Perception on Learning Ability Improvement of Practical Arts and Technology·Home Economics Subject Underachievement Student in School Levels and Family Form (실과(기술·가정) 학습부진학생 학습능력향상에 대한 학교급 및 가족유형별 인식)

  • The purpose of this study was to examine the school parent and student's perception of Practical Arts and Technology Home Economics and to suggest plan to school parent of multicultural and learning disability families. The subjects of this study were elementary and secondary teachers who teaching Practical Arts or Technology Home Economics. The instrument of this study was questionnaire including five sections: influence on students by Practical Arts and Technology Home Economics, interest in Practical Arts and Technology Home Economics to school parents, school support with learning ability improvement, school parents support with home in Practical Arts and Technology Home Economics, data form of school parents support with home in Practical Arts and Technology Home Economics. The findings of this study were as follows; Sociality development of students is influential by Practical Arts and Technology Home Economics. School parents and students believe important subjects in Practical Arts and Technology Home Economics. Teachers ask for support with learning ability improvement for practical training space and programs in Practical Arts and Technology Home Economics. School parents ask for support with learning ability improvement of programs of teaching learning method for home education on Practical Arts and Technology Home Economics.

Validation of Exercise Effect in Rehabilitation during Knee Extension of the Lower Limbs using Pneumatic Exercise System (공압운동기기의 하지 슬관절 운동 시 재활운동 효과의 유효성에 관한 연구)

  • Our study is to verify validation of exercise effect that developing exercise and rehabilitation instrument using pneumatic actuators available rehabilitation and healthcare, while at the same time safer and more convenient for the user to select the desired exercise. Shares subject to the usual exercise is conducted in less than a week in the knee extension and flexion at the undergraduate level there is no more than 10 of the 20 patients were female. Subject performed knee exercise 3 set a day with 12times a set using fluid type exercise instrument and pneumatic exercise instrument that build in this study. Experiment has progressed in 4-weeks with 3-days a week. Our exercise load consist of two type. One is active exercise load with developed instrument in our study and the other one is passive exercise load with fluid instrument. Exercise program based on real-time muscle activation patterns and muscle activity before and after exercise by comparing the effects of exercise for rehabilitation has been verified. The results showed that muscular activity is higher in active exercise load than passive load, and improvement of muscle strength more increased too. Equipment more user-centered exercise more effectively exercise may enhance muscle strength was found. This study can adapt rehabilitation program and exercise for patient and weaker. Also our system can provide easily and convenient prescription of rehabilitation for expert related rehabilitation.

Develop of Instructional Process Plan and Performance Assessment Instrument for 'Energy and Transportation Technology' Unit at the Subject 'Technology-Home Economics' in Middle School (중학교 기술·가정과 '에너지와 수송 기술' 단원의 수업과정안 및 수행평가 도구 개발)

  • The purpose of this study was to develop the instructional process plan and performance assessment instrument to do problem-solving activity for 'Energy and Transportation Technology' unit at the subject 'Technology-Home Economics' in middle school. This study was conducted by the following these stage. First, it was documents research and analysis of the 'Energy and Transportation Technology' unit. Second, topics for transportation technology hands-on and problem-solving activity were selected, and the organized for designed instructional process plan and performance assessment instrument related transportation technology in the development step. Third, developed instructional process plan and performance assessment instrument were conducted in order to amend and improved by expert and have gone through the field test for further improvement. The theme of transportation technology for hand-on and problem-solving activity was 'Created a hovercraft', and were consist of instructional process plan for 8 class period and performance assessment instrument in 4 type of observation, assessment finished, portfolios and student self-assessment.

  • This paper is relate to the result of pilot test in Asan. In order to evaluate the characteristics of behavior and deformation in Asan and to analyse the effect of soft ground treatment, preloading, two types of paper drain and pack drain were constructed in the ground. Settlement gauges, pressure meters, pressure cells and ground water gauges were monitored and also borings and piezoncone tests were performed. As a result of analyse, every vertical drained area was consolidated over 90% degree of consolidation but preloaded area was not reached to 90%.

In accordance with this social trend, there are diversified lifestyles which influence consumer behavior, The purpose of this study was to develop an instrument that is able to measure more efficiently current housing lifestyle pattern. Eighty questioning items were analyzed and reclassified into same characteristics by using Q-sorting method.

  • Newly constructed plate shape control system, using attached shape measuring instruments and work roll bender, was put in service in No. 2 Plate Mill, POSCO. Recently, customers demand the improvement of flatness and plate crown accuracy. Many competition Plate Mill introducted shape control system, for example, pair cross mill, work roll bender which includes shape measuring instrument and shape control mathematical models, and No. 2 Plate Mill, POSCO introducted work roll bender and shape measuring instruments. This report describes the properties of No. 2 Plate Mill shape control system and work roll bender.

  • Enormous instruments have been installed to measure movement and stresses during and after the construction of Seoul Subway. However, a number of problems have been noticed and reported, such as planning, calibration, installation, contract procedure etc. Some of them are presented and discussed in this paper in order to call an attention to these problems and provide a baseline for the future improvement.

  • As a part of the fermentation control scheme for the preservation and improvement of the quality of Kimch, this paper summerizes a result of the research into the cleaning method of materials, the fermentation of Kimch using cleaning materials, the search of lacticacidbacteria for starter, the seperation state of cell wall by starter, the fermentation of Kimchi in the airtight instrument and in the air controlled state. And it shows the influence on the growth of lacticacidbacteria when the herb-medicine is used as a sub-ingredients, and the effects on the quality of ginseng added Kimchi.

  • In recent years, the widespread application of quality management and measurement reliability has put increasing emphasis on procedures for periodic instrument calibration. By optimizing calibration intervals, unnecessary calibrations can be minimized, thereby reducing costs. Moreover, optimizing intervals will improve compliance with regulatory directives while ensuring maximal compliance with reliability targets. In this paper, we present Calibration Interval Analysis Program developed using several establishment methodologies of calibration interval for measurement quality and reliability improvement. Also, we perform calibration interval analysis for some measurement instruments and analyse its results.

  • SPC is the quality improvement technique of gathering since Motorola of U.S.A. have used SPC technique as a statistical process control method for promoting 6-sigma quality improvement strategy in 1988. In Korea, small and medium-sized enterprises are needed building of a system for statistical production control . In the present study, the methods of building SPC system with a moderate cost using a graphic programs of easy-to-use and high flexibility for small and medium-sized enterprises were inquired. The SPC system which enables statistic marking (maximum, minimum, mean, standard deviation, process capability index) and graph marking (X-Y coordinates and histogram) using LabVIEW 5.0, the graphic program by National Instrument Co., Ltd. was implemented in this study.
