BL(Blended Learning) has been presented as a promising alternative learning approach. BL is defined as a learning approach that combines e-learning and face-to-face classroom learning. The adoption of BL in computer practice class is necessary due to the characteristics of computer practice class itself. This study proposes a research model that examines the determinants of learner's satisfaction of computer practice classes in BL environment. Considering the characteristics of computer practices classes contents and instructor interaction were identified as the determinants. The research model is tested using a questionnaire survey of 141 participants. Confirmatory factor analysis (CFA) was performed to test the reliability and validity of the measurements. The partial least squares (PLS) method was used to validate the measurement and hypotheses. The empirical findings shows that contents easiness and contents constructs are the primary determinants of instructor interaction in BL. Instructor interaction was also found to be related to the learner's satisfaction resulting in re-using. The findings provide insight into the planning and utilizing BL in computer practice classes to enhance learner's satisfaction.

Distance teaming systems have become popular tools for teaching and learning. The purpose of this study is to analyze influence of instructor factors and media richness on student's intention th use and performance in distance teaming. We used TAM as a theoretical foundation to explain student's behavior. The model was tested using LISREL analysis on the sample of 246 users rho have experience with the distance teaming systems. The results show that instructor factors such as luぉ style and attitude have partial effects on perceived usefulness, ease of use and media richness. In addition, results also show that both TAM variables and media richness strongly predict intention In use of the distance loaming system Finally, the usage intention has a positive effect on teaming performance. Implications of these findings are discussed for researchers and practitioners.

본 연구의 목적은 온라인 토론 환경에서 교수자의 사회적 메시지를 통한 피드백 형태가 토론 참여도와 만족도에 미치는 효과를 살펴보는 것이다. 본 연구의 결과 분석을 통해 도출된 결론은 다음과 같다. 온라인 토론 환경에서 교수자의 상호작용적 형태의 사회적 메시지를 통한 피드백이 정의적 형태보다 학습자의 토론 참여도 및 만족도를 더 증진시키는 것으로 나타났다. 이상의 연구결과를 통해, 온라인 토론 환경에서 토론 참여도와 만족도의 향상을 위해 교수자의 사회적 메시지를 통한 피드백 형태의 적절한 활용을 제안한다.

Objectives: The purpose of the study was to investigate the influence of instructor trust on learning flow and academic achievement in dental hygiene students. Methods: A self-reported questionnaire was completed by 202 dental hygiene students in Gyeongnam from July to August, 2016. A five point Likert scale questionnaire consisted of intimacy (8 items), professionalism (8 items), teaching ability (5 items), and leadership (6 items). Measurement of learning flow was adapted and modified by Kim et al. Academic achievement was adapted and modified by Noe and Schmitt. Cronbach's ${\alpha}$ of learning flow was 0.77 and that of academic achievement was 0.78 in the study. Data wee analyzed by t-test, one way ANOVA, $Scheff{\acute{e}}$ test, and Pearson's correlation using SPSS 23.0 program. Results: The scores of instructor trust, learning flow, and academic achievement were 4.37, 3.46, and 3.23, respectively. Academic achievement had a close positive correlation with instructor trust (r=0.46, p<0.001) and learning flow (r=0.63, p<0.001). Instructor trust had a positive correlation with learning flow (r=0.50, p<0.001). Learning flow took mediating effects on instructor trust and academic achievement. Conclusions: The trust between students and instructors had a great influence on learning flow and academic achievement. So the instructor should try to make the students concentrate on learning.

이 연구는 무용지도자의 교육지원과 지도자신뢰 및 무용애착도에 미치는 영향을 규명하는데 목적이 있다. 연구의 대상은 서울 경기 대전 충남지역에 소재한 무용학과 중 한 지역에서 1개교씩 선정하였다. 표본추출방법은 유의표본추출법으로 총 276부의 자료 중 262부가 최종분석에 사용되었다. 자료처리 방법은 SPSSWIN 18.0을 이용하여 요인분석과 신뢰도분석, 다중회귀분석, 경로분석 등의 통계기법이 활용되었다. 그 결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 무용지도자의 교육지원은 지도자신뢰에 영향을 미친다. 둘째, 무용지도자의 교육지원은 무용애착도에 부분적으로 영향을 미친다. 셋째, 지도자신뢰는 무용애착도에 영향을 미친다. 넷째, 무용지도자의 교육지원은 지도자신뢰를 통해서 무용애착도에 영향을 미친다. 특히, 무용지도자의 교육지원이 무용애착도에 미치는 영향보다 무용교육지원이 지도자신뢰를 통하면 무용애착도에 더 큰 영향을 미친다. 즉 지도자신뢰는 무용교육지원과 무용애착도를 매개하는 중요한 변수임을 알 수 있다.

