  • A thermo-viscoplastic finite element program was developed to analyze the compression molding of SMC process. Deformation of the material was modelled by using the flow-rule. Heat balance during the process was coupled to the deformation. In the cure study, a kinetic model was adopted to describe the cure behavior. The numerical kinetic model was integrated with the thermo-viscoplastic numerical analysis by adding heat generation due to the chemical reaction of the workpiece in the heat transfer analysis. The integrated finite element program can simulate a whole sequential molding process including deformation, heat transfer, and chemical reaction. A practical SMC molding process with T-shaped substructure was simulated. The simulated results showed good agreements with experiments.

고집적화된 1TC SONOS 플래시 메모리에 관한 연구 (A Study on the High Integrated 1TC SONOS flash Memory)

  • To realize a high integrated flash memory utilizing SONOS memory devices, the NOR type ITC(one Transistor Cell) SONOS flash arrays are fabricated and characterized. This SONOS flash arrays with the common source lines are designed and fabricated by conventional 0.35$\mu\textrm{m}$ CMOS process. The thickness of ONO for memory cells is tunnel oxide of 34${\AA}$, nitride of 73${\AA}$ and blocking oxide of 34${\AA}$ . To investigate operating characteristics, CHEI(Channel Hot Electron Injection) method and bit line method are selected as the program and 4he erase operation, respectively. The disturbance characteristics ,according to the program/erase/read cycling are also examined. The degradation characteristics are investigated and then the reliability of SONOS flash memory is guaranteed.

최적설계를 위한 상용프로그램의 통합에 대한 연구 (A Study on the Integration of Commercial Codes for Structural Optimal Design)

  • In this paper, an integrated S/W system from CAD to optimal design has been suggested and an application to a precision machine tool structure shown. The integrated system is so designed to reduce manual interfacing effort. An object-oriented programming language is used for combining 3-D CAD program, FEM and optimal design tools. In this system parametric modelling technique is applied and users can get the optimum design iteratively without much user intervention. The CAD model is automatically updated when the design parameters are transferred back to the CAD program. Not only design time can be dramatically reduced but unnecessary operation errors avoided by the integration.

New and noteworthy records of the moss flora of Korea

  • A total of 34 taxa, 33 species and one variety, are newly added to the moss checklist of Korea. They were collected on Jejudo Island, Samcheok limestone areas in Gangwon Province, and Socheongdo Island from 2015 to 2018 and organized into 19 families and 26 genera. Additionally, eight genera are new to Korea. This study verifies the distributions of nine species whose distributions and specimens have remained unknown thus far. Finally, two unrecorded taxa, consisting of one species and one variety, are identified by reexamining Korean specimens deposited at the National Museum and Science in Japan (TNS). The specimens were collected in 1942 and 1940 from Mt. Baekdusan and Anbyun in North Korea.

근린재생을 위한 동 주민센터의 리모델링 계획방향 연구 (A Study on the Remodeling Design Direction of the Community Center for Neighborhood Regeneration)

  • Recently, residents' community center is trying to combine with various program and facilities as the residents self-government program's development. This is due to the reduction of administrative tasks, the computerization of programs, the importance of community participation activities, the activation of community, and the increase of welfare projects. Therefore, previous studies on program complexity have been actively carried out. Nevertheless, spaces and programs studies of considering regional characteristics are lacking. Therefore, the community centers' program and spaces need to change. Therefore, this study propose an improvement direction through analyzing the situation of the residents' community center. For this study, the precedent research and institutional limitations are examined. In addition, this study selected and analyzed the 15 local community center. Thirdly, interviews were conducted with users and officials of the 5 residents' community centers on major changes. Finally, This study suggests direction of program improvement and architectural design direction. As a result of this study, integrated management measures with overlapping agencies should be sought. Surplus space will have to be rearranged into a new program through prior examination. Above all, the proposed remodeling guidelines require user requirements to be reflected and designed with the residents.

자유학기제 지원을 위한 통합 주제 중심의 도서관 정보활용교육 프로그램 개발에 대한 연구 (A Study on Development of Libraries' Information Literacy Program based on Integrated Tasks to Support the Free Semester System)

  • 본 연구의 목적은 자유학기제에 참여하는 중학생의 탐구학습능력을 길러주기 위하여 교과 간 연계성을 갖는 통합 주제 중심의 정보활용교육 프로그램 개발 방안을 제안하는 것이다. 이를 위하여 국가 수준의 2015 개정 교육과정의 내용 요소를 분석하여 중학교 1학년 국어, 사회, 미술, 음악 교과 간 관련성을 갖는 통합 주제 6개를 개발하였다. 통합 주제 지도를 위한 교수 학습지도안은 배경지식 형성하기, 탐구하기, 탐구결과 산출 및 평가하기와 같이 3단계로 구성하였다. 그리고 탐구하기의 세부 활동 과정은 문제인식하기, 정보분석 및 해석하기, 정보종합하기, 활동별 평가하기와 같이 4단계로 설정하였다. 본 연구에서는 <환경>과 <감상>을 공공도서관과 학교도서관에서 시범 적용하였다. 그 결과 프로그램에 참여한 학생들은 다양한 주제를 교과와 연계하여 구성한 프로그램에 흥미를 보였으며, 만족스럽다는 반응을 보였다.

