최근 항만시설물의 효율적인 관리·운영을 위하여 전 생애주기에 걸친 통합관리 플랫폼 및 성능기반의 유지관리 의사결정체계 개발에 관한 연구가 활발히 진행되고 있다. 본 연구의 목적은 시설물을 성능의 관점에서 관리·운영하여 시설물의 장수명화와 효율적인 예산집행을 추구하는데 있다. 이를 위해서는 통합 플랫폼과 의사결정체계에서 분석할 충분한 양의 기초 데이터의 확보가 필수적이다. 이에 본 연구는 통합플랫폼 및 의사결정체계 개발의 기초데이터로 필요한 항만시설물 설계 및 유지관리 정보를 확보하기 위하여 현재 해양수산부에서 운영 중인 항만시설물 유지관리시스템(POMS; Port Facility Management System)과의 데이터 연계방안을 도출하는데 목적이 있다. 이를 위하여 POMS의 데이터베이스를 분석하였으며 이 중 통합플랫폼과 의사결정체계를 운영하는데 필요한 데이터 항목을 선정하고 이를 관계 전문가의 요구사항과 함께 종합적으로 검토하여 3개 분야의 연계대상을 선정하였다. 연계대상 데이터는 크게 항만과 항만시설물 데이터, 유지관리 데이터, 사용자 데이터로 분류할 수 있다. 각 세부 연계 데이터별로 API 인터페이스 설계서를 작성하였고, POMS의 연계 데이터와 통합플랫폼의 데이터 연계 프레임워크를 정의하였다. POMS와 통합 플랫폼의 데이터 연계는 플랫폼 개발 이후, 운영단계에서 실효성 있는 데이터를 실시간으로 수시 제공받아 통합 플랫폼 운영의 효율성을 향상시킬 것으로 기대된다.

4차 산업혁명 시대의 도래로 데이터 중심의 융합 연구가 증가하고 있다. 이러한 연구는 정보의 식별 및 연계의 중요성을 증가시키고 있어, 이를 지원하기 위한 학술정보의 효과적인 관리 및 유통을 위한 방안 모색이 필요하다. 이에 본 연구는 국내외 주요 학술정보서비스 12개의 식별체계 현황과 연계 가능한 정보를 분석하여 학술정보를 식별하고 연계할 수 있는 방안을 제안하고자 하였다. 현황 분석은 2차에 걸쳐 진행되었으며, 각 서비스가 제공하고 있는 학술정보의 유형과 검색 가능한 항목, 연계 정보 유형, 사용 중인 식별체계 등을 살펴보았다. 분석 결과, 국내외 주요 학술정보서비스들은 영구 식별자와 더불어 자체 식별자를 중심으로 평균 3~4개의 정보를 직·간접적으로 연계하고 있다. 또한, 기계학습 방법론을 기반으로 하여 동일 학술정보를 반자동으로 식별하고, 해당 데이터를 수집, 구축하고 있다. 상기 분석 결과를 바탕으로 실무적인 측면에서 영구 식별자 중심의 학술정보 연계 방안과 사회적인 측면에서 기관 협력 네트워크 기반의 연계 방안을 제안하였다.

국내에서는 한국저작권위원회 주관으로 디지털콘텐츠 식별을 위한 국가디지털콘텐츠식별 체계인 UCI(Universal Content Identifier)와 통합저작권관리를 위한 ICN(Integrated Copyright Number) 식별체계를 운영하고 있다. 그러나 UCI나 ICN은 국제표준 식별체계인 ISRC (International Standard Recording Code)나 ISWC(International Standard Works Code), ISAN (International Standard Audiovisual Number) 등과 같은 국제적인 표준 식별체계와의 연계가 되어있지 않다. 따라서 국내 콘텐츠의 해외시장 진출을 위해서는 해당되는 국제표준의 식별체계 와 연계를 위한 추가의 별도 작업이 요구되고 있으며, 외국에서 판매되는 콘텐츠에 대한 정산을 포함한 통계자료는 국내시스템으로는 통합관리가 불가능하다. 본 논문에서는 UCI/ICN과 국제 표준의 식별체계와의 연계를 위해 국내/외 식별체계 동향을 조사하고, 조사한 국제표준 식별체계 들의 메타데이터와 표준을 분석하여 UCI/ICN과의 연계 방안을 제시한다. 또한 시험 모형을 개발 해봄으로써, UCI/ICN과 국제표준 식별체계와의 연계방법에 관한 연구 방향을 제시하였다.

