본 연구의 목적은 개별 제공하고 있는 안내전화서비스를 대표번호체계로 통합연계운영하고, 도로교통 정보외에 철도, 항공 버스 등의 대체교통수단 정보 및 관련기관과의 유기적 연계를 통한 원스톱(One stop) 서비스를 제공하는 안내전화서비스의 통합연계운영을 서비스를 제시하는데 있다. 이러한 목적을 달성하기 위하여 국내 외 현황을 분석하고, 시범구축, 확대구축, 안정화 및 고급화의 3단계에 따라 운영기술과 통합시스템 기술사양을 검토하였다. 본 연구를 통하여 교통정보 안내전화는 정보취득의 원스톱(One stop) 서비스, 이용 편의성 서비스, 다양한 연계정보제공 서비스, 제공정보의 실시간화 및 효율적인 체계를 구현할 것으로 기대한다.

So many location based service systems, including automobile navigation system logistic management, taxi fleet management, and so on, are being used everywhere. However, these are all outdoors. This paper provides a stepping stone for commercial indoor location based services by developing an integrated system of our indoor positioning and map viewer modules. For the indoor positioning, we propose WLAN (Wireless Local Area Network) based EKF (Extended Kalman Filter) which estimates user's current location and tracts user's trace in the sequence of time. Our map viewer renders a map recorded in an Autocad DXF file and provides functions of map manipulation such as zoom-in, zoom-out, and move. We integrate our indoor positioning and map viewer modules and discuss the experimental results of the integrated system.

Suicide is a major problem in Korean health care and a serious social problem. In Korea, 12,463 people (24.3 per 100,000) lost their lives due to suicide in 2017. Although the government has established three National Comprehensive Plan of Suicide Prevention (2004, 2009, 2016), and National Action Plan of Suicide Prevention (2018), the suicide rate is still high. The suicide rate of the elderly is especially high. This is due to the economic vulnerability of the elderly in Korea. Therefore, in order to prevent suicide in Korea, mental health care approach and social welfare approach should be integrated. The intervention of preventing suicide of suicide attempters should include social welfare services as well as mental health program and should be based on community. There are many health problems, including prevention of suicide, which can not be solved only by the efforts of health care. Many health problems are social problems and the integrated approach is needed to solve them. In order to solve many health care problems and improve health, integrated approach of health, social science, and humanities is needed.

For effective management and processing for civil affairs, online public services are in operation in every administrative organizations. However, due to the lack of links in each government departmental business processes on e-Government system, the satisfaction of the civil petitioners has not improved. In this paper, we propose an improved business process for the implementation of one-stop integrated civil affairs and suggestions services on e-Government system to reduce the time and cost for processing civil affairs and to improve the efficiency of the public services by cutting down the cost and time. This paper also suggests the ways to improve the quality of public service through redesigning civil affairs processing in the light of integrated system for the civil affairs and its suggestion.

A MIMO multi-way relay channel with full data exchange in which K users exchange messages with each other via the help of a single relay is considered. For the case in which each link is quasi-static Rayleigh fading and the relay is full-duplex, the fundamental diversity-multiplexing tradeoff (DMT) is investigated, and we show that a compress-and-forward relay protocol can achieve the optimal DMT.

In Integrated Services Internet the Resource Reservation Protocol (RSVP) provides a signaling mechanism for end to end QoS. In this paper, we propose a novel scheme using a Hierarchical Mobile Agents Tree (HMAT) based on the definition of new option called QoS Object Option (QOO) in order to improve the efficiency during handoff in Integrated Services Internet. Mobile agents are required to manage QOO, resource reservation and other mobility related basks un behalf of mobile hosts. This scheme is based on Mobile IPv6.

In this letter, the distributions of direct current (DC) coefficients for P-frames in H.264/AVC are analyzed, and the distortion model of the Gaussian source under the quantization of the dead-zone plus-uniform threshold quantization with uniform reconstruction quantizer is derived. Experimental results show that the DC coefficients of P-frames are best approximated by the Laplacian distribution and the Gaussian distribution at small quantization step sizes and at large quantization step sizes, respectively.

스마트 커머스 시장에서 소비자는 개인 성향에 최적화된 개인화된 서비스와 소비자 취향을 고려한 맞춤형 쇼핑 경험을 원하고 있다. 즉, 소비자는 개인화된 맞춤형 서비스를 요구하고 있다. 이러한 요구에 따라 기업들은 메시징서비스를 소비자에게 제공하고 있지만, 각 개인에 맞춤형 서비스를 포함하지 못하고 있다. 따라서 본 연구는 메시징서비스에 개인화 서비스기술을 결합하여 기업용 메시징서비스의 통합 모형 및 시스템 구축방안을 제시하고, 이를 통해 마케팅 효과를 극대화하고 비용절감 효과를 분석한다. 제안된 통합 모형 작동방식은 고객 요구사항에 따라 개인화된 정보를 통해 개인화모형 적용하여 효과적인 개인화를 통한 메시징 전송 방안을 제시하고 있다. 본 연구의 개인화 통합모형은 검색서비스와 결합되었을 경우 매우 높은 효과가 있을 것으로 판단된다.

시맨틱 웹 서비스 탐색은 온톨로지의 개념으로 기술된 서비스와 사용자 요구 사항 간에 개념 간 매칭을 통해 서비스를 탐색하는 방법이다. 그러나 온톨로지의 개념은 해석하는 방법에 따라 서로 다른 의미로 이해될 수 있다. 기존 연구는 제한된 수준의 개념 해석 방식을 사용하고, 명확한 개념 기술 방법을 제공하지 않기 때문에 매칭 오류가 발생할 수 있다. 본 논문에서는 이러한 문제를 해결하기 위해 통합 개념 모델과 이를 적용한 웹 서비스 탐색 방법을 제안한다. 제안된 통합 개념 모델은 개념 타입, 클래스, 프로퍼티를 이용하여 기존 방법 보다 유연하고 명확한 개념 기술 방법을 제공한다. 또한 본 논문은 통합 개념 모델에 기반하여 기술된 서비스와 사용자 요구 사항 간에 매칭하는 방법을 제안한다. 이때 다대다 복합 매칭 을 지원하여 보다 정교한 서비스 탐색이 가능하다. 다양한 형태의 사용자 요구 사항에 대해 실험한 결과, 제안된 방법은 기존 연구보다 더 높은 정확률과 재현율을 보였다.

효율적인 전자정부의 구현과 민원 업무의 개선을 위해서 정부의 모든 행정 기관에서 전자민원시스템을 운영하고 있으나 정부 각 부처의 업무분석과 연계의 미흡으로 인하여 민원인의 만족도는 크게 향상되지 못하고 있다. 따라서 본 연구에서는 N부의 사례를 기반으로 하여 민원인의 민원처리 시간을 단축시키고, 업무행정 비용을 절감할 수 있는 민원업무통합관리모델의 핵심 구성요소를 제시한다. 이를 위하여 현행 민원업무 프로세스를 분석하여 문제점을 찾아 개선 요구사항을 도출하고, 민원업무통합관리시스템의 시스템 설계의 원칙을 제시하고 구현한다. 구현된 통합 관리시스템의 효율성을 민원인과 내부 업무 담당자 및 관리자의 관점에서 분석 검증하여 그 효율성을 입증하였다.
