Industrial safety management program can be divided three part that is education, technology, and management. The effectiveness of a industrial safety management program depends on the ability to manage hardware which is technology and software, education and management, In this research, it will be described that how to design and develop Computer Integrated Safety System and Computer Based Training System for Press operations which is how to integrated industrial safety program wi th production planning and control in order to control efficiently using personnel computer system.

국방 연구개발은 사용군의 요구사항을 만족시키는 무기체계를 최단 기간, 최소 비용 및 고품질로 개발하고자 노력하고 있으며, 통합 데이터베이스 전산 환경 하에서 체계공학 및 동시공학을 체계적으로 구현하기 위한 연구개발 프로세스 및 도구들이 개발되고 있다. 항공 무기체계 분야에서 본 논문의 연구개발 과정에서 생성되는 기술 자료를 효율적으로 관리하기 위한 웹기반 체계운영관리시스템을 개발 및 운용하고 있으며, 기존 항공 무기체계 연구개발 사업에 적용하여 그 효율성을 입증 및 검증하였다. 이에 본 논문에서는 체계운영관리시스템 기반으로 향후 개발 예정인 보라매 사업, 무인항공기 및 무인전투기에 적용 가능한 통합 연구개발 프레임웍(Framework) 및 통합 무기체계 데이터베이스 발전 방안에 대해서 기술한다. 또한, 연구소에서 운영 예정인 WISEMAN과의 연동 및 통합 방안에 대해서도 기술한다.

Sapporo subway sets up the integrated information system to be aim at the effective and automatic work from the first time. They are expanding integrated system by introducing IT into Serve system positively which developed for recent several years. To keep up with the big size and high speed of information according to integrated system,. the integrated transmission line system which is basic of the integrated system is changed into the system which apply the newest technology. Also, they are aimed at the next generation traffic system through the cooperation of the local administration, for example, test of the multipurpose card using non-contact IC card. This study reviewed the present state of Sapporo subway, the upgrade of information transmission system, and the function of each serve system those are the order of equipment, management of the running, management of the disaster presentation, signal protection, passenger management etc.

본 연구는 분절적이고 파편화되어있는 보건 의료 복지서비스를 국내외 통합케어에 대한 사례분석을 통하여 우리나라에 적합한 통합케어 시스템 구축을 위한 기초자료를 제공하고자 한다. 사례분석 결과 통합케어의 공통된 요소는 기관과의 협력, 다양한 전문직의 공동참여, 조정과 개별화된 보호 제공, 사례담당 전문가를 통한 다양한 서비스를 제공하고 있다는 것이다. 이러한 사례를 근거로 우리나라 통합케어 시스템 구축을 위한 제언으로는, 통합케어종합지원센터 설치, 서비스제공 장소의 동일배치, 케어 매니지먼트 체계 구축, 자원개발 및 인력확충, 통합케어 사례관리 시스템 개발, 통합케어 전산망 개발 등이 필요하다.

There are many Korea companies who are introducing many kinds of management renovation methods in order to attain more management achievement. So many personnels under CEO are frying to change themselves to fit those kinds of management renovation methods. Now, all kinds of books for supervisors have published, but it is not easy for those supervisors to understand those books as those books do not fit for their own companies situation. The best management methods in the best companies in U.S.A. actually can not be well introduced in Korea. So, the management methods should be changed with the environment's changing. Therefore, the company management is the process to suit the continue changing environment.

플랜트 산업의 대형화, 복잡화 추세에 따라 플랜트 프로젝트의 수행효율을 극대화하기 위해 모듈러 플랜트의 적용비율이 높아지고 있다. 모듈러 프로젝트의 성공적인 수행을 위해서는 사업수행 전 단계에 걸친 사업수행 전략 수립 및 이행이 필수적이다. 그러나 국내 건설업체는 플랜트 사업관리기술의 정립이나 적용이 미비한 실정으로 특히 사업관리 기술의 핵심요소로써 원가와 공정의 통합관리 방법을 정립하고 체계화 하는 것이 필수적이다. 본 연구는 모듈러 플랜트 프로젝트의 원가와 공정을 통합관리하기 위한 방법론 및 지침서 개발을 목적으로 수행되었다. 모듈러 공법의 일반적인 사항, 원가·공정관리의 업무절차에 대한 이론적 고찰을 토대로 원가관리 방법론, 공정관리 방법론을 개발하고 원가·공정을 모듈단위로 통합관리 할 수 있는 방법론과 지침서를 개발하였다. 모듈러 플랜트 프로젝트에 특화된 원가·공정 통합관리 방법론 및 지침서의 적용을 통해 프로젝트 관리의 효율성을 높일 수 있을 것으로 판단된다.

