  • PC that has been used extensively since the end of 1970 has extended its applicability to the structural analysis Held, and recently the study for advanced integrated structural design system is increasing. This paper concentrates on the steel greenhouse structure applying light steel element At first it provides GUI for correct input of structured analysis data from the pre-processor which models greenhouse structure and extracts a shape data from an analysis data file. Secondly, the data thus extracted is automatically connected with external analysis module. Thirdly, it takes up the study concequence of integrated structural design system for greenhouse that presents the analysis result as a diagram instead of a number.

  • iA-Canvas is HMI program which is the industrial automation application developed based on the Java language, and can run on any OS such as Windows, UNIX, Linux. The iA-Canvas is built on object-oriented open structure and consider network functionality and user experience as a system of centralized management and distributed management. iA-Canvas is composed of several components such as Builder, IO Server, Viewer, and Web Service Module and provides a GUI control environment. This paper explains design and implementation of iA-Canvas that is a tool for development of integrated management system, and shows practical examples of integrated management system that use iA-Canvas.

  • The application of photovoltaics into building as integrated building components has been paid more attention worldwide. Photovoltaics or solar electric modules are solid state devices, directly converting solar radiation into electricity; the process does not require fuel and any moving parts, and produce no pollutants. And the prefab building method is very effective because the pre- manufactured building components is simply assembled to making up buildings in the construction fields especially the sandwich panel. So, the purpose of this research is to integrated prefab building materials depending on the cooling type of PV modules. It is concluded that the prediction of BIPV system's performance should be based on the more accurate PV module temperature. From the basis of these results on the correlation of temperature and irradiation were obtained.

  • For designing the radar integrated data network, we construct the network structure with a spatial hieratchy decomposition scheme. The RIDN can be decomposed into several subent classes, those of which are composed of the several group classes of radar sites, In a group class. The communication nodes of a radar site are modeled by the software modules formulated with the statistical attributes of discrete events. And we get the analysis over the network through the separately constructed infra group level models which were coded with the C language.From the result of the simulation. We could findthe fact that the data integration system;s performance approaches to the theordtically calculated value after being stable. And also we could get the packet processing status of a communication module’s inner processor which is difficult to oberve through the mathematical calculation tin the subnet model of the integrated data network.

  • This study is to develop a web-based integrated system for flow of agricultural products based on recent researches with engineering approach. The system stands on the basis of web for accessibility and usability. Three parts of the system consist of analysis of regional shipping characteristics using tank model, estimation of pallet load efficiency with Monte Carlo Simulation, a long term prediction of market price with reliability analysis. Besides a decision support module for selecting optimal shipping market is added through synthesizing techniques and spatial analysis using GIS and applied to Chinese cabbage of Pyeongchang in 2004.

  • In the present study, an integrated framework of geometric modeling, analysis, and design optimization is proposed. Geometric modeling is based on B-spline surface representation. Geometrically-exact shell finite element is implemented in analysis module. Control points of the surface are selected as design variables for optimization, which can make the interaction easier between analysis and surface representation. Sequential linear programming(SLP) is adopted for the shape optimization of surfaces. For the computation of shape sensitivities, semi-analytical method is used. The developed integrated framework should serve as a powerful tool for the geometric modeling, analysis, and shape design of surfaces.

  • As Information Security Technology has become rather transparent, wide, and integrated than in part, exclusive, and separated, A necessity of the study about integrating the separated distributed security systems into one module, has grown However, there is no integrated framework which can manage all separate security systems as one integrated one yet. Accordingly, we propose a new policy based network admirustrative model in this paper which can integrate individual security systems and distributed control way into one effectively.

  • A decision support system DSS-WQMRA (Decision Support System-Water Quality Management in Rural Area) was developed to help regional planners for the water quality management in a rural basin. The integrated model DSS-WQMRA, written in JAVA, includes four subsystems such as a GIS, a database, water quality simulation models and a decision model. In the system, the GIS deals with landuse and the location of pollutant sources. The database manages each data and supplies input data for various water quality simulation models. the water quality simulation model is composed of the GWLF( Generalized Watershed Loading Function), PCLM(Pollutant Loading Calculation Module) and the WASP5 model. The decision model based on mixed integer programming is designed to determine optimal costs and thus allow the selection of managemental practices to meet the water quality criteria. The methodology was tested with an example application in the Bokha River Basin, Kyunggi Province in Korea. It was proved that the integrated model DSS-WQMRA could be very useful for water quality management including the non-point source pollution in rural areas.

  • This paper presents recent works of the development of MPEG-21 DIA utility software as one of MPEG-21 activities. The main purpose of this work is to make integrated utility software for DIA C/C++ modules in a Java framework. To do this, JNI plays a role of the interface of a main module with C/C++ DIA adaptation modules. Furthermore, DIA and DID parsers are integrated to the utility software. Our software is designed such that all DIA modules are easily integrated. A variety of adaptation modules have been adopted in MPEG-21 standard. Among them, stereoscopic video conversion that is one of DIA adaptation modules is chosen and we show that our utility software is correctly implemented based on experiments.
