  • The purposes of the present study were to analyze correlation of vote behavior and attitude and vote intention in the pre-survey, and to investigate the efficient method of predicting the voting result from the pre-surveys. The previous attitude is measured by the support for the candidate, political self-confidence, self-efficacy and opinion on present issues. The vote intention is surveyed by the past election participation and degree of election interest. Real voting behavior is surveyed by the post enumeration, and the pre-survey and both post-survey are conducted to the same person to analyze the correlation of voting behavior and pre-survey. The real election participation is highly correlated with vote intention, election interest and past election participation. Almost respondents did not change the supporting candidate from the poll survey to the election vote. It is shown that the voting behavior at election of the nonrespondent of pre-survey can be predicted with the demographic charater and attitude of present issues.

  • The motivation behind consumers' voluntary participation plays a key role in determining the successful out-come of co-creation activities. This study, in the context of online-community-based co-creation, investigates the effect of consumers' motivation on continuance participation and advocacy intention by mediating perceived empowerment. We focused on analyzing the co-creation process of new product developments for beauty-related firms and platforms. A web survey was conducted on active users of the online beauty community who have participated in co-creation projects. A total of 226 responses were analyzed using SPSS 26.0 and AMOS 22.0 statistical programs. The findings illustrate that all motivations for participation (intrinsic, social, and financial) influenced perceived empowerment. This increased empowerment also positively affected continuance participation and advocacy intention for future co-creation projects. Furthermore, we explored the moderating role of the engagement period in the community regarding the relationship between participation motivation and empowerment. The results show, consumers with high intrinsic motivation greatly perceive empowerment when they have short-term engagement in the community; those with high social motivation strongly recognize empowerment when they have long-term engagement in the community. We provide valuable recommendations regarding how to make innovative co-creation experiences between beauty firms and consumers via an online-based community.

  • This study aims to reveal the various differences within the factors that influence use satisfaction, continuous use intention, and media substitution intention, specifically in regard to the use motives and use behaviors of Netflix viewers. This study's results demonstrate that the following various factors affected use satisfaction, continuous use intention, and media substitution intention in differential ways. Firstly, the diversity of content influenced use satisfaction to a greater degree than social relations; and the diversity of content, social relations, and active participation all positively influenced continuous use intention. In other words, the more positively users appreciated the diversity of content, and the more strongly they had social relations, and the more actively they participated within communities, the greater degree to which they increased their continuous use intention for Netflix. However, the diversity of content and the convenience of use also had a negative effect on the media substitution intention for Netflix, which means that the more diverse the content and the more convenient the use of Netflix, the fewer the number of users who intended to cancel Netflix and subscribe to another OTT service or resubscribe to traditional media sources.

  • Several game developers or publishers adopt open innovation strategies to reduce R&D costs and increase user loyalty about their games. User communities play an important role in increasing users' interests in the game because they can share game information and skills in user communities. In this regard, this study explored key antecedents of game user participation intention in user community. We developed a research model by integrating perceived risk into theory of planned action. The theoretical model was tested by using survey data collected from 110 "Suddenattack" game users. Partial least squares (PLS) was utilized to analysis the research model. The findings of this study indicate that both perceived usefulness and perceived enjoyment play an important role in forming attitude toward community. However, contrast to our expectations, perceived risk has no signifiant effect on perceived usefulness, perceived enjoyment, attitude toward community and participation intention. While attention toward community significantly influences community participation intention, social norms are not significantly related to it. The analysis results help game developers or publishers establish effective strategies and policies to increase user participation intention in user community.

Results: In the normal group, the intention to participate in a preventive program of depression was influenced significantly by counselling experience(s) on depression(p<.001), and perceived control(p<.001) over the barriers to participation in the preventive program of depression, and marginally by gender. In the depressive group, the smoking habit revealed marginal effect(p=.051) and perceived control over the barriers to participation in the preventive program of depression influenced on that intention significantly(p<.001). Conclusion: Among internet users, especially the solutions of barriers to participate in the preventive program of depression is more important at the intervention program for prevention of depression. • This study locates factors that affect the intention to use fashion SNS (social network service) and intention for word-of-mouth on fashion SNS. Independent variables were fashion shopping orientation, attitude toward innovative products, fashion leadership, and demographics. A questionnaire method was used to collect data on college students while factor analyses, multiple regression, $x^2$ analyses, and Pearson correlation coefficients were applied in analyzing data. Factor analyses resulted in four factors for fashion shopping orientation, three on attitude toward innovative products and two on fashion leadership. Multiple regression analyses showed that information compatibility of attitude toward innovative products had a significant impact on two models of intention to use fashion SNS and two models of intention for word-of-mouth on fashion SNS. Opinion leadership and gender were significant factors for two models of intention to use fashion SNS, which means that women are likely to have more intention to use fashion SNS. Meanwhile, fashion innovativeness was found to be a significant factor on two models of intention for word-of-mouth on fashion SNS. Shopping orientation factors were not important for any model. $x^2$ analyses showed that women rather than men wanted more information on online fashion shows, general fashion information, and user participation programs. Fashion major students wanted more information on online fashion shows and user participation programs than non-fashion major students.
