비행교관의 변혁적 리더십이 학생조종사의 심리적 안정감과 학업만족에 미치는 영향 (Effects of Flight Instructor's Transformative Leaderships on Student Pilot's Psychological Stabilities and Learning Satisfactions)

  • This research is accomplished to verify objectively how flight instructor's transformative leadership affects student pilot's psychological stabilities and learning satisfactions. Flight instructor's transformative leadership factor divided into individual consideration, intellectual stimulus and charisma from exploring factor analysis. Psychological stability factor subdivided into happiness, concentration and satisfaction. Learning satisfaction factor subdivided into participation, recommendation, persistence, accomplishment and relationship. According to the analysis of flight instructor's transformative leadership effect on psychological stability, it showed that it has statistical significance on happiness, concentration and satisfaction. It also has positive influence on happiness and concentration. The result from regression analysis showed that individual consideration and charisma affected happiness and concentration in order. However, satisfaction from individual consideration, intellectual stimulus and charisma didn't show statistical significance to student pilot's satisfaction. Analysis of flight instructor's transformative leadership on student pilot's learning satisfaction showed statistical significance between them. Intellectual stimulus and charisma had positive influence on student pilot's learning satisfaction. Regression analysis showed charisma and intellectual affect student pilot's learning satisfaction in order.

체육교사의 변혁적 리더십이 학생들의 신뢰와 수업만족에 미치는 영향 (Influence of Physical Education Teacher's Transformational Leadership on Trust and Class Satisfaction)

  • The purpose of this study was to provide basic data needed for analyzing the factors needed for students' positive participation in physical education class and developing the leadership skills needed for effective class guidance by analyzing what relationship there exists between a physical education teacher-exercised transformational leadership and students' trust in physical education teachers and class satisfaction; thus, this study drew the conclusions as follows: First, in the relations between a physical education teacher-exercised transformational leadership and students' trust, it was found that a physical education teacher's charisma and intellectual stimulus had a positive influence on high school students. Second, it was found that a physical education teacher's charisma and individual consideration had a positive influence on a physical education teacher-exercised transformational leadership and the subordinate factor in class satisfaction-a sense of accomplishment while individual consideration and intellectual stimulus were found to have a positive influence on evaluation. Third, as for the trust in a physical education teacher and class satisfaction, the trust was found to have a positive influence on both a sense of accomplishment and evaluation.

초등학교 지적장애아동의 자세조절 특성 (A Study of Postural Control Characteristics in Schoolchild with Intellectual Disability)

  • 본 연구는 초등학교 지적장애아동의 자세조절 특성을 파악하기 위해 시각, 안뜰감각 그리고 몸감각을 조합하여, 실험 조건에 따라 자세유지를 위하여 어떤 감각을 활용하고 있는지, 부적절한 감각자극에 대해서 통합시스템에서 어떻게 반응하는지, 외부 동요에 대해 신경근육의 자세조절 전략 시 동원되는 근육의 수축 개시시간과 개시순서를 각각 측정하여, 지적장애 아동의 자세조절 특성을 살펴보고, 나아가 초등학교 지적장애아동과 일반아동 간에 어떠한 차이가 있는지를 비교분석하여 자세조절능력 향상 프로그램에 적용 시 방향을 제시해주는데 있다. 이를 위하여 성별과 연령을 고려하여 초등학교 지적장애아동 26명과 일반아동 26명의 아동으로부터 자세조절능력을 비교하였다. 그 결과 자세조절과 감각계와의 관계를 파악한 평형점수와 감각활용 분석, 엉덩관절 전략에 의지하는 자세조절 전략, 근수축 개시지연과 근수축 개시순서의 변화 등을 종합해 볼 때 초등학교 지적장애아동의 자세조절의 문제는 운동시스템, 감각시스템, 통합시스템의 자세조절 시스템 전반에 걸친 총체적인 문제로 나타났다. 따라서 초등학교 지적장애아동의 자세조절 문제 해결을 위해서는 운동시스템, 감각시스템, 통합시스템을 포함하는 포괄적 자세조절 훈련 프로그램의 접근이 필요하다는 것을 알 수 있다. 자세조절 프로그램을 구성할 때, 다양한 감각을 제공하여 주고, 제공된 감각을 효율적으로 활용할 수 있는 감각훈련과 함께 고위중추에서 입력된 감각들을 정상적인 자세조절 발달에 활용할 수 있도록 훈련 시켜주어야 한다. 적응 반응을 계획하고 조직화하여 의미 있는 활동을 통해 중추신경계의 처리능력을 향상시키는 치료프로그램이 제공되어야 한다. 또한 자세조절을 안정적으로 할 수 있는 안정성 한계를 넓힐 수 있는 신경발달학적 치료와 함께, 근골격계에서 빠른 근수축 반응과 효율적인 근수축 개시순서를 유발 할 수 있도록 고유수용성 운동조절 프로그램, 자세반응 촉진 프로그램과 같은 훈련이 필요하다고 할 수 있다.