진단 직후 유방암환자의 디스트레스 관리를 위한 심리교육프로그램의 효과 (Psychoeducational Approach to Distress Management of Newly Diagnosed Patients with Breast Cancer)

  • Purpose: The purpose of this study was to examine the effects of integrated psychoeducational program for distress management of newly diagnosed patients with breast cancer. Methods: A quasi-experimental trial was conducted. The participants consisted of 47 female patients with breast cancer assigned to an intervention group (n=25) and control group (n=22). The intervention group participated in integrated psychoeducational program, consisting of individual face-to-face education and telephone-delivered health-coaching sessions. Data were collected at three time points: pre-intervention (T1), post-intervention (T2), and 6-month follow-up (T3). Study instruments were Distress thermometer, Supportive Care Needs Survey Short Form 34 and Functional Assessment of Cancer Therapy-Breast. Results: Compared with the control group, breast cancer patients in the intervention group reported lower distress and supportive care needs than the control group. The intervention group reported higher quality of life (QOL) overall and higher emotional well-being than the control group. Conclusion: These findings indicate that the integrated psychoeducational program is an effective intervention for reducing distress and supportive care needs and increasing QOL of newly diagnosed patients with breast cancer. Oncology nurses need to provide psychoeducational intervention to support patients with breast cancer in managing their distress and helping them adjust to their life.

콘크리트 궤도의 시공 및 유지관리를 위한 침하관리 통합 시스템의 구축 및 활용 (Development and Application of Integrated Settlement Management System for Construction and Maintenance of Concrete Railway)

  • In construction of high speed railway, the fan shape is limited to achieve reduction of required travel time and concrete railway which has structural stability and induces small maintenance cost with allowable ground settlement is recently applied. So construction of concrete railway on soft ground in which considerable ground settlement occurs increases and settlement management in soft ground section is required. Field monitoring on ground movement and integrated geotechnical information system which manages construction, design, and field monitoring data are essential for settlement management of concrete railway subgrade. Site investigation data are also required due to future repair work. Therefore in this study, integrated geotechnical information system for construction and maintenance of concrete railway is developed. The developed system consists of a database and an application program. The database contains site investigation, construction, design, and field monitoring data throughout a railway. Application program performs various functions on managing and utilizing information in the database with graphic visualization of output. And by providing integrating information with comprehensible visual displays, the applicability and effectiveness of the developed system for construction and maintenance management were confirmed.

공공부문 보건의료조직의 만성질환 예방사업에서 요구하는 필요능력과 보건교육사의 직무 강화 방안 (Enhancement for competencies of health education specialists to prevent chronic diseases in public health organizations)

  • Objectives: This study performed to enhance the competency of health education specialist on population-based program to prevent chronic disease in public health organizations. In addition, it will provide the basic data to enhance specialized competency for health education specialist. Method: The current operating strategy and demanded competency related to chronic disease programs were analyzed by reviewing the Korean Health Plan 2020, the guideline of integrated health promotion programs, and the job description of health education specialist. Results: Preventive programs for chronic disease provide with healthy lifestyle programs in integrated health promotion service. First, health education specialist should learn to professional knowledge on health risk factor and chronic disease. Second, they should cultivate the integrated competency to manage operations on obesity, hypertension, diabetes, cardiovascular disease, and cancer prevention programs. Third, they get strengthened the-job training to implement health education, public relations, campaigns, media advocacy, and utilization of multi-media. Conclusion: It should implement the preventive programs for chronic disease in various health promotion services through coordination with multiple sectors. To identify of the job in preventive program for that, it would be required empowerment of health education specialists on disease prevention science and practical life skill.

가변 안내익 및 정익을 가지는 소형 터보팬 엔진의 성능예측을 위한 통합 해석법 연구 (An Approach for the Integrated Performance Analysis of a Small Turbofan engine with Variable Inlet Guide and Variable Stator Vane)

  • 본 연구에서는 가변 안내익과 가변 정익을 가진 압축기가 적용된 소형 터보팬엔진의 통합성능해석법에 대한 연구를 수행하였다. 통합해석을 위해 Isight를 이용하여 엔진성능해석프로그램(NPSS)과 압축기탈 설계점 성능프로그램(STGSTK)을 연계하여 해석할 수 있는 절차 및 연계프로그램을 구축하였다. 각각의 해석프로그램은 실험데이터와 비교하여 타당성을 검증하였다. 이러한 통합 해석법을 적용한 결과 탈설계점에서 요구되는 서지마진을 가지는 가변시스템의 작동 조건을 예측할 수 있었다.
