Cluster analysis is used to develop the typology of supply chain integration, and five typology (High Internal Oriented Integration, Medium Oriented Internal Integration, High Supply Chain Integration, High Customer Oriented Integration, Medium Oriented External Integration) are identified. Analysis of variance is used to test the relationship between supply chain integration typology and customer value, and firm performances. The results show that there are statistically significant differences in customer value and firm performances.

  • This study sought to look at why Facebook and Twitter, which have dominated the social media market, are moving away from other services. To this end, we sought to identify the causes of churn in terms of firm-level strategic direction and resource allocation, which have not been actively presented to the studies. For this purpose, this study divides the social media firm's strategies into horizontal expansion strategy and vertical integration strategy based on the existing reports and researches, and how each of the representative firms' strategies affects users' switching behavior. As a result, there was a significant difference in the strategic direction of the social media firm, when a horizontal expansion strategy is taken, user's switching intention is higher than when a vertical integration strategy is taken. In addition, the switching intention according to the level of dependence showed that the lower the dependence on social media, the higher the intention to switch to other media. The findings are expected to provide highly realistic and concrete strategic alternatives for a variety of economic actors, such as individuals and companies who want to do business using social media.

The purpose of this study is to provide implications through KEB Hana Bank's unique case and strategy for information system integration since M & A. To accomplish this, KEB HanaBank's information system integration related resource status, strategy, and performance are searched using various sources, and existing researches on resource dependency theory and entrepreneurial bricolage are reviewed. In the post merger integration process, organizations need to understand the status of their resources in terms of resource constraint theory in order to succeed in the information system integration. In resource constraints, for successful computational integration, a strategy based on entrepreneurial bricolage will be needed.

  • After the COVID-19 pandemic, a global economic downturn and a recession in the shipping market are expected, it is important for domestic shipping companies to establish appropriate strategy in response to the recession. Accordingly, domestic shipping companies should grow into integrated logistics companies that combine shipping and logistics in the future. And for this purpose, it is necessary to actively promote logistics integration with external shipping and logistics companies. This paper presents the direction of logistics integration for domestic shipping companies to develop as integrated logistics operators with competitiveness in the global shipping market, and presents detailed alternatives. Domestic shipping companies lack the infrastructure such as ships, port terminals, and warehouses, so they have a weak capacity to independently promote logistics integration. At the shipping company level, a logistics integration promotion strategy should be established, and accordingly, logistics infrastructure, service network, and logistics integration operating system should be established. The government should provide tax benefits for logistics integration, financial support for M&As led by domestic shipping companies, a standardized information sharing system, and preparation of educational courses for nurturing digital manpower.

  • Supply chain management(SCM) has become an integral part in manufacturing management. And it is often discussed that the actual advantages of supply chain management can be exploited by its integrative management approach. Very often in this context scholars refer to the need of integrating the supply chain. However few examples of truly integrated supply chains are witnessed and it is not always clear what integration implies and how it is implemented. In this paper, it is empirically attempted to analyze the integrated supply chain management practices in a strategic perspective. Using the data gathered from Japanese manufacturers, a taxonomy of the SCM integration strategy is developed and the characteristics of each company group are investigated with a viewpoint of integrated supply chain management initiatives. Furthermore the relationships between the taxonomy and the manufacturing strategy process are also examined.