  • This paper tries to provide and apply implications to line operation based on the analysis results by using empirical research methods. This paper has focused on the relationship among transformational leadership, job satisfaction, job absorption and loyalty. Following previous researches, the variables and hypothesis were defined and quantitatively measured in my research in order to analyze the effect of flight attendants' transformational leadership on their job satisfaction and loyalty. The managerial implications could be suggested as follows. Job absorption should be increased to improve flight attendants' loyalty to organization by increasing job satisfaction. Flight attendants' job satisfaction is related to transformational leadership which could be classified into Charisma, inspirational motivation and intellectual stimulus. Therefore flight attendants could be motivated by airline's controlling their charisma, inspirational motivation and intellectual stimulus. Solutions below are suggested to increase job satisfaction, absorption and loyalty.

  • In this paper, we represent the Piagetian reversible thinking by using the concept of fuzzy complements. In this case the turning point to the reversible thinking can be corre-sponded to the equilibrium points of a fuzzy set, which are shown through some examples. On the other hand, Piaget considered disequilibrium in the theory of equi-libration as a stimulus for students' cognitive structure, furthermore as the driving forces behind intellectual growth. But we suggest a di erent application o Piagetian equi-librium in another point of view as a tool understanding students' psychological stability in problem solving activity.

고분자 기반 코팅형 상아질 지각 과민 처치제의 효과에 대한 비교 연구 (Comparison of high molecular coating type dentine hypersensitivity desensitizers)

  • Purpose : The aim of this study was to evaluate the clinical efficacy of two commercially available desensitizing agents over 3 weeks on patients with dentin hypersensitivity. Materials and Methods : An oxalate-based solution, Sensblok (NIBEC Inc. Seoul, Korea) & Superseal (Pheonix Inc. Michigan, USA), and a distilled water placebo were compared in a clinical setting. Seven volunteers exhibiting three or more teeth that were sensitive to tactile & air were enrolled in the study (35 teeth total). A visual analog scale (VAS) was used for recording each patient s level of sensitivity to tactile & air stimuli. A Florida probe was rubbed across the exposed dentin three times with a constant pressure 20 grams to measure the tactile stimulus. The air stimulus was generated by dental unit air syringe for 1-second blast from 1/2 inch distance. The desensitizing agents were applied according manufacture s guideline. VAS scores were recorded at baseline, 1 minute after treatment, at 1 week, 2weeks, 3weeks. VAS score were analyzed using a repeated measures ANOVA ( =0.05). Results : The Sensblok, Superseal, and distilled water placebo all decreased dentin sensitivity. A statistically significant difference existed between Sensblok and placebo when tactile stimulus was applied (P<0.05), but no significant difference was found among other desensitizing agents and tactile and air stimuli.

Auditory and Visual P300 in ADHD Children with Higher and Lower IQ : Pilot Study

  • Objectives : Intellectual impairment in children with attention-deficit hyperactivity disorder (ADHD) is often associated with relatively severe cognitive dysfunction. This study was designed to investigate cognitive function using auditory and visual event-related potential P300 in children with ADHD with relatively higher and lower IQ. Methods : A total of 20 children aged 6-12 years with DSM-IV-TR diagnosis of ADHD-combined type were recruited. For 10 children with lower IQ (${\leq}$100) and 10 children with higher IQ (>100), auditory and visual P300 using oddball paradigm (target 0.2, standard 0.8, in probability) were employed. Results : No significant differences were found in P300 amplitude and latency between ADHD children with higher and lower IQ in both modalities. However, auditory P300 amplitude in the right parietal area (P8 electrode) was negatively correlated with verbal IQ in ADHD subjects (R=-.50, p<.05). Visual P300 amplitude in the left parietal area (P3 electrode) was positively correlated with performance IQ in ADHD subjects (R=.57, p<.01). Conclusion : This study suggests intellectual impairment, as evidenced by lower IQ, could not be associated with cognitive dysfunction reflected in event-related potential P300 in ADHD children. However, cognitive function reflected in intellectual subcomponents and P300 might be processed in a stimulus modality-specific and asymmetric pattern.

