With the development of information and communication technology, logistics distribution systems and services have been improved, new types of services have been provided, and consumption patterns in consumer markets have also changed. In the domestic distribution market, the development of ICT technology, the spread of smart devices, and the growth of the e-commerce market have led to Omni-channel, a service that integrates offline channels and online channels. Omni-channel service aims to provide consumers with consistent and convenient service by integrating offline and online domain into one. Consumers can get integrated service on and offline. In this study, consumers' intention to use Omni-channel was examined by Self Determination Theory and SERVQUAL. The survey was conducted on Omni-channel user and the research model was composed of 2^nd order factor model considering the characteristics of Omni-channel which provides integrated service based on the prior literature and PLS-SEM (partial least squares structural equation modeling).

Current international negotiation and cooperation for sustainable development are focused on three main themes. The first theme is implementation of Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs). The second theme is development of measures for climate change. The third theme is sustainable management of biodiversity and ecosystem services. In South Korea, responses of government policies and academic studies have been predominantly to one of these three themes. There have not been many integrated efforts to develop countermeasures considering all three international themes. In addition, while "green growth" policies have been setting national agendas for Korea's sustainable development, they must be scrutinized such as why they have not dealt with some parts of these three themes and whether they have ignored one of these themes due to lack of integrated responses. This study finds critical issues in South Korea on how to harmoniously respond to the three themes of international efforts and improve green growth policies. First, to achieve SDGs, the domestic statistical system must be reorganized to track the achievement of "inclusiveness" and "green growth". Second, the climate change response policy should seek inclusion between countries and between social groups. Third, in the field of biodiversity and ecosystem services, it is necessary to establish Korea's identity in global geopolitics and enhance its own traditional ecological knowledge. Fourth, it is necessary to consider how to solve discrepancy between climate change response policies and biodiversity-ecosystem service management policies. Finally, proactive improvement of laws and institutions must occur to promote inclusive green growth.

현재 유비쿼터스 서비스를 제공하기 위해 GPS(Global Positioning System), RFID(Radio Frequency IDentification) 및 센서 네트워크를 이용한 개별 미들웨어 및 인터페이스를 개발하고 있다. GPS는 주로 위치기반 서비스에, RFID를 식별을 통한 유통 물류 서비스에, 센서 노드는 온도, 습도, 기압 등의 상황 정보 수집에 응용되고 있다. 최근에 2 또는 3개의 이들 요소들이 농축산, 건설, 의료 등의 다양한 분야에 응용하면서 GPS, RFID 및 센서 노드를 통합하는 인터페이스 요구가 증가하고 있다. 이에 본 논문에서는 RFID, GPS, 센서 네트워크에서 수집된 상황데이터를 통합 처리하는 공통 인터페이스를 구현하고 실험을 통해 동작을 확인한다. 이 인터페이스는 필터링, 파싱, 인터페이스 관리, 큐잉, 하드웨어 및 미들웨어 접근 기능 등의 효율적인 데이터 처리 기능을 구현하고 동작을 검증한다. 그리고 GPS, RFID 및 센서 노드를 수집된 상황 데이터를 결합한 통합 프레임 구조를 제시하고, 복합형 유비쿼터스 응용 시스템에 제공되는 개방형 인터페이스를 제공하는 것을 확인한다. 이를 통하여 RFID, GPS, 센서 네트워크를 통해 얻어진 상황 데이터도 효과적으로 처리하여 다양한 유비쿼터스 응용 서비스에게 제공할 수 있을 것으로 사료된다.

최근 무선 통신장치들이 매우 빠르게 발전되고 사용자에게 보급되고 있다. 이로 인해서 기존의 유선 네트워크 장치들과 새로운 무선 네트워크 장치들을 통합한 새로운 메쉬 네트워크에 대한 요구가 급속히 발전하고 있다. 이런 유 무선 통합 네트워크 환경에서 자동으로 네트워크를 구성하고, 이런 환경에서 사용자 또는 유 무선 통신장치에 대해 인증서비스를 반드시 제공해야만 한다. 하지만 현실적으로 이런 서비스를 제공하고 있지 못하다. 그러므로 본 논문에서 유 무선 통합 네트워크 환경에서 오픈플로우를 사용해 네트워크를 자동으로 구성하고, 커베로스를 응용한 사용자 인증시스템을 제안하였다. 우리가 제안한 인증시스템은 장치 또는 사용자에 대한 인증서비스를 제공할 수 있을 뿐만 아니라, 비밀성, 무결성 서비스를 제공할 수 있다. 추가로 중간자공격에 대해서도 막을 수 있다.

VoIP는 voice와 data를 packet 형태로 통합하여 실시간으로 전송하는 기술이다. 최근 VoIP는 voice와 data를 통합하는 핵심 기술로 발전하고 있다. VoIP 기술 중에서 SIP는 VoIP에서 사용하는 H.323 처럼 real time Call 서비스를 위한 signaling protocol이다. 하지만 mobile user를 고려할 때 VoIP는 Mobile IP와 같은 기술과 결합이 절대적으로 필요하다. Mobile IP는 Mobile host가 인터넷상에서 임의의 위치에 접속하더라도 자신의 address로 transport되는 packet을 수신 할 수 있도록 IP 프로토콜을 확장한 기술이다. VoIP Network에서 Mobile service를 위해 해결해야 할 중요한 과제는 Delay 개선이다. 특히, VoIP 서비스가 Mobile IP와 결합할 경우 Delay 때문에 optimal service를 지원하지 못할 수 있다. This paper에서는 지금까지 연구된 방법과는 달리 SIP를 이용하여 Delay를 개선하였다. 본 연구결과는 현재 진행중인 IP 패킷을 이용한 wired/wireless Integrated service에 활용할 수 있도록 하였다.