UCI (Universal Content Identifier) 식별체계가 국가표준식별체계로 자리를 잡으면서 다양한 저작물의 디지털 콘텐츠에 대하여 UCI 식별자가 부여되어 유통이 이루어지고 있으나, 콘텐츠의 저작권 정보 부재로 인해 의도되지 않은 저작권 침해 행위 발생 및 저작권 계약 등에 있어 많은 문제점이 발생하고 있다. 통합저작권관리번호인 ICN (Integrated Copyright Number)는 국내에서 저작권 관리를 위해 개발된 코드체계로 저작물 활용에 따른 사용내역에 대한 정산과 분배, 불법 모니터링, 필터링을 목적으로 하며, 권리자의 보호를 위해 저작물에 대한 저작권 관계 정보를 포함하고 있다. 그러나 ICN은 그 목적이 저작권 관리에 집중되어 있어 디지털콘텐츠자체의 속성이나 유통에 필요한 정보들을 포함하고 있지 않다. 따라서 생산되는 디지털저작물을 보다 효율적으로 관리하고 유통하기 위해서는 콘텐츠를 식별하기 위한 식별체계인 UCI와 디지털저작물에 대한 권리의 소유관계를 식별할 수 있는 저작권 권리관리체계인 ICN과 연계와 통합은 권리자와 사업자간의 투명하고 효과적인 저작물 유통의 기반이 될 수 있다. 본 논문에서는 UCI 식별체계와 ICN 식별체계를 연계와 통합의 관점에서 식별체계간의 정책적 요인들과 핵심적인 기술 요소를 분석하고 각 식별체계의 가치사슬간의 효율화를 기할 수 있는 연계 및 통합 인프라의 구축에 대한 모델을 제시하고자 한다.

모바일 RFID/NFC 연동기술이란, 900 MHz 기반의 모바일 RFID 리더와 NFC 리더/태그를 하나의 SoC로 개발하여 USIM 카드에 탑재함으로써 현존하는 2가지 모바일 RFID 서비스를 통합 제공하기 위한 기술을 의미한다. 본 논문에서는 NFC기술과 유사한 서비스를 제공하는 모바일 RFID 기술과 관련 표준을 분석하여 NFC 기술과의 연동 가능성을 파악하고 연동 시 필수적으로 고려되어야 할 연동 요구사항을 도출하였다. 또한 듀얼태그의 도입과 코드체계의 연동을 통해 기존의 인프라를 최대한 활용할 수 있는 연동방안을 제안하였고 연동방안의 연동 요구사항 만족 여부를 분석하였다. 마지막으로 분석된 내용을 바탕으로 서비스 연동 환경 구축에 필요한 새로운 표준 설계의 방향성을 제시하였다.

This paper presents the log likelihood function for integrated models for ALT such as exponential-general Eyring, Weibull-temperature and specific heat, lognormal-temperature and specific heat. Additionally this paper estimates the system reliability and mean time to failure(MTTF) for series, parallel, k of n, and standby system using ALT linkage parameter. Lastly this study designs three variable reliability acceptance sampling(RAS) plans such as type I, II censored test, sequential test by the use of integrated models for ALT.

This study aims to explore improvement measures for the linkage system between the police and social welfare agencies in responding to domestic violence and child abuse issues in South Korea by comparing and analyzing the current systems in South Korea, the United States, and the United Kingdom. Despite the legal and institutional foundations for victim protection and perpetrator correction in each country, the effectiveness of actual cooperation faces several limitations. In South Korea, the level of cooperation is insufficient due to the lack of information sharing, role conflicts, and ambiguity of cooperation procedures. The United States and the United Kingdom operate more systematic cooperation programs, showing notable achievements in mental health crisis intervention and domestic violence response. To improve the linkage system in South Korea, this study proposes the following measures: (1) developing a clear cooperation protocol, (2) conducting regular education and training programs, (3) establishing an integrated information system, and (4) strengthening the victim-centered approach. Implementing these measures will contribute to more effective responses to domestic violence and child abuse issues, ultimately leading to a healthier and safer society by reducing social costs through victim protection and perpetrator correction.

