본 논문에서는 이동식 복지용구 소독을 위한 통합제어시스템을 개발하였다. 통합제어시스템은 과산화수소 증기 공급 제어회로와 저 진공을 이용한 살균 소독챔버 제어회로 및 마이크로버블을 이용한 세탁 제어회로 구성된다. 개발한 통합제어시스템에 대한 동작상태 및 통신 상태 등을 측정하기 위하여 스마트 기반의 원격 제어 및 모니터링 시스템을 구현하였다. 개발한 통합제어시스템 에 대한 성능을 평가하기 위해 실험 장치를 구현하였다. 제어회로에 대한 동작상태 및 신호 송수신 등을 측정해본 결과, 정상적으로 동작함을 알 수 있었다. 그리고 스마트 기반의 원격 제어 및 모니터링 시스템과의 연동 테스트에서 개발한 통합제어시스템이 통신상태, 센서 인터페이스 및 제어 면에서 좋은 동작성능을 보였다. 향 후 개발한 제어시스템을 실 시스템에 적용하여 그 성능을 증명하는 것이 필요하다.

현재 소방방재청에서는 국가재난관리시스템(NDMS, National Disaster Management System)을 운영 중에 있으나 급경사지정보의 입력 및 관리를 위한 기능이 단순한 DB 입력 관리 기능으로 존재하고 있어 신속하고 체계적인 급경사지 관리에 어려움이 존재하고 있는 실정이다. 최근 빈번한 국지성 집중호우에 의한 우면산 산사태, 춘천 산사태 등의 대규모 산사태가 증가하고 있어 급경사지의 위험도가 급증하고 있으며, 국가 재해 재난이 빠른 추세로 증가하고 있다. 이에 대한 선제적 대응 및 관리의 고도화를 위해서는 급경사지 방재 및 관리를 위한 GIS 기반의 급경사지정보 통합관리시스템의 개발이 필요하다. 본 연구에서는 급경사지 재해 재난에 대한 선제적 대응 및 안전한 관리를 위한 국가 차원의 GIS 기술 기반의 급경사지정보 통합관리시스템을 개발하였다. 급경사지정보 통합관리시스템은 급경사지 일제조사서기반의 지표면정보와 지하공간정보의 입력 및 출력 DB를 설계 구축하여 개발하였다. 본 연구를 통하여 개발한 급경사지정보 통합관리시스템은 지표면정보 입력모듈, 급경사지 주변 지하공간정보 DB 실시간 연계 입력모듈, V-World 배경지도 기반의 급경사지 검색 분석 관리를 위한 GIS 모듈, 급경사지정보 통합정보시스템 사용자 관리모듈, 급경사지정보 활용 연계시스템과의 실시간 연계 인터페이스모듈로 구성된다. 또한 개발한 급경사지정보 통합관리시스템에 대하여 자료저장률, 동시접속 시 시스템 안정성, 처리속도의 일관성에 대한 안정성테스트를 수행하여 급경사지정보 통합관리시스템의 연결성을 확보하였다.

Various electronic bulletin board systems (BBS) exist on the Internet. A user has to use two or more BBS. Because his/her interests may not be restricted to only one subject and BBS satisfying his/her interests may not be restricted to only one also. Furthermore, in each BBS, two or more subjects are parallel discussed while the newest contribution is always carried out. Therefore, when a user tries to keep on perusing about a specific subject, it is necessary for the user to remember in which BBS the subject exists and in the past what article of the subject was read. In this paper, we are aiming to construct an electronic bulletin board integrated management system. In this system, a user is able to use two or more BBS just like one BBS. In this paper, we present a framework of the electronic bulletin board integrated management system and implementation of a prototype system.

This paper presents the integrated speech enhancement system for hands-free mobile communication. The proposed integrated system incorporates both acoustic echo cancellation and engine noise reduction device to provide signal enhancement of desired speech signal from the echoed plus noisy environments. To implement the system, a delayless subband adaptive structure is used for acoustic echo cancellation operation. The NLMS based adaptive noise canceller then applied to the residual echo removed noisy signal to achieve the selective engine noise attenuation in dominant frequency component. Two sets of computer simulations are conducted to demonstrate the effectiveness of the system; one for the fixed acoustical environment condition, the other for the robustness of the system in which, more realistic situation, the acoustic transmission environment change. Simulation results confirm the system performance of 20-25dB ERLE in acoustic echo cancellation and 9-19 dB engine noise attenuation in dominant frequency component for both cases.

