여대생에게 실시한 인유두종 바이러스 예방접종 교육의 효과 (Effects of Human Papillomavirus Vaccination Education on College Women's Knowledge, Health Belief, and Preventive Behavior Intention)

  • Purpose: This study was done to evaluated the effects of Human Papillomavirus (HPV) vaccination education on college women's knowledge of HPV, health beliefs (perceived severity and perceived susceptibility), and preventive behavior intention. Methods: A nonequivalent control group pretest-posttest design with repeated measures was used. Participants were 125 female college students in one university, assigned to an experimental group (72 students) and control group (53 students). Results: Two weeks after the intervention, the experimental group reported higher scores of knowledge, perceived severity, perceived susceptibility, and preventive behavior intention than the control group. All follow-up scores except intention measured at 5 weeks after the intervention from the experimental group remained still higher than those from the control group. Conclusion: The results suggest that the variable of preventive behavior intention which is believed to be the closest predictor of real vaccination rate could be affected by the education, but did not remain at the same level at 5 weeks. Therefore, additional interventions may need to be provided before the educational effect on preventive behavior intention is greatly diminished.

울산지역 치과위생사의 이직의사요인에 관한 연구 (A study on the factors of the turnover intention of dental hygienists : in Ulsan city)

  • Objectives: The purpose of this study was to investigate turnover intention of dental hygienist who were employed at the private dental clinic in Ulsan, Korea. Methods: The data obtained from 100 dental hygienists during 1 month. The survey was performed by a face-la-face interview questionnaire consisting of 19 items and the 5 point Likert type response format. The respondents were 77 from dental hygienists. The adjusted response rate was 80.2%(77/96). Data were analyzed using frequency distribution, independent t-tests, ANOVA, chi-square and correlation. All statistical analyzed were conducted using Statistical Package for SPSS 11.5. Results: There was experiences of turnover the longer the professional career, the higher income, married personnel. Turnover intention was a statistically correlated with income. Conclusions: The findings suggest that dental hygienists who remain in the workforce are positively influenced mainly by self-development. Employer of dental hygienists should be aware of these factors in employing process.

Franchisors' Support Services and Their Consequences: Resource-Based View and Expectation-Confirmation Perspectives

  • Purpose - This study explores the influence of franchisors' supports on franchisees financial performance, overall satisfaction and intention to remain. Research design, data, and methodology - Given the exploratory design of the investigation, purposive sampling technique was used to select twenty-six (26) franchisees as key informants for this study. In-depth face-to-face interviews were conducted leading to generation of rich qualitative data on the phenomenon of support services in the Nigeria franchise system. Results - Results indicate that at both the initial and growing stages, training and management service supports have marked influence on franchisees business outcomes. However, findings revealed that at the initial stage, the impact of training is greatest but this impact subsequently declines as franchisees master the nuances of the business. Management services on the other hand maintains a constant relevance through all stages of franchisees business. Conclusions - Three key conclusions were drawn from the findings of this study. First, the quality of initial and ongoing supports have consequences for the long-term health of franchisees and franchisors' businesses. Second, poor management of franchisees' expectations and perception of supports could damage franchise partnerships. Third, franchisees form their expectation of supports largely from the nature of initial supports provided by the franchisors.

The Five Sense Factors in Korean Dessert Café and Consumer Behaviors

  • The bakery cafe and dessert industry in Korea is expanding, but it requires continuous innovation to remain competitive and adaptable. Therefore, this study aims to examine the effect of five sense factors on customer satisfaction and relationship continuance intention in Korean dessert cafes. A survey was conducted among 200 consumers who had visited a Korean dessert cafe in Seoul and Gyeonggi Province. Regression analysis was conducted for hypothesis testing, and the research results are as follows. First, among the five sensory factors in Korean dessert cafes, gustatory, visual, and olfactory factors positively impacted customer satisfaction and relationship continuance intention. These results suggest that the taste and presentation of Korean desserts in cafes and the aroma of both the desserts and the café are essential. However, auditory and tactile factors did not impact customer satisfaction and intention to continue the relationship. Second, customer satisfaction improved the intention to continue the relationship. This finding suggests that improving customer satisfaction in Korean dessert cafes positively impacts maintaining customer loyalty. Therefore, operators of Korean dessert cafes should consider gustatory, visual, and olfactory aspects when developing dessert menus and planning the physical environment of their restaurants.