본 연구는 응급구조과 시뮬레이션에 참여한 강사의 경험을 확인하기 위해 Colaizzi방법으로 접근하여 분석하였다. 연구결과 28개의 주제와 9개의 주제모음, 4개의 범주가 확인되었다. 즉, 강사들은 "학습 환경 설계에 대한 불편함", "교수자 역할에 대한 부담감", "불충분한 교육 여건으로 인한 어려움", "새로운 교육에 대한 가능성"을 경험하는 것으로 나타났다. 더 효과적인 시뮬레이션 교육효과를 위해서는 교육 프로그램의 참여와 미리 개발된 시나리오의 적극적 사용과 전문 보조인력을 두고 실습과 연계한 시뮬레이션 교육에 대한 응급구조과 교과과정 개선안이 필요한 것으로 나타났다.

본 연구는 간호학전공 이론교과목을 온라인으로 수강한 간호대학생들의 학습 만족도와 학습 만족도에 영향을 미치는 요인을 파악하기 위해 시도되었다. 간호대학생 175명을 대상으로 온라인 학습만족도, 학습자 변인, 교수자 변인, 대인 상호작용 변인과 학습지원 변인에 대해 질문지를 이용하여 자료를 수집하였다. 온라인 학습 만족도의 평균은 3.99점(1점부터 5점까지 분포)이며, 온라인 학습 만족도에 대한 영향요인은 온라인 학습의 지속적 이용 의도, 학업성적, 교수자 변인, 학습지원 변인 중 학습평가 및 관리였으며, 이들 변수가 온라인 학습 만족도를 설명하는 설명력은 50.2%였다. 온라인 학습 운영의 주된 문제점으로 교수자 관련 내용이, 그리고 기술상의 문제로 안정적인 서버 구축과 음향 개선이 요구되었다. 간호대학생의 온라인 학습 만족도를 향상하기 위해 온라인 학습의 지속적 이용 의도와 학업 성취도를 높일 방안 마련과 교수자의 노력, 대학의 학습지원을 위한 세부적인 계획 및 적용이 필요하다.

This thesis researched student pilots at certified flying school to prove several things as follows. First, this study tried to find out the influence of instructor's leader trust to student pilot. Second, this study also tried to investigate the influence of student pilot's psychological stability from leader trust. Third, this study tried to prove the mediation effect of leader trust between flight instructor's transformation leadership and the student pilot psychological stability. The result of empirical research are as follows. First, the result of the verification of the relationship between transformative leadership and trust of leader showed that transformative leadership has a positive (+) influence to trust of leader. Second, the result of verification between leader trust and psychological stability relationship showed that trust of leader gives positive(+) influence to psychological stability. Third, the result of verification between transformative leadership and psychological stability showed that trust of leader gives positive(+) influence to psychological stability. I discussed implication from this study at the end and presented future research direction.

Private security industry employers in Korea has not concerned with the importance of training and education by lack of recognition and has been passive about qualified guards. And the authorities supervising and the administrating the guards has not recognized the importance of private security and has neglected the training of the guards. Korea has been operated the guard-instructor system for the acquiring the specialization of the security personnel since 1997, but there has been many problems. This study reviews the guard-instructor system in Korea comprehensively and suggests the efficient operation method of that system.

This paper proposes a system intergration method for M20J flight simulator development. The simulator consists of three modules. The first module is for flight dynamics simulation, and the second module is for avionic systems and flight instrument and the last module is for interface card which connects PC and input devices using rotary encoders and switches. Two computers are equipped in the simulator for instructor and trainee. An instructor can give a mission to a trainee, and control the flight simulation options through RS-232C serial port. Also, the instructor can monitor the training results of the trainee.
