The CALS integrated database is a key information technology in which CALS implements an information sharing system to enable digital data transfers for technical and non-technical information in distributed and heterogeneous environments. Such heterogeneously distributed CALS information needs to be systematically incorporated so that it can provide a global data view for CALS users. In this paper, we investigated the technologies of CALS integrated database, and proposed a system prototype to implement an integrated data environment (IDE) utilizing distributed object environments CORBA (Common Object Request Broker Architecture).

본 연구는 4차 산업혁명으로 대변되는 최근의 사회변화 및 이에 기반한 대학의 연구 및 교육환경의 변화 속에서 대학구성원의 정보요구 및 정보행위를 이해하는 데에 그 목적이 있다. 이를 위해 다양한 성격을 지닌 대학구성원을 심층면담하고, 그 결과를 해석현상학적 접근을 통해 분석함으로써 대학구성원의 정보요구와 그 맥락에 대한 전반적 이해를 탐구하고자 하였다. 대학구성원들은 이전보다 더욱 복잡하고 융합적인 성격의 정보요구를 갖고 있는 것으로 나타났다. 또한 각자가 처한 시공간적 상황에 따라 매우 개인화된 정보요구를 가졌으며, 지인을 통하거나 커뮤니티를 구성하는 방식의 융합·협업적 정보문제 해결방식을 선택하고 있었다. 이러한 피면담자의 문제해결 중심의 정보요구가 도서관을 통해 충족되지 못하는 경우, 도서관에 대한 낮은 인지로 이어지는 것을 발견할 수 있었다.

Today, ERP becomes very popular as a vehicle of implementing an integrated information system since this package not only facilitates reengineering but also provides the function of generating consolidated financial statements. Yet a successful introduction strategy on the integrated information system needs to be set up because ERP has weaknesses as well as strengths. The strengths include the prompt reaction to environmental changes, the integrated management of information, the adoption of open systems, and the selection of modules according to functionsl However, the weaknesses of ERP include the provision of only basic functions, the development of package on international standard processes, and possible disadvantages to small and medium-sized firms. This paper is to suggest recommendations on the implementation strategy of ERP as an integrated information system. According to the case study with Firm A that has successfully implemented an ERP package, the most significant advantage of adopting ERP was that Firm A was able to implement an integrated information system for only six months. Finally, this research generates suggestions, such as the importance of the project team structure, the sufficient amount of time for education, and the minimization of the package modification.

ISP(Information Strategy Planning) is the methodology to light the objective and the business system architecture, and to recognize the strategic situation for the establishment of effective information system in an organization. Customer Needs Research is one of the Research Methodology that analyze the customer needs effectively and use to establish the policy and the direction of corporation. Both have the important role to establish the strategy for the corporation. The former can propose the corporate information strategy in MIS, the latter can be used to research the customer needs about a corporation, to establish the business management strategy and to decide the way corporate must head. But each has studied independently and there is no integrated methodology of ISP and Customer Needs Research. Actually, a lot of corporations still establish ISP to increase the business efficiency rather than to satisfy the customer needs. Customer satisfaction is the final objective of all business so that corporations have to find the customer needs through Customer Needs Research and make ISP oriented to customer satisfaction through the result of Customer Needs Research.

지식기반사회에 있어서 과학기술지식정보는 국가의 부존자원이며 경쟁력의 원천이라 할 수 있다. 또한 연구자의 연구 및 기술개발에 있어서 과학기술지식정보 중요성이 날로 증가하고 있으며, 고객의 요구도 다양화 되고 있다. 따라서 본 연구에서는 과학기술지식정보를 이용하고 있는 고객의 다양한 요구 및 의견을 적극적으로 반영하여 효율적인 고객 대응 전략을 수립하고, 이를 기반으로 상시적인 고객 서비스 응대, 고객 모니터링, 서비스 개선, 고객 만족도 제고를 위한 표준화된 통합 Helpdesk 시스템을 개발하였다.

