모델축소를 이용한 고차계 적분공정의 안정한 PID 동조 (Stable PID Tuning for High-order Integrating Processes using Model Reduction Method)

  • PID control is windely used to control stable processes, However, its application to integrating processes is less common. In this paper, we proposed a stable PID controller tuning method for integrating processes with time delay using model reduction method. For proposed model reduction method, it disconnect an integrating factor from integrating processes and reduces separate process using reduction method. and it connect an integrating factor to reduced model. We can obtain stable integrating processes using P controller in inner feedback loop and PID tuning is then used to cancel the pole of the feedback loop. This guarantees both robustness and performance. Simulation examples are given to show the good performance of the proposed tuning method comparing with other methods.

  • PID control is windely used to control stable processes, however, its application to integrating processes is less common. In this paper, we proposed a simple PID controller tuning method for integrating processes with time delay to meet a sensitive function $M_s$. With the proposed PID tuning method, we can obtain stable integrating processes using PD controller in inner feedback loop and a loop transfer function with desired stable specification. This guarantees both robustness and performance. Simulation examples are given to show the good performance of the proposed tuning method to other methods.

  • 본 논문에서는 적분공정이 안정한 조건을 갖게 하는 설정가중치를 갖는 PID제어기의 개선된 동조방법을 제안한다. 이 동조방법은 내부 궤환루프에 PD 제어기를 이용하여 적분공정을 안정되게한 후, 민감도 함수 $M_{s}$를 이용하여 공정의 안전조건에 맞는 PID제어기를 동조하였다. 그리고 적분공정의 특성인 오버슈트를 줄이기 위하여 설정가중치를 갖는 PID제어기를 사용하므로 기종의 제어기가 갖는 결점을 극복했다. 제안되어진 동조 방법은 매우 간단하며 기존의 제어 동조방법보다 더 좋은 성능을 보여준다.

  • Integrating spheres play a central role in the radiometric calibration of remote sensors. With the development of the wide field of view (FOV) remote sensors, aperture diameters of remote sensors are becoming larger and larger. To satisfy the radiometric calibration requirements of full FOV and full aperture, an 8000mm diameter large aperture integrating sphere uniform source with a variable exit port was designed and manufactured. This integrating sphere will be used for pre-launch test and radiometric calibration of remote satellites. In this paper, optical theories were used to design the output spectral radiance. The LightTools software based on ray-tracing simulation method was used to determine the best combination and distribution of inner light sources. A spectral experiment was made to verify the spectral radiance design. To reduce the influence of longtime power-on, a new characteristic measurement method was developed to obtain the radiation characteristic of the integrating sphere, which could greatly improve the measuring efficiency. This method could also be applied to measure other large aperture uniform sources. The obtained results indicate that the spatial uniformity is 98.35%, and the angular uniformity at center position is 98.78%.

시간지연을 갖는 적분 시스템의 간단한 PID 제어기 동조법 (Simple Tuning Methods of PID Controller for Integrating Processes with Time Delay)

  • Simple tuning methods of PI, PD and PID controller are proposed for an integrating process with time delay. This is based on matching the coefficients of corresponding powers of s in the numerator and that in the denominator of the closed-loop transfer function. For set-point tracking problem, the derived controller is found to be a PD controller which is shown by Lee's tuning rule based on minimizing the performance indexes (ISE, IAE, ITAE) using a real-coded genetic algorithm. A method can be also proposed PI, PID controllers according to tuning parameter lambda $({\lambda})$ similar to IMC method. Simulation example is given to illustrate the set-point tracking and disturbance rejection performance of the proposed method.

  • A method is presented for determining the free vibration characteristics of a rotating blade having nonuniform span wise properies and cantilevers boundary condition. The equations which govern the coupled the coupled flapwise, choirwise, and torsional motion of such a blade are solved using an integrating matrix method. By expressing the equation of motion in matrix notation, utilizing the integrating matrix as an operator, and applying the boundary condition, the equations are formulated into an eigenvalues problem whose solution may be determined by conventional method. Computer results are compared with experimental data.