대학생 637명을 대상으로 KT와 SKT가 수행하고 있는 CSR에 대한 통합적 평가(동기, 활동, 성과)와 서비스 품질 평가가 두 통신기업 선호도와 서비스 가입의도에 미치는 영향을 설문조사를 통해 살펴보았다. 연구결과, 첫째, 두 통신기업에 대한 통합적 CSR 평가 중, 사회이익동기, 법 윤리적 활동, 사회성과 평가가 KT와 SKT의 기업선호도에 긍정적 영향을 미친 것으로 나타났다. 반면에 CSR활동의 중요한 요소인 자선활동 평가는 유의미한 영향을 미치지 않았다. 둘째, 통합적 CSR 평가 중, KT는 사회성과 평가만이 서비스 가입의도에 영향을 미쳤고, SKT는 법 윤리적 활동 평가와 사회성과 평가가 서비스 가입의도에 유의미한 영향을 미친 것으로 나타났다. 공통적으로 서비스 품질 평가가 우리나라 통신기업 선호도와 서비스 가입의도에 가장 높은 영향을 미친 것으로 나타났다.

유선 네트워크의 빠른 전송속도 및 다양한 서비스와 무선의 편리성 및 이동성이 결합되어 새로운 서비스 영역을 창출하고 사용자와 서비스 제공자 모두에게 새로운 변화를 가져올 신기술로 유/무선 통합 시대가 전개되고 있다. 유/무선 통합 서비스 중에서 네트워크의 통합은 이기종 네트워크간 연동에 의한 네트워크 융합과 네트워크상에서 전송기술간 융합으로써 매주 중요한 부분을 차지하고 있다. 이러한 상황 속에서 이기종 네트워크의 융합은 서로 다른 네트워크의 융합으로 인해 기존의 보안 기술 및 통신 기술을 그대로 적용하기가 매우 어려우며, 보안 측면에서도 많은 취약점을 내포하고 있다. 기존의 동종 네트워크에서 사용자의 인증 및 키 관리와는 다르게 이기종 네트워크간의 사용자 인증 및 키 관리는 새로운 기술이 필요한 실정이며 또한 동종 네트워크에서 이기종 디바이스간의 보안 기술 확립은 매우 중요한 사항이라 할 수 있다. 본 논문에서는 이기종 네트워크 환경에서의 안전하고 효율적인 키 관리를 제안하여, 이기종 네트워크 디바이스간의 안전한 통신을 제공 할 수 있다.

In modern society, digital lifestyles are spreading to minimize contact with people and to receive contactless information. The spread trend has established an unmanned distribution system in which transactions through contactless technologies such as kiosks and chatbots are activated in face-to-face transactions with sellers and consumers. In order to streamline logistics supply worldwide, digital new deal based joint logistics hubs, unmanned courier storage platforms, and fresh logistics based last mile services have been developed into unmanned logistics systems, focusing on the intelligent logistics system automation process. Unmanned courier storage system installed in urban areas and home to daily logistics where volume is concentrated are provided with fresh logistics services through cold chain and receiving freights in contactless environments. Development is also underway to minimize safety accidents caused by courier services, such as managing various information based on the integrated control system. This paper defines the concept of integrated operation for the development of a platform for contactless unmanned courier storage device developed into next-generation logistics system. In addition, we intend to develop systems engineering-based output for deriving safety requirements and specifications by identifying risk sources that may occur in the operational scenario. Therefore, the goal is to establish a foundation for safety and reliability between interfaces of logistics systems to be installed in apartment and subway station environments that want to provide unmanned logistics services to various consumers.

최근, 정보화 사업이 확산됨에 따라 정보 시스템을 기반으로 다양한 공공 서비스가 수행되고 있다. 이러한 정보 시스템 기반의 공공 행정 서비스는 내부 업무 및 대외 서비스 등을 제공하고 있다. 최근에는 클라우드 기반의 공공 서비스 구축이 확장되면서 정보 시스템의 고도화가 관심을 받고 있다. 특히, 업무의 정보시스템 의존도가 증가하면서 정보 시스템의 중단 및 마비 등의 위험한 사태를 사전에 방지하기 위한 대응 체계 구축이 기업 뿐만 아니라 공공 기관에서도 화두가 되고 있다. 따라서, 본 논문에서는 재해복구시스템의 서비스 전환 자동화를 통해 복구시간 단축 및 시스템 운영의 효율성을 극대화하기 위한 재해복구시스템을 설계, 구축하였다. 논문에서 제안한 방식에 의해 설계, 구축된 재해복구시스템을 적용하여 통합 DR서버 이중화 테스트, 웹서버 이중화 테스트, FC-IP 이중화 테스트 및 SAN 스위치 이중화 테스트를 각각 수행하였다.

Although digitalization of broadcast waves is extending the multichannel programming capabilities of broadcasting, it does not fully exploit the potentiality of the digital evolution in broadcasting. ISDB has been put forth as second-generation digital broadcasting which offers a basis for a universal service in the future multimedia environment, and opens many new possibilities for services and their use. The paper is divided into three parts: A vision of the future of broadcasting, Evolution towards ISDB - integrated Services Television, and Technology development.