This study of bimodal integration management system in conjunction with the tram and the tram cars bimodal integrated management system that occupies a part of the system to perform its role as a bimodal tram vehicle configuration, a device for the vehicle's infrastructure ryureul development and it is aimed to build on the vehicle. In addition, seamless integration with operational management center for interactive communication in a vehicle mounted communications devices to maintain the best condition to manage. Current general traffic management system in a similar terminal device being used, but bimodal tram vehicles operating the computer of the vehicle operates the infrastructure to configure the devices around the one to configure the system in terms of step enhanced the active type, the operating terminal unit of inter active type. In this study, considering the future alignment of the accounting fee system, the expansion of the system reliability and stability around the activities that are underway.

Citizens' demand, which has been previously focused on welfare, is now expanding to include elements for higher quality of life such as employment, housing, culture, and sports. Accordingly, the government, with an aim of effectively delivering resident services that satisfy various demands, is committed to transforming the central government-oriented service system into the integrated service system based on public-private partnership. The government is also dedicated to expanding services to 8 areas including not only welfare but also healthcare, employment, housing, education, sports, culture, and tourism, which are directly related to everyday lives of residents. This project is designed to support such reforms in the citizen service delivery system in order to enhance quality of life of local residents. This study is to draw implications from analysis for implementing the citizen service integrated information system in order to reform the citizen service delivery system effectively through examinations and analyses of citizen services provided by the central government. Especially focus on public utility charges depreciation simplification citizen service. Its implications are expected to offer a real contribution for central and local Governments that want to increase the productivity of implementing eGovernment service.

이용자 서비스 강화와 효율적인 정보관리를 위해 각 정보센터들이 구축하고 있는 정보센터 자동화시스템의 개발이 최근 멀티미디어와 네트워크 기술의 발달과 더불어 통합화 경향을 보이고 있다. 즉 과거 소장정보만을 제공하던 것에서 CD-ROM 등 소장 외부 데이터베이스외에도 인터넷과 PC통신망과 같은 외부 온라인 데이터베이스도 하나의 시스템에 통합하는 것이다. 따라서 본 연구에서는 국내외 사례연구를 통해 통합화 경향을 확인하고 통합할 정보와 비용의 측면에서 그 통합방안을 제시하였다. 또한 포스코의 그룹차원 정보관리시스템인 MIPOS 정보자료시스템을 국내의 대표적인 통합화 사례로서 제시하였다.

타 분야 대비 국내 건설산업의 정보화 노력은 일시적 현상에 그쳐 정보화 역량이 비교적 부족한 현상이 나타나고 있다. 특히 PMIS(Project Management Information System)는 건설관련 업체들 대부분이 구축하여 운용하고 있으나 그 효과나 현장에서의 실효성이 떨어지고 있다. 본 연구는 건설업체 한 곳의 35 개 현장을 대상으로 전반적인 PMIS 활용현황과 특히 공정 및 품질관리 모듈에 대해 현장 실무자 면담을 하여 면밀하게 문제점을 파악하였다. 이를 바탕으로 기본입력양식, 파생양식, 정보항목분석양식으로 이루어진 통합양식체계를 엑셀 프로그램기반으로 개발하였다. 본 연구를 통해 PMIS에서의 현장사용자들에 대한 정보공유 및 의사소통을 개선하여 향후 공사 전체에 대한 공기단축 및 품질향상에 기여할 수 있을 것으로 기대한다.

In this paper, we investigate various factors that are relevant to design and implementation of an integrated management system for various speech corpora. The purpose of this paper is to manage an integrated management system for various kinds of speech corpora necessary for speech research and speech corpora consrtructed in different data formats. In addition, ways are considered to allow users to search with effect for speech corpora that meet various conditions which they want, and to allow them to add with ease corpora that are constructed newly. In order to achieve this goal, we design a global schema for an integrated management of new additional information without changing old speech corpora, and construct a web-based integrated management system based on the scheme that can be accessed without any temporal and spatial restrictions. And we show the steps by which these can be implemented, and describe related future study topics, examining the system.