  • 본 논문에서는 현재 표준화가 진행중인 XML 관련 문서를 음성 통신서비스를 위한 Voice XML로 변환 및 통합할 수 있는 효율적인 방법을 제시하고자 한다. 가까운 미래의 웹 환경은 HTML 방식에서 XML 방식으로 변환 또는 통합될 것이 거의 확실시되어지고 있을 뿐만 아니라 이러한 환경에서 더욱 다양한 단말기로 자료를 접한 수 있는 방법이 요구되고 있다. 그 중에서 현재 최고의 대안으로 대두되고 있는 Voice XML을 이용함으로써 자료의 접근 방식을 저비용으로 웹에서 유·무선 단말기로 전환하고자 한다. 따라서 표준 XML을 이용하여 현재 구성되어 있는 가상의 시스템을 설정하고 이를 효과적으로 Voice XML로 변환 또는 통합하는 방안을 제시하고자 한다. XML은 특성상 확장성을 염두해 두고 만들어진 언어인 만큼 이를 이용해 효과적인 Voice XML 문서로의 변환 또는 통합하는 효율적인 방법이 제시된다면 많은 파장을 불러일으킬 것으로 확신한다.

  • A CAD-based seamless design system for MEMS named DS/MEMS was developed which performs coupled-field analysis, optimal and robust design. DS/MEMS has been developed by means of integrating commercial codes and inhouse code-SolidWorks, FEMAP, ANSYS and CA/MEMS. This strategy results in versatility that means to include various analysis model, corresponding analyses and approximated design sensitivity analysis and user friendliness that design variables are taken to be selectable directly from a CAD model, that the problem is formulated under a window environment and that the manual job during optimization process is almost eliminated. DS/MEMS works on a parametric CAD platform, integrating CAD modeling, analysis, and optimization. Nonlinear programming algorithms, the Taguchi method, and response surface method are made available for optimization. One application problem is taken to illustrate the proposed methodology and show the feasibility of DS/MEMS as a practical tool.

수심적분법에 의한 유사량 추정연구 (A Study on Estimation by Depth Integrating Method of Sediment Discharge)

  • In Korea, total sediment discharge of a river has been estimated simply by using certain sediment transport formulas including, among others, Einstein's formula. Those formular, however, are known not to be reliable enough for the result calculated by them to be used directly to river planning and management. Therefore, the study used the Modified Einstein Procedure to the estimation of total sediment discharge, because this method is reliable estimated by measurement. Here, measurement of sediment discharge used depth integrating method. The major results obtained from the study for estimation by depth integrating method of sediment discharge in Naeseong stream are as follow; 1 The sedeiment characteristics of Naeseong stream are; The distribution of sediment grain size shows that silt and clay are 55% and sand is 45%. and the bed load sediment grain size is constituted that sand contained with the grain size from O.062mm to 2.0mm is 80% 2. The sediment rating formulas derived from the regression analysis between the sediment discharge and flow discharge are; Seogpo-Gyo : Qs=$0.017 \times 10^{-4} Q^{2.352}$, where discharge is l0cms $0.074 \times 10^{-4} Q^{2.066}$, where discharge is l0cms

도메인 온톨로지에 기반한 XML 스키마의 통합 (Integration of XML Schemas Based on Domain Ontology)

  • 동일한 도메인에 속하고 의미가 유사한 XML 문서들이라도 서로 다른 XML 스키마를 따르는 경우가 많다. 그러므로 XML 문서로부터 정보를 추출하고 통합하기 위해서는 의미가 유사한 XML 스키마들을 통합하는 방법이 필요하다. 본 논문은 동일한 도메인에서 사용되는 XML 스키마들을 의미를 정확하게 보존하면서 통합하는 방법을 제안한다. 제안된 방법은 사전과 함께 도메인 온톨로지를 이용하여 어휘 간 유의어 및 상하위어 관계를 검사하고 이를 스키마 통합 과정에 활용한다. 특히 본 논문은 엘리먼트 및 애트리뷰트가 갖고 있는 구조적 정보를 활용하여 유의어 및 상하위어 관계를 보다 정확하게 검사한다. 그리고 정교한 수준의 연산자 통합과 연산자 최적화 규칙을 제안한다. 제안된 방법의 성능을 평가하기 위해서 다양한 도메인의 XML 스키마를 대상으로 실험한 결과, 도메인 온톨로지와 제안된 방법의 어휘 간 구조적 관계를 이용할 경우 통합 스키마의 정확률과 재현율이 향상됨을 확인하였다.
