In this paper, an integrated control system for removable welfare equipment disinfection is implemented. The integrated control system consisted of a hydrogen peroxide vapor supply control circuit, a sterilization chamber control circuit using low vacuum, and a washing control circuit using microbubble. A Smart-phone based remote control and monitoring system is implemented to monitor the operating status and communication status for the integrated control system. An experiment is set up to evaluate the performance of the integrated control system. The experiment result confirms that signal and operation status can transmit and receive within the control circuit. The integrated control system shows good performance in terms of sensor interface, communication state and control. In future research, the proposed control system should deploy to an actual system for trial test to prove its performance.

Recently, the National Emergency Management Agency of Korea has been operating the National Disaster Management System. Nevertheless, there are numerous difficulties in systematic controlling the steep slope DB promptly, because the system's functions in input and control for steep slope information are merely simple. Futhermore, the hazard degrees of steep slope lands nowadays have risen suddenly in accordance with the increase rate of large scale landslides such as the landslide cases of Umyeonmountain, Chuncheon province and others or sever rain storm cases. these lead to rapid increases in frequencies of nature disasters nationally. therefore, it is needed to develop the GIS-based integrated management system for steep slope information in order to manage disasters in advance or high-degree control. This study shows the national GIS-based integrated management system to prevent the disasters that caused by steep slope lands. The integrated management system developed in this study consists of surface information input modules, realtime DB liaison modules of integrated underground information, V-world background map-based GIS, integrated management system for steep slope information user modules, realtime liaison interface modules designed for utilizing steep slope information. Also, tests about stability of data storage, system stability and consistency of processing speed were performed.

Various electronic bulletin board systems (BBS) exist on the Internet. A user has to use two or more BBS. Because his/her interests may not be restricted to only one subject and BBS satisfying his/her interests may not be restricted to only one also. Furthermore, in each BBS, two or more subjects are parallel discussed while the newest contribution is always carried out. Therefore, when a user tries to keep on perusing about a specific subject, it is necessary for the user to remember in which BBS the subject exists and in the past what article of the subject was read. In this paper, we are aiming to construct an electronic bulletin board integrated management system. In this system, a user is able to use two or more BBS just like one BBS. In this paper, we present a framework of the electronic bulletin board integrated management system and implementation of a prototype system.

This paper presents the integrated speech enhancement system for hands-free mobile communication. The proposed integrated system incorporates both acoustic echo cancellation and engine noise reduction device to provide signal enhancement of desired speech signal from the echoed plus noisy environments. To implement the system, a delayless subband adaptive structure is used for acoustic echo cancellation operation. The NLMS based adaptive noise canceller then applied to the residual echo removed noisy signal to achieve the selective engine noise attenuation in dominant frequency component. Two sets of computer simulations are conducted to demonstrate the effectiveness of the system; one for the fixed acoustical environment condition, the other for the robustness of the system in which, more realistic situation, the acoustic transmission environment change. Simulation results confirm the system performance of 20-25dB ERLE in acoustic echo cancellation and 9-19 dB engine noise attenuation in dominant frequency component for both cases.

Citizens' demand, which has been previously focused on welfare, is now expanding to include elements for higher quality of life such as employment, housing, culture, and sports. Accordingly, the government, with an aim of effectively delivering resident services that satisfy various demands, is committed to transforming the central government-oriented service system into the integrated service system based on public-private partnership. The government is also dedicated to expanding services to 8 areas including not only welfare but also healthcare, employment, housing, education, sports, culture, and tourism, which are directly related to everyday lives of residents. This project is designed to support such reforms in the citizen service delivery system in order to enhance quality of life of local residents. This study is to draw implications from analysis for implementing the citizen service integrated information system in order to reform the citizen service delivery system effectively through examinations and analyses of citizen services provided by the central government. Especially focus on public utility charges depreciation simplification citizen service. Its implications are expected to offer a real contribution for central and local Governments that want to increase the productivity of implementing eGovernment service.

As advanced information technology has been developing rapidly, libraries are moving from an ownership-centered information service toward information access service. Consequently, integrated automation systems of information centers that give not only cataloging information of their own collections but also various electronic information have appeared. In this study, a model of integrated automation system of an information center is suggested in terms of information types and cost, by taking case studies of some domestic and foreign libraries. Furthermore, the MIPOS Information & Resource Center System of POSCO Group is introduced as a good example of integrated automation systems in Korea.

The Project Management Information System (PMIS), the core of construction information, performs the function of handling large volumes of data and information in the actual layout and construction, and supports the manager in making a prompt decision. The purpose of this study is to develop a construction PMIS integrated form system prototype for process and quality control forms, submitted between project groups, as the method of data sharing and communication among an owner, supervisor, and site manager. This study of the integrated form classification system was carried out with limited case studies and interviews of professionals due to lack of data from the previous thesis and related research material From the results of this study, an Excel-based integrated form system was established for a complete site.

In this paper, we investigate various factors that are relevant to design and implementation of an integrated management system for various speech corpora. The purpose of this paper is to manage an integrated management system for various kinds of speech corpora necessary for speech research and speech corpora consrtructed in different data formats. In addition, ways are considered to allow users to search with effect for speech corpora that meet various conditions which they want, and to allow them to add with ease corpora that are constructed newly. In order to achieve this goal, we design a global schema for an integrated management of new additional information without changing old speech corpora, and construct a web-based integrated management system based on the scheme that can be accessed without any temporal and spatial restrictions. And we show the steps by which these can be implemented, and describe related future study topics, examining the system.
