트레스 해소 동기, 시간보내기 동기는 인지된 유용성에, 정보추구 동기와 시간보내기 동기는 인지된 용이성에 정적 영향을 미쳤다. 둘째, 정보추구 동기, 스트레스 해소 동기, 시간보내기 동기는 공통적으로 인지된 즐거움과 인지된 독창성에 정적 영향을 미쳤다. 셋째, 인지된 즐거움은 인지된 용이성에는 정적 영향을 미쳤다. 넷째, 인지된 즐거움과 인지된 독창성은 모두 지속이용의도에 정적 영향을 미쳤다. 다섯째, 인지된 용이성은 인지된 유용성에 대해 정적 영향을 미쳤으며, 인지된 용이성과 인지된 유용성 모두 지속이용의도에 정적 영향을 미쳤다. 본 연구는 이용과 충족접근, 기술수용모델을 통합 적용하여 유튜브 '먹방' 콘텐츠의 지속이용을 파악할 수 있는 모델을 정교화하였다는 점에서 학술적 의의가 있을 것이다. 후속연구에서는 유튜브 '먹방' 콘텐츠의 지속이용의도 관련 모델의 정교화를 위해 다양한 이론과 모델들을 통합 적용해 볼 필요가 있을 것이다.

This study examines the impacts of a mandatory lockup ratio and lockup period, together with voluntary lockup, on the initial public offering (IPO) subscription rate in Malaysia. A sample of 390 IPOs launched from 2000 to 2016 was collected for analysis. The findings show that firms that adopt a lower lockup ratio and a shorter lockup period signal uncertainty about their prospects. Issuers would then show the tendency to underprice to increase investors' intention to subscribe to firms' IPO shares. This study concludes that as long as investors are aware of pertinent information about IPO firms, they should continue participating in the IPO market rather than behaving irrationally. Finally, policymakers could use the findings to improve the existing lockup provisions regulation.

While a great body of information systems (IS) literature has discussed mobile banking (m-banking) services, most of these studies have focused on the adoption or acceptance phases of this technology; with little attention was given to users' intension to continue using such technology. This paper aims at investigating the most important factors that predict users' continuous intension to use m-banking services in the post-adoption phase. This paper presents a conceptualization and validation of an extended expectation-confirmation model (ECM). A total of 303 Kuwaiti users of m-banking services participated in this study. Partial least squares (PLS) of structure equation modelling (SEM) technique was used to analyze the data. The results mainly showed that users' continuous intension to use m-banking services is significantly influenced by perceived trust, satisfaction, self-efficacy, performance expectancy and effort expectancy. Theoretical and practical contributions as well as the research limitations and future directions are discussed.

This paper investigate the empirical implications. They were to verify the influences of psychological and environmental factors toward performance satisfaction and durability. The results show that actional environment on academic satisfaction in learning is the most important factor. The effect of academic satisfaction on learning durability proved to be statistically significant. The results suggest that actional environment should be considered with top priority to increase the academic satisfaction. Learning satisfaction, academic vision, and academic satisfaction to enhance students' intention to continue studies are important.

최근 경제발전과 정보통신기술의 발달에 따라 스마트폰 시장이 지속적으로 성장하고 있다. 무선 충전기 시장의 전망은 꾸준히 상승하고 있으며, 최근의 경우 2010년 1억 2,390만 달러 수준에서 2011년 8억 8,580만 달러로 약 6배정도 성장하였으며, 2014년에는 180억 달러 규모에 이를 것으로 예상되고 있다. 이 기술 분야에 대한 관심은 꾸준히 증가하고 있는 추세이며 관련 상품도 지속적으로 등장하고 있다. 본 연구는 스마트폰의 무선 충전기능이 재구매의도에 미치는 영향 요인을 알아보고자 한다. 예측변수로는 확장 기술수용모델에서 제시된 인지된 유용성, 인지된 사용 용이성 그리고 디자인 요인을 선택하였다. 인구통계학적인 분석은 IBM SPSS Statistics 19로 하였고 Smart PLS를 사용하여 확인적 요인분석과 변수 간의 인과관계에 대한 경로 분석을 실시하였다. 이러한 결과를 바탕으로 연구의 한계와 시사점을 제시하고자 한다.

The purpose of this study was to investigate the consumers'evaluation for image and price of Saenghwal Hanbok. Data were collected by Questionnaire from 400 men and women living in Seoul area between August and September of 1998, and 374 questionnaires were analyzed by frequency, percentage, mean, standard deviation, t-test and factor analysis. As a result, consumers perceived Saenghwal Hanbok as 'comfortable' and 'individualistic' compared with western dress. Git(collar) and Gorum (ribbons) or Maedup(braided buttons) of Jeokori(jacket) were selected as having traditional image the most. 245 people(65%) answered that the general impression of Saenghwal Hanbok wearers was favorable. Saenghwal hanbok was thought to be appropriate when priced between 30,000 and 200,000 won per suit. And the intention to continue wearing Saenghwal Hanbok in the future was very positive.

This study focuses on the adoption of Healthcare Information System (HIS) in India's healthcare services, which has led to an increased use of HIS software for managing patient information in hospitals. The study aims to evaluate the factors that influence hospital workers' satisfaction with HIS usage and its impact on their intention to continue in the use of HIS. Primary data was collected through a survey questionnaire from 265 hospital workers. A new framework was developed, and Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) was used for analysis. Sensitivity analysis was also conducted on demographic data using an Artificial Neural Network (ANN) approach. The results indicated that all hypotheses were significant (p < 0.05). Effort expectancy was the most significant factor influencing hospital workers' satisfaction (p < 0.01). Sensitivity analysis showed that education (Model-A) and experience in use of HIS (Model-B) were the most important factors. The study contributes by proposing a new theoretical framework and extending the previous research on HIS usage satisfaction. Overall, the study highlights the importance of easiness and usefulness in predicting HIS usage satisfaction.

우리나라 스마트폰 이용자는 경제활동 인구의 99% 이상 대부분이 사용하고 있으며 초기 형성단계를 지나 포화상태에 도달한 것으로 전문가들은 내다보고 있다. 본 연구는 지배적 디자인 속성이 스마트폰 사용자의 지속사용의도에 미치는 영향을 알아보고자 하였다. 예측변수로는 확장 기술수용모델에서 제시된 인지된 유용성, 인지된 사용 용이성을 선택하였고 지배적 디자인 속성을 매개변수로 선택하여 개념모델을 완성하였다. 연구대상은 부산경남과 익산전북지역에 거주하는 스마트폰 사용자 150명이며 설문을 통해 기초 데이터를 수집하였다. 인구통계학적인 분석은 IBM SPSS Statistics 19로 하였고 Smart PLS를 사용하여 확인적 요인분석과 변수 간의 인과관계에 대한 경로 분석을 실시하였다. 분석결과 모든 경로가 유의미한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 결과를 바탕으로 연구의 한계와 시사점을 제시하고자 한다.