소규모 외식업체 경영주의 변혁적 리더십이 TMX와 조직시민행동에 미치는 영향관계: 성별조절효과 (The Influencing Relationship of Transformational Leadership of TMX, Organization Citizenship Behavior: Moderating Effect of Gender)

  • 본 연구는 부산에 거주하는 소규모 외식업체 경영주들의 변혁적 리더십이 TMX 및 조직시민 행동 간의 영향관계에서 성별의 조절효과를 검정하였다. 연구의 목적을 달성하기 위하여 통계프로그램 SPSS(V 21.0)와 AMOS(V 18.0) 프로그램을 사용하여 도출된 요인 간 구조방정식 모형(Structural Equation Modeling)을 사용하여 전체모형의 접합도 및 유기적인 인과 관계와 성별의 조절효과를 검정하였다. 검정결과, 소규모외식업체 경영주들의 변혁적 리더십은 TMX에, TMX는 조직시민행동에 모두 유의한 인과관계가 확인되었고, 성별의 조절효과는 지적자극이 팀멤버(TMX)에 미치는 영향과 TMX가 조직시민행동과의 인과관계에서 조절효과를 확인할 수 있었다. 이와 같은 결과는 소규모 외식업체 경영주들이 변혁적 리더십으로 팀 구성원들과 자유로운 소통을 통한 리더십을 발휘할 수 있다면 업장의 발전에 도움이 된다는 시사점을 제시하고 있다. 또한, 성별의 조절효과를 검정한 결과 지적자극이 TMX에, TMX가 조직시민행도에 조절효과를 나타내었다. 이는 남녀 성별에 따라서 지적자극과 TMX가 조직시민행동에 미치는 영향의 강도가 다르다는 것을 시사하고 있다.

관계지향적 리더십이 임파워먼트와 조직몰입에 미치는 영향 - 중식당 소유주와 지배인 간의 관계를 중심으로 - (The Effect of Relational Leadership on Empowerment, and Organizational Commitment: Focus on the Relationship between Owner and Manager in Chinese Restaurant Context)

  • This research is to examine the structural relationships between transformational/transactional leadership, empowerment, relationship quality, and organizational commitment in Chinese restaurant context. In order to empirically investigate the proposed model, the data were collected from 188 respondents randomly selected from among the managers who work in 188 Chinese restaurants in Seoul and Kyonggi-do, which registered in Korean Food Central Association, korean foodservice management Association, Menupan.com We choose to limit our investigation to luxury Chinese restaurants where the average check is above 12,000 won. The survey was executed during two-week period in the autumn of 2004. The findings and discussion are as follows: First, intellectual stimulus behavior of transformational leadership had a positive effect on empowerment. Second, contingent reward leadership had a positive effect on empowerment. Third, empowerment had a positive effect on affective organizational commitment. Fourth, empower had a negative effect on continuous organizational commitment. Fifth, intellectural stimulus behavior of transformation leadership had a positive effect on affective organizational commitment indirectly and had a negative effect on continuous organizational commitment indirectly through mediating role of empowerment. Finally, contingent reward leadership had a positive effect on affective organizational commitment indirectly and had a negative effect on continuous organizational commitment indirectly through mediating role of empowerment. At the end of this paper, managerial implications, discussions, and limitations and future research directions are presented.

변혁적 리더십과 신뢰가 창의적 행동에 미치는 영향에 관한 연구 (A Study on the Influence of Transformational Leadership, Trust on Creative Behavior)

  • 본 연구에서는 급변하는 환경에 살아남기 위해 필요한 조직유효성의 하나인 창의적 행동을 연구하였다. 이를 위해 변혁적 리더십을 독립변수로 하되 하위변수로는 이상적 영향력, 지적 자극 및 개별적 배려로 하고, 매개변수로는 신뢰로 하되 정서기반 신뢰와 인지기반 신뢰로 하였다. 실증분석을 위해서 리더십이 발생하는 중소기업, 대기업 및 공기업에 근무하는 직장인 총 211명을 대상으로 하였으며 그 결과를 바탕으로 시사점을 제시하였다. 연구결과 변혁적 리더십의 세 가지 차원인 이상적 영향력, 지적 자극, 개별적 배려는 창의적 행동에 유의한 직접효과가 있는 것으로 분석되었으며, 매개효과의 경우에는 정서기반 신뢰가 변혁적 리더십이 창의적 행동에 미치는 영향에 완전 매개하는 것으로 분석되었으나 인지기반 신뢰는 부분적으로 매개효과가 있는 것으로 분석되었다. 즉, 정서기반의 신뢰를 기반으로 하는 변혁적 리더십이 창의적 행동을 높여줄 것이다. 또한, 통제변수에 따른 영향력은 남성, 30대 미만, 공기업에 다니는 직장인에 대해 변혁적 리더십이 창의적 행동에 더 크게 나타났다.