기업 정보시스템 사용의도 향상을 위한 개인화 연구 (Study on Personalization to Improve Usage Intention of Corporate Information System : An Empirical Analysis in Using Intranet System)

  • Many companies today use information systems to maintain competitive advantage and to give immediate responses to customer requests. Over time, however, many of these companies failed to make the most of such information systems because the users stopped utilizing the system. While many reasons offer explanations to the phenomenon, this study analyzes how usage intention of information system can be enhanced by changing the environment and usefulness of the system from the user's perspective. Active and wide-ranging researches using the Technology Acceptance Model (TAM) have been carried out on an individual's tendency to using new technology. But, many of the studies remain focused on improving user intention by enhancing the ease of use and usefulness of the system under PC applications or Enterprise applications. The personalized intranet system is not only bringing about sweeping changes to a company's information systems environment but also providing users with freedom to design their own working environment, personalization, to Corporate Information Systems (CIS). Results from empirical tests on intranet systems verify that through personalization, a more voluntary information system environment can be created and that by increasing the ease of use and usefulness of the system, users can become more favorable to accepting new technologies and ultimately result in improved usage intention. This study suggests personalization variables and model for implementing a voluntary CIS for information system developers.

도농복합시 거주민의 거주의향 결정요인과 그 시사점 : 지역정체성과 거주의향 간의 내생성을 중심으로 (Determinants of Residence Intention and Its Policy Implications in Urban-Rural Complex Area : Focusing on the Endogeneity Between Regional Identity and Residence Intention)

  • 도농복합시는 도시지역과 농촌지역이 병존하는 독특한 공간구조를 갖고 있다. 따라서 도농복합시의 농촌과소화에 대응하기 위해서는 기존 주민의 이탈을 방지할 수 있는 다양한 정책적 지원 방안을 모색할 필요가 있다. 이러한 맥락에서 본 연구에서는 '2017년 춘천시 사회조사'를 이용해 도농복합시 농촌지역 과소화 대응 방안으로 기존 거주민의 지속적인 거주의향에 영향을 미치는 요인을 분석하였다. 일반적으로 지역정체성은 내생적으로 결정되기 때문에 본 연구에서는 이러한 지역정체성과 거주의향과의 내생적 관계를 고려하여 연립 이변량 순위 프로빗 모델을 이용하였다. 분석결과, 도농복합시에 대해 지역정체성이 강할수록 지역내 거주의향이 높아지는 것으로 분석되었다. 가구주의 연령과 거주기간이 길수록, 일 여가생활 거주에 대해 만족할수록 지역정체성이 높다. 그리고 의료서비스에 대해 만족할수록, 종사하는 일에 만족할수록 거주의향이 높다. 따라서 도농복합시 농촌지역 거주민들의 생활서비스 수요를 파악 후 적재 적시 적절한 생활서비스를 공급할 수 있는 정책적 지원이 필요하다. 특히 도농복합시의 경우 의료서비스는 지역정체성에는 통계적으로 유의미한 영향을 미치지 않지만, 거주의향에는 유의미한 영향을 미치고 있다. 따라서 의료시설에 쉽게 접근하여 사용할 수 있는 시스템 구축이 필요하다.

인터넷 쇼핑몰에서 고객가치와 전환장벽이 재구매 의도에 미치는 영향에 관한 연구 (A Study of the Effects of the Customer Value and Switching Barriers on the Repurchase Intention in Internet Shopping Malls)

  • The purpose of this study is to propose and test a model of customer retention in Internet shopping malls when switching barriers and comprehensive customer value exist in terms of economic and experiential aspects. The literature about customer retention propose that switching barriers are important factors other than satisfaction influencing customers' intention to remain with a specific supplier. The switching barriers mean anything that makes customers' defection difficult or costly and are consisted of perceived switching costs, attractiveness of alternatives and virtual relationships. The Customer Value Scale by Mathwick(2001) is applied to this study as economic value, shopping efficiency, service excellence, aesthetic appeal and playfulness(Zeithaml, 1988; Holbrook, 1994). The analyses showed partial support for the affirmative effect of customer values and switching costs and full support for the affirmative Influence of satisfaction on repurchase intention in the Internet shopping mall environment. But the attractiveness of alternatives and virtual relationship did not have a significant Influence like the result of Jones(1998)'s study of the service industry.

치과기공사의 이직에 관한 연구 (A Study on the Turnover of Dental Technicians)

