Business mergers are a direct result of rapid changes in the current corporate environment. They are occurring in many industries, including financial institutions. As information systems prove increasingly indispensable in the integration of companies’ business systems, information system integration is becoming increasingly necessary. However, in many cases such integration does not work well. Therefore, this paper proposes a new framework using both IS integration model and IS integration phases to analyze systems failure in IS integration.

A Nordsick form opf the multirate integration scheme has been proposed for flexible multibody dynamic systems. It is assumed that vibrational modal coordinates in the equations of motion are treated as fast variables, whereas the relative joint coordinates are treated as slow variables. In the multirate integration, the fast variables are integrated with small step-size, and the slow variables are integrated with larger step-size. The proposed multirate integration method is based on the Adams-Bashforth-Moulton predictor-corrector method and implemented in the Nordsieck vector form. The Nordsieck form of multrate integration method provides effective step-size control and at the same time, inherits the efficiency from the Adams integration method. Simulations of a flexible gun and turret system of the military tank have been carried out to show the effectiveness and efficiency of the proposed method.

Fully flexible cell preserves Hamiltonian in structure, so the symplectic time integrator is applied to the equations of motion. Primarily, generalized leapfrog time integration (GLF) is applicable, but the equations of motion by GLF have some of implicit formulas. The implicit formulas give rise to a complicate calculation for coding and need an iteration process. In this paper, the time integration formulas are obtained for the fully flexible cell molecular dynamics simulation by using the splitting time integration. It separates flexible cell Hamiltonian into terms corresponding to each of Hamiltonian term, so the simple and completely explicit recursion formula was obtained. The explicit formulas are easy to implementation for coding and may be reduced the integration time because they are not need iteration process. We are going to compare the resulting splitting time integration with the implicit generalized leapfrog time integration.

Rural amenity resources consist of natural, cultural and social resources. Some of resources have been surveyed in other institutes and organizations and information system about these resources has been constructed. Integrating with information of existing system or database is helpful to produce useful rural amenity resources information to users. This integration of distributed information is based on semantic integration. In this paper, we used ontology for semantic integration and introduced the method of external information integration using ontology. We designed ontology table to represent ontology in database and integrated distributed information using ontology. To examine the improvement of information service efficiency and the applicability, rural amenity resources information and tourist attraction information database were constructed and integrated. Also, the information service efficiency with information integration was evaluated using recall ratio and compared to the information service efficiency without information integration.

Data integration technology is one of the key elements in building data warehouses or big data, and is used to combine data from multiple sources and provide an integrated view to users. Traditionally, the performance of data integration uses a handed-code approach or a tool-based approach that utilizes data integration tools such as ETL. There is a debate about which methods are efficient. This study is conducted to give practitioners preparing for a data integration project an insight into how to perform data integration. This paper examines the views of experts on the controversy over the adoption of ETL tools that have been on the agenda of the data integration area for over a decade.

Introduction : This study presents a case report of a child with sensory integration dysfunction(mixed sensory modulation disorder and dyspraxia), and describes strategy of the sensory integration intervention to encourage child's inner drive and the change of adaptive response. Main Subject : The subject was a boy, age 5 years and 10 months, who participated in short-term intensive sensory integration therapy program which was provided in a 2008 sensory integration treatment course. Based on results of assessment to the child, This study identifies the treatment goals, contents of treatment and analyze adaptive response' change of four therapy sessions. Conclusion : This case report demonstrates improvement of the adaptive response by sensory integration intervention and impotent to encourage the child's inner drive. However, subjective date, which is sensory integration may produce an effect that is evident during treatment sessions and in home environment have suggested.

The pattern of economic integration in the broiler industry can be grouped into three categories; 1) non-integration, 2) quasi-integration and 3) complete-integration. It is general to see that the non-integration is quite common under the market conditions of perfect competition, whereas the complete integration is more preferable in the imperfect competition. The quasi-integration, however, exists at all phases where the complete integration is not fully formed and implemented, but the non-integration has begun to alter its nature into integrated structure. The broiler industry in Korea has been characterized with the typically non-integrated independent operation, resulting in considerable price fluctuation and unstable industry as a whole. As a means of solving out the problem stemed from the non-integrated, growers and agribusinessmen involved in broiler industry have tended to develope the regular customer relationship prevailed between two parties. In fact, it has been practiced for years that most growers have been dealt with factor suppliers or processors on a regular basis for advantages of better price and quality, useful information, management help and so forth. Under the customary transaction, no formal contract has been made due to simple buyers and sellers relations, not like the one used to be performed in the form of contractual agreement. The broiler industry realizes the direction to go ahead toward the formal arrangement of integrated system from current regular transactions. As more Vowers, suppliers and processors recognize the necessity of it, the non-integrated industry appears to become the partially integrated by developing the existing customer relationship in such a way that functions of integrators are. further expanded and better organized. As a result, a type of quasi-integration started to show up by an integrator dominated in the field of hatching, feedmilling, dressing and by a grower's coop, It is concluded, therefore, that the evolution of quasi-integration in Korea's broiler industry is continuously taking place, implying the close approach to the completely integrated broiler production and marketing system.

