본 논문에서는 디지털 게임 기반 학습(DGBL) 방법을 사용하여 대학 신입생들이 학과의 강사들 정보와 지도 교과목들에 대해 학습할 수 있는 대화형 강사 소개 게임을 구현한 결과를 제시한다. 이 게임은 강사의 이름, 사진, 지도 교과목 등의 정보들을 퀴즈 게임 형식으로 제공하며, 개발 환경으로는 유니티(Unity)와 PHP를 사용하였다. 게임과 통합 콘텐츠 관리 시스템(CMS, Content Management System) 그리고 데이터베이스 간의 통신은 REST API를 사용하여 이루어지며, CMS는 게임의 내용을 관리하고 각 레벨에 대한 점수와 질문 수, 게임 사용자의 암호, 성능 임계값과 같은 게임의 여러 파라미터들로 구성된다. 개발한 대화형 게임은 통합 CMS를 사용하고 있어 상황 변화에 따라 동적으로 컨텐츠 업데이트가 가능하므로 학과의 변경의 대해 쉽게 적용할 수 있으며, 아울러 다양한 교육용 게임 개발에도 활용할 수가 있다.

This case study covers the Knowledge Management research paper that explores the clear idea about the knowledge practicesthat are used in the corporate sector to achieve the strategic advantage over the competitors. The quoted example of the three manufacturing firms TATA MOTORS, BHEL, and M&M have tried to compare the Knowledge practices in these firms, which explores the concept clearer that the competitors can use the same or the different type of knowledge practices to achieve the competitor advantages. In order to help knowledge management goals, an integrated knowledge management system consisting of the knowledge management techniques and technologies are used. The knowledge Management is supported by different techniques and practices whichare knowledge content, people skills, technology and strategy based. The technology and techniques supports these factors of knowledge management. The paper discuss different techniques and processes adapted by three Indian organizations and a comparison is made to suggest the guidelines of KM practices to manufacturing Industries.

휴대폰은 이제 단순한 통화 기능 이외에 PC와 함께 동영상 콘텐츠를 시청할 수 있는 효과적인 멀티미디어 기기로 발전하고 있다. 따라서 동영상 콘텐츠의 실효성은 스마트폰으로 스트리밍(Streaming) 할 수 있는지 여부와 목적한 내용을 효과적으로 전달 할 수 있는지 여부에 의해 결정된다. 여기서 목적한 내용을 효과적으로 전달 할 수 있는지 여부란 교재 영상과 발언자의 영상이 함께 제공되어야만 효과적인 내용 전달이 됨을 의미한다. 본 논문은 위 두 가지 요건을 충족하는 동영상 콘텐츠 인코딩(encoding) 시스템으로 멀티소스(Multi-Source)의 오디오-비디오를 입력받아 인터넷 상에 실시간 및 VOD 서비스 할 수 있는 비디오 통합 관리 시스템을 제안하였다.

Technological innovations over the years have accentuated the workings in corporate- connected organizations and different application platforms. Hence, a unified management information system (MIS) that can utilize the Web and propel programming developments is required. Software agents, the latest developments in computer software technology, can be utilized to rapidly and effortlessly build integrated information systems. Consequently, 59 research papers on the use of software agents in MIS were identified from top 40 MIS journals published between 2007 and 2017. Then, we reviewed and classified all the research papers according to two categories: application fields and application categories. The application fields consisted of eight sub-groups: manufacturing, telecommunication systems, traffic and transportation management, information filtering and gathering, electronic commerce, business process management, entertainment, and medical care; whereas the application categories consisted of three sub-groups: multi-agent systems, personal assistants, and multi-agent simulation. The research papers were further divided into journal and year of publication, and journal and application field. The objective of our research was to understand the trend of the use software agent technology in MIS by examining the published research paper beside to add knowledge and content to the information system academic discipline.

오늘날 여러 기업에서 조직 구성원들의 지식을 활용하여 핵심역량을 강화할 목적으로 효과적으로 기업 내부의 지식을 관리하는 지식관리시스템을 도입하였다. 그러나 기존의 지식관리시스템은 기업 구성원의 적극적인 참여를 독려할만한 요소가 부족하여 고품질의 지식콘텐츠를 공유하지 못하고 있다. 이에 본 연구에서는 소셜 네트워크 서비스(Social Network Service, SNS)의 구조를 차용한 집단지성 기반 지식관리 시스템을 설계하여 기능에 따른 화면구조, 사용자의 편의 향상과 융합적인 지식콘텐츠 생산을 위한 추천알고리즘을 제시한다. 본 연구에서 제안하는 소셜 네트워크 서비스 기반의 지식관리시스템은 기존 지식관리시스템보다 구성원의 참여를 독려하고 수준 높은 지식콘텐츠를 생산 및 공유할 수 있을 것으로 기대된다.