본 논문에서는 국내 재난관리체계를 검토하여 문제점을 알아보고 재난현장 일선에 있는 소방공무원을 대상으로 통합재난관리체계에 대한 의식조사를 실시하여 발전방안을 모색하였다. 이를 바탕으로 통합재난관리체계 구축 및 활성화를 위한 방안을 제시하였으며 결론은 다음과 같다. 통합재난관리체계 구축 및 활성화를 위해서는항목별로 다음과 같은 대책이마련되어야 한다. 조직적인 측면으로는 기관별 협조체계가 잘 이루어져야 하며 이에 따른 정보 공유 및 전달이 원활해야 한다. 법 제도적인 측면으로는 기관별 특성을 고려하되 협조상의 혼선이 없도록 개선이 요구되고 기관별 협업을 통한 공동작전계획 수립이 실시되어야 한다. 또한 시스템적 측면으로는 급변하는 재난에 대응하기 위해 장비의 지속적인 유지관리 및 업데이트를 실시해야 하고 조직, 법 제도, 시스템 등을 체계적이고 균형적으로 유지해야한다. 그리고 선진국 통합재난관리체계 장단점을 세부적으로 파악하여 국내에 특성에 맞게 적용할 수 있도록 세부적인 대책이 마련하고 유관기관의 통합상황관리체계 구축, 효율적인 통합재난관리체계 구축을 통한 상황실 일원화 등 세부적인 대책이 수립되어야 한다.

본 논문은 시화호 간척지의 지속가능한 개발을 위하여 이해당사자들이 의사결정과정에 참여하기 위한 체제와 구조, 그리고 절차를 개발하고자 시화호 유역에서 연안통합관리를 시행하는 과정에서 얻어진 문제점과 한계에 관하여 논하였다. 수질개선과 환경복원을 위해 2001년 수립된 시화호 종합관리계획의 시행평가를 통해 통합관리계획의 수립과 시행간의 격차를 감소시키기 위한 유용한 지침을 제공하고자 하였다. 시화호 간척지의 토지이용방식에 대한 이해당사자간 갈등을 해소하는 것은 이 지역의 연안통합관리에 가장 중요한 문제 중의 하나이다. 이를 위해서는 과학적인 평가를 통한 의사결정지원도구와 이해당사자의 관리역량을 강화하기 위한 프로그램을 마련하는 것이 시급하다.

Integrated management system (IMS) for sewerage facilities has been installed at 7 dams and 9 watersheds since 2006. However, there has been no decisive plan on how and who to manage efficiently IMS after finishing the construction. Therefore, in this study, it was suggested that a new organization, so to speak, a technical support team for integrated management that may operate and manage IMS efficiently, could need to be set up. Three scenarios were evaluated depending on the type of allocating human resources to new organization considering each levels of sewerage facilities. Economic analyses on each scenarios of human resources allocation were also carried out. As a result, establishing the technical support team for integrated management was estimated to give the net benefit from 1.3 billion to 20.6 billion won for 15 years.

Purpose: This study aimed to develop and evaluate an integrated management program to enhance self-efficacy, compliance with sick-role behaviors, symptom management, and biomarker indication in hemodialysis patients. Methods: The integrated management program was developed through a systematic review of literature, analysis of relevant online data, and expert validation. It comprised 480 min of video-based education delivered eight times over four weeks, supplemented by weekly phone consultations and text message support from a nurse. To evaluate the program's effectiveness, it was administered to 44 patients with hemodialysis in a single group in a pre-post test experimental study. Changes in self-efficacy, sick-role behavior compliance, dialysis symptom index, and biomarkers were assessed. Results: The program yielded statistically significant improvements in self-efficacy (t=-7.13, p<.001), sick-role behavioral compliance (t=-7.35, p<.001), dialysis symptom index (t=4.32, p<.001), and blood urea nitrogen levels (t=2.55, p=.014) among the participants. Conclusion: The integrated management program is an effective intervention for improving hemodialysis patients' self-efficacy, compliance with sick-role behaviors, and experience of symptoms. Additionally, it is considered an intervention with high clinical applicability and efficiency through video reproducibility.