The goal of supply chain integration is to improve the effectiveness and efficiency of supply chain in order to deliver customer value. So, the fit of between supply chain integration strategy and customer value strategy is very important. Therefore, this study explores the different types of relationship between supply chain integration and customer value, as well as in the firm performances. Cluster analysis is used to develop the typology of supply chain integration, and five typology (High Internal Oriented Integration, Medium Oriented Internal Integration, High Supply Chain Integration, High Customer Oriented Integration, Medium Oriented External Integration) are identified. Analysis of variance is used to test the relationship between supply chain integration typology and customer value, and firm performances. The results show that there are statistically significant differences in customer value and firm performances.

Purpose : This study aims to investigate occupational therapy students' perceptions of sensory integration therapy and the effect of an educational program on these perceptions and future preferences. Methods : The participants were 200 occupational therapy students in Busan and Gyeongsangnam-do. A primary survey was first conducted to shed light on students' perceptions of sensory integration therapy, followed by an education program on sensory integration provided through an online video. After this training on sensory integration therapy, an additional survey assessed the their preferred employment routes and intention to take educational courses on clinical sensory integration therapy in the future. A secondary survey was then conducted, using the same form as the primary survey, to identify changes in the students' perceptions of and preferences for sensory integration therapy. A frequency analysis using descriptive statistics was employed to identify the participants' general characteristics, employment-related preferences, and intention to take courses on sensory integration, and a paired samples t-test was used for a comparative analysis of the students' perceptions before and after the education program. Results : In terms of the students' perceptions of sensory integration therapy, the variables of efficiency, facilitation, and expertise showed statistically significant differences before and after the educational program, which resulted in a positive change in their overall perceptions of the therapy after the program. In relation to their preferred employment routes after the program, 100 students (50 %) answered the "field of adults," and 100 (50 %) students answered the "field of children." Conclusion : The findings of this study demonstrated that sensory integration education positively influences occupational therapy students' preferences for and perceptions of sensory integration therapy. Additional research is recommended to organize a more systematic education program and investigate employees in organizations related to children with disabilities.

The purpose of this presentation is to review the situation of the Cheju broiler industry peculiarized with the integrated production and marketing system to some degree, which is not prevailed in the whole broiler industry in Korea, so as to study the case of the Cheju industry from the viewpoint of an economic integration. The economic integration in the broiler industry is grouped into three patterns： non-integration, quasi-integration and complete integration, which generally exist under the different type of market competition. The quasi-integration tends to be formed at all phases where the complete integration is not fully implemented, but the non-integration has begun to change its nature into partially integrated structure. The Cheju broiler industry is characterized by the geographical location of isolated market so that factor supplies and broiler products are marketed in the different conditions from those of mainland Korea, somewhat in an oligopolistic pattern. It was since early 1980's that the industry successfully had three dressing plants merged into one by virtue of entire growers ownership, which opened an era of an integrated industry centered on the function of dressing birds. The case of Cheju broiler industry today is to be referred to as a typical quasi-integration which is coordinated the function between growing and dressing birds directly and extended the functional cooperation to distribution of products indirectly, while factor supplies are traded independently. As a result of a quasi-integration, the growers are able to receive a fixed price set by the dressing plant of growers that has the power to adjust the supply of and demand for broilers produced and consumed in the Island. There are some problems, however, in the integration of the Cheju broiler industry, stemming mainly from the process of the structure change, ： 1) the difficulty of controlling the production of broilers, 2) continuing pressure on the integration by non-integrated sectors, 3) the challenge on the stabilized broiler market from the mainland, 4) limited effectiveness of consumer education activities, and 5) lack of leadership for the industry development through integration. It is projected that the partially integrated Cheju broiler industry will be continually developed toward the direction of a complete integration in due course, as the currently independent supply sectors are to be backward integrated. The case of the Cheju broiler integration, therefore, could be used as a reference for making the whole broiler industry in Korea develop toward the integrated structure in the future.