  • Having taken as cause of dental technicians separation from their service a variety of individual idiosyncrasies, function-related factors, external environment factors, functional satisfaction, organizational commitment, and intention to remain, the present study conducted a mail questionnaire poll and interviews on those dental technicians who are mow in the service with private dental technical workshops and dental technical workshops in general hospitals and private dental clinics. The resultant findings from analysis of the repondent's general characteristics of cause of separation form service were revealed, as follows : 1) It was shown that the higher the academic career, the considerably higher cause of position commitment among causes of individual idio-syncrasies, reflecting a statistically significant result(P<0.05) 2) The less the number of working hours as viewed from the average number of working hours per day, the higher the positive emotion, reflecting a significant relation(P<0.01) 3) Causes from performing duties among function-related causes diclosed a statistically significant relation among marital status, career, monthly income, and positions(P<0.01) 4) Causes from wages showed a statistically significant relation in the average number of working hours per day(P<0.01), monthly income(P,0.05), and positions(P<0.05) 5) Causes from supervision exposed a significant relation in workplaces(P<0.01) 6) Causes from promotion represented a significant relation in positions(P<0.001) 7) Causes from opportunnities for taking a job as seen from external environment causes also disclosed a statistically significant relation in workplaces(P<0.05) 8) Reponsibility for family sustenace reflected a statistically significant relation in sex, age, marital status, career, monthly income, work fields, term of employment, positions, and experience of separation(P<0.001) 9) Functional satisfaction showed a statistically significant relation in marital status, career, monthly income, and the average number of hours a day(P<0.05) 10) Oraganizational commitment disclosed a statistically significant relation in work experience, monthly income, term of employment, positions(P<0.05) and the average number of working hours a day(P<0.001) 11) The intention to remain indicated a statistically significant relation in age, marital status, work experience, monthly income, positions(P<0.001) and term of employment. the average number of working hours a day(P<0.01), and in the performing work field(P<0.05)

중소제조기업의 스마트팩토리 고도화수용의도 영향 메커니즘: 정보시스템 성공모형을 기반으로 (The Influencing Mechanism of Manufacturing SMEs' Smart Factory Advancement Acceptance Intention: Based on the Information Systems Success Model)

  • 국가경쟁력 제고와 제조업 경쟁력 확보를 위한 스마트팩토리 보급 및 확산사업이 국가주도로 진행되고 있으나, 대부분의 구축기업이 기초 단계에 머무르고 있으며, 그 마저도 지속적으로 활용하지 못하고 있다. 스마트팩토리 관련 선행연구의 대다수는 도입사례 혹은 빅데이터 적용방안 등 기술적인 부분에 초점을 맞추고 있어, 스마트팩토리의 지속적 활용에 대한 실증 연구는 부족한 실정이다. 이에, 본 연구에서는 정보시스템 성공모형과 선행연구를 바탕으로 스마트팩토리 사용정도 및 사용자만족에 영향을 주는 주요 선행요인을 도출하고, 이 요인들이 사용정도 및 사용자만족을 거쳐 지속사용의도, 경영성과 및 고도화수용의도에 미치는 영향을 실증하였다. 스마트팩토리를 기 도입한 287개 중소제조기업을 대상으로 수집한 설문지를 바탕으로 구조방정식모형을 활용하여 분석한 결과, 주요 선행요인인 시스템품질과 정보품질, 서비스품질, 정부지원은 사용정도에 유의한 영향을, 서비스품질과 정부지원은 사용자만족에 유의한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 또한, 사용정도와 사용자만족은 경영성과 및 지속사용의도에 유의한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났으며, 나아가 고도화수용의도에도 유의한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 본 연구는 정보시스템 성공모형을 활용하여 중소제조기업의 스마트팩토리 사용자만족이 경영성과 및 지속사용의도, 나아가 고도화수용의도에 미치는 구체적인 영향 메커니즘을 최초로 실증한 연구라는 점에서 의의가 있다.

직장인들의 은퇴후 창업의도에 미치는 영향 요인 (Factors affecting startup intention of retired office-workers)

  • 대부분의 직장인들이 미래에 대하여 불안해하면서 다양한 미래 계획들을 준비한다. 급속한 산업패턴의 변화로 직장인들의 근무기간은 점차 줄어드는 반면에 은퇴이후의 생존기간은 꾸준히 늘어나고 있는 추세에 있기 때문에 직장인들이 은퇴 이후의 대안의 하나로 창업 등에 대한 관심이 점차 높아지고 있다. 본 논문에서는 직장인들의 창업의도에 미치는 요인을 개인적요인, 심리적요인, 환경적 요인으로 구분하였다. 개인적 요인에는 경제적 노후 준비와 퇴직후 생활 전망 등과 같은 설문들로 구성되어 있다. 심리적 요인에는 위험감수 성향, 자기 효능감, 직업가치를 설명하는 창업가특성 등으로 구성되어 있다. 환경적 특성에는 사회경제적 위기 인식, 창업에 대한 인식, 고용의 불안정성 등의 설문 문항들로 구성되어 있다. 본 연구에서 설문지는 340부를 회수하여 결측값이 있는 26부를 제외하고 314부를 사용하여 SPSS Win 18.0 버전을 이용하여 분석하였다. 연구결과 개인적 요인으로 퇴직후 생활전망은 유의한 영향을 미쳤다. 심리적 요인인 위험감수성향은 창업의도에 정의 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 환경적 요인에서는 창업에 대한 부정적인 인식에 창업의도에 부정적인 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 따라서 창업에 대한 사회적 인식을 개선 등과 같은 창업 환경 개선에 대한 정책적 배려의 필요하다는 시사점을 얻을 수 있었다.