이 연구는 광역 지자체별 노인의 통합돌봄 요구수준을 파악하고, 비교하여 향후 광역 지자체 수준에서 노인대상 지역사회 통합돌봄의 필요성에 대한 객관적인 근거를 제시하고자 시도되었다. 한국보건사회연구원의 '2017년 노인 실태조사'에 참여한 17개 광역 지자체 노인 10,299명의 설문자료를 이용한 이차자료 분석연구이며, 분석은 SAS 프로그램을 이용하였다. 의료 요구, 일상생활 수행지원 요구, 사회적 활동 지원요구의 지역간 차이는 최저 지역에 비해 최고지역에서 각각 2,4배, 6.0배, 2.0배 높게 나타났다. 이에 따라 의료요구군, 복지요구군, 통합돌봄 요구군의 크기도 지역별로 매우 다양하였다. 이 연구의 결과를 통해 통합돌봄 요구는 광역 지자체별로 차이가 있음이 확인되었다. 따라서 통합돌봄 서비스를 전국적 수준에서 효율적으로 제공하기 위해서는 광역 지자체별 대상자 요구수준을 정확히 파악하고 이에 따라 돌봄 서비스 내에서 우선 순위 선정과 활용 가능한 자원 파악 및 적절한 배분이 뒤따라야 할 것이다.

철도는 이제 대표적인 대중교통 수단이다. 하지만, 철도를 운영하는 운영기관마다 철도정보를 관리하고, 서비스를 제공하고 있다. 즉, 철도 운영기관 별로 관리하고, 서비스하는 정보와 정보의 형태가 다르기 때문에 철도이용객은 정확하고, 통합된 정보를 제공받지 못하게 된다. 이에 본 연구에서는 철도이용객이 원하는 철도정보 서비스에 대한 니즈를 파악하고, 이를 기반으로 모든 철도정보를 한 번에, 한 눈에, 한 곳에서 이용할 수 있는 통합적 서비스 방안을 모색하고자 한다. 또한, 철도이용객에게 보다 직관적이고, 가시화된 서비스인 지식맵 서비스를 제공하고자 온톨로지 기반의 지식베이스 구축 방안에 대해 고찰하고자 한다.

The export/import processing systems of the foreign advanced port use the integrated database to increase the productivity of the users involved in the port and logistics activities. However all the port and logistics related organizations in Korea such as container terminal, customs, ministry of maritime affairs and fisheries, etc. are using their own databases, so it is very inconvenient to the users to process their export/import affairs. It is necessary to develop the integrated database for the port and logistics affairs to provide the one stop service to the port and logistics related users. So we have investigated and analyzed the databases of port and logistics related organizations, and recognized the users' various needs of information. And then we have suggested the conceptual architecture of integrated database for port and logistics, and proposed the strategies for successful development of the integrated database in this paper.

BIM technologies store, share and integrate the information produced in each sector of the construction industry. From this point on, it increases the efficiency of the work. Currently, quantity take-off and process schedule are derived separately based on BIM technology. When calculating the quantity by process, relevant information shall be collected, reinterpreted, and reevaluated as required by the practice. The purpose of this study is to develop an integrated process and quantity management system through BIM collaboration and to build prototypes for steel structures. The main research is to build a construction BIM model for steel structures and a process BIM model through BIM collaboration. Furthermore, necessary information was selected and processed according to the user's needs for integrated management. Relevant integration outcomes are visualized graphically to maximize utilization. Through these studies, a system for integrated control of processes and supplies is provided, and the results are expected to contribute to the improvement of working efficiency and are easily and quickly reflected in design change and process change. In this study, we intended to enhance the usability of information by linking process schedules with quantity calculations based on BIM. Thus, the process for integrated control of the quantity of structural components by process unit and the BIM based schedule information was established. In addition, the efficiency of the information link of the integrated management system was considered for design changes and process schedule changes.

The purpose of this study was to investigate the needs assessment and satisfaction level of family support services for preschoolers with disabilities. The subjects were 146 mothers and 138 teachers of 3- to 6-year- old preschool children with disabilities in integrated kindergartens in Daegu, Seoul, and Kyungnam. The major findings of this study were as follows. First, mothers needed information and financial support most. The level of the mother's needs was related to the type and degree of disabilities, child's sex, child's age, mother's educational level, and father's occupation. Second, the satisfaction level of mothers in the integrated kindergarten education programs was generally low. Third, mothers needed parental training of child's problem behavior, mother-child interactions program, and parental education of developing child's creativity.