In this paper, we propose 'a self - conformance system of convergence security provider' to provide basic data for security and reliability of convergence industrial technology, system and service. It is difficult to evaluate convergence security systems, limited to information and communication service providers, unable to check convergence security items, burden of submission documents, difficulty in measuring convergence security service level and we will summarize product and service-based requirements that can be integrated and systematically measure the level of convergence security and define renewed life cycle-based convergence security information and content security and assurance requirements. On the basis of this, each convergence security company declares conformity with the standard itself without the certification of the certification body, and introduces the provider conformity certification system which can manufacture and sell. This will enable the company to strengthen its competitiveness through timely launch and implementation of products and services and cost reduction.

Today's manufacturers must respond quickly to customer needs. In particular, make-to-order companies are constantly striving to satisfy customer demand for products in order to secure more favorable conditions in the future through bidding. In this bidding process, quotations play a very important role in providing favorable conditions. And the most important content that companies strive to satisfy their customers is the product's performance. Therefore, a company can attract customers and secure economic profits through good quotations, but it can be said that the first priority is to match the performance of the products requested by the customers. That is, when a company creates a quotation, it is important to structure the quotation according to the performance of the product. Thus, this paper intends to present a quotation management framework and a quotation BOM information model for constructing quotations efficiently in make-to-order manufacturing. And, in order to prove the usefulness of the proposed quotation management framework, we presents an case of the construction of an quotation management system based on the JAVA platform. As a result, the integrated quotation management system based on the proposed quotation management framework and quotation BOM has been successfully operated in a make-to-order company that manufactures marine engines.

이 논문에서는 국제 학습 콘텐츠 표준인 SCORM을 지원하는 공개 소프트웨어 기반의 학습관리 시스템을 구축하기 위해, 기존 학습 관리 시스템을 비교 분석하여 무들(Moodle)을 선정하였고 학사관리시스템, 스트리밍서비스 등의 기존 시스템들과 연동 운용함으로써, 공개 소프트웨어 기반 학습관리 시스템의 현실적 가능성을 보였다. 공개 학습 관리 시스템인 무들은 모듈화 구조를 수용해 사용의 편의성과 확장성을 충분히 제공하고 있으며, SCORM지원을 원활하게 하고 있다. 또한, 사회적 구성주의 학습 이론을 기반으로 설계, 구현되어 있다는 중요한 장점을 갖고 있다. 이 연구는 학습 관리 시스템을 포함한 공개S/W 기반 e-Learning시스템 구축이 안정적으로 가능하다는 것을 보였다.

For the domestic digital contents, it is particularly important that the planning and mediating functions should cover the whole industries so that in order for dividends and assistance to reach all the way back to the primary contents-creating level, where economic risks are especially high. A proactive cooperation system or framework between the government, the businesses and research institutions, which would allow for free flow of interaction among these players, can play that role. We can broadly define cooperation frameworks into two; one between the central and the local governments and one among private-sector groups, such as companies, associations and groups. These player sin the framework have differing, sometimes, conflicting views regarding the digital contents industry whether the digital contents should aim for skilled applicability or the abstract or whether the emphasis should rest on public interest or profitability. Immature competition and lack of trust among these players also give rise to such inefficiencies as overlap in investments, inexpertness and inefficient use of resources. We have proposed and realized the National Integrated Cooperation System to bridge these gaps among the major players in the industry. The National Integrated Cooperation System rests on the following major functions. The first major function of the NICS is to decipher any ambiguity that may be embedded in external inputs by stratified role and bias. The second function is to create cooperative groups that will deal with the ambiguities based on its consequent situation. The third is a feedback function that will draw out a new cooperative way by re-feeding the capacities and the conflicts that stem from the existing organizations and strategies into cooperation and adjustment process. Our NICS has compared and evaluated with England and Australia digital content industry models under AHP(Analytic Hierarchy Process) method. NICS has turned out to be well designed and have strong points based on OECD innovation and cooperation criteria.