본 연구는 학교도서관 중심의 독서 전략 범주를 밝혀 독서 전략의 내용 체계를 구안하고, 교과 연계 방안을 모색하는 데 있다. 이를 위하여 고등학교 국어과 교육과정 분석 및 독서 전략 관련 선행 연구의 결과를 토대로 독서 전략의 내용 체계 범주를 텍스트 영역과 인지 전략으로 설정하였다. 여기에 관련 선행 연구의 활동지를 참고해 재구조화한 4개 유형의 독해 기법을 더하여 최종적으로 독서 전략의 내용 체계를 구안하였다. 본 연구의 교과 연계는 교과 교과서를 대상으로 이뤄지며, 학습활동은 탐구 과제 분석의 방법을 통하여 독서전략 적용 방안을 확인하였다. 이에 따라 고등학교 『통합사회』와 『통합과학』의 학습활동을 대상으로 그래픽 조직자를 활용한 독해 전략을 적용해 그 타당성을 검증하였다. 그 결과 독서 전략의 내용 체계를 활용한 교과 연계 방안은 교과 학습활동에 다양한 읽을 자료 제공을 통해 교과 수업을 심화하고, 독립된 독서 프로그램으로 확장해 학습내용을 익힐 수 있는 활동을 제안하였다.

This study was conducted with the purpose of exploring the dilemma and improvement strategies for the integrated management of extracurricular education programs at Duksung Women's University. The research method was finally composed of a procedure with a meeting of experts based on the procedure of collecting and analyzing the previous research literature. As for the contents of the study, the dilemma of the integrated management of the extracurricular education program at Duksung Women's University was presented first. Examples of dilemmas include difficulties in organizing and operating programs from the perspective of a roadmap customized for each grade level, difficulties in establishing a foundation for balanced mapping of core competencies and cultivating programs, difficulties in managing the performance of regular program monitoring and feedback improvement, and activating the linkage system between subjects and extracurricular education programs difficulties and difficulties in establishing a support system for the operation of the extracurricular education integrated management system were reflected. In addition, a strategy to complement and improve this dilemma was presented in a linkage. As a result of the study, the integrated management dilemma of Duksung Women's University's extracurricular education programs needs to be resolved in the long term through formal infrastructure such as external expert advice and expert exchange, and the development and use of related manuals should be considered aspects were analyzed. In addition, the content of this study was analyzed not only in the educational case of Duksung Women's University, but also in that it deals with cases that can be usefully referenced in most universities that develop and operate extracurricular education programs. Finally, this study presents an evidence-based practices that can be referenced in promoting the integrated management of extracurricular education programs in university sites, and the position and identity of extracurricular education throughout the university curriculum. It is judged that the significance and expected effect of the study can be obtained in that it provides an opportunity to improve from the management point of view.

This study proposes schemes of GIS-based system development for integrated information management in water environment linked with Korean Reach File (KRF). For this purpose, precedent studies and systems of the U.S. were investigated and analyzed to induce optimal methodology for Korean circumstances. Thereafter, data linkage methods of KRF and Water Environment Information System (WEIS), system configuration plans, application development plans, and KRF improvement and maintenance plans were considered. For data linkage and system configuration, three methods were suggested: an overlay operation-based data linkage method, entering spatial addresses into the existing DB, and creating link information between KRF and the existing DB. The first method was predicted to be the most effective for system implementation, the second method is advantageous for search tasks, and the third method is advantageous for system security and maintenance. Various types of applications should be developed in the consideration of the types of the users and their usages. Moreover, there is a need for further research on regular renewal of KRF, standard development, expansion of construction areas, etc. Based on the present results, research on actual system design and development also should be conducted for supporting Total Maximum Daily Loads (TMDLs).
